Thinking about Shawn Spencer with a gun.

Remember that one episode where he's in the backseat and shouts "Somebody give me a gun!" and Lassie and Jules both shout "No!"

....why?

This is Henry Spencer's son. The man who, at that point, has shown he can:

Analyze a room from a glance and find a criminal

Recreate entire crime scenes and scale models from memory off seeing them for less than two minutes

Save himself from someone dead set on killing him

They spend a whole episode (maybe the same episode from before idk) talking about the detective exam which he aced when he was 15

It's a known fact that the only reason he isn't a cop is mix of leftover teen angst, a hatred for order, and a flair for the dramatic

In the first fucking episode, we see him in a shooting range with Lassie's old partner (Doctor Amber Volakis who is fucking everywhere in the early 2000s' once you know her face). In that scene he looks at the target for all of 10 seconds.

He doesn't watch her shoot. He doesn't study the target. And in one tenth of the time it took her to make the shots, matches every one.

And because it's Shawn this is all after acting like he'd never held a gun before.

Obviously no one else is in this scene to see this but still. Shawn shoots a gun maybe twice more in the series but dude is skilled marksman.

Dude also only gets angry when innocent people and people he care about are in imminent danger.

My point is there should've been a scene where Henry Spencer, the person whose main interaction with his son was during survival and skills training, was held at gunpoint and utterly helpless.

Carlton Lassiter, the person with 10 guns hidden throughout his apartment, should hand his personal weapon to Shawn who at that moment has no visible emotion.

Shawn Spencer should walk into the building with no body armor, no plan, and no emotion.

And immediately get a head shot.

No conversation. No bargaining. Nothing.

He should then turn on his heel without even talking to his now blood-speckled father and walk back outside. Return Lassiter's gun. And deposit himself in the back of a squad car.

Or he should set up an NES in the precinct and fucking demolish everyone at Duck Hunt

Either one.

Hello❤️! So I was wondering if you could create a post about my request that I will tell you now, because I really want to hear your opinion on it.

So my friend and I both watch Tokyo Revengers and we both read the manga and everything and we just love to talk about it. Our opinions and “theories” would mostly be (it includes Mikey), what if Draken was pressured by Mikey into being around Emma, protecting her and in the end loving her.

So our opinion is based on a fact that Draken is doing everything for everyone and putting himself last. First off the nature of Drakens and Mikeys friendship-Draken looked up on Mikey and through the years got the habbit of doing everything he says and doesn't, and now we know that Emma was really important to him as well as her happiness (everyone excluding her as a child, being alone etc.). So what we think was going on is rather in the beggining Mikey was the one pulling the strings between the two and as the years went by-Mikey making Toman and being the leader of it- Draken wasn't in a position to say no as well as the other members of Toman. It was shown that no one has a problem with Emma and even if she was the most likable person ever it is not possible to get along with everyone. basically people couldn't say no to Mikey and couldn't stay on Emma's bad side and in those people we include Draken.

Another point that I already mentioned a lot is Mikey. Through the story it got shown more then once that Mikey lost respect for Draken, for example when Taiju said how Mikey trust Izana more then Draken, and like he knew Draken since they were like 10? or when they had a meeting about letting Kisaki in and yes Mikey was manipulated but he didn't even consider Drakens opinion, his literal right hand and best friend, and Draken isn't stupid he had to realize it at one point so that rises a question why didn't back away?

Draken has no one. He grew up in a place where he did without good role models and like 1 person that would look at him as a kid. He had Mitsuya but Mitsuya also had his sisters to take care of, and Draken was surely aware if that so the only person he had was Mikey who already lost respect for him and was ready to replace him, the only thing keeping him in his place was always doing things for Mikey and never saying no. Not saying that they didn't love each other, they surely did but deaken surely had a pressure of being replaced and loosing the only person he could be with. So the main question, considering your page, does Draken really loves Emma or is he just pressured by Mikey? It is said that it was Mikeys dream for Emma and Draken to be together and have a family. And also like I said that Draken didnt have anyone so I also think that he sticked around the Sano siblings because he didnt want to be alone. And also in the future where its said like “Takemichi and Hina are married but Emma always spends time at their place, and Emma is pregnant…”, Draken and Emma are almost not even spending time together.

I would love if you could take some of your time to replay ro my request because I really want to hear your opinion on this.

Oh I've never heard that before, it's an interesting pov! I could definitely see it from the perspective of Draken putting others before himself, Draken is a very selfless guy and we see it a whole lot throughout the series. He's definitely not a pushover to Mikey though and will stand his ground when he thinks Mikey is wrong about something. I'm also not sure Mikey would've even realised that's what was going on, I mean when he first sees Draken and Emma talking, his first response is to think they're gossiping about him. (Lmao)

He obviously realises their feelings at some point but he definitely doesn't seem perceptive enough to notice that early on, more so in Emma's case here since she seems to be the one who fell first.

I do think that a lot of the toman members were forced to get along with Emma though. Not forced as in it was hard for them but more like before they even met her they knew to never cross the boss's sister. I mean Hina had no reason to get along with her but did so rather quickly so I'm assuming Emma is a nice person who is fairly easy to get along with anyways. There probably were some people in toman who didn't like her or wouldn't like her but we don't really get to see her interact with them or see their pov's.

I also don't think Mikey lost respect for Draken at those points either, I think it was more like he just had more trust in the others rather then losing trust in Draken. We know family is very important to Mikey so it makes sense that he latched onto Izana to help fill the space his dead siblings had left. With Kisaki although I agree Mikey was in the wrong for not listening to the others here. I understand that he did this because he was desperate, he knew he needed help and cared for the others too much to get them involved so he turned to someone he thought could help. He was scared and people don't always make good choices when they're scared.

We've never seen Draken have any kind of insecurity about losing Mikey but I like the idea of it. I think it would make sense for him to be worried about losing someone so close, we know he adores Mikey. Though I also think he understands Mikey very well and knows that Mikey probably wouldn't just replace him over something like that.

As for Emma spending a lot of time at Takemichi and Hina's place in the future, it's not said but I've always assumed it's because Draken is working a lot. He does have a wife and kid on the way to support and I'm not sure how time consuming his career is but it seems like something that would take up a lot of his time. Which would leave Emma alone so she goes to Hina's place instead to hang out with her. This is just speculation though since none of this is mentioned in the last character book.

All in all I do think Draken loves Emma, Draken would do a lot of things for Mikey but marrying his sister and spending the rest of his life with her seems a bit too much. Though just because I think that doesn't mean the hc or anything is wrong. I can definitely see certain aspects of it and it was fun to think about all these different things! It was a cool hc to read about!

