I love You, so.. please let me go
Synopsis- basically everything after the boat scene if Abby had a girlfriend
Pairings - Abby Anderson X Fem! Reader
An: you guys love my angst dont lie 💔💔
Tumblr media
Abby Anderson..
That was the woman of the hour. You had known Abby for a long time, known her well enough that you two had started dating around the same time as Mel and Owen. You two cared for each-other, both looking out for one another both telling eachother everything.
That’s why you were pissed to find out Abby went AWOL. That wasn’t like her and of-course you had to assume it had something to do with Owen being AWOL..
Abby was crouching in-front of lev looking around for WLF members trying to figure out what was going on when she heard a strangling noise.
One arm around levs shoulders and your knife pressed to his throat.
“Woah woah WOAH! Holy shit y/n” Abby whispered yelled and held her hands out to calm you.
You panted and gave her a look. “Don’t tell me.. are you trying to save this scars life”
“Seraphite”
“Shut the fuck up” You pressed your blade harder to levs throat not appreciating his tone.. Abby however was reaching out trying to calm you down. Soon she grabbed your hands and softly made you release lev.
As soon as the boy was free he immediately drew his bow and Abby freaked out again. “Dude.. seriously”
Lev just huffed. “She attacked me”
“And she’s no longer doing that so put the bow down damn..” Abby sighed and turned back to you. “Hey..” she gave a soft smile but you rolled your eyes. “Traveling with a scar?! Really Abby”
“Seraphite” lev continued to correct.
“Have you ever heard of keeping your damn mouth closed” You lightly yelled pissed off at the situation. You faced back at Abby. “And going AWOL? What the hell is that about”
Abby just sighed and looked around before grabbing your shoulders. “I’ll explain everything I promise but we need to leave now ok..” she stood up and gave lev a look. Begrudgingly you followed along still pissed off.
The entire way back it was silent other than Abby and levs remarks to one another.
Once back at the aquarium you dragged Abby away and forced her to talk to you. “So.. you gonna fill me in on why Mel is upset, there’s two scars—“
“Seraphites” Abby spoke almost immediately even shocking herself.
“Oh my god! You to” you groaned rubbed your eyes. “Whatever look Abby what the hell is going on”
After a pause Abby sighed and finally let up explaining everything she knew.
-
You stood silent and covered your mouth still fustrated but nodded slowly. “Ok…”
“Ok?”
“Yeah ok.. your going to go find some firefly’s or whatever I’m going with you” you looked up and gave Abby a face that showed it wasn’t up for discussion. Abby just nodded and hit her sides. You knew she was hiding something but ultimately you let it go. “Go Talk to that scar— Seraphite whatever kid… that’s his sister in there yeah he’s probably freaking the fuck out”
Before leaving Abby pulled you into a hug. “You know I love you.. right” confused you hugged back. “Uh yeah” you chuckled and patted her.
“What’s this all about” You pulled back and tilted your head.. Abby just sighed and kissed you lightly.
She just closed her eyes and sighed. “Nothing.. it’s nothing”
——
Mel had just finished cursing at Abby.. she looked around fustrated before hearing your voice.
“Abby what is Mel talking about” you walked over slowly with a defensive stance. Abby turned immediately with her breath caught in her throat.
“I-“
“You fucked Owen?” Tears formed in your eyes. You felt as though you were about to throw up at the thought of your girlfriend sleeping with someone else. Abby rushed over and tried to grab you but you just shoved her away. “What is wrong with you!”
In a last resort abby tried to grab your hands “it was an accident please-“
“How do You Have sex on accident!” You ripped your hands away and stepped back.
“Look we We’re arguing and we started to fight and shit esca—“
“You fucked him because shit escalated?!” At this point you were crying while yelling at the girl. Abby couldn’t even try to justify it anymore she just tried to reach out for you but yet again you pushed her away. “We’re done”
Abby paused and shook her head. “Your not serious”
You however very much were. “I am.. I Dont ever want to fucking hear or see you again abby you understand” jabbing a finger into her chest with tears. You bit your lip and shook your head. “What happened to not keeping secrets? What happened to actually being mature adults and telling each-other everything!.. I knew you were selfish Abby but shit you really out did yourself this time” you laughed and stepped back.
Abby reached forward not wanting to loose you but you just shook her off and quickly left.. Abby paced around for a second before kicking a chair to take some of her frustration out. She wiped her eyes and took a minute to think.. Abby had fucked everything up, she lost one of her oldest friends and she just had to loose the woman she loved.
Lev had ran away. That’s all you knew as you stood out at the railing watching him leave.. you studied the scene of Owen and Mel going back and forth on if Owen would go.
Abby snapped at him and told him to get his priorities straight. You looked down and spoke up.
“Let me go with you.” You stepped forward but Abby shook her head.
“No. Your too important, stay here and help Mel”
“But—“
“Y/n please.. I know I fucked up but just do this for me ok” she practically begged you.. Abby wanted nothing more than to grab you and kiss you in hopes to make it all better but this was neither the time or place for that, so she settled for the second option asking you to stay safe.
You just nodded and silently watched as she left.. once Abby was out of view you turned to Owen.
“Your a real fucking piece of work Owen.. you don’t deserve Mel and you certainly didn’t deserve Abby” pushing him back slightly and grabbing Mel’s hand before leading her away.
———
Lev and abby returned from the island after she had gone after lev. They stepped into the aquarium but it was eerily quite.. Alice was dead— that’s the first thing abby noticed. Lev drew his bow and Abby grabbed a pipe before slowly walking towards the main part of the aquarium.
That’s where she saw the scene. Owen sprawled out with a gun shot in his chest, Mel with a knife in her throat and you.. you laying on the ground with a wound to your head.
She dropped to her knees in distraught; throwing up as she cried. Lev stood awkwardly not wanting to cause more problems. From the scene most would assume you had just walked in at the wrong time and faced who ever had the gun in hand.
Abby noticed the map on the ground and grabbed it taking a long look at it before standing up and walking to your body.. she bent down and kissed you one final time before letting go…. She was gonna find whoever did this.. and kill them.

Boyfriend Kalego Naberius
a/n: a little something while I'm working on the angsty Kalego fic ☺️☺️ also, if there’s mistake lmk!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
an old fashion romantic
and you won’t change my mind about this 🫡
when he gets back from work, he hands you a bouquet of flowers
dropping his work bag and kicking his shoes off, he’ll swoop you into his arms and hug you
and kisses on your forehead
you’ll both stand there, swaying together as he tells you about his day (his class as usual😃)
once he feels that he’s ready, he’ll move you both to the living room to sit
maybeee a few more minutes of resting before you’re both getting up to prepare dinner
no microwaved dinners with this man, he insists on cooking something fresh
(which also means no more maggi and noodle cups)
ALSO
weekly dates are a thing with this man
or if you’re busy, every fortnight (max)
dates are a MUST
trying out a new restaurant, shopping and museum or aquarium dates
if he’s busy, he’ll try to find time to have a date night with you
either a late night stroll, a nice dinner outside or maybe just playing some music and swaying together
there are two ways this can go
If you’re a teacher at babyls as well, late night walks with him
if your workload seems a lot, he’ll complain about Sullivan not hiring enough staff
but in the end he’s pulling a chair to your desk to help you finish up your work
if you’re working at different places, he’s rushing his work so that he can pick you up on time
if anyone tries to give him more work he’s glaring them down
his wake up alarms are also set to ring 1 hour earlier
he can’t help that he wants to bury himself deeper into the sheets with you by his side
it’s 10x harder to get up from the bed now bc it just feels so nice to have someone beside him
becomes a cuddle monster
EVERYDAY
he needs his daily dose
it's only one too many accidents that he realizes he can't wait any longer
the fear in his heart that he would never get to propose to you
so, he grabs balam sensei and drags him ring shopping
it's both not their strong suit so it takes them weeks to decide on a ring
suddenly suggests to you that you both should take a break
have a nice holiday somewhere
you walk and explore all around the place
taking in the sights and basking in each other's warmth
it's only on the last day that he takes you somewhere secluded
highh up onto a cliff where it overlooks the entire place
and proposes to you
the words that are coming out of his mouth are so hope filled for your future together that you can't help but tear up
even he's tearing up (just a little bit 🤏)
and when it all sinks in, he can't help but fall in love with you again all over again, but with the thought of starting a family

Why is there a roll in the oven?
Tumblr media
Crowley x fem presenting! reader x Aziraphale
Background: you try and make a cute video revealing your pregnancy to your husbands but it goes wrong
_ _ _
You had it all ready.
Under the guise is getting something to pop in the oven for dinner, you went to the store to buy the usual groceries. Aziraphale wanted to join you, but you reminded him that he can't just close early.
Even if he never sold any books.
You quickly ran inside, bags in your hands but Crowley was in the kitchen. "Let me take those, love."
"No!" You shouted, stepping back.
"No. . .? Is everything alright?" You never rejected their help when bringing in anything, so this startled Crowley.
"Yes, yes. I just. . .don't want to ruin the surprise," you explained quickly, walking around him to place the bags on the counter top.
"Surprise?" His tone was suggestive, bringing heat to your face, "not that kind of surprise, Crowley."
He chuckled, the same smirk on his lips as he kissed the back of your neck sweetly. Crowley grew more touchy once your relationship blossomed. In public, his hands were always occupied by one on your waist and the other holding Aziraphales hand. Sometimes it alternated, but it was basically a warning to anyone looking. "Yes, they're both mine. Fuck off", was the statement.
"Oh and do let Azira know not to come into the kitchen. Thank you," You pressed a chaste kiss to your demon, who hummed before walking away with a smile.
The proposal was unexpected but sweet.
Having been together for years, Crowley and Aziraphale came up with a day entirely about you. They took you to your favorite bakery in France, went to the aquarium, dined at The Ritz for lunch and finally had a lovely dinner at home. Your favorite red candles were lit, the scent wafting through the air. Aziraphale started with a speech, pledging his eternal love for you. Crowley finished off by claiming how he felt undeserving of this kind of love, but loved you with his entire being and wouldn't have any other beings to spend his life with.
And they both proposed.
You cried - a lot, which initially worried them because "why isn't she saying yes???"
But you explained messily by saying you were planning to propose, pulling out a single box with two gold bands and inside carved "my heart, forevermore".
You all cried.
"Don't go into the kitchen, angel," Crowley put his hand on his shoulder as he came home for the day, hanging his coat on the rack.
"(Y/N) is planning a surprise."
"A surprise?" Aziraphale asked, "but it's not our anniversary. Oh, is it that strawberry cake we like?"
Crowley shrugged, "don't know, but she's serious about it."
After setting up the camera, an excited smile on your face, you set it to record.
"Azira!" You poked your head out, running to your angel before giving him a longing kiss. Aziraphale returned it happily, his hands setting themselves on your face.
"Someone's in a good mood," Aziraphales' voice dropped lower, which would usually send them into a spiral and beg him to use that voice in the bedroom.
But that was for later.
"Come, come," she ushered them both into the kitchen.
"Now, both of you, open the oven," she was grinning wildly, unable to contain her excitement.
"Both of us. . .?" Crowley questioned.
"Humor me, my love," she replied and her ineffable husbands obeyed, and stilled.
"(Y/N)?"
"Yes?"
"Why is there a roll in the oven?" Crowley questioned.
"And why is it on fire?" Aziraphale added.
"Oh shit!" She cursed, running to grab one of the many fire extinguishers that Aziraphale insisted they needed after the shop caught fire.
"Shit, shit, shit!" She yelled, running back and immediately putting out the fire. But she didn't stop using it, even after the flames were clearly out.
"Flower, put it down."
"My dear, is everything alright?"
Her lips were brought into a frown as she sighed, eyes clouding with tears. They exchanged a worried glance before the first sob escaped.
"I-I wanted to make it special, but now. . .oh I forgot I turned it on for dinner," she hiccuped as they brought her in for a hug. Crowley stroked her hair whilst Aziraphale pressed a kiss to her forehead.
"It's okay, my love. We can order out," Aziraphale reassured but she sighed in frustration.
"No, no, it's not that. I. . .bun in the oven!"
"Bun in the oven?" Crowley repeated, confused.
"Bun in the. . .oven. . ." Aziraphale realized, looking at his wife with a growing smile. "You're pregnant?"
"Yes, I'm pregnant," you laughed gently as you tried to wipe the tears but Aziraphale began to cover your face in kisses. "Oh she's pregnant! Crowley, we're going to be fathers!"
"Crowley. . .?" You asked, not seeing a response from him. He took off his glasses, revealing a light sheen over his serpentine eyes before he kneeled down and leant his head against your stomach.
"I love you," he whispered, pressing a kiss against your stomach and looking up at you, "thank you, my love."
"And it's twins," you added, causing your celestial beings to look at eachother immediately.
"Is it. . .?"
"I don't know. . .I mean, it could be. . ."
But they didn't care in reality. All that mattered was that you were healthy, carrying twin babies, a bun that was preciously on fire and ordering takeout whilst relaxing with your husbands.

