there was a call for a part 2 of this so here it is

"There's a reason for that," Y/n says after a glance from Spencer tells her it's okay. There's not really a better time than when they're all together, even if her husband has some minor injuries. His hand comes to rest on her thigh as she stands between his legs. "We're married."

The look of shock on their faces is priceless, opened mouths and widened eyes as their brains work to catch up with what they've just heard. Only two words, and it's taking them a while to catch up. It makes sense, though. Spencer never shares more than he wants to.

"So he's not suffering from serious brain trauma?" Morgan confirms.

"Probably not," Spencer tells him. "She'll stay on top of it all night, though." It sounded more sexual than he intended, and it got everyone, including her laughing.

Y/n whispers her next comment quietly enough that only he can hear it. "Is that a promise?"

"And there's not going to be a sexual harassment lawsuit?" Hotch asks, just about as relieved as he is surprised.

"Nope," Y/n assures him. "He's pretty much always a flirt."

"It is kind of the Florence Nightingale effect." Spencer jokes, pulling her to sit in his lap. He can't stand to be around her and not touch her, even if it's gross for everyone else to watch. By the looks on their faces, especially Penelope's, they're finding it cute. "Because she's really in love with me."

Her grin confirms it, but she nods too. "It's hard not to be."

"One more question." Emily requests. "How are you able to flirt with someone so hot and smart?" She asks Spencer.

They could all understand how he was with someone so smart, maybe someone that hot, too, but not how he managed to actually talk to her when they'd seen how terribly awkward he was.

"Painfully to start with," Y/n says with a laugh, giggling more when Spencer pinches her side.

"Flawlessly, now," Spencer adds. "I'm a smooth talker." She could not deny that. In and out of bed, he knew exactly how to push her buttons. "You know, you guys can go back to the BAU. I've still got jello to be fed."

Y/n agrees. "Doctor's orders, sorry."

Hotch lets him have it, gesturing for the rest of them to clear out of the room. Spencer did get thrown into a pane of glass, he probably deserves an afternoon off.

"Just so you know, you might get in trouble for public indecency if you have sex here," Morgan warns them, a round of laughter erupting again.

Spencer doesn't hesitate in his jab back. "How would you know that?"

He mumbles something about how being a smooth talker got him into and out of that situation.

"So what did you think?" Spencer asks her once they're gone.

"I think Morgan should realize we've already had sex in a hospital." She jokes, finally pressing a kiss to his cheek. "They're nice. And they think I'm hot, so that's a big plus."

He rolls his eyes, scoffing lightheartedly at her. "Everyone does."

I usually don't go and rework something and re-upload so quickly but OH MAN the compression on the first one was NOT GREAT. And with all my glitch stuff in there it wasn't just an eye strain it was like...instant headache. So to reduce that a bit and not just like kill someones brain cells, I reworked the noise to be less crazy but still capture what I wanted it to be. Still eye strain. But way more what I want.

Still will put the original below the cut and the timelapse cuz the time lapse is fun.

I love this it’s like a where’s Waldo for bitter people who hate everything.

I know there was an ironic picture very similar to this going around this sight a while ago that got mistaken for being unironic, and this seems to be different(I reverse image searched this to try and make sure I didn’t repeat my mistake from a few posts ago, and I actually found a bunch of really cute similar-looking drawings that were not all about how bad it would be for liberals to get their way, so I recommend doing that. I also found this brilliant joke from the Babylon bee:)

5/10 because the drawing is cute regardless of its boomer-ness…. And only 1/10 for the Babylon bee, but only because they made Waldo based and epic. I wish they had gone to the effort of having someone draw him the way he actually looks in the real books, though.