Ready to send a new list. Part 1 of 2022. 1. January

So what happened in 2022. It started with a theatrical fall on the ice. She definitely will never participate in Dancing with the Stars. Because she isn't one but we might enter her into the Fallon F'lor awards.

01. January: The first Paparazzi call of the year. Location Miami beach. To portray the happy family. Let's ignore the nanny in the background.

February: she posted a picture holding hands that turned out to be taken from pinterest. It was edited to remove a bracelet and brighten the skin tone. She also posted pictures of a Valentine's gift. Roses with a gold rose and a teddy bear. Nonnies found out that this type of bear is not available to purchase from the Monaco florist shop for several months already.

February: Max is in Barcelona for preseason testing. One anon overheard him arguing with someone on the phone in English. "When I get back you better be gone"

February: Kelly sighted in Brazil. Rumors going around Brasilia Max and Kelly are on a break and Sophie supposedly was sighted in Monaco and stayed for some time

02 March: Cheating rumors from her birthday in December are talked about again with new information.

04 March: Max and Victoria celebrate their father's birthday in Ibiza.

07 March: Kelly is back in Monaco with Otitis. Oh no. But don't worry she let us know with creepy selfies. Do you have to take pictures while your boyfriend is kissing you? She also made sure to inform her army about her condition and that she won't make it to Bahrain for the official preseason testing on the 10th. And where was P? Left behind in Brazil.

15 March: in between testing and the official season opener Max went to Dubai for some marketing events. Kelly was allegedly overhead on the phone saying she did not know about the trip but she managed to get some pictures for ads.

20 March: Bahrain season opener. In the morning a nonnie says Max and Kelly were arguing at breakfast. She later spend watching the race from the tower instead of the box. Another nonnie saw Max after the race when she was clingy but after the DNF he just wanted to be left alone. She was also busy talking to her fanpages accounts and and wag pages to take down pictures she regarded as unflattering. Screenshots of the group chats were leaked.

27 March: Jeddah GP yay Max victory. No Kelly. 28 March: A Kelly stan Abril is spreading rumors Jos hit Kelly

05 May: Kelly has a discussion on Motherhood. She's doing such a good job at it P had to demonstrate how well mannered she is taking the focus away from her. She also generously donated P's old clothes that don't fit anymore. Give her a sainthood now.  16 May: Christening of Victoria's children. Max is a Godfather. Kelly and P and rest of family present. Kelly used it as advertisement for Valentino, who never claimed to work with her

22 May: Kelly deletes most APM Monaco posts. Nonnies claim she was never a real ambassador like Charlotte and Charles are

25 May: Kelly on the red carpet at Cannes Film Festival for the Elvis premier for some reason. Looking every inch the model

28 May: Kelly shows up to Monaco GP with Elon Musks mother for some reason

29 May: Max comes 3rd on the GP. While waiting to go to the podium Kelly and Max are about 1 meter apart of each other. Her glare is fixated away from Max towards the camera that is filming race winner Checo. When the Camera follows Checo towards Max & Kelly she signals him to give her a kiss to be in frame of the camera

03 June: Vacation for Max and Kelly and a bunch of friends in St. Tropez

1) Rank your softest Muse and your toughest Muse. (Personality-wise) : My softest is hands down Asulah. I don't even know how she qualifies to be a demon. She's had a rough upbringing but is consistently optimistic and supportive of her big brother and genuinely loves her family, despite them not treating her the best. The toughest is probably Yevgeny? He doesn't really let things get to him and emotional attachment is something he really doesn't worry about. He's determined to meet his goals, no matter who he has to screw over or what he has to do.

2) Which Muse would blow through $1000 quickly? : Any of my royals, but especially Kasadya. She's got the double whammy of being a princess and a Demon of Avarice. So 1k is like pocket change to her. She's going out with her friends and treating them to drinks. Either that, or she's gonna spend it splurging on her girlfriend Ace.

3) Do any of them have nicknames? Is there a meaning behind them? : Pretty much all of them have nicknames. The most significant are probably Si and Ozzie's. Sidonai prefers to have people call him "Si" as a nickname, rather than "Nai." It was a nickname his mother gave him and the only people who are allowed to use it are family members and a select few close friends. Ozzie's nickname is significant because well...Ozzie is his nickname. He actually doesn't know his full name, and his father has no intentions of revealing it, mostly for his safety. His full name is Asmodai, named after his birth father's true name.

4) Are any of them up-to-speed on the latest trends? Anyone more old school? : My younger characters perhaps? Or ones who have died more recently. Probably Terrance? Since he lives on Gaia and amongst humans. But most of my demons are pretty ancient, old school beings, so they're more stuck in their ways.

5) Who has the best relationship with their siblings? : Si and Ace, but only with them. Si has a rough relationship with the others. Other than them, it's probably the Mezoran triplets, Kasadya, Uphir, and Caym, or the Brakhavan princes, Mihr and Sytry.

6) Karaoke night! Who is likely to grab the mic first and bust out a tune? : Ngl this sounds like something a very drunk Tamiel would do. Very drunk Tamiel and a very drunk Si.

7) Who is least likely to enter a beauty pageant/model? : Terrance. Despite actually being quite handsome, he would find it really superficial and very obnoxious.

8) If your Muses visited a haunted house where actors scare you, who would panic and who would be unfazed? : Si talks a big game about being tough, but he would probably freak out. So would poor Kaelon. The one who is the most unfazed is Sabrael. She's the Angel Slayer. Some guy jumping out at her with a fake chainsaw isn't gonna scare her.

9) Are any of your Muses particular about taking certain modes of transportation? : Not really, no. Sathanus is keen on using her raven-drawn carriages, as it allows her to travel within Brakhava's shadows more easily, but other than that, no one really travels much.

10) Share a little-known fact about any Muse : Sidonai has a pair of retainers. One is the daughter of a nobleman, named Carmine, who Si chose because she bears a striking resemblance to his ex. The second is Azure Leclair, a former courtesan that Si used to frequent.

Our next family in Emerald Heights lives on the rich and lush mountain, far from the problems of normal people - it's Mayor Rafferty's family.

The Raffertys have lived in Emerald Heights since it was just a little village. Trade Secrets Part 12

Yeah!

Feels like forever since my last post.

I had a lot of fun with this looking up art deco pieces. I ended up spending WAY too much time down that rabbit hole. But it was a nice visit. With way too many pretty pictures.

I couldn't quite help myself when I kept seeing the black and gold Anubis and Bast statues, and the sleek, pointy eared touch - I can see our favorite chiroptophobic pulling some of his inspiration from mythological guardians that his mother loved. That I was pulling from statues of the goddess of cats and a god who helps judge and weigh souls of the dead... might be going somewhere with that.