Aquarium
CW: None just fluff really, Established Relationship, Intended for Fem reader ,Not proofread 💞
Tumblr media
“Toji did you see that one!” You exclaim pointing at the jellyfish flowing freely in the tank,Swaying and swishing with each false tide the aquarium replicates.
“I saw it Angel-” he looks down at you, your gaze already fixated on the raven haired man
All of the jellyfishes were moving and bobbing behind the glass,The lights hitting the jellyfish to reveal all their secrets. Tiny swirls and dots of pattern engraved in their heads To the way their legs shift in and out of auburn to gold with ten light.
There’s so many of them-The little sea nettles.
Not a care in the world,Truth be honest you can’t even remember the last time you’ve gone to an aquarium. The time seems too long to even remember.
Something squeezes your hand,Dragging you out of your rambling.
“You alright kid?” He offers you his other hand like an anchor for stability. You nod and control search the deep cerulean tank walls.
What is it like for them?
You wonder…Is it thoughtless? Do they feel if we touch them? Are they all friends?
Staring up at the plaque just next to all of the jelly’s.And with each word you settle on one thought.
Being a Jelly would be sooo amazing.
“I’m okay Toji.” Your smile assured him, full of childish curiosity and he gave one back-Rougher but enough to move you to the next exhibit.
All sorts of sea creatures catch your eyes; wether it’s bright tropical fish or little guys with oddly placed eyes, even the coral is amazing to look at with its intricate structure and beautiful colors.
Most you could even say are adorable.
Even the basking tank for the sharks.
Staring into the water you point one out-
“That one looks like you!” You jest lightly elbowing him in the abdomen, He scoffs
“Absolutely not kid” and he looks through the tank “why not that one?” He points at a horned shark-It swims away almost knowing his acknowledgment.
“Cause.” Your antics make him roll his eyes, his jaw slightly clenching
“Cause???” He urges you on.
“The one I chose is a cute shark” You laugh and look back and forth between the shark and your agitated boyfriend
“And mine isn’t?” He argues studying the shark that runs away from his gaze.
“I’m just saying mine is better.” You shrug and smile at your accomplishment.
“What type of shark is it?” His question is
uncharacteristically curious. And a whole bunch of things click; All of the time you two have spent watching documentaries on the ocean and Watching the fish move with the tides while the two of you don’t.
He’s never been to an aquarium before.
“I think it’s a bamboo shark.” You try to rack back memories of your childhood, moving past all or miniature phases that once grasped your entire mind.
You look up just in time to see his lips move around the words. He notices it flushes in embarrassment but doesn’t comment on it.
“I guess it’s kinda cute.” A light blush covers his cheeks and he squints his eyes at you.
“Cheeky thing you are, huh?” He pinches your left cheek in slight retaliation- giggling as he grips your waist dragging you close to him. Planting one kiss onto your forehead.
And you both continue to meander throughout the aquarium making fun of the little sea snakes in the sand and admiring the seals flipping around on the ice.The keepers joyously feeding and playing with the seals.
It’s different to see him so involved and engaged in something so simple like an aquarium.
It’s oddly adorable.
A screech tears you away from your thoughts,Toji’s too as he whips around to where the sound comes from.
It’s from a lady, looking around frantically as I overhear her ask “where’s my kid!?”
You walk towards her asking for details of the kid eagerly trying to help her.
“He’s short, black hair and eyes and is about 7” she calms herself to speak to you her hands shaking while she calls for him “that kids name”
And when you turn around,Toji is gone.
You grumble a few choice words of anger before going off to search for the kid.
You search the open ocean areas for them shouting their name every once in awhile. He might be in the tide pool area! kids like that right? with your new idea in mind you turn back.
Only to see Toji with the little boy handing him off to his mom.
The sight stops your heart. He's beaming and crouched down to the kid giving him a high five saying something you can just barely hear “Your mom loves you, don’t scare her kiddo.”
Giving parting words to the mom while she thanks him repeatedly.
Your heart can’t help but ache at the man approaching you looking relieved as he runs a hand through his hair mindlessly.
He shakes his head letting out a deep breath
“Your good with kids.” you smile dotingly at him
“Really?” Toji isn’t a man of many words, but the way he smiles cheekily only makes you fall harder.
“I’d say you are” and you watch the mom and son walk away,The boy giggling and holding his mothers hand. His hands wrap around your waist- squeezing it with possessiveness that makes you squeeze your thighs together.
It doesn’t go unnoticed by him.
He kisses the back of your hand and walks away with a small wink.
*
You go up to a touching tank, lightly skimming the backs of stingrays and starfishes.
A tap on your shoulder leads you back to Tojis watchful gaze.
“Hey baby” he smiles and offers his arm up to you offering to lead you out of the closing aquarium. The two of you being some of the final guests to leave,The sun's last rays already dipping into the horizon.
By the time you sit in the car you're fighting to stay awake,Your eyes are fighting to stay awake as the car starts up- so by the time he’s on the road back home your eyes flutter close.
Unknown to your sleeping figure he rummages through a bag in the passenger seat,Placing a soft fuzzy bamboo shark plushie into your limo arms.
And you unconsciously squeeze your little gift,He can swear his heart jumps out of his chest at the sight.
“Dumb shark-“ he scoffs looking at you sleep.
Offering you a light head pat.
“A cute one though.”
And you can’t see him smile.
Tumblr media
AN: I had lots of fun writing this one,It’s fun to dip into his character and take him in a much different direction. Hope you enjoyed this! ✨

Apology Fudge: Interlude
Tumblr media
An interlude to this, this post I made, Apology Fudge. I have decided to write a full on fanfic of the AU. But before I get to the whole... Jason finding the container of Apology Fudge... let us start from the beginning.
THE ORIGINS OF THE APOLOGY FUDGE!
Well... an intro that is...
Just a heads up... I'm currently dealing with a family loss, please don't pressure me for quick updates at this moment.
Tumblr media
Jack knew something was going on with his youngest. He may not be a consistent parent in his kids lives, he knows his kids. Just as he knows whatever is going on with Danny, Jazz knows and is doing her best to help him. At age 15, Danny became rather reserved and kept hiding away in a black and white hoodie Sam gave him for their anniversary. The hoodie brought Danny comfort, nearly tearing down their home when it went missing once.
After that, Danny-boy behavior changed. It became… too perfect. Too good. Hiding behind far strained of a smile.
"He reminds me of me, when I tried to be the perfect son for my parents." Jack confessed to Maddie one night. "That was before I left for university…"
Maddie placed a hand over his heart in an attempt to console hm. Despite how open her husband is about his family, any mention of his parents always seemed to damper Jack's entire mood. His parents never approved of his fascination with ghosts, let alone his choice to move out of state to continue his studies. They had cut all contact with their own son until he came to his senses. Seeing as Jack hasn’t spoken to his parents since Jazz’s birth…
“…I’m going to take him out fishing this weekend.”
Tumblr media
Jack could tell the moment he and his son exited the vehicle with their fishing gear on, that it was a good start to an early morning. Small talk was done, mainly himself going on about wanting to see if he could catch a ghost fish. Maybe his old pet fish, Fishy Fish. He still swears he could see Fishy Fish in his dreams at times. Danny relaxed some more, throwing in some jokes of his own about Fishy Fish and maybe they should get an aquarium.
"That's the spirit!" Jack exclaimed, turning on the engine to the fishing boat. "Now to get us some dinner!"
Yes... dinner. If Danny is able to maintain his composure for that long. Sure, he loves spending time with his dad. More so when it comes to the fishing trips. But that changed after... smiling to hide his secrets and the fears that threaten to take over. His smile strained as his dad talked about some recent weapon designs he's been developing.
Looking away, tightly gripping the fishing rod as he tried to not think about it. The weapons that he knew that he would be at the opposite side of. He did not even notice that his father's voice trailed off.
"Dad…"
"Yeah, Danny-Boy?"
"…. you… love me, right?"
"What kind of question is that? Of course I love ya! You, Jazzy-Bear and Maddie!" Jack placed down his own fishing rod to turn his body to face his son. He could see Danny folded into himself, still wearing that hoodie of his. The sight made his stomach churn. "No matter what. No matter what you do. No matter what. I will always love you, being proud of you and always, know that!"
Danny looked away, his bottom lip wobbled as he tried to take in his words. He nearly flinched when he felt something touch his head.
"Danny… is everything alright? I know I haven't been present in yours and Jazz's lives… but your mother and I are here for you two. I am here for you." Jack attempted to talk with his son. Moving his hand away but just enough to give his son enough room for himself. "I know you've been doing your best to be perfect and good."
Danny's head snapped over to him, eyes wide and mouth agape as he attempted to come up with an excuse.
Jack raised a hand to stop him. "I did the same thing when I was your age… and I'm going to tell you what I wished my own father had told me… You don't have to be perfect. You don't have to be good all the time. You don't need to earn our approval. We love you and have already earned our approval! Whatever you want to do with your life, it's your choice! Don't feel like you have to be a certain way to get our approval."
"Do you promise not to get mad?"
Do you promise to not get mad?
"What have I done?"
I killed my own son... This is all my fault.

