We saw in the comic when Meau was absolutely destroying the scientists to find her baby, that when "Steve" escaped...he was carrying TWO jars of something, not one. Does this imply that there is ANOTHER Mewtwo being developed out there? After all, canonically, there are actually two Mewtwo...a "male" and a "female", the female fought the Genesect in that one movie...the male is the one we are more familiar with now...so those two jars, were they just perhaps a bunch of extracted DNA and other components, just in case their first try failed or something, so they had backup components, or does it actually mean that SOMEWHERE, another Mewtwo is being made?

Your eyelids feel heavy, being awake itself feels like a chore now. You’re aware you look awful. Tim had told you so, and he was a painfully blunt person. Brian had been too busy with his own classes as a psychology major and Alex’s project combined, so you were curled in his bed, on your phone as you wait for him. Tim was in his own room, fast asleep; you could hear the soft snores through the paper-thin dorm walls.

Eventually, Brian peers into his room, laptop tucked under his arm. “There you are.” He chirps, ever so happy to see you. You look up with an exhausted smile. “Bri’, hey. How was class today?” You ask, putting your phone face down on your stomach. “Good. Have you slept?” Brian raises his brows, a teasing glint in his eyes. “No, not yet. Just can’t get to sleep. Insomnia’s a bitch.” You shrug, stretching your arms overhead as Brian joins you on the bed after taking his shoes off. “C’mere.” He mumbles, putting his laptop on his lap. Pulling your head to his chest, Brian wraps his arm around you, kissing your head. You hum lazily, insomnia’s vice already soothing in your boyfriend’s company. “You’re amazing.” You mutter, snuggling close as Brian opens his laptop to continue some work. He chuckles softly. “Okay, baby. Get some sleep.” He replies, allowing you to fall asleep on his chest.