Last note before post starts - I am up to part 10 of reposting Trade Secrets on AO3. Feel free to read it there too. I actually love seeing the messages, comments, little red hearts and reblogs. It makes my day.

Part 12

"How did they bring the whole corner of a building in here?"

"It's the architect's model, I think." Bruce answered, but he shook his head and smiled, looking at the focal point of the exhibit.

The smile, not a shy, quiet curve of lips or an amused smirk but a real Bruce smile.

It was an expression I had missed, even through lunch today.

"How -", I stumbled over my words, not sure how to ask what I wanted to. "How have you been?"

"Better." Bruce carefully thought through every word. "I can sleep now. Sometimes. I couldn't really, not right after. Unless it was for a whole day. Alfred called Leslie after -," He gulped, a little pale and embarrassed, so I knew that it had to have been bad. "I had a really rough nightmare. I actually thought I had been shot, and my chest hurt and I couldn't breathe, even after I woke up screaming. That's when Alfred called Leslie. She recommended a doctor to talk to. And it's been helping. Like I said, I can sleep now. But, it doesn't make it hurt less or make me miss them less."

We walked a few steps further, to a green stained glass window, made up of cascading fans. "Even this is hard. Because Mom would have loved this. Her favorite building in Gotham was always city hall. She loved the way the windows at the top of the building looked at night. Like glowing feathers in the dark. And how it had sleek edged modern gargoyles guarding the roof. I wish she could be here."

"Can I give you a hug?"

"Yeah."

I gave him a quick hug and we walked around a corner.

"Let's talk about something else." Bruce told me, a slight pleading note in his voice.

"Okay," I said.

"Is your father still teaching you to play chess?"

"Yes." The eye roll that went with that statement was pure instinct. My father was amazing at chess. He regularly played with Alfred and - well, he had played with Bruce's father as well. And with how good Bruce was, asking Dad to help me play better made sense.

"I lost, with only two pieces on the board in our last game."

We talked about my failure to get better with chess until we practically bumped into Selina, staring down, with open hands pressed to the glass of the display case that had lengths of black velvet. Sections of molding, glazed tiles, and pressed metal shapes glittered up like stars from the case. But Selina's gaze was firmly fixed on a jewellike piece of carved glass tile that was shaped like a ruby sunburst. 

"See something you like?" I teased Selina.

Selina smiled back, unashamed. "Of course. It's so pretty." She shrugged. "What? I like pretty things. Isn't that the point of an art museum?"

I laughed. "I think you aren't the only one," I told them, pointing to where Harvey stood in front of another display.

We made our way over to where Harvey turned to the right and then left at what looked at first like a mirrored wall behind two theater masks. But the mirrored wall was actually made up of panels of a gray metal that looked light or dark, depending on how the light hit it.

"That is going to look really cool when they put it up." I told Harvey, reading the plaque. "This is a prototype for the Greater Gotham - Metropolis Bridge Theater's new mural.

"We'll have to go sometime." Bruce said, before suddenly turning to fix his gaze on me.

"What was your favorite?"

I pointed to a sliding glass door, made up of amber gold and red chevrons in a pattern that felt like a glass version of a stage curtain.

"So, what was your favorite piece, Bruce?" Harvey asked.

I wasn't surprised when Bruce went to a set of roof decorations, sleek and smooth, based on figures from Egyptian mythology. 

Just like the gargoyles on top of Gotham's city hall.

17. Cassian- Not on time. Forgot his passport at home, has to go get it. Argues with gate agent for 20 whole minutes despite a line fifty people deep. Misses his flight, has to drive.

16. Feyre-Traveling with a baby is hard. Trying to drag two suitcases, a car seat + a stroller up the the check desk. Isn't her fault that the baby is cranky and didn't realize too many grown adults have no problem with people taking their shoes off on a plane will suddenly lose their shit over the mere sight of a baby. Gets into a loud yelling match with another passenger seated beside her and baby, has to be moved.

15. Jurian- makes a "joke" about a bomb in TSA line. Already has a shifty look about him. Spends 5 hours being interrogated before placed on no fly list. Drives with Cassian.

14. Tarquin- doing his best but airports stress him out. Why does he have to take his shoes off, again? Forgot to wear socks with flip flops, now forced to wait barefoot on terrible airport floor. Full bottle of sunscreen confiscated for his trouble.

13. Amren- Will not declare how much jewels she is bringing back. No one stops her, but it is definitely going to come back to haunt her later. Complains about giggling baby from four seats back despite headphones she has been wearing whole flight.

12. Tamlin- Nearly misses flight while standing in line for coffee. Legs too long for seat, neighbor immediately puts their head on his shoulder so he can't move for 6 hours. Says nothing until he "accidentally" spills sprite in their lap.

11. Rhysand- flirting with gate agents/stewardesses. Everyone is suddenly "darling". Drunk in airport bar despite it being 8 am. Somehow no one finds this creepy. Naps on Feyre's shoulder entire flight, doesn't notice Nyx coloring on his face.

10. Elain- Way too many checked bags. Twice as much underwear per outfit ratio, "just in case". Tries to bring seeds into country despite all the signs telling her not to and is fined.

9. Vassa- LOUD. Carrying on phone conversation using speaker. Refuses to use headphones while watching tiktoks at full blast.

8. Mor- FILMING tiktoks INSIDE airport. Doing her little dancey dances on the moving sidewalks while not letting other people pass. Has stuffed carrying on plus backpack + purse, starts an angry fight with gate agent when they try and check bag

7. Helion- MANSPREADING. Why is this man taking up a whole row of chairs? Hogging charging station, books spread everywhere. Has middle seat despite ass that won't quit, making seat make very uncomfortable.

6. Lucien- Parks himself in front of sbarro in airport foodcourt and immediately begins doing whatever laptop people at airports do. So engrossed in spreadsheets he has to SPRINT to his flight not to miss it. Forced to check bag when he's last to board, pays for the inflight wifi like a sucker

5. Emerie- one immaculately packed bag. Documents all in hand. Unruffled, unbothered, dressed like a runway model despite 5am flight. Upgraded seat so she does not have to sit with the masses.

4. Gwyn- Nervous and won't stop talking about it. Keeps gesturing for people beside her to take out headphones so she can talk. Doesn't realize airport is not the place to make a friend.

3. Eris- SEDATED. First class ticket with its own boarding area. Hiding in lounge so he does not have to participate in group conversation. Takes sleeping pill before plane ever takes off, wakes just in time for landing. Can barely remember how he got there.