getting married
Tumblr media
kirishima ikuya, nanase haruka, matsuoka rin, shigino kisumi, tachibana makoto, yamazaki sousuke (separately) x f!reader | fluff | 1.3k words
summary: how would marrying the free! boys go?
warnings: none! pls enjoy 💞
a/n: i cannot write nagisa or rei x reader because i ship them so hard. they’re literally so cute together + i can’t even imagine them not being together so 🙂
Tumblr media
you marry kirishima ikuya in a traditional ryokan with a temple attached. he’s not religious, but temples have always been important to ikuya since some major events in his life have happened there + he always somehow feels hopeful there. your colors are a wine red/purple + white. he insists that you guys should have the perfect wedding, w all the bells + whistles. the ceremony at the temple lasts for like 2 hours, + you’re so thankful that it’s nice outside. ikuya is shedding tears the whole time but trying to seem composed + elegant. but you can feel him trembling because he’s clutching your hand the entire time. the ceremony is held in the only “party/conference room” in the ryokan.
it takes ikuya a while to get out of his shell + loosen up enough to dance. thankfully, hiyori helps him in this department by giving him a few drinks. then the rest is history. ikuya still can’t remember the small details of the reception, but he does remember trying to talk to the koi fish in the pond adjacent to where the reception was held. there’s videos of it, rin made sure of that. you have to drag ikuya up to your room on the 2nd floor of the ryokan + you nurse him back to health the entire next day. which was kinda nice, since ikuya is absolutely adorable when he’s all pouty. your honeymoon in stockholm, sweden doesn’t start till the following week, so you spend your first couple of days married to ikuya cuddled up to him and snoozing.
Tumblr media
you marry nanase haruka at the beach, most likely the beach that he grew up on in Iwatobi. the man did not want to wear a suit + you, of course, know of haru’s love for water. so you compromise + he agrees to wear a nice, white cloth button down with khaki calf length pants. your main colors would be a lighter, almost turquoise blue paired with white. when he sees you walking down the aisle, all he can hear is the ocean waves behind him and your soft footsteps in the sand before him. the only thing he’s focused on is this moment, and the fact that you’re the most beautiful thing he’s ever seen.
he doesn’t know what to do with his hands or how to express his emotions. will likely shed a tear or two. haru doesn’t write vows, because he thinks it all seems so rehearsed, so he will say what he feels in his heart when the time comes. you’re all left sobbing. haru doesn’t really like huge parties so your reception has music, of course, + he has a great time just dancing w you + his friends. the reception ends a little early because he wants to be able to spend time with you alone before being whisked away to your honeymoon in santorini, greece
Tumblr media
you marry matsuoka rin in an aquarium in tokyo. he wanted to get married in Australia but didn’t want to make his mom + sister travel, so he opted to make his Australian teammates travel instead. both the ceremony + the reception are held in the aquarium but in different areas. he —surprisingly —wanted to take over most of the planning for the wedding. he has had this dream of being married in the soft blue glow of the huge fish tank, so you guys get married in the jellyfish viewing room of the aquarium.you don’t have set colors because of the darkness of the inside of the aquarium, but it works out because the light reflecting off of the jellyfish make for the most beautiful blues, pinks, and reds.
he cries like a baby the entire ceremony. from the time he stands up at the altar he’s crying. sousuke has to read rin’s vows for him because he can’t stop sniffling + no one could understand him the first time he tried to read them. the crying doesn’t end until the reception is held in the main viewing room since it has more space + the main tank has sharks! there’s tons of photos ops for the guests and lots of dancing. he wants the reception to end semi early, like around 10p, because you guys have to catch an early flight to your honeymoon in sydney, australia (y'all just stay in the apartment you share in sydney but you go on little adventures to somewhere new every day)
Tumblr media
you + shigino kisumi have a destination wedding! he really can’t decide between paris and rome, but you guys agree on paris since it’s known for it’s romance, just like kisumi is known for his own cheesy romance. your colors are a dusty pink + gold or white. kisumi wants the ceremony to be short so you guys can spend the rest of your wedding partying with your closest friends + family! so the ceremony only consists of your vows + the official “do you take…”. he 100% makes the dumb “kiss-me” joke during the “you may kiss the bride” moment. kinda ruins it but is also so cheesy you can’t help but smile.
he lowkey cries during his vows but you can only see glossy eyes + hear little sniffles. people in the audience most likely will not know he’s crying. BUT BOY CAN THIS MAN PARTY. you guys plan for a tonnnn of wedding games that get the entire party up + bumpin. the party lasts literally till like 5a + you guys just head back to your hotel to begin your honeymoon, since you’re honeymooning in paris anyways
Tumblr media
you marry tachibana makoto in a garden. it’s a super small wedding consisting of only both of your families + your closest friends. your colors are pale yellow + orange which mix nicely w the deep greens of the garden. he’s had his vows written since he decided he was gonna propose to you + getting through reading them was so difficult for him. his ears + cheeks are a furious red that contrasted w the watery look in his eyes. he makes it through, though, but the paper his vows were written on ended up soaked in his tears. you + makoto ended your ceremony by releasing butterflies into the garden, which was entirely makoto’s idea. he’s crying the entire time.
the reception is held in the greenhouse that belongs to the garden. makoto actually made most of the decoration, which consists of tealights in mason jars, beautiful floral arrangements, + little wooden barrels w cute photo op accessories on them. you have to practically carry makoto home from the party because he’s all partied out. he didn’t drink a drop but the dancing + laughter + fun he shared w you + his friends tired him out. makoto has always wanted to go to new york city in the usa, so that’s where you guys have your honeymoon.
Tumblr media
you + yamazaki sousuke have a traditional wedding in tokyo. sousuke isn’t religious but he likes the architecture of old churches + wanted to have his ceremony somewhere with high ceilings. the wedding is huge, though, because of sousuke’s huge family. all of his relatives, whether immediate family or distant relatives, are invited because sousuke felt it was the right thing to do. your wedding colors are turquoise + coral, + the church looks beautiful decorated in these colors. the ceremony lasts about an hour + a half + sousuke is fidgeting the entire time. you couldn’t tell from his face that he was nervous but you could tell from the way he was cracking his knuckles, shuffling his feet, + adjusting his tie. you take his hand in yours + immediately feel him calm down. he whispers a thank you to you + the rest of the ceremony goes by much easier for him.
he says his vows with ease + doesn’t shed a single tear, but once you guys are on your way to the reception in a nearby hotel, he’s all sniffles + watery smiles. this man parties quite hard, especially w his friends. he’s overall responsible, doesn’t drink much, but he’s almost competitive when it comes to dancing. he will outdance all of his friends + even you if you try to challenge him. because of all the dancing, he’s complaining that he’s sore the entire flight to hawaii the day after for your honeymoon.

Tumblr media
        Yuri Briar x Fem! Reader
This can be read with or without reading my Yuri Briar x Fem! Spy! Reader series: An Alliance (part 1).
Beware! This fic DOES contain SPOILERS for the manga and for the Yuri Briar x Fem! Spy! Reader series: An Alliance (part 1)!
Series information: Setting is AFTER the reader rejoined WISE (so Yuri and [Y/N] are married and [Y/N] becomes an official double-spy).
Tumblr media
Yuri doesn't exactly like celebrating his birthday, even when he was a kid he didn't care much. The only thing he really has to look forward to that day is Yor visiting him. Other than that, he sees the day as any other day. He wouldn't even celebrate if you and Yor didn't make him every year.
You and Yor would meet up the day before his birthday and bake a cake together. Afterwards, you'd both go shopping for birthday gifts.
Yuri swears he's in paradise on his birthday. You AND Yor both spending time with him, laughing and getting along with each other? That's enough of a birthday gift for him (until Loid and Anya walk through the front door).
Other than that, Yuri would rather spend the day relaxing off work. He'd be up to going for a walk or a restaurant for dinner, but he's a little simple.
"Yuri, it's your birthday, we're supposed to celebrate!" you explained.
"I know, I know. It's just... I've never really celebrated my birthday much growing up." Yuri admitted.
When his parents died at a young age, he didn't really have the time to celebrate when he was busy studying for school. Yor would at least make him a cake (it wasn't very good... or edible) before heading out for work, leaving him to his own devices for his birthday. He didn't have birthday parties because of how poor they were and he didn't make friends either for anyone to attend them.
"It is my responsibility as your wife to celebrate your birthday with you because according to this ring, I'll be with you for all your other birthdays." You spoke, showing him the silver ring with the ruby on top that he bought you.
Your words made him tear up, his face turning red as tears and snot rolled down his face.
"You're an angel!" he exclaimed, hugging you tight enough to suffocate you.
"I know, now let go before you kill me and I won't be here next year!" you gasped, hugging him back despite your words of "let go"
On your birthday, he's much more energetic and fun (he's a hypocrite).
He'd buy you your favorite flowers and cook your favorite breakfast for in bed. After breakfast he'd bake a cake from scratch using a cooking book (no, you cannot help. Go watch TV or read a book).
He'd take you somewhere that you like to go or that's of interest to you: an aquarium, zoo, park, flower garden, beach, sports game, anywhere you'd like.
He would blow his entire week's paycheck on gifts for you (he works for the state, he has the money).
"I have a reservation for that fancy restaurant that just opened up down the road." Yuri spoke, tying the tie on his suit.
"How'd you get that done? There was a waiting list before that place even opened?" you questioned, brushing out your hair.
"I have my ways." Yuri smiled.
"I hope none of those ways involved threats and bribery." You sighed, placing your hands on your hips as you looked at him.
"No, no, I would never!" he said in a high voice, obviously lying. "...Maybe a little."
"You'd go that far for me?" you questioned, holding your heart as a warm fondness stirred your chest, your heart beat raising. "You're such a sweetheart!" you cooed before kissing him on his cheek.
"Psh! It was nothing! I just wanted to do something for you since you did something for me on my birthday." He spoke, acting as if it was nothing (the blush on his cheeks and the smile on his face said otherwise).
Tumblr media
Thank you so much for requesting! I do apologize for the request being short, I personally don't have much experience on birthdays due to growing up in a family where we don't do much for birthdays.
I'm also working on writing a request for a Christmas one shot for Yuri that will come out in the middle of December so stayed tuned for that!
At the moment, I'm also crossposting my work onto Ao3, Wattpad, and Quotev. I've finished uploading the Yuri Briar x Fem! reader: An Alliance series onto Wattpad and Ao3. My account name is "Stellar Constallation" for Wattpad and "StellarConstellations401" for Ao3.
Want more Yuri content? Check out the Yuri Briar x reader masterlist!

Tweels catching darling masturbate:
"I was thinking of having some fun with shrimpy but it seems that shrimpy only wanted fun for herself, you always act like a totally good and innocent lil student, turns out lil shrimpy was a pervert all along. I bet you enjoy every single thing I do to you." Floyd sneers, he wasn't too happy about you having your own fun without him.
"Say floyd, how should we punish this vicious slut? Shall we edge her until she passes out? Or should we fill her to the brim until she is pregnant?" Jade smirks.
(cw: yandere, dub-con, nsfw, female reader, breeding kink/pregnancy, mention of blackmail, just pure filth because i feel like we don't discuss the twins' eel forms enough orz)
It's really not fair that you started having fun without them! You're so cruel. :( Taking you in human form is pleasurable enough, but they really want to make sure you're properly knocked up by the time they're through punishing you. So while you're coming down from the highs of orgasm, the twins are dragging you away to Octavinelle for your punishment. You're still dazed and horny, and even though you should object when they force you to drink a potion that allows you to breathe underwater (can't have you drowning in the midst of breeding, after all. <3) and work hastily to tear the rest of your clothes from your body you can't find it in yourself to stop them. Your brain might flash alarms, but your body is so heated and sensitive and you can't think of anything else as you stare into their hypnotic, mismatched gazes.
They skip foreplay and the tantalizing build-up altogether and are content to sandwich you between the both of them in the water, tails curling around your legs. You hardly put up much of a struggle and are practically putty in their arms, exchanging breathless, sloppy kisses as they stuff their cocks into your tight holes. It doesn't matter whether or not you want children. By the end of the evening, you'll be begging them for it, too cock-drunk to think of anything else other than the filthy things they tell you. The twins think you're so cute when you're honest like this. All those things you said about how you wished they'd leave you alone and that they're creepy and that you can't trust them and you hate how they stalk you... That means nothing now.
They cum inside so many times it's difficult to keep track. They can't wait until you're pregnant. Just thinking of all the cute children the three of you will have together and how domestic you'll be and how swollen your belly will get with every passing month is enough to get them hard again. In their mer forms, they're much larger and stronger, so even if you do pass out from exhaustion they can keep fucking into your already stuffed pussy. And they'll litter your entire body in bites. Smelling and tasting your blood as it tinges the water is always a delight for them, and they can't help marking you with rough, sudden bites, if only to hear more of your precious cries and moans.
The twins definitely get an ego boost if you mention anything about them being too big for you to handle. >:) Is their cute shrimpy scared they won't fit? Don't worry. You're so wet that they'll slip right in, and even if the squeeze is tight and uncomfortable at first you'll learn to enjoy the pain. And whoever gets you pregnant first gets bragging rights. :)
They probably fucked you in the aquarium. Azul definitely recorded it for blackmail and for his own reasons but you don't need to know that. And when you wake the following morning, sore and covered in bruises and bites and lying between the both of them on Jade's bed, you'll realize the twisted nature of the situation. But Jade and Floyd come from a good, well-off family. You'll be taken care of and their parents will be so pleased to meet you! Just don't think about running away. If they catch you, your punishment won't be very enjoyable. But you wouldn't dream of running away. After all, you told the both of them that you loved them while they were stuffing you with thick, virile cum, and they take confessions like that very seriously.

Hi! I love your work and I have seen that you are looking for Frankie Morales requests. So I'm here.
I was thinking about post break up Frankie and the prompt "i was made to love you." Maybe he fucked up, but they have kid so they have to see each other often and he just can't make himself love somebody else. So maybe getting together again?
ok so fair warning this is very angsty (but it has a happy ending I promise). I was in a mood while writing this, but I'm happy with how it turned out. this was a great way to practice frankie, especially since I love soft!frankie. I hope you enjoy this, nonnie! ♥️
requests are open! send me an ask!

