HEHEHE omg yes <333 i love that bit, too!! bcoz like i said, this version of tomura is so bluntly and unapologetically honest, always saying exactly what’s on his mind, and he can’t even fathom that she would’ve meant literally anything else other than exactly what she said. like season one and season two tomu, he struggles with accurately reading social cues, affect, reading the room, double meanings, and using the right tones of voice (in addition to decoding others’ tones of voice!). like the thought that she actually wanted to come over to fuck and not play video games with him hadn’t even crossed his mind. he thought he might get a little lucky and cop a feel or maybe a lil sneak peek of her panties/up her skirt but not that he’d actually get to fuck her, let alone multiple times!

he knows touya’s very strict and possessive with his little sister, and he knows touya well enough to know that both he and reader are going to be in mega trouble if they go through with this (but tomu doesn’t care, because he knows touya ultimately cannot touch him), but he doesn’t actually know just how strict touya was about tomura himself in regards to reader. so the thought that she might be coming to ‘hang out’ with him as a form of revenge against her big brother isn’t a prospect he can even conceive!

a little concert idea rambling session-

idea: a meiko or kaito centered concert for their 20th anniversary. the entire track list are songs in their release order. if this were a thing i executed, that would include covers. so 2008 would be nostalogic, 2009 would be change me, but then 2010 might be calc or secret police. each song representing each year until we hit the 20th anniversary mark. Another catch: cover contributors could only use their V1s for songs that predate their V3s. so if the cover contributor picked tell your world (2012) they'd have to use meiko / kaito v1, since their v3s were released in 2014 / 2013 respectively.

pros: - i think it's a neat idea - good diversity and potentially a fun challenge for cover creators - it's a particularly good fit for Kaito, seeing as he is like. the king of having covers of other character's songs. - it would only really work for meiko or kaito, because they have a small number of original songs with motions. Characters like len / rin / gumi / flower would have enough motions for originals that you could make a full concert, where as characters like piko / seeu / fukase have so FEW motions it would be basically all covers.

cons: - No motions exist for songs older than 2007, so there would be a 3 year gap for meiko and a 1 year gap for kaito - Even with the gap.. that's a lotta songs. kinda long for an online concert. if we're averaging each song at around 4 minutes, that's 76 minutes for kaito and 68 minutes for meiko. for perspective, nico cho parties generally last about 40-50 minutes and the plps have both hit just above 50 minutes

if u got this far u should give me ur thoughts on this matter because i am steadily rotating it in my brain whenever i have a free moment.

#thoughts #oni talks #oni vents #I keep having dreams/nightmares about repressed memories &/or memories in general or like investigations or smth #like my dreams will be point blank referencing something going so far as to literally tell me that in dream but either I don’t know what or #I don’t fully understand why? like some stuff is obvious and easy & usually I figure it out in dream or right after #but other times it’s just like ???? or it’s like I have some of the pieces but not all of them and I have no idea what picture I’m supposed #to be trying to put together for the puzzle either? sometimes dreams are just cool adventures with like messaging or processing #other times it’s memories and I can tell I’m in a memory but I either can’t tell which one or why or it’s like a hazy remix of several ? or #sometimes it’s like there’s someone else there with me guiding me through it? sometimes it’s like another me or a demon or a ghost or a god #I’ve also noticed a huge uptick in dreams/nightmares where it’s like I can tell the time period they come from and it’s been getting #like progressively younger? like I had some post grad then high school then middle #and then last sleeps one was elementary or younger maybe bits & pieces where I was slightly older? #I remember going through different places i lived in order to figure out my ideal living area but there was a memory block on one area #& I remember exploring like my childhood home & I know I was a kid because I was short and everything looked like it did when I was little #everything was bigger & I remember there was I think parties? & AU versions of my family some supernatural #ik there was an investigation w/ me & an Alt ver of my sis bc smth happened to both of us & it was like a whodunnit while a cooking comp was #sort of in the back ground? think iron chef but supernatural it went between that and parties where I was the only kid there so if I go #based on that there’s at least 2 maybe 3 hazy memories of parties my siblings had? 1 was in upstairs bathroom which was hazy but I remember #I was alone with this one girl in the bathroom at some point who I think later died if it’s the same girl & then the other one there’s hazy #memories of I think me showing one of my sisters friends around the basement? around the same area as the dream too #I also keep having dreams/nightmares of the same house ik I had one before where it was abt how me+siblings have ties there that will keep #leading us back & I think my dad was trying to sever it or fix it from the afterlife? i will say lol. imo big hit’s creative direction especially their styling and graphic design has beeeeen boring for years and i need them to either step it up and stop relying on fans to buy everything indiscriminately or add more people to the team. where is the creativity where is the THEATRE!!!