2. Nesta- Been carefully planning for months. Comfy shoes, eye mask, good book with backup just in case. Pre-downloaded movies/shows if she gets bored, snacks in her carry on. Unruffled, resting bitch face immaculate.

Azriel- One back pack and a set of head phones. Beanie, sweatpants, and a t-shirt. Checked in 24 hours before, gets to airport 3 hours early to avoid long security line. First person on plane, bought a window seat. No one realizes he even made it on until they land and find him waiting at baggage carousel.

The money thing (part 1/2) - Daniel Ricciardo

It's always the little things, isn't it? The smallest stupidest things make almost no difference and then make all the difference in the world. They make everything special, but they also have the power to tear everything appart.

You and Daniel fight about money for the thousand time and he's had enough of it.

Warnings: super angst, but with a happy ending :)

Guys, this turned out WAY BIGGER than I expected, so I'm just gonna do a part 2, okay? Okay, thanks for understanding!

You and Daniel had been dating for a couple months now, having met through a common friend and hitting off almost instantly. You lived in Amsterdam and he, well he lived all over the world really, but his "time off" (meaning not racing) was spent between Monaco and London (for work), and Amsterdam now too, of course.

The changes were small and subtle at the beginning, like your weekends being spent traveling to meet him wherever in the world he was and consequently spending almost all your savings on plane tickets. You never complained to him (you planned on spending the money traveling anyway, so you didn't see the point), but didn't accept when he offered to buy your tickets, either. There's been some awkwardness around the subject but it usually died on its own.

*beginning of flashback*

"You’d have gotten here in time if you'd gotten the early flight like I told you" you remembered him saying that time you got in the paddock after the qualifying session had begun and couldn’t kiss him good luck.

"Baby, I told you. It was crazy expensive! Absurd even!"

"(y/n) for god's sake! What are we saving money for? I told you, you have my credit card number, I've offered to get you one, this is ridiculous, I can't believe I literally earn millions and my girlfriend wasn't there with me because the ticket was too expensive! I'll fucking fly you private if I have to!" he was almost yelling in his driver's room. You could only stare from the corner.

He took a deep breath running his hands through his hair. "Sorry. It's just... it was crap out there. I needed you" you grimaced at his words.

"Sorry. I really am..." you tried to approach him. "I'm here now?" you touched his arm. "It can't have been that bad, you're still on the top 10 and we both know what you can do from the 8th car..." you smiled at him.

He started to spend much more of his time off with you at your place, so you decided to get a place by yourself (having a roommate was great for company and splitting the rent, but having a roommate there while you guys just wanted some much-needed privacy was not working). Then there were more traveling to meet him, furniture for the new place, clothing for all the events (GPs or not), uber rides here and there... all of that without mentioning that you weren't being able to get the freelance jobs you used to get to make some extra money, so yeah, to say things were tight was an understatement. You tried to do all your shopping alone, so he wouldn't offer and you wouldn't refuse or be awkward about it, but Daniel seem to be glued to you whenever you were in the same city (not that you’re complaining).

The thing is, you always had trouble dealing with money. Sure, you liked to pay for your own stuff so as to not owe anything to anyone (especially boys), but it was so much deeper than that. Ever since a kid, you hated asking for money from your parents, and sometimes even the thought of buying stuff that was a bit more expensive made you sick. You couldn't explain why, you just felt guilty having so much and knowing that most people have never even seen that amount. It's not that you didn't want to spend it and save for the sake of it, you just didn't handle the idea of money very well. Needless to say, dating a millionnaire was bound to cause trouble in the relationship for you.

You were currently at his place in Monaco. It was the summer break and you had decided to spend some days just chilling at home, just the two of you - which you were glad since going out means hair, makeup, clothes, accessories, shoes... and, let's be honest, the kind of places he usually took you is not the kind of places you just throw something together last minute (the Instagram models and other driver's girlfriends looking you up and down were enough to make you think about spending money you did not have to hire a stylist or something like that). The whole situation was really stressing you out and you knew you would have to be honest with him eventually, instead of only dodging the subject and refusing most of his offers to pay. You tried to. You kind of tried. You suggested staying at home, in bed, most of the time, and he gladly agreed, but that strategy wasn't gonna work forever. You had to be honest with him. But at the same time, you knew what he was going to say and do, and the thought of him spending money on you, even if just by handling the restaurant bill, wasn't something you were much more comfortable with. Besides, it was only a matter of time before the "gold-digger" term starts to fly around in the small world that was the F1's.

You were laying on his couch, the Olympics playing on the TV but you were too busy overthinking the money thing to pay attention. Daniel was laying with his head on your lap, absently caressing your thigh and watching the TV. His phone went off and he moved to pick it up.

"Hello?" you watched as he answered the phone. "Hey mate, how's it going? Uh nothing, we're just chilling at home. Getting some rest... Yeah, I'm getting rested, you dirty-minded son of a bitch" you rolled your eyes while he laughed out loud on the line with someone. "Yeah, I know... the 19th is it? No, it's fine. Yeah, yeah. I'll be there. Alright, mate. Thanks for calling. Have a good one! Bye!" he hanged up and leaned in to peck you on the lips.

"Good news?" you asked him.

"Not really. Just wanted to kiss you" he shrugged, smiling. You smiled back and hugged him, pulling him in for another kiss. He was always so caring with you, always finding an excuse to kiss or touch you. You knew some people didn't like it, but you loved it. Physical touch was definitely one of your love languages.

"What's happening on the 19th then?" you asked him once you guys set apart from the kiss.

"Gotta be in London. Gonna run some testings and other boring race stuff..."

"Hum..." you hummed in understanding.

"You know what would make it less boring though?" he asked and you just looked at him, you already knew what he was going to ask you and it wasn't that you didn't want to spend every minute of the day with him, but you simply couldn't afford any more traveling, especially not in such short notice. "If you came with me. Huh? What do you say? A week in the Queen's land? Then we can fly together to Spa and after the race, I can go with you to Amsterdam. The next one it's the Dutch GP anyway, I'll just get there sooner" he laughed. It was crushing you, the man of your dreams was literally beaming at making plans with you, talking about spending the next few weeks glued together and you couldn't say yes.

"Dan, I have to work" you smiled sadly.

"Can't you work from distance? Or, I don't know, I mean... I know it's tiring, but you could come to London and fly home a bit early, then just meet me in Belgium?" great, his solution includes even more flying. And the thing is, you really didn't mind the flying. You always slept during the whole thing anyway, so you never got tired and the jetlag was minimal. You could work from distance, sure. Your boss wouldn't mind, as long as you got there eventually to check in on everything. But the whole logistics were just too expensive. There was no way you could afford it.