You got up from your spot on the couch to answer the door. As soon as you opened it, you were greeted with a squeal from your smiling daughter, Isabella. You crouched down and scooped her into your arms with an oof.
“Hmph—Baby girl, you’re getting so big! Mommy won’t be strong enough to hold you soon,” you laughed, running your finger across her small, soft cheek.
She pouted and your breath caught in your throat. She had Frankie’s mouth, and her little pout was nearly identical to his. It always threw you off and reminded you of one of your first dates, back when you were both young and in your mid-twenties. You’d gone to the aquarium together, and he threw that look your way to get you to buy something dumb for him—a goofy fish plushie that made him smile like a dork. You were going to get it anyway, but you couldn’t resist when he gave you that puppy dog face.
Sometimes, in the pictures he sent you of Isabella, she was holding it.
You dated for four years, and he proposed just a month before you showed him a positive pregnancy test. Isabella was definitely not planned, and both of you always thought you’d live a childless life, but something must have changed. Frankie became a different person after you both discussed whether to continue the pregnancy or terminate it and chose to keep it. He’d been sober for a few years at that point and made even more of an effort to stay committed to it.
“For you, and for my little girl,” he’d said, placing a calloused hand on your bump.
“How do you know it’s a girl, Frankie?”
He’d shrugged and gave you that sly smirk you adored. “Just do.”
Frankie was right and made sure you never forgot about. He’d let out a cheer at that appointment, getting a stern glance from you that instantly cracked when you saw how joyful he was. You’d never seen him that happy. It had brought tears to your eyes, and it still did when the memory randomly crossed your mind.
He built her crib, saying he’d tell her one day about how her mom was constantly pulling splinters out of his hands. Frankie read all the books he could. Went to every appointment. Comforted you when everything hurt, got you whatever you were craving, told you how much he loved you and how beautiful you were. Frankie was there the entire time you were in labor, never leaving the room unless you—not the doctor, not the nurses, you—told him to.
“What if I’m a bad mom?” You’d asked one night, still catching your breath from the orgasm he’d just coaxed out of you.
“Don’t say that,” he’d murmured against your neck, pressing hot kisses into your skin. “You’re the most incredible, beautiful, and caring person I know. You’re going to be a great mom.”
Frankie was a fighter, a protector, and stubborn as hell. You loved him dearly for it, and loved the way he made you feel special and adored. Around others, he was quiet, but you didn’t mind. His hand was always holding yours or on the small of your back. He wasn’t afraid to show you his intense enthusiasm and endless affection for you—not just during your pregnancy, but throughout your relationship. That made it even harder to accept what you saw on his phone that night in December.
You’d called off the engagement when Isabella was just a month old; she’d been asleep in her crib when you confronted him about the woman who was texting him nudes—and why he was responding. You asked him why it’d been going on since your second trimester, why he did it, how he could hurt you like this. He’d begged for your forgiveness, but it was too late. He sobbed when you told him he had 3 days to pack up his stuff and leave. In an act of mercy, you told him he needed to remain in Isabella’s life. You refused to let your daughter grow up without her father, even if he’d crushed your heart under his boots.
To his credit, Frankie was a man of his word—when it came to Isabella, at least. He always picked her up when he was supposed to, made sure to get a two-bedroom apartment and fill her room with toys and books, and spent as much time as he could with her now before co-parenting became difficult with preschool on the horizon. She had just turned 3, and in the spring, you were going to start looking at programs.
For now, though, you planted a kiss on her forehead and smiled at her adorable giggle.
“Isabella, why don’t you go up and say hi to your stuffies?” You set her down and she nodded, her eyes twinkling up at you.
You watched her climb up the stairs, then turned to face Frankie. He’d set her small duffel bag down inside the door, his feet still planted on the cement of your porch. You saw his Adam’s apple bob with a hard swallow, noticed his fists clench. His ratty green shirt complimented the golden skin you used to run your fingers over, the mossy shade one you’d always loved on him. You had a sneaking suspicion this was one of the shirts you’d gifted him all those years ago. He stared at you with big doe eyes, adjusting his navy blue ballcap and disturbing his dark brown hair with a shaking hand.
“Thanks for taking care of her this week,” you said, breaking the tense silence. “I know it was really last minute, but my mom needed me home.”
“Of course,” he replied, that gravelly voice that you used to love hearing whether it was whispered in your ear or moaning it into the night tugging at something within your chest. “Anything for her.”
You nodded and looked at your feet as you rocked back and forth, crossing your arms. Defending yourself from him. There was something brewing inside of him, and it was about to spill over—you could see it in his nervous swallows, the way he cleared his throat, how he shifted and hunched his shoulders forward. It was never good news when he got anxious like this. He always complained about your intuition, but you told Frankie that he was just easy to read. You loved that about him.
He said your name, his voice cracking. You looked up at him, meeting his glassy gaze.
“Listen, I—I—” he groaned and clenched his jaw, squeezing his eyes shut. He looked back up at you with watery chestnut eyes, and you inhaled sharply. Goddamn, those eyes. “Fuck, I—I don’t know how to say it.”
“Hey,” you said softly. “Just say it, Frankie.”
He took a deep breath and looked straight into your eyes. “I can’t live without you.”
You rolled your eyes and scoffed. “You didn’t have this epiphany before you traded pics with that—that—” you shook your head and lowered your voice. “I don’t have the fucking time for this. I’ll see you next week.”
You went to push the door closed, something tightening in your chest—sadness? Anger? Grief? You didn’t want to keep looking at him, you knew that much. Before you could even move it an inch, his large palm slapped against the wood and stopped it. You glared at him and clenched your jaw.
“Please, listen to me.”
“And why should I?” you spat.
“Because I love you, dammit!” He raised his voice, something he rarely did. He didn’t even do it when you confronted him that snowy night. Frankie rubbed the back of his neck and his voice wavered when he said your name. “I never stopped loving you.”
You felt your body shaking, your eyes watering. You gripped the edge of the door and looked him dead in the eyes, hoping he could feel the anger radiating off you.
“If you really loved me, you wouldn’t have broken my fucking heart. You wouldn’t have cheated on your fiancée while she was 20 fucking weeks pregnant.” You felt your lip begin to quiver. You hissed, “I was carrying your goddamn baby while you were fucking her over the phone, Frankie!”
“And I’ll never forgive myself.” He stated. You saw tears slide down his cheeks, both red with emotion. “I think about it every fucking day. I think about you every day.”
You looked up at the doorframe and gazed out at the sunset sky, clouds painted in oranges and reds with splashes of golden yellow. You chuckled in disbelief and put a fist on your hip. “Should’ve thought about that before you got her number at a bar.”
“Do you really think I’d do half the shit I do for you if I didn’t love you?” he snapped, wiping away his tears with the back of his hand. The sight of it made one roll down your hot cheek. “I don’t have to come over and fix a leaky pipe or help you negotiate at the dealership. I could just fuckin’ tell you to ask your dad or call a plumber.”
Frankie sighed and slumped his shoulders forward in defeat. A part of you liked seeing him hurt like this, like you had—but another part of you ached with him, yearned with him. When you remained silent, sniffing and wiping your nose and cheeks with the sleeve of your cardigan, his face broke and he looked exactly as he had three years ago when you’d railed into him. Broken, anxious, uncertain—something Frankie never was.
“Frankly, I don’t think you hate me if you still text me and ask for my help.” Frankie’s lip shook and he rubbed his hand across his scruff-covered jaw. “I think a part of you still loves me, too.”
You clenched your jaw and snapped, “I’m polite with you because of Isa—”
“No, no.” Frankie interjected. He waved his hand and gave you a somber shake of his head as he said your name. “I know you. You can’t hide how you feel, even when Isabella is in your arms.” He chuckled, something sad underneath it. “You never could.”
You hated that he was always fucking right. It made you straighten and purse your lips. “Then what, Frankie? What do we do?”
“I have no damn clue,” he admitted with a shy smile.
It reminded you of the one he’d given you on your first date. He didn’t know it then, but he’d had your heart from the first smile he sent your way. Boyish and sweet but rugged at the same time, hardened and aged beyond his years. Charming without trying, whether he knew it or not.
“All I know is, I was made to love you.”
Your sob got caught in your throat. You squeezed your eyes shut and felt tears start to stream down your face like waterfalls. Frankie’s rough thumbs wiped them away, just liked they had so many times before. He still remembered that you loved it when he stroked them across the top of your cheeks, his other fingers gently laying over the lower half of them and gracing along your jaw. You didn’t push him away or ask him to stop.
Why was he always right? Maybe you were easier to read than you thought. Or, maybe, you were made for Frankie, and he was made for you. You opened your eyes to see his only inches away, the corners of his crinkled with a gentle smile. Those soft lips, that sweet voice speaking your name, those crying eyes—they were yours as much as they were his. That tight string in your chest snapped, and you realized that although you may not forgive him for what he did, you still loved him. And you wanted to start again.
When you nodded and smiled through your tears, Frankie grinned like he had when you found out you were having a girl. Joy at the thought of starting something new and from the thrill of being right about something you doubted. Joy only you could ever spark within him. The thought of that made you warm inside. It would take time, that was for damn sure. But you were willing to try. You were made for this man as much as he was made for you.
reblogs and comments are so appreciated! I love hearing what y'all have to say <3

Scraped Knees
CW: Major character death, mentions of blood, just a lot of angst.
One day ill learn to make a banner but today is not the day Word count is 1994.
“Do you remember when we were eight?”
“We spent the entire summer at the quarry searching for cool rocks for my aquarium.”
__
Lucille had gotten a fish tank right before summer break had started, she’d invited You, Nancy, Barb, Katie and Beth to meet her turtle who’d she’d named skipper.
“He can do tricks, he’s just shy with everyone watching.” Lucille had been bragging all day about how talented Skipper was, he knew his name already, he came when you called and he knew how to do tricks. Nancy had said it was impossible, turtles didn’t do tricks and Lucille had told the little group that you could see for yourself this weekend if you came over for a sleepover.
“Can turtles be shy?” Barb glanced at Katie skeptically, she knew her dog didn’t like big crowds so maybe it was the same with turtles? Katie just shrugged and walked away from the tank to plop down on her sleeping bag next to Beth who had fallen asleep the minute the clock had hit nine o’clock.
“I told you turtles can’t do tricks.” It was murmured to you just barely under her breath but Lucille still shot a glare in Nancy’s direction, her face flushed a red that rivaled the freckles dotting her face. You knew Nancy was most likely right but the fantasy book Eddie had shown you and the mermaids that occupied its pages had you hoping it was Lucille who was telling the truth.
__
“My parents had promised me a turtle if I could get the money for a tank, they had said it would show I was responsible enough to put in the effort of taking care of a pet. You had said we could get rocks for the bottom of the tank at the quarry, that they had really cool ones.”
“Come on, the cool ones are down here.”
“Eddie we’ve gotta go, we were supposed to be back before dark.”
“Your folks don’t even get back until ten, there’s no way they’ll know we didn't make it back in time.” Eddie reached a hand out to help you down the loose gravel, a incomplete grin beamed up at you already knowing that you wouldn’t be able to say no to a good adventure.
“If Wayne tells my dad we were out this late you’re doing all the extra chores they give me as punishment.” Your parents had never believe in grounding, or spankings, they said it was it would stifle your personality and that you just needed structure to blossom, their yoga instructor had handed them a parenting pamphlet a few months back and they’d taken it to heart, now you just had to clean Mrs.Marks garden of weeds or take Mr.Robinson's trash out if you got in trouble.
“You worry too much, they’ll never know.”
“We’d shove as many rocks as we could in your overall pockets.”
“I told you they’d find out about it Eddie.” Your eyes were rimmed in red, tears dripping down your cheeks as you cried to Eddie from your windows, arms resting on the ledge as you sobbed about all the trouble you’d gotten in. There had been no yelling, and you were tasked with helping old Mrs.Garcia’s laundry for the next two weeks but you’d been banned from seeing Eddie for that time.
“I don’t know why you’re crying, I'm the one who has to do it.” Eddie absent mindedly ran his tongue along the space where his tooth was growing in, his features scrunched up in disdain at the thought of having to hang up old lady clothes while she droned on about how her garden was doing this summer. “Besides, we can talk through the windows right?”
He could tell it hadn't really processed that even with your separation you two were still talking to each other, close enough you could see the smudge of chocolate on his cheek from whatever sweet treat he’d gotten from Wayne for lunch. You sniffled a few times and rubbed your running nose against your hand while nodding, yeah that was true you could still talk to each other. It wouldn’t be all bad.
__
“I remember that, they ripped on the way home so we scooped them up in your shirt. Mom was so upset, she’d just bought those for me.”
__
Two weeks had dragged on for what felt like years, made bearable by the time you’d get each morning and night when Eddie would stick his head out of his bedroom window to talk to you through your own.
“Do you wanna go to the quarry tomorrow?” Small hands held out a bar of strawberry taffy, the sound of creaking giving away the fact that Eddie was standing on a chair to get a closer reach to your window, whether the candy was a bribe or a peace offering for the trouble you’d gotten in you knew you would have said yes either way.
“My mom says you’re bad news.” You snatched the candy before he had a chance to reconsider, tearing the wrapper open and taking a bite while Eddie laughed.
“I get that a lot.”
__
“We went back every chance we got though.”
__
“Come on slowpoke, you're walking slower than Mrs.Garcia does.” The gravel crunched under Eddie’s heel when he turned to look at you, never breaking his stride and walking backwards with complete confidence in his abilities.
“Eddie slow down, you’re going to fall.” He continued to walk backwards, facing you with a steadfast grin, both his optimism and his steps never wavering while he continued to tease you for being so slow.
“I bet there’s some fish in the shallow water, we could catch some for your turtle.” The red pail in his hands had been meant for rocks but the idea of getting to have a cooler tank than Lucille had you clambering down the slope, pebbles slipping under your feet as you rushed to the shallows were Eddie had already reached, his form squatting next to water to watch the tiny fish darting around.
“We need to go back, please. I need you to take me back.” Your words were heavy, the saliva thick in your mouth and refusing to go down when you tried to swallow, his droopy eyelids making it catch painfully in your throat. “You promised me you’d catch the fish.”
“Next time for sure, I’ll get them next time. They were just too far out this time.” The little fish had scattered the moment Eddie had tried to scoop them up, his red bucket coming up short and holding nothing but dirty water and floating debri.
“They were not, you just scared them off.” You rubbed your arm across your face to wipe away the sweat that was making its path down your face, the hot summer sun searing directly overhead and ruining the good mood you had had walking into the quarry.
“You try it then.” Drops of stale water splattered across the front of your dress when the small pail was thrust into your arms, empty of everything but a challenge and your souring mood.
__
“You’re a lot faster than you used to be, I know you’ll get them this time.” The air was humid, clinging to your skin and warming you at a rate that had you itching to claw your way back to the trailer; it was sticky and completely wrong for the early spring weather that normally had you shaking in your boots. The sweat and grime and streaks of crimson compounded with the muggy weather made your nerves stand on end, Eddie’s hand was slick in your own, holding tight but slipping when his strength started to wane.
__
“Fine, I will.” The gravel made your turn swift, your body turning with a smooth flourish that was followed by quick and heavy steps as you made your back down the slope of the quarry, red plastic rattling as you pushed ahead of Eddie with a determination to prove yourself and a drive to get home where a peanut butter and jelly sandwich was sitting in the icebox with a cold juice for you.
Eddie hurried behind you, a checkered grin on his face and complete confidence that if he couldn’t get the fish, that had absolutely been to far out when he’d gone down, that you would be able to, even with the heat getting to you, you had to be one of the most determined people he had ever met and if you couldn’t do he knew there was no one who could.
__
“Eddie, Eddie come on.” Dustin’s hand slid from your shoulder to cup both your hands, his voice cracking in a tone of despair you’d only ever heard described in the tense scenes of your books or dramatic moments of Eddie’s DND campaigns. Until now you’d forgotten he had been with you both, but the anguish he spoke with had your vision blurring the muted grays and flashes of red into indistinguishable streaks of misery.
“You always were a crybaby.” His features crinkled, etching his face in scores of red lines that read only in warmest feelings of fondness. A smile that reached his eyes, and even your own blurry ones, and shined in a place that had never known a sun.
__
You had started falling before you had even reached the shore line, shoes slipping on the loose pebbles in your haste and sending you tumbling the remaining several feet where you skidded to a stop in the damp dirt that rested near the shallows. Normally the embarrassment alone would have been enough to have you bursting into tears but the welling droplets were brought out as a pain flared in your knee, the skin bright with irritation and little droplets of blood beading up from the impact.
Eddie’s laugh died before it was able to bubble up, his concern for you propelling him to your side in record time where he shivered at the sight of your knee, his stomach dropping when you held onto him and cried about how you’d scraped your knee.
___
“Do you remember what I said when you scraped your knee on that one day?” His words were slower, like his tongue was weighing heavily in his mouth and each enunciation was a struggle, an immense effort to form.
__
“It’s not..It’s not so bad.” The bleeding had never formed a steady flow and had already stopped but you were still inconsolable, fat tears racing down your face as you clung to your friend for comfort. It made Eddie a little green to see but he patted your back and tried to think about what his Uncle Wayne had said when he’d fallen learning to ride his bike and skinned both his knees and his right elbow.
“It’s not gonna hurt like this forever y’know.” By time Wayne had gotten him cleaned up and he’d had a fudge pop in his hand the pain had already been gone from his mind. “The sting only lasts for a bit, I promise.”
“Yeah?” Your nose was running now and there was a dull throb but the promise from Eddie made it seem just a little less intense.
“Yeah.”
__
“You had said it’ll sting for a while.” Eddie’s hand was still in your own but only you were holding on now, his fingers were limply curled around your clenched fists, not strong enough to return your grip nor to pull them away so he could wipe the tears that was mingling with the blood and dirt caked on your face. Dustin’s calls of Eddie’s name were now muted to you, the world around you falling to the background as your vision clears enough to see his own face was wet from crying.
“But it’s not gonna hurt like this forever.”
“Do you promise?”
“Yeah.”