"I... sorry, I don't think I can" you said sadly and watched as his face dropped.

"That's fine, baby. I get it. I'm asking too much, all this traveling... don't worry about it" he tried to mask his emotions but you knew better. He knew you could in fact work from distance, so he was probably thinking the reason you couldn't do it was because you didn't want to.

He got up from the couch and walked into the kitchen. Meanwhile, you couldn't help but bury your face in your palms. This was so frustrating!

"You wanna go for a run or something? Maybe get something to eat?" he called from the kitchen, already moving on from the subject. You knew this whole thing was only gonna keep build up till he got tired of your excuses or you blowing up, probably the former, but you just keep going.

"Yeah, sure" you answered, getting up from the couch.

You and Daniel were both very active so going for a run, hiking, riding bikes, or whatever in the middle of the day was really routine for you. The Monaco summer weather was as beautiful as always and the sun was shining bright. You enjoyed the rest of your afternoon racing each other, kissing in the harbor, and just taking in the views, spending quality time together. Money wasn't even a thing in your bubble for a while.

"I'm getting hungry" he said on the way back home.

"Me too, and I'm super hot. I could go for a juice or something right now" you were all sweaty from the running, but you didn't care, he was too.

"You're always hot baby, I don't think juice gonna help with that" he grinned at you and you just rolled your eyes at him.

You passed by one of his favorite spots for food, nearby his place and he suggested getting some take-out, to which you agreed.

"Green juice, and a chicken wrap?" you tried to decide while the both of you waited in line.

"I'll never understand how you drink that"

"I've seen you drink that too, it's actually very refreshing"

"Because I'm forced to, I'm a high-performance athlete baby. But I'm on a break, so I'll have a coke, thank you very much" you laughed at him. He was holding your hand and tried to kiss you, wrapping his arm around you, you didn't dodge his kiss, you would never, but still laughed at the fact he wanted to kiss the sweaty mess you were right now.

"I'm gross, only you" you laughed.

"That's my baby, with no makeup she a ten" he rapped shrugging and grinning.

"Alright Lil Wayne, I know that one, don't even finish the verse" you laughed at him, making him laugh out loud, getting everyone's in the restaurant's attention.

"It's true, though"

"Sure..." You just shook your head smiling. Then you heard someone call his name.

"Hey! Daniel!" you both turned around to see Charles and Charlotte sitting in a corner, him waving at you two. You had met Charles a couple of times before but never spoke too much to him. They seemed to be leaving anyway, so they walked towards you guys, instead of towards the door.

"Hey mate, how's it going?" Daniel greeted him with a handshake. "Hey, Charlotte! You know (y/n) yet?"

"Hi! I don't think so, hi! How are you?" she greeted you smiling.

"Hi! Nice to meet you. Hi, Charles!" you said.

"Hey, (y/n). You're keeping him in line during the break? Char won't let me cheat my diet either" he laughed.

"Oh, that ship has sailed long ago! Daniel will just roll into the paddock if it's up to him" you laughed back.

"Hey! I think I've earned the right to some extra calories, we've been working out extra hard lately" Daniel said waving his eyebrows suggestively, making Charlotte giggle, Charles rolls his eyes and you go even redder than you were from the actual workout, while he just laughed out loud.

"I don't even want to know" Charles said. "Always great running into you mate" he was getting ready to say goodbye.

"Are we seeing you guys tomorrow?" Charlotte asked you.

"Tomorrow?" you asked her.

"Stefano's birthday" she said like it was obvious. Stefano Domenicali was the President and CEO of Formula 1, but you didn't know that yet - still, her tone made it seems like it was someone Daniel knew, so you just looked at him. He just rubbed his neck, looking a little embarrassed. "Oh, wait. Please tell me I didn't just said something I shouldn't" she looked at Charles.

"No, no. He invited me. Us, actually" Daniel reassured her. "I don't think we're going though, forgot to mention to you" he said looking at you.

"Uh mate, I wouldn't skip that if I were you. He didn't even invite all the drivers I heard" Charles said. "Maybe just stop by to say hello?"

"Stop by... a yacht... at the sea?" Charlotte said grinning at him. Daniel looked at you.

"You feel like going? It should be fun" he asked you.

"Sounds fancy... I mean, I don't mind if you go" you said.

"Common... I’m not going alone" he nudged you.

"I don't even have anything to wear, Dan" you told him.

"Oh! We can go shopping together!" Charlotte said and you had almost forgotten they were still there.

"Perfect!" Daniel answered for you. You could only imagine the types of stores she shopped.

"Tomorrow morning, then? Daniel can text your address to Charles for me? I'll pick you up!" she was being really nice about it.

"I thought you wanted to go today?" Charles said.

"That's when I thought I would have to go shopping with you, so I could use the extra time since you're the worst shopping partner ever!" she laughed at him.

"Burn!" Daniel laughed.

"His fashion taste is not the most reliable, let's face it" she laughed and kissed his cheek. "It's a date then (y/n)?" she looked expectantly at you. You didn't want to let her down, it was so hard to make friends with the girlfriends of other drivers, they were usually so... not nice. You could always just help her and find something to wear in your own stuff later.

"Yeah, sure! See you tomorrow, at 10?" you said simply.

"Perfect!" she beamed.

Wonwoo! Will you stay

Jeon Wonwoo! First short series pt one | two | three | four Wonwoo is a new student of Sejong High. Coming from a low-status family, he always keeps himself aloof, isolated and cares less about anyone. However, his effort to lie low during the first day goes down the drain.

10th July

The chill breeze greets the morning, awaken the sleepy eyes. Cars are in the line to drop the students at the entrance. The young faces radiate with smiles as they chat about what's filled their summer holiday.

New semester and the entrance of highly anticipated new students into Sejong Elite High School.

Every year, Sejong High will take in new students in the second half. While the school only accepts kids with upper-class family backgrounds in the prefecture, the special students are usually first-class newcomers or scholarship privileged.

Everyone knows when a new student is enrolled with a scholarship. They are distinct from others who are registered under their family's status. They just know.

These smart students are the minority, and more often than not, their voices would not be heard by the higher-ups when they are bullied. It's like these few people have to walk on the icy pond. Everything is at stake.

Jeon Wonwoo is a lucky guy. He made it to the school, albeit coming from a poor family in a rural area. He has 6 siblings, and he is the oldest. The breadwinner in the house has disappointed them and left the family 2 years ago, leaving everything in Wonwoo's hands.

However, the only good thing about his father is his peculiar gene, and that's how Wonwoo ends up getting all A's despite all the external shortfalls.

He lacks time at school, and he would sleep during lectures. Having no friends, he is always a step behind the others. He makes no effort to befriend anybody, and he cares less about it.

Wonwoo walks to his class that is on the highest floor and only at the top. He learns that there's transportation, called the elevator, to bring students between the levels.

"Isn't summer just ended? Why is he sweating in this air-conditioned environment?" a girl with her friend makes a remark as they arrive at their class. The friend chuckles and scans Wonwoo and quickly realizes.

"No wonder, it's a nerdy~."

"Oof. I hope he's not our classmate," the two of them laugh girlishly.

Wonwoo listens but pays no heed to them. He continues to search for his class until he finds the match.

Damn, this stupid school is big...

Wonwoo's solitude would have him go unnoticed the whole day. As such, he uses the back door to come into the class. He looks around before he grabs a vacant chair. As he tugs the chair, the screeching sound stimulates the other's interest. Suddenly, the class gets heated up by the behaviour of the new student.

Murmurs here and there. Boys and girls are all talking about him.

There are only 3 new students; a girl from overseas, a boy whose father is a 'sangsa', and an ordinary boy who benefitted from a scholarship.

[Sangsa is a Korean military rank equivalent to an American master sergeant.]

The talk goes on for so long that Wonwoo gets sleepy from the attention he received. It's probably half an hour later, the sliding door is slammed open.

Wonwoo startles due to the loud noise made by you. He squints his eyes and watches as you walk to your desk, which is nowhere to be found. You are a new student as well.

It's normal for the new face to directly go to the back of the class, so you can instantly tell that the lonely, cute guy is a newcomer.

"You new?" You ask.

Fox is your first impression of him.

Wonwoo nods slightly. You also nod in acknowledgement and takes a chair next to him to sit. You extent a hand for a handshake but get no response from him. You take it as him being timid to new people and brush it off.

"I'm Y/N. You?"

He frowns. 10 seconds later, he speaks. "Do you talk to strangers?"

"You don't?" You ask in curiosity. "Oh, maybe cultural difference?"

Probably, but Wonwoo has no experience dealing with a girl. A bold one in specific.

"So, what's your name?"

Did she get it or not? She'll stop if I ignore her, right? Just like the others...

You don't stop looking at Wonwoo. He is handsome, and you admit that his nose is quite adorable.

"Can I touch your nose?" you ask with your finger already touching the thing.

Wonwoo's surprise look entertains you. He glares at you, and that alone makes you withdraw your finger.

"Are you dense or something?" Wonwoo comments and realizes that his accent is exposed.

You, a Korean practically spending most of her life in America, can't fathom his scolding but take in that he is angry. Sheepishly, you purse your lips and apologize. "Sorry, I sometimes act on impulse. It's just that your nose is boopable..." your voice slows down in volume in the second half.

I'm sorry, but not really...

However, Wonwoo suddenly stands up and drags his chair away from you.

Being treated that way, you impudently raised your voice, asking. "Where are you going?"

And yet, he still pretends to be deaf and shun you off.

Wonwoo settles down at the opposite corner. Noticing the non-existent desks for you and him, you voice out.

"Is there no desks for us? I thought you guys are prepared to take the new students but I guess not," your hands akimbo and lips mumbling complaint.

The whole class turns their heads to you, except Wonwoo.

"The new kid is sure cranky. It's not anyone's job to prepare you a desk," a guy in the front seat retort as he turns around.

His seatmate laughs and agrees without speaking.

The guy deliberately speaks out loud, but it seems that you don't catch at it. The former snickers and resumes playing with his phone.

Thank goodness, the desks are being delivered just before the class by the clerks. They arrange for the two desks to be placed side-by-side at the far left of the class.

You choose the left side since it's beside the window, and Wonwoo cannot help but pick the remaining. You like the positioning, but it goes for the opposing to him.

You smile as you watch Wonwoo creates a gap between their desks. He then continues to persistently act like you aren't there pestering him.

The lesson soon begins.

Actually, you find it difficult to adapt to the new environment. During the math class, you're the only one that takes out a calculator, and during the interval, it's also you who takes a nap.

It makes you pout. There's nothing to keep you excited apart from the person next to you.

You look to your right and see Wonwoo studying with his glasses on. His glasses are of the old model, but it looks good on him. You don't know why this guy just attracts your attention that you blurt out the next second.

"Hey, do you want to be my boyfriend?"

1x02 I’LL DEAL WITH HIM LATER rewatch

spoilers for all of Killing Eve. my musings on how V and Eve are set up in this episode and how that affects the rest of the show.

I have to start this post with a shout out to the hair/ wardrobe department bc V's jacket and braids in the opening scene are *perfect.*

and in that scene, when the man throws the phone at her and immediately apologizes? peak humor

awkward meeting between Eve and Carolyn characterizes Eve so well!!! She’s so socially inept and uncomfortable and in awe of Carolyn but also cares SO DEEPLY about her passion project. plus it's just very funny

Carolyn telling Eve “You can have two [coworkers].” *Looks around* “I recommend small ones” is SO GOOD. doesn't top the rat drinking soda with both hands, but still.

Sebastian 🥺 he is doing his best and being a model boyfriend and V didn’t deserve him. Also his accent is so cute. But he did steal the perfume from his girlfriend’s purse so maybe he should have thought that one through

V's iconic "I wanted it to match my jacket" response to her black eye. That is all.

Konstantin is literally always in V's apartment. I forgot how much Konstantin/ Villanelle there is in S1. but like. every time V goes home, he's there. If I actually spend time thinking about this, I realize that it's probably to impress upon the viewers that 1) V literally has no one in her life except for him (she kind of killed her boyfriend, so) and 2) that he is In ChargeTM and wants to keep a close eye on V, but that actually V just does whatever the hell she wants. she likes being in control, she likes being a little bit rebellious, but she also cares about Konstantin and about doing her job well.

similar characterization in the psych eval - V wants to be in control of her situation all the time, and the way she does that is by manipulating the people around her and how they perceive her. everything is a performance to V, and it's fun for her. even the touching scene with Konstantin, when she hugs him, it's to get her drawing back. maybe there was real emotion there (I think it's likely there was, because V does seem to genuinely care about Konstantin) but her actions are still to achieve a goal. she only really starts acting erratically when Eve comes into the equation, because she can't entirely control or "use" her feelings towards Eve.

also, while we're talking about the drawing, interesting that she says it's not Anna, it's her mother, but then immediately makes a joke about her mother's hair. as far as I can remember, this is the only time that V mentions her mother, ever, and it's just to deflect attention with humor.