No more had been said after Frankie's statement at the aquarium.
He was right. Truth was that you had allowed Ben to distract you from the decision that you needed to make. Whether he had done it intentionally or not, it had to stop. You had to make your choice.
The drive back to Ben's was tense. Frankie didn't look at you the entire time, just watched the scenery fly by as you drove. You opened your mouth a few times to speak but you stumbled each time and inwardly scorned yourself each time. Parking up in the drive, you helped Isla out of the car as Frank grabbed autumn from her seat and carried her in. Entering the kitchen, you saw Ben at the stove, attempting to cook and growing more and more flustered as he went on.
"What's going on here?" You asked as you lifted Isla to place her in her chair, your head snapping to Frankie as he entered a few moments later.
"It's supposed to be-" Ben was interrupted by the smoke alarm going off "SHIT." He yelled as he pulled out something from the oven that was charred beyond recognition, cussing as he grabbed the cloth on the counter beside him and started to fan the smoke alarm.
"Ben, do you need some help?" You asked but Ben didn't answer, he just continued to panic as the kitchen grew smokey.
"PAPI!" Isla screeched and you turned on your heels to see Frankie leaning on the wall, clawing at his throat as he tried to pull in a breath.
"SHIT... Frank?" You called out as you sprinted to his side, helping him to the ground and supporting his top half as you glanced up to Ben "Benny, medicine cabinet, grab his inhaler." You ordered and the younger man nodded before sprinting out of the room.
"Just try and calm down Francisco." You ordered as you held him "Slow your breaths..." You said as you coached him with your own breathing "That's it."
"Here," Ben stated as he held the inhaler out to you before stepping back and watching as you helped his friend.
"Here you go, Frankie." You said as you handed him the medicine, watching as he administered it as he'd been shown at the hospital "There you go." You said sweetly as you rested your brow on his, taking steady breaths with him as the attack subsided.
Ben watched the two of you and his stomach twisted with a mixture of guilt and jealousy. Seeing the two of you together, he could see that he was getting in the way. He had hoped that your lack of decision had meant that he would be able to convince you that he could do this. He could be a father. Could be the partner that you wanted and deserved.
He was realising now that he was just being selfish.
"I'm sorry Fish." He piped up finally "I was just trying to-"
"It's fine Ben." Frankie interrupted "No harm done." He finished as you helped him get to his feet, wavering a little "I need to lay down."
You nodded, watching as he walked away. You could feel Ben watching you but you weren't ready to look at him. Your show a few moments ago was enough you were sure to send his mind reeling.
"Mummy." Isla called out and your head snapped up. You'd momentarily forgotten the toddler was there "Papi okay?" She asked as you made your way over to her.
"Yes, sweetheart." You said softly as you cupped her cheek and wiped the few stray tears that glittered on them "He just needs to have a little nap and he'll feel all better."
Her arms stretched out and you picked her up without question, holding her close as she cuddled you as tightly as she could. Your gaze then finally landed on Ben who was watching you with eyes the size of saucers and you felt a twinge of guilt.
"Can we play princesses?" Isla asked, pulling your attention back to her and you gave her a sweet smile and nodded as you carried her from the room.
...
Benny was perched on the edge of the bed when you entered the bedroom you shared with him. His eyes were fixed on your daughter but you knew he was really thinking about what he was going to say to you. The whole evening had been a disaster from the moment you'd walked through the door but it had also brought things to light that could no longer be ignored.
"Benny?" You called out, your voice wobbling as you awaited a reaction from him and you were rewarded with a deep sigh.
"We're over, aren't we?" It wasn't a question. You knew that the moment his head lifted to look at you.
His blue eyes were swimming in unshed tears and you couldn't stop yourself as you sprinted to his side and pulled him into your arms. You held him as he sobbed for a while, running your hand through his hair in the way you knew he lifted and eventually you felt him calm. You lay down, pulling him with you and for a while the two of you stayed there, noses brushing as you gazed at each other a while.
"I love you." He said after a while, his lip wobbling as he spoke "But sometimes, to love someone, you have to let them go."
"Benny." You sobbed but his hand cupping your cheek stobbed you in your tracks.
"I think we could have had a really amazing life together." He continued before edging a little closer "But you and Frankie are meant to be... Not us."
You nodded. A few tears slipped free as you let out a stuttered breath. Ben's soft lips enveloped yours in a sweet kiss that consumed you. As it grew deeper, the two of your started to remove each other's clothes and you moaned when his lips travelled down your neck. His deft fingers dragged through your folds and the moan that escaped his lips was filthy when he found you dripping for him. His fingers pushed in and you mewled, throwing your head back in pleasure as he stroked that special spot within. Your fluttering walls alerted Ben to your impending orgasm and he kissed you softly as he focused on pleasuring you.
"Cum for me sweetheart." He ordered and you did, biting your lip to stop yourself from screaming out and waking Autumn who slept soundly in the corner "Role on your side." He instructed and you did, moaning when you felt his length nudge at your entrance.
The pressure was a lot but you'd not had sex in a few months. He gave you a moment to adjust before he started to thrust, slowly and deeply. He held you close with one arm and held your leg over his thigh with the other, kissing your neck and painting your skin with his love and adoration. You knew what this was. This was goodbye and your heart ached a little at the knowledge that this was the last time you'd ever be in his arms. His length plunging in and out of you though soon distracted you from that and you felt yourself grow closer to your second release.
"Touch yourself." He pleaded "I need to feel you cum baby."
You did as he asked and with a few focused rolls of your fingers, you came with a silent scream, pulling him right along with you. You felt a tear land on your shoulder and you scrunched your eyes shut as you tried to will yours away.
The two of you fell asleep in each other's arms for what you knew would be the final time and you knew that when you woke. That was it...
The love story between you and ben was over.
...
Ben was gone early the next morning. He said he had an early client at the gym but you knew the truth was that he just didn't want to face you. Frank was sitting at the table with Isla when you emerged with his youngest, giving the toddler a wave when she greeted you with one herself.
You poured yourself a mug of coffee from the pot, topping it up with milk and then made your way to the table. You positioned Autumn at your breast, smiling at how eagerly she latched and letting out a chuckle at her wide eyes.
"Someone's hungry this morning." You cooed as you looked up at Frankie who was watching her in awe.
The two of you sat in comfortable silence for a while. The only chatter came from Isla as she told you both about how excited she was for preschool and the plans she had with her friends for the day.
"Can mummy take me?" She asked as Frankie wiped the mess of yoghurt and strawberries from her face.
Her question stopped you both in your tracks, the two of you sharing a look before Frank replied.
"I'm sure she doesn't-"
"Why don't we all take you today." You interrupted upon seeing the toddler's lip start to wobble "You can show Autumn your favourite tree that you were telling me about."
Isla nodded eagerly, giggling in excitement when Frankie put her down and told her to go grab her backpack.
"You don't have to come." He said as he started to clean up the rest of the mess his toddler had made.
"I want to." You replied with a smile "I thought after we dropped her off, we could go to the park. It's such a lovely day today. Feels a shame to waste it."
Frankie looked at you with a furrowed brow but his face softened when he saw how you were looking at him. His eyes then travelled down to Autumn who was still suckling at your breast and his lips twisted into a smile as he nodded in agreement.
"Sounds like a great idea."
When autumn was done, You burped her, changed her and packed everything she would need for the day whilst Frankie got his eldest ready for hers at preschool. Her lunch that you put together the night before was packed into her backpack along with a change of clothes and a few of her favourite toys. Then the four of you made your way out of the house, clambering into Frankie's truck and heading out.
You couldn't help but notice how quickly the two of you had fallen into a regime. Frank had taken on his father duties without complaint and had adapted to Ben being involved easily. You knew he hated how hands-on Ben had been but he had accepted it nonetheless and you were grateful to him for that.
Arriving at Isla's preschool. The toddler excitedly grabbed your hand and dragged you and Autumn to the garden to show you the 'bum tree' as it had been affectionately named by the other children. She was then ushered in by the teachers and you were finally alone with Frank, your nerves suddenly coming on, full swing.
He drove the three of you to the park and after assembling the pram and finding a nice shady spot to enjoy the day, you placed the picnic blanket you'd packed down and sat. He joined you, laying Autumn on her front along with a few of her stuffed toys and you smiled as she lifted her to look around at them, a small smile gracing her face.
You sat in silence for a while. Neither of you was really sure what to say to the other but after what felt like an eternity, it became too much for you. So you just came out with it.
"Ben and I are over."
He didn't say anything straight away. His gaze remained fixed on Autumn who was now dosing in the detachable bassinet from her pram.
"Say something." You pleaded after a while and he finally looked at you.
"What is there to say?" He asked and your brows furrowed at that.
"You told me to make a choice." You stated, sitting up straighter "I chose you, Francisco."
"Did you?" He asked flatly "Or did Ben decide for you?"
"I don't-"
"I heard you both last night." He continued and your expression morphed into something else "I heard him tell you that it was over." He paused a moment to scrape a hand over his mouth before his attention returned to you "I also heard the two of you fucking afterwards."
"That was closure." You growled, keeping your voice low "He didn't tell me it was over... He asked if we were." You stated plainly "You see, after you left the kitchen, Isla called my mummy again in front of him. That for him was enough for him to realise that as much as we love each other, we aren't destined to be together."
"What's that supposed to mean?" Frank scoffed and you sighed.
"It means that I am in love with you. I have been all along and he can see that we are meant to be together. We're meant to be a family. You, Isla, Autumn and me. He knew I was going to end things. He just decided that he'd rather it happen on mutual terms."
Frankie was left speechless. His lack of response had you scoffing and you got to your feet, needing a moment to yourself. Finally, his brain caught up with his feet and he stopped you in your tracks, pulling you to him and turning you so he could pin you to the large tree you'd taken shelter under. You were practically panting as the two of you shared a fierce stare and then his lips were on yours, kissing you hard and pouring all his love and adoration into it. When he pulled away, you then both looked at each other and smiled. Finally, the puzzle pieces felt like they'd fallen into place.
"I love you too." He whispered as he tucked a stray hair behind your ear but Autumn's cries pulled you from your moment. Eliciting a chuckle from the both of you.
You watched Frankie crouch down to check on your newborn, a smile gracing your lips as you felt a weight lift from your shoulders. Finally, you had made your decision.
Now you could start to move forward.