first example of tension in Eve and Niko's relationship, with the suitcase and the "are you leaving me?" joke. Eve doesn't tell Niko where she's going until pressed, and this lack of consideration clearly (and understandably) hurts him. also, the suitcase is stowed away, dusty, etc, showing that it's really never used. when is the last time Eve took a vacation? apparently a long time ago. continues characterizing her life as boring, mundane, even trapped, and shows the MI6 job as an escape from that.

and the second conflict between Eve and Niko sets up another theme in their relationship - arguing about how dangerous the job is. Niko just wants Eve to be safe, but Eve doesn't care about her safety (or arguably anyone else's), she wants to catch Villanelle. She wants her life to be exciting, even (especially?) at the expense of safety. so their core desires clash, and maybe they could have made it work, but Eve, as we see here, isn't really willing to listen to Niko and just brushes him off as often as she can. basically, upon rewatching, I can see this early that they're doomed as a couple. (and I'm salty that their relationship lasted SO FAR into the third season. ew.)

gonna talk about Bill for a sec - in 1x01, his relationship with Eve is clearly boss/ employee, but they have good banter and genuinely like each other. when the situation is flipped in this ep, Bill comes off as a jerk, constantly undermining Eve and trying to invalidate her ideas. in the next ep, this seems completely resolved because the viewer is supposed to like Bill before he dies tragically... ooof. I'll be nice to Bill and assume that his rude behavior in this ep is more a result of him trying to cope with the new power dynamic than misogyny, although it's probably some of both.

end of episode!!! here comes the gay panic because THEY BOTH REALIZE AT THE SAME TIME THAT THEY'VE MET BEFORE. and that incredibly charged first interaction that they've both been thinking about turns out to actually have been REALLY IMPORTANT. and Eve's "I think I've met her" - she's not scared, she's EXCITED. aaaaaa. these bitches gay.

overall, a solid episode. V kills some more people, Eve obsesses some more... classic. 10/10. also, this didn't really fit into my analysis, but Elena is very pretty and I love her.

Meet Eva-

Ches’ older half sister! I’ll put more info about her under the cut but essentially their Dad slept around and he’s abandoned more than one kid. She’s six years older than Ches and the two were very close when he was younger but eventually had a falling out.

STORY:

Their father is a notorious cheater and has fathered more than a few children in and around the factory region; Ches and Eva being two of them.

For the most part Ches and Eva have no knowledge of each other till they meet years later. Ches' mother takes him to where Eva's mom is living in an attempt to get some form of child support. It doesn't work but while the mothers argue Eva and Ches meet. Eva was coming back home from school when she ran into them in the hallway. Noticing Ches' discomfort, and not wanting to deal with the fight, she offered to wait with him down bellow and outside the apartments. It was awkward at first with both just waiting on the bench outside. But eventually the two bonded over music when Eva brought out her CD player. Both had similar tastes of music and were fairly chill people. She was 16 and he was 10. Eva lives at the apartments across the street from the zipperlock building in the middle staple building.

For the next year or so the two would meet up with Eva being an unofficial babysitter to Ches. They spend a lot of time together and Ches warms up to her as he begins to see her as family. Eva also grows fond of Ches and is glad to have some genuinely nice family. The two bond over their shitty dad, music and the fact they live in similar situations. She helps him refine his music tastes, encourages his guitar skills and teaches him the more technical part of music/band life (terms, genres and specifics) given that she has dated more than a few musicians as well as being in a few bands as singer (though she is not passionate about music).

Despite her kind nature Eva is very irresponsible and passive. She also isn't the best role model as she introduces Ches to the clubbing nightlife and eventually gets him exposed/hooked to alcohol and cigarettes through her other friends. Eva doesn't try to stop him and lets him do as he pleases. She also encouraged him to steal under the guise of 'borrowing'. Still, despite her shortcomings, she is the first person that Ches feels genuinely likes him and cares about him.

However one day while hanging out around her apartments they run into their father. Ches is surprised since he hasn't seen him since he was a baby however Eva just bitterly greets him and after he bothers her for some money he heads back inside the apartment. It's then that Ches finds out that Eva actually lives with their father and she is not in the same position as he's in since her mother is actually married to their Dad. Thus she is his 'real' child while Ches is a bastard. Ches is rightfully upset and surprised by the revelation but Eva merely shrugs him off, not understanding why he's so shocked since she sees no benefit to living with their Dad. They have a small fight with Ches angrily stating she's a liar and he hates her before running off.

A few days later he tries to apologize/talk to her but can't find her in any of the usual spots. It isn't till later that he learns through her friend that Eva had run away with a boyfriend of hers and left the city. It was a spur of the moment thing but Eva, being careless and irresponsible, doesn't bother to tell Ches or really think about him. She simply assumed he wouldn't care or just bounce back from it. However Ches is deeply affected by her abandonment since it only proves his mother's words true; that everyone will eventually leave and that Ches is unlovable once he lowers his defenses or shows any negative emotions. It ruins him for a long time and only begins to heal after meeting Glam where he makes his own family. He always wonders what happened to her, though.

Eva sets up a lot of his bad habits and fears for the future.

PERSONALITY:

Eva is a very kind and laid back teenager who grew up similar to Ches as in she raised herself. She lives with both her parents but since her mother is a drunk and her father is constantly gone she manages the house by herself and has learned not to rely on others. Technically an only child but has many half siblings because of her father. Because of her solitude she is used to doing whatever she wants and is not very responsible given her upbringing. She also is not very conscious of others, often considering herself a 'one man island' and rarely lets people close. While Ches was the closest person in her life she ultimately she left him behind. Not out of malice, though. Considering the two are fairly similar she assumed that Ches was like her and strong enough to deal with being by himself; unaware that he would be deeply affected by her abandonment since he's a lot more caring and open than she was. Similar to Ches, and he learns this from her, she pushes any negative feelings aside and refuses to acknowledge anything negative until she physically can't anymore.

Eva's favorite band is the Runaways and is in love with Joan Jett. She's a late blooming lesbian (as she doesn't realize it till she's much older). She likes rock and grunge the most. Can't play an instrument but an awesome singer! I headcanon her voice as sounding like this or this. Was in a band or two but was mainly through her love interests and not out of her own desires. Runs away with a guy and gets married but leaves him a couple months later. Doesn't return home for a long time. Probably has a kid, maybe not. Who knows.

As for how she ties into the present day plot, she probably doesn't to be honest. But if she did she'd probably come back to give Ches some money from their father's will or just happens to walk into his shop one day. It will not be a nice meeting, though. Not for Ches, at least. Either way, this came from a sort of daydream I had and I'm pretty happy about her! I'll probably draw her more later but we'll see. Honestly kind of made her to ship her with either Lydia or Anna but we're just gunna have to see lol.