Fic Update: Bottled Ocean, Chapter 36
Bottled Ocean summary:
Lance knew the moment he saw the one-armed Human man in pain, bleeding and tied up like bait in the ocean that the people on the nearby ship were the ones Mers like him were warned to stay far, far away from. Lance knew the moment he saw the one-armed Human man in pain, bleeding and tied up like bait in the ocean that the people on the nearby ship were the ones Mers like him were warned to stay far, far away from.
But even with such a warning there was no way of knowing how dangerous this particular ship, belonging to Night Elf Captain Lotor, could be.
And even had he known, Lance’s actions would have been the same. The man, Shiro, needed help. Shiro’s younger brother, a half blood Human / Night Elf and fellow abused slave needed rescued. And Lance could not, would not, turn away from those in need.
But all actions have consequences.
Lance is captured and now the fate that awaits him is as a test subject as Lotor seeks to unravel all of the legends, the mysteries and the magic of the Mers. His only hope is an escape alongside Shiro and Keith. But the clock is ticking as Lotor’s experiments and methods grow more cruel, more violent, and if they don’t escape soon… the only freedom any of them will find will be in death.
Chapter 36 snippet:
And because Shiro was staring so intently he saw the moment Lance’s eyes fluttered open, the whites catching the light, before they squeezed shut with another moan and Lance’s entire body curled in on itself, arms gravitating to wrap around his stomach. Shiro faintly wondered if he was about to be sick.
“Now, now,” and Lotor nudged Lance’s back with his boot, “it is not time for sleeping, Lance. You have done quite enough of that today.”
Lance didn’t react other than to curl up more with a small whimper and Shiro wasn’t sure if the boy was even aware of Lotor.
Lotor let out an exaggerated sigh.
Crouched down.
And purple lightning sparked upon his fingertips that he pressed to Lance’s already abused shoulders.
It didn’t even take a second.
Lance flailed awake with a shriek, eyes blown wide and body contorting to escape Lotor’s touch but unable to escape as Lotor merely followed his attempts, keeping the purple sparks going.
Shiro tasted blood as he bit down on his tongue, left hand curled into a fist at his side and nails biting into his palm and well aware of Keith’s low hiss next to him but like Shiro he did not move.
They could not engage.
It would make it worse.
But God.
Lance’s flailing came to an abrupt halt as he rolled into the side of the aquarium and could go no further and Lotor lifted his hand away as Lance huddled there, shaking and whimpering and tear-lined eyes pinpricked as they stared up at Lotor.
Shiro could no longer see Lotor’s face as he loomed over Lance, but he could picture the smirk perfectly as the man’s words came back towards them on the wind. “Awake now, are we? Finished wasting my time?”
Lance didn’t answer.
Lotor’s hand crackled with purple lightning.
“Y-yes,” Lance choked out even as he flinched backwards and in the flickering light the burns on his shoulders looked even angrier and Lance looking as terrified as Shiro had ever seen him.
This wasn’t right.

they say if you have a cat it'll be hard for you to get married
five times people misunderstood kaoru's relationship with fukuzawa (or did they?)
"Ah what a lovely family."
"The parents are quite young don't you think? Oh but the papa-san is very handsome and the okusan is quite beautiful. No wonder they have such an adorable child."
Kaoru's ears are sharp enough that he can hear the comments, and while he's been mistaken as Yume's "papa" enough times to not let it bother him, the addition of his subordinate into the mix leaves him a bit confused as to how he's supposed to feel about all of this.
Well certainly anyone would mistake two adults holding hands with a young child as the picture perfect image of a normal happy family, but this way was a lot easier on his back if he didn't have to carry Yume all the time. And far be it from him to stop Yume from holding hands with Fukuzawa when since that first meeting at the aquarium she had already grown quite attached.
Was it so easy for a child to get attached to a stranger? Kaoru doesn't know enough about kids to tell. Well the vice-versa held true as well with Fukuzawa being so gullible.
Yume wasn't actually his child but his niece. Fukuzawa was his subordinate. And rather than anything maternal, it was the other way around with how Fukuzawa had started calling Yume, "senpai".
Kaoru had always thought it before, even if majority of their workmates practically worshipped the ground she walked on, but Fukuzawa was actually a natural airhead wasn't she?
Even if he were to explain that they were just going to an UMYU-Sea fan meet, who on earth was he supposed to explain it to? And the fact the Fukuzawa seemed unbothered (no doubt distracted by something else or the other again) left him feeling silly for thinking about it so much, so he resolved to put it out of his mind.
Although...he will admit to feeling gratified after Fukuzawa ends up freaking out when Sea Bunny exclaims how lucky she was to have an entire family as dedicated fans.
Hello again! You brought your husband and child with you this time around? Oh is this Yuki-chan? Nice to finally meet you!
(Even if it took her an entire thirty seconds to process it.)
-
"Buchou!"
"Fukuzawa-san!"
"Thank you for saving us time and time again. We're always grateful."
This was already a familiar scene to him, and while one eye was on their Director, the other was on Fukuzawa. While she kept up a fine enough appearance of being unaffected, previous incidents were stark in his memory that he knew well enough that it was for show.
"Where would be without you two?"
"Probably dead because of alcohol poisoning!"
"Truly, the parents supporting the entire team!"
"Please let me call you mother and father!"
His eye twitched. Looks like they pushed it too far tonight. Everyone was wasted by this point with tears streaming down their faces.
Even Fukuzawa. He was pretty sure that underneath that sparkling face she could no longer process anything and was just nodding along to what everyone said.
He sighed. While he usually saw the Director off first, it didn't look like he was going anywhere soon snoring like that.
Getting to his feet and gently grasping Fukuzawa's arm, he helped her up. "C'mon Fukuzawa, I'll call you a cab."
She really must be out of it if she didn't even spout off her usual excuses - I'm fine, I'm fine. No need to worry about me - and just sleepily blinked up at him. At least he didn't have to carry her in his arms again.
As long as she got home, he was pretty sure she'd be well taken care off what with Yuki-san waiting for her there.
-
"Bye bye, Saku-baa chan!"
That was new. He could almost hear the dull gong of a heart breaking.
"Yume-chan?! Why? I mean I know I'm no longer in my youthful twenties but couldn't I still pass for an onee-chan?"
He wasn't sure about leaving a young woman on the ground crying with hands outstretched toward them like that, but Yume just kept smiling so he walked faster when the whispers started getting louder.
"I'll see you at the office next week, Fukuzawa."
Glancing down at his niece, he thought it was a bit strange. Yume wasn't one to be rude like that. Perhaps noticing his gaze, Yume turned that bright smile up at him instead.
He was getting a bad feeling about this.
It was even stranger when they returned to his parents' home.
"Ara, Saku-chan isn't with you? Kaoru you should have invited her to have dinner with us. While you're at it you might as well invite Yuki-chan too!"
Setting aside the fact that his sister seemed to be acquainted with Yuki-san (When did that happen?), the sudden change in the mode of address took him aback.
"That's right, Kaoru. It would be nice to talk with Saku-san and Yuki-san again. Do invite them over when you get the chance."
Even his mother?
Left to his thoughts, he recalled Fukuzawa's stricken expression. Despite the turn of events, he couldn't help but feel slightly amused especially when he remembered her making fun of him that one time. Not at all, Kaoru oji-chan.
Wait a minute.
"Hey, Yume."
"Hmmm, what is it Kaoru oji-chan?"
Yume was scrolling through his phone. He didn't really mind since he knew Yume wouldn't mess with anything related to his work.
"Earlier, with Fukuzawa, why did you say it like that?"
Yume looked a bit surprised for a moment, before smiling that incomprehensible smile again. "Hmmm, no reason Kaoru oji-chan. More importantly, don't Saku baa-chan and I look super cute here?"
As if showing damning evidence, Yume flashed the photo his sister sent him that he ended up saving on his phone.
Was his niece really just four years old?
Sometimes he wonders.
-
This was another familiar scene.
Both hands on his shoulders, the grave expression on his co-worker's face made it seem as if he had something of utmost importance he had to talk to him about.
He sighed again. (He noticed he was sighing a lot more nowadays. He had to be careful not to let the stress get to him.)
Would this make the fourth time already? And wait wasn't he rejected already?
"Orizuka..."
He decided to just ride it out.
"Why didn't you say anything?! I wouldn't have asked to be set up with Fukuzawa-chan if I knew about you!"
Knew what exactly?
"I mean I thought it was bit farfetched when someone in the fan club said you had a secret love child, but then I remembered you had a niece. Now why would Fukuzawa be spending her day-off with you and your niece? And of course there was only one logical conclusion!"
He was starting to get dizzy from the incessant rattling. He said logical but Kaoru thought there were so many things in that statement that he didn't even know where to start. He knew there was an unofficial fan club, but what? They actually formalized it?
Speaking of fan club he recognized some of Fukuzawa's admirers start to gather around them. What on earth was with those 'aha' looks on their faces?
"No wonder Fukuzawa didn't seem to be interested in dating. The buchou huh? Well certainly that's one high-spec man."
Oshiro? Why did she sound so self-assured all of a sudden?
"Well senpai is a high-spec woman herself. I have no choice to give way if it's buchou."
Kaoru wasn't sure if he agreed with high-spec himself. And give way for what exactly? He wasn't even going to think deeper on why Shibasaki sounded melancholic.
"Yeah, yeah. If it's buchou and Fukuzawa-san they're absolutely perfect for each other. The ultimate dream team."
"Don't worry about it, buchou. Everyone here supports you!"
Kaoru was starting to think there was a fundamental and dangerous misunderstanding going on here.
"Oh you, Orizuka you. No wonder you didn't want to introduce anyone to Fukuzawa! That whole bit about HR and no office relationships was just you being cautious, huh? I'm sorry for being so insensitive and not being able to read the mood, man."
He doesn't know what face he was making now, but it was sure to be a disgraceful one. The enthusiastic clapping on the back wasn't helping his composure much.
He could not make a big deal about this. Especially with Fukuzawa just there with a blank look on her face.
Strangely, she started to smile. "It's nice to see everyone on the team getting along and supporting each other, right buchou?"
You could hear a pin drop.
He sighed. While he was glad there were no misunderstandings whatsoever (at least on Fukuzawa's part) he strangely started to empathize with the fan club members all of a sudden.
While some of their co-workers were convincing themselves that Fukuzawa was just being shy and covering up her embarrassment, Kaoru knew her long enough to see that there was nothing insincere about that smile. She was completely, a hundred percent serious. It might be interesting to see whose denseness won out in the end.
She might be a bit of a slob, erratic and not as perfect as everyone seemed to think she was, but Fukuzawa was nothing if not dedicated and serious about her work. No office romances. It was clear she didn't have the time nor space to think about it. It was reassuring to know they were on the same page. It was one of the reasons why he liked her so much-
...
Well regardless of what anyone thought, the repeated and annoying request for referrals to be introduced to Fukuzawa stopped all of a sudden after that.
Finally.
-
At the heart of the enigma that was Fukuzawa lie 'Yuki-san'.
Yume and his sister had no shortage of praises for the mysterious person(?) that was likely Fukuzawa's room mate. The food Yuki-chan makes is always so delicious!
All he knew about them was that they were a great cook, wore a life-sized ultra realistic cat costume for some reason, was perhaps close enough to Fukuzawa's family to be considered a family friend, and was likely the one who was taking care of Fukuzawa all this time.
So who were they exactly? He still had misgivings if they were a cult-leader. A family relative then? Because of not, what exactly was the relationship between Fukuzawa and this Yuki-san that they were living together?
And why on earth was he still so bothered about this?
Maybe he should turn himself into HR for relentlessly being curious about his subordinate's private life.
He'd spent so long thinking about Yuki-san, that when he finally came face-to-face with him...
He still didn't know what to make of him.
All Kaoru knows is he feels a strange sense of deja vu, except this time he's over the threshold and the garbage dump was no longer a garbage dump.
Fukuzawa was still blackout drunk, but instead of facing a tiny black kitten, for some reason he was sitting seiza-style in front of the mythical "Yuki-san".
What on earth was with this situation?
Yuki-san was staring at him for so long that he was starting to get uncomfortable, before bowing deeply.
Thank you for bringing our Saku home.
A mother-in-law? Kaoru wasn't a mind-reader but he had a gut feeling for some reason. Shaking away the silly thought, he hastened to return the bow.
"No it's fine. I myself am indebted and have been in Fukuzawa-san's (wait, wouldn't Yuki-san also be a Fukuzawa), or rather Saku-san's care."
And after having said it, Kaoru realized that it was true. She may have started out unreliable at first, but he realized that he's come to trust Fukuzawa with quite a lot. In hindsight, he has to admit that it was really his fault that Fukuzawa had gotten more and more involved with him and his family.
Was it his imagination that the cat was smirking for some reason? Could you even smirk through a cat costume? He didn't realize there was such advanced technology in mascot costumes already.
Rather than rush to deny anything (especially when he wasn't sure what he was supposed to be denying even), he just decided to pass on his sister's and mother's invitation for dinner at their place.
He had an ominous premonition that he was just digging himself in deeper.

The pin finally drops. Fukuzawa as dense as she is, finally gets it. And as expected, her shrieks as she apologizes to him are ear-splitting.
"I'm really sorry, Buchou! I don't know where on earth everybody suddenly started getting this idea." Twiddling her thumbs and pouting, she looks as far from the capable role model everybody in their office looks up to. "I mean don't they say those with cats can't get married so easily?"
"Hmm, well there's that. But don't you know, Fukuzawa," For some reason, Kaoru smiles, "In Europe it's actually the opposite. They say cats actually help out anxious young women hoping to become brides. With Yuki-san there, doesn't it seem like those wedding bells are likely to come sooner rather than later?"
The brilliant blush on her face, as she finally gets its, makes everything worth it.

♡ Soobin ♡
You had decided that your first date with Soobin should be in an aquarium setting, since blue was his favorite color and fish were your favorite animal. It would be cute to see him dress up and to watch the fish from all angles in a calm and serene way.
You had worn your favorite sweater and shirt which read "D.I.L.F 'Damn, I Love Fishing," which you thought was appropriate for the occasion.
"Hey (Y/N)!" Soobin said front where you were standing at the entrance holding a map in his hands, "They have a shark exhibit because of that new 'Killer Titanium War Sharks' movie!"
"Oh that's so cool! I hope we get to see some of them!"
Walking around the venue, you notice a couple fish that catch your eye, they're green with bright orange bellies and mean faces.
"Oooh Soobin! Soobin! These ones are so pretty!" You exclaim and Soobin's heart just melts because of how excited you got.
"(Y/N), those are piranhas. 🥹"
Soobin then grabs your hand and heads for the stingrays, which you would be able to pet according to the tour guide lady.
Anxiously waiting your turn, you finally step up to the open area and pet the stingray closest to you, while Soobin messes with a starfish on the opposite side. He looked so cute like that, his hair in his eyes and an adoring smile on his face. You were so entranced by his features that you weren't paying attention to the dangerous animal in the water and something very peculiar happened. You got stung.
You immediately felt a sharp jolt run through your entire body and noticed the welt on your wrist starting to form as the pain increased. You sent Soobin a look that told him everything and he was rushing to your side to see what had happened the moment a tear slipped down your cheek. "Ow." Was all you said before you blacked out in Soobin's arms.
"Hey, How are you feeling?" Soobin asked you from the chair on the right side of your bed. You had groggily opened up your eyes and noticed you were in a white room which was quite the contrast from the blue of the aquarium. You were still wearing your clothes from earlier, but now you had a cast as an added accessory.
"What happened?"
"You got stung by a stingray and instead of screaming like a normal person you just passed out instead." Soobin filled you in with a pained smile.
"I'm not a lil bitch. I wouldn't cry about it." You said, shrugging and turning on the ER TV. Soobin moved up on the bed with you and told you to scootch over so that he could snuggle you.
The rest of your date was spent in the hospital bed, but it was still fun nonetheless. And you got free snacks!
♡ Yeonjun ♡
He had absolutely no plan in mind when he had asked you out on a date; the only thing he knew was that he wanted to see you somewhere outside of the workplace so he could try and romance you like he wanted.
This boy had been head over heels for you for months. Slipping notes into your cubicle, talking to you from his desk on the other side, offering to carry your things, and holding the elevator door for you whenever he rode.
It was just another day when all of a sudden the cheesy love notes turned into an actual plan: "Pick you up later tonight?"
Which you had agreed to, of course.
This is how you found yourself waiting outside on the boardwalk, wondering what exactly your co-worker had in mind. You were wearing your favorite outfit and the new Versace perfume you had picked up earlier that week. You were worried that Yeonjun might've thought it was too casual until you saw him walking towards you.
You thought your eyes had deceived you into thinking the angel before you was Yeonjun. His hair was wind blown and messy but in the cute boyish way and his perfect lips were wearing a light gloss. His bright yellow button up had been opened revealing a Kate Bush t-shirt. His denim jeans and converse added to the comfortable yet outrageous gorgeousness of the man before you.
"Hey, you look nice." He said, and you felt your heart flutter in your chest. "Thanks, you too."
Walking further along the boardwalk, Yeonjun slips his left hand in yours and makes his way towards the carnival games. Noticing how your eyes glance over at a large puppy stuffed animal for a fraction of a second longer than the rest of them, he insists he plays the water gun game to win it for you.
Laughing along with him, you join a group of two other people as the operator readies your water guns. Winking at you, Yeonjun holds his gun with two hands and aims it at the target.
"Hey, did you see the massive churro that the guy behind us has?" You ask, grinning.
"What? Where?" Yeonjun swivels around in his seat just as the bells go off signaling the beginning of the game.
Maniacally laughing, you aim your gun at the target and watch as the water moves the bar up towards the top of the booth, meaning that you were winning. Yeonjun finally came to his senses and tried to beat you but to no avail. You had gotten the big prize: the giant puppy stuffed animal.
Handing it to your date, you give him a kiss on the cheek and say "better luck next time."
"You cheated!" He said, but smiled as he buried his face into the soft fur.
Needless to say, the rest of the night was spent on the ferris wheel in a heated makeout session while the puppy waited at the tables below.
♡ Beomgyu ♡
"This movie is supposedly so scary that the first people to watch it died after throwing up when the gore scenes came on!" You said excitedly as you held your boyfriend's hand leading him in the direction of the cinema. You had been talking about the new movie, "Killer Titanium War Sharks" for weeks in anticipation for it to finally hit the theaters. Your calendar in your shared apartment with Beomgyu held the official date in which you would be taking him to see it; something Beomgyu had been secretly hoping you would forget about. Truth be told: he had been terrified of it ever since he saw the trailer on YouTube.
"Wow.... Great....." He mumbled as you sat down in the velvet upholstered seats of the theater. The only reason he had agreed to come see it with you as a date was because you had agreed to purchase him the Sno-Caps chocolate bites and the pineapple gummi bears that he liked to combine into mini sandwiches.
You moved a strand of his long hair behind his ear and stared at him in the eyes. "Beomgyu," you started, making sure that you had his full attention, "If you get scared you had to suck it up and deal with it. No bathroom breaks. We're watching it all the way through." Gulping, he nods his head and trembles in his seat as you watch the beginning credits roll onto the screen.
"(Y/N)."
It had been a little ways past the middle of the movie and Beomgyu had his hand on yours, gripping it as though it would fall off. He had been eating a crap ton of gummi bears and Sno-Caps and for a moment you thought he was going to offer you one. In a way, he did.
"What's up?" You ask.
"I don't feel so good-"
Barfing all over you, Beomgyu manages not to get any on himself as he watches the sugary sweets end up on your favorite cardigan. When he was done, he delicately patted his lips and smiled anxiously as he watched you take in what just happened.
Instead of yelling at him like he had thought, you laughed. "Beomgyu, that's so gross!" You said in between hearty chuckles. Laughing along with you, you both leave the theater hand in hand, not finishing the movie you had been so excited about.
"I'm sorry I made it so that we couldn't finish the movie." Your boyfriend said with genuine concern.
"Are you kidding?! That was 100 times better than any ending I could've gotten from "Killer Titanium War Sharks!"
♡ Taehyun ♡
You had first noticed him in the library, drinking a splendid Arabic blend of coffee with Kafka open in his lap, twiddling with his hoodie strings with a contemplative stare. You were sure that cupid had struck you with his arrow just then; he looked up at you from what he was reading upon hearing your entrance with the bell atop the book shoppe door.
This had been a habit of his, to show up at the same shoppe as you so that he could see what it was you were reading that week. Today, you had another Junji Ito manga stashed away in your arms and an excited smile on your face. He didn't understand what was happening until you had made your way to his usual spot.
"H-h-hello." He said, trying not to sound awkward but failing tremendously.
"Hey," you said, moving to sit down next to him, "I see you here often?"
It was an observation you made yet you still phrased it as a question, unsure if you were bothering the beautiful boy in front of you. To your surprise, he seemed ecstatic.
"To what do I owe the pleasure?" He asked very chipper.
"I was just wondering....would you maybe.....it's totally okay if you don't want to....go out for coffee sometime?" You squinted your eyes in a slight grimace at how awkward your questions sounded and to make matters worse, you threw up finger guns.
Taehyun practically giggled and moved a chair closer to his so that you had the opportunity to sit down and talk to him. "Why, I would love that." He said, or at least he thought so. It came out more like "y-y-yes please yeah that sounds wonderful."
You inch closer to his spot and look at his book title. "Metamorphosis? Nice." You throw up another finger gun and you wanted to dissolve into the linoleum tiles right then and there.
"And I see you're reading my favorite Ito! No Longer Human!" He smiles and sends you the same hand gesture back.
Eventually, you guys pack up your things and head to the nearest coffee place in town: "The Mind Grind." This was where Taehyun had gotten his coffee earlier
He orders a vanilla latte and you order a black iced coffee with two espresso shots. Needless to say, he looked at you as though you were crazy but was most definitely intrigued by your order.
After a long conversation about reading material, you hand him your number scribbled on a napkin and offer the idea of "we should do this again sometime."
Taehyun thought about you the entire time he drove home.
♡ Hueningkai ♡
If this boy agreed to go on a date with you, you knew you had to make it an activity of sorts so that he wouldn't fall asleep or complain about the boringness of art museums or how lame the documentary you went to see was.
Your last date being roller skating, you knew that you were never going to put Kai in skates again as he had run into the wall numerous times and had fallen on top of you when leaning for support. You both ended up in so many unwanted bruises and cuts that you spent the entire next day in bed; an ice pack on Kai's neck and one on your knee.
This time you figured you would be able to find some form of interest in laser tag.
And oh boy was that an idea.
Hueningkai was so chipper and excited about it that he blasted ATEEZ in the car all the way there and talked about how fun it would be to shoot the other players with you by his side as his right hand man. However, when you arrived at the arena, it became very clear that you both were on opposing sides.
"(Y/N).... What'll I do over there without you? 🥲" *Pure fear*
"Fucking suffer under the wrath of my laser tag skills 😈" *Pure adrenaline*
Hiding behind one of the safety zones, you push forward towards the enemy base, keeping a watchful eye out for your 6'1 boyfriend. He would have a hard time hiding you would think since he was so tall, but something told you he'd be just fine.
Shooting a couple other players, you run towards the base and ready yourself to grab the flag. The concept of the game was basically capture the flag but with cool guns that went pew pew. You saw someone guarding it and shot them from afar, closing in on the target. The flag was in your hands and you were about to make a break for it when-
Two arms wrap around your chest, causing you to drop your winnings. You were then shoved into a wall and Kai held you there in place as he looked you up and down. "Trying to win, I see?" He asked, keeping in character of the game. It was both cute and annoying because you were both so competitive.
"Accept defeat." You said, trying to twist out of his grasp and make your way to the flag on the floor. Tacking you, the two of you fight each other for it and crash into a couple walls in the process. Lifting the flag above your head, you grin in triumph, flexing over the fact that you had beat Kai in a fist fight.
"(Y/N). Uh. Are you okay?"
"Huh?"
"Your nose is bleeding everywhere."
Low and behold, there was a steady trickle of red dropping from your nose all over your shirt and shorts. Sighing, you stick the flag in your pocket and Kai takes it from you while you're preoccupied with the blood.
"KAI YOU MOTHER FUCKER."
He leans in for a kiss and ends up getting blood smeared on his face. "I win."
He shot you in the chest and the lights turned on, meaning that the game was over and he had, in fact, won.

Blue
Satoru Gojo woke up crying that cold November morning. He swallowed back his tears just as he swallowed the three words he wished he had said in Suguru's final moments, in that alleyway in Shinjuku. "To you, who blooms and scatters like transient flowers, goodbye”
Satosugu |Oneshot|Also published in Portuguese and on AO3
Satoru Gojo dreams of faces that torment him every night. He stops sleeping, eventually; the faces remain even when he is awake, now in his peripheral vision, eternally present. Riko Amanai watches him with the same sad eyes he remembers from their visit to the aquarium, but there is a peculiar hole in her forehead, a trickle of blood running down her nose. Misato Kuroi is always covered in blood, paler than death. And Suguru Geto is smiling, like that fateful day in Shinjuku, when he said that he could never be happy in a world like that.
The day Toji Fushiguro murdered Riko, something inside him died, Satoru concluded. Nothing was ever the same again, and he wasn't the only one who thought so. Shoko gradually had less and less free time, her hands stitching pieces of bodies back into place and putting life into them again, at the cost of her own energy, of her own life, increasingly deeper dark circles and a face that showed how each miracle performed ripped away another piece of herself, and that maybe one day there would be nothing left to take from. Nanami was never the same after he saw Haibara Yu pass under his responsibility: he abandoned, for a while, his career as a sorcerer because he could no longer bear to see the mountain of bodies of his companions that piled up day after day. Suguru stopped being his moral compass when he murdered an entire village of non-sorcerers.
Satoru Gojo was sleeping restlessly, as usual. This time, he dreamed of a world where he had defeated Toji Fushiguro and stopped the Time Vessel Association from completing their goal. Riko was alive, and never got to merge with Master Tengen, who achieved stability despite this setback: she would be an adult now; she had completed college and, in this reality, had just had her first child, a baby girl named Sachiko — “miracle child.” Misato became her legal guardian until she came of age, and cried the happiest tears of her existence when she saw Riko back in her arms, still a fragile child, on that day when she should have merged with Master Tengen. Nanami and Haibara were waiting for him at a bar for drinks that Friday night, to celebrate Nanami's birthday. Other guests included Utahime, Mei Mei, and Shoko, who had fewer dark circles under her eyes and a smile that seemed genuine rather than hollow.
Another person was also waiting for him at the bar. Suguru Geto never killed those people, never abandoned his past, his ethics, his life. He was still the same Suguru who was horrified when Gojo suggested killing all the damn members of the Time Vessel Association when they recovered Riko Amanai's body. Sometimes Satoru thought about how he should have — how he wished he had — killed all those miserable excuses of human beings; it would have been as easy as snapping his fingers, and it wouldn't have made any difference in the grand scheme of things. Maybe that would have made a difference in how things turned out. Maybe not. It didn't matter in that alternative reality, in that dream: Riko Amanai was alive, and happy.
The Satoru of his dream took a long sip from his glass of beer, laughing at one of Haibara's misadventures on the most recent mission he faced. His eyes met Geto's, a talent he had for always finding him in a crowd, and Suguru smiled. When the two returned home, the cicadas sang, filling the cold summer night; in his dreams, it was always summer, like the eternal youth of his Jujutsu High days. The sky was still clear, the setting sun threatening to turn the blue into orange. The glass buildings in the Shibuya region reflected blue, dyeing everything the same color, the color he had always associated with Geto.
The two walked in silence. There were so many unspoken words — in that dream and in reality — that Satoru couldn't express them, the bitter taste of goodbye always stuck in his throat, words unspoken and swallowed desperately; it was the terrible taste of the curses that Geto swallowed, which he did not share with anyone else.
Suguru smiled at him, and there was no anguish or pain behind his smile. — We will meet again, won't we?
Satoru Gojo woke up crying that cold November morning. He needed to blink a few times to dispel the vision of blood on his hands, Geto's blood, which he would never be able to wash off completely. He swallowed back his tears just as he swallowed the three words he wished he had said in Suguru's final moments, in that alleyway in Shinjuku.

Alright, I finally finished Chapter 4 of the fanfiction! Just like Chapter 3, it's an overview of events without any dialogue (kind of like a journal), this time surrounding the events in the story from Chapter 1 to 14, and again both twins' POVs are given.
The next chapter won't be like this, and I plan on writing about the whole Sali and aquarium thing in Dali's POV for Chapter 5.
I basically have like 90% of the entire fanfiction already in my head and I can't wait to finish it, but it takes so long to find a right way to write it out. 😣
Anyway, here's the chapter.
CHAPTER 4 – Our New Home and Old Home
Dali:
After spending most of our lives in the orphanage, Migi and I were finally able to return to Origon Village to begin our mission of avenging Mother. Through the use of our wits, skills, and some luck, we were able to trick an elderly couple, the Sonoyamas, into adopting us.
They wanted to adopt only one child, but luckily, because Migi and I look the same, we were able to trick them into thinking that we were one boy named Hitori. Besides, it was better this way. It’s not like we were actually going to become part of this family, and for the sake of fulfilling our mission, we needed to hide our existence and withhold as much information as possible, since our mother’s killer may already know about us. We needed to be one in both heart and mind.
That being said, this wasn’t going to be easy. All we knew was that we once lived in Origon Village with Mother. We had no idea where we once lived, and we certainly did not know who killed Mother.
But to be honest, I wasn’t even sure if Mother was actually killed; it hurts me to think about it, but perhaps Mother really did just leave us behind.
But there’s no way I could say that to Migi, otherwise he’d be completely heartbroken. That’s why we needed to see this through, and I’d do anything to help us uncover the truth.
Our first few days were a success, as we successfully infiltrated the Sonoyama family as one boy. Of course, there were a few road bumps along the way where we were almost caught, but that was to be expected in unfamiliar territory.
Yet, I couldn’t help but notice that our new home began to have an effect on us.
Migi, being the glutton he always was, already took a liking to the old woman’s cherry pie, and since then he’s been talking about it every day. In fact, he’s also been drawing cherry pie every day, though I could never tell just by looking because of Migi’s drawing skills.
I do worry that he’s beginning to forget himself and our purpose. Ever since the welcome party, Migi seemed to be drifting away from me and Mother, as if he was actually becoming a member of the Sonoyama family. I’ve told him not to let his guard down, because we just couldn’t trust anyone else; more importantly, we didn’t need anyone else when we had each other.
Well, I can’t exactly blame Migi, since our new life was more comfortable than before, even more so than when Mother was still alive. We had plenty to eat every day, we always had fresh clothes, we were always clean because we showered and bathed daily, and we got to sleep in a big, warm bed together. I’ll admit, I did find myself thinking about the old woman’s omelet from time to time, and it did feel quite nice spending time with Migi in our new house, whether it was hanging out in our tent, raiding the fridge at night, or even seeing Migi in those striped pajamas. But still, I reminded myself that I had a duty to fulfill, and I could not afford to let my guard down.
Yet, even as I told myself this, I still managed to slip up several times. During the welcome party, I had no choice but to burn Migi after just realizing that it wasn’t a trap after all. When we went over to that rodent’s house, I didn’t expect the rodent to hurt Migi to such an extent. Seeing Migi hold back his tears like that angered me to no end, but looking back on it, I was also angry at myself for allowing this to happen. After drinking so much juice one particular night, I ended up wetting the bed, though luckily Migi didn’t catch on.
I hate to admit it, but I wasn’t as capable as I thought I was. Nonetheless, I still needed to maintain my image in front of Migi, who was always watching me. If I couldn’t be someone who Migi could trust and rely on, what good would I be? How would I be able to protect him if I was the big brother who wet the bed? And if I couldn’t protect him, would Migi still be with me?
It’s a good thing that Migi’s always been quite oblivious compared to me, otherwise he would have noticed long ago. Still, it stung me that I needed to lie to my younger brother.
Our experiences after exploring the Ichijo house reminded me just how important my duty was.
As soon as Migi saw our scribbles on the wall, he completely broke down and cried just like the night we lost Mother, like he was 5 again. I was sad and dearly missed Mother too, but it was the sight of Migi crying that really drove me to tears. During that night, he held me tightly in bed just as he did when we were little.
Ever since then, Migi had dreams about our past with Mother, and as I feared, he began asking why Mother left us. I couldn’t bear to see Migi like this anymore, so I decided to investigate Origon Village together with him. I needed to reassure Migi that our mission had meaning, that our lives had meaning, and that Mother really did love us. Eventually, I was able to do this by cobbling up a theory, yet I still wasn’t entirely convinced of this myself. No matter how much I tried to convince myself, I couldn’t conclude whether Mother actually left us behind, whether she loved us.
Even though we lived so long without Mother, her absence still lingered in our hearts to this day, as if we were cursed. To lift this curse, we needed to get to the truth as soon as possible, and I’ll do anything to make sure that we see this through. For Migi, and myself as well.
Migi:
After spending most of our lives in the orphanage, Dali and I were finally able to return to Origon Village to begin our mission of avenging Mother. Through the use of our wits, skills, and some luck, we were able to trick an elderly couple, the Sonoyamas, into adopting us.
They wanted to adopt only one child, but luckily, because Dali and I look the same, we were able to trick them into thinking that we were one boy named Hitori.
But still, I knew I could count on Dali, because he always knew what to do and what to say. Sure, we may have gotten ourselves into some sticky situations like with the golden beast, the welcome party, and the ropewalking at boy scouts, but that was to be expected because we were in unfamiliar territory. We successfully made our way into Origon Village as Hitori Sonoyama, all thanks to Dali’s plans; all I needed to do was listen to him and perform my job perfectly.
Yet, I couldn’t help but take a liking to our new home as our new life was a lot better than before. We ate delicious food every day, we were always clean because we showered and bathed, and we had a big bed that we shared together. The old woman and the old man were actually nice people, and the golden beast was fun to play around with. I couldn’t stop thinking about the old woman’s cherry pie; it was the best thing I’ve ever had in my life!
I wonder if Dali feels the same way. Dali has never said it himself, but I’m sure he does, because I’ve seen him eating just as vigorously as I do, especially when it comes to the old woman’s omelets.
But to be honest, I sometimes struggled to understand Dali’s plans and what he thinks about. Was it about avenging Mother? I sometimes see him writing in a journal, but whenever I ask him about it, he immediately closes it and tells me that it’s nothing with a smile on his face. I’ve asked to see it before, but Dali always refuses, saying that an idiot like me couldn’t understand it.
I’ve also wondered why I’m always the one to do the dirty work. It was me who snuck into the Sonoyama house in a box, who dug through the old couple’s dusty bed, and who investigated Akiyama’s house while Dali got to eat cherry pie.
On the other hand, I also understand why things were this way.
When I wet the bed that one time, I thought Dali was going to scold me or hit me, yet he was actually so accepting of me and my stupid mistake. Even though Dali didn’t wet the bed, he was so determined, even more than me, to hide my embarrassing secret, and he even let me eat breakfast while he cleaned up after me.
After we found out that we had lived in the Ichijo house, Dali comforted me all night, holding me tightly in his arms as I cried, and when we investigated Origon Village to gather more information, he consoled me and patted on the head when I was worried about Mother leaving us behind.
Truly, Dali was always my strong, smart, and cool older brother that looked after and cared for me. That’s why I’ve always admired him and wanted to be just like him. I know, it sounds a bit strange since we’re identical twins, but it’s true. I’d do anything to make him happy and proud of me; it was my purpose.
When Dali laughed so hard after I impersonated the old woman, I felt a tingle of joy.
When I was able to befriend Eiji at boy scouts when Dali was sick, Dali was amazed at my feat and praised me for a while. I couldn’t be any happier.
Yet, I couldn’t help but feel a lingering anxiety. Could I always keep doing this? Could I always live up to Dali’s expectations? Would he still be with me even if I couldn’t? Even though we were identical twins, why was there such a difference between me and Dali?
But there’s no way I could express these thoughts to him; he’d probably be disappointed in me and call me “Stupid Migi” like he usually does when he’s mad.
Perhaps things will change after we avenge Mother. That’s why I need to listen to Dali and do anything to see our mission through. For Dali’s sake, and my own as well.