Dean wasn't suspicious of Cas, Dean was suspicious, period. He's a Winchester, and if you remember the first person he accused was Sam.

Correction, Castiel was in his celestial form. He spoke to Dean 10 minutes out of his grave, not hiding. Just not in a human vessel and able to communicate. Also, Pamela's eyes were burned out because she was trying to see Cas' true form. He warned her, both Pamela and Cas say that he warned her. Again, no Cas wasn't in his vessel yet. He was still convincing Jimmy to say yes. Otherwise, he would have appeared.

The only people who can hear angels are prophets and people who are part celestial being aka Jack. So Dean being human and all, not really surprising that Cas nearly fried his brain. This is my personal theory. Cas made the assumption that because Dean felt special to him and because he was the vessel that he could or should be able to hear him. However, the Winchester are simply men and Cas realised his mistake and went to get himself a vessel.

*coughs* I will explain human relationships to you because you're missing the point. When people totally fuck up, in a biblical sense, those things don't simply go away. Sometimes people need space and perspective. Spending all day, every day in a high-stress environment with someone who is pretty much your opposite in every way is hard on the most balanced of individuals. The Winchesters are not the most balanced of individuals and occasionally they need distance. Cas, like a good friend, fills the space until the boys are back on track.

Additionally, Cas would probably get his own ass munched because he'd be so worried about Dean he would become a leviathan snack. Every time one if them dies is acts as a catalyst, a reminder that they can die. Coming back isn't the point although Dean is kinda hilarious in dark side of the moon 'when I get back, I'm going to be pissed.' When they die, they don't take it for granted. It always feels final and those of us who worship this show feel every death as if its the first. Except for DSOTM which was just funny.

Just to clarify, Cas chooses Dean over and over. To Dean, Cas is the only person that chooses him above everyone, that's reason one why he lets things go. Then you have Cas hitting Dean's radar as innocent. Cas has this child-like quality that means he ducks under many of dean's trust issues (don't be gross) what I mean is when Dean meets a child he regresses. He becomes the person he wanted his dad to be. He is kind and forgiving and lenient. Adults usually don't get this side of Dean but Cas does. Hence forgiveness, always.  Dean forgives Cas because his intention is always pure. He is always trying to do his best.

Cas is different. He has always been different, it is mentioned throughout Canon that Cas has always been emotional. Maybe one day they will address why, my personal theory is that Chuck made him that way, just a little bit more feeling than the others and when Cas touched dean's soul in Hell, it lit up his feelings like a Christmas tree. Additionally, Cas sees the Winchesters fighting, they fight and the for humanity, for each other and with them as his role models his moral compass stays slightly truer north than his siblings. Other nice angels include Balthazar, Joshua, Hannah.

I hate to correct you (nah I dont, I love it) but there is no finite, no limitation on their forgivness and its predominantly because of their base personalities. Both Dean and Cas punish themselves more than anyone else ever could. So even when someone else hurts them its never as bad as what they do to themselves. In a way the physical beat downs they give eachother actually strengthen the bond. Every time they fight, one of them stops or walks away. They break the momentum because they love eachother. The love is what stops it, love is the forgivness and they  will always forgive eachother because no-one can punish them more than they do. They are eachothers mirror, they see it. It's another reason why Dean forgives Cas so quickly because Dean knows how bad the angel punishes himself, Dean feels that because he does the same. So he forgives and will continue to do so.

This is simply not true. Dean Winchester doesn't expect anyone to help him ever. He assumes that he is always alone. Exceptions include when Sam is hurt, he asks Cas. Also, if something is bigger and harder than him. If some mystical shit is going down or if angels are involved. If you have a magical being to hand who has aeons of experience then why wouldn't you ask, use, involve them? That's just making your life hard for no reason.

When you love someone, you try to protect them you try to do so even when the things they need protecting from is themselves or you. Yes its annoying and the boys do learn after the fact and yes its inherently frustrating when it takes several episodes for them to realise they should have simply told in the first place. However, for the boys of his a life long habbit that is hard to break and for Cas of his something he has picked up from them.

Dean has fabulous control over his temper. See not killing his grandfather when he really really wanted to. Dean vents when the pressure boils up and over and usualky its relatively painless for those involved. He gets mad and then he gets over it. He's actually very quick to process his anger, unlike his guilt which takes much, much longer. Now Sammy, there's some pent up rage. Less so recently though.

The darkness was messing with Dean constantly throughout season 11. There are multiple scenes where Dean gets a confused expression on his face when talking to Casifer but ultimately he's not sure if he's sure. Most of Casifer's interactions with the boys are brief because Lucifer knows they will figure it out. In addition, Cas says yes in episode 10 and Lucifer reveals himself in episode 14. So... really you're punishing Dean for not noticing in several minor interactions over three episodes. Rude.

Hey I love shield but season 4 isn't available where I am. Could you give me a recap of fitzsimmons in it so far?!? Spoilers are fine

Whoa, my friend. That’s a tall order, but I will do my best!

Here’s the summary through 4x15!!

They are living together in a room in the base

And they’re looking for an apartment together OFF the base, wink wink

Simmons has been promoted to Special Advisor to the Director in Science and Technology

(Fitz jokingly calls her a SADIST)

She’s so busy that the don’t get to spend so much time together

She also is somewhat isolated from everybody because she’s subject to lie detector tests, so she can’t know about anything that’s going on behind the new director’s back

While she’s gone, Fitz starts spending more time with Radcliffe

Working on his two pet projects: the Framework (a virtual reality) and AIDA, a Life Model Decoy

Jemma knows about the Framework, but AIDA is against the rules. Fitz tells Radcliffe to stop, but Radcliffe says the androids are designed to save lives, and Fitz eventually agrees to work on it in secret

(The rest is under the cut for length!)

Except, when Jemma sees AIDA, she recognizes her for what she is on the spot

Now Jemma has to figure out how to keep that a secret even though she has a lie detector test the very next day

Jemma’s a little upset that he told her, but also that he kept it from her

In the end, though, Jemma finds some blackmail on the director, and she uses it to get out of the lie detector tests all together

They work together on science stuff

Especially this book that’s connected to Ghost Rider called the Darkhold. It has all the knowledge anyone could ever want, but it’s dangerous. Anyone who reads it is corrupted

But in the end, Fitz gets trapped in an alternate dimension by the bad guy and they need the Darkhold knowledge to save him

(Jemma can’t help because the director basically kidnapped her and sent her off to deal with a new Inhuman)

So AIDA reads it, thinking she’s incorruptable

EXCEPT

AIDA tries to steal the Darkhold from SHIELD

She fails and they decapitate her

Jemma is so upset about this that she just wants to move on, but Fitz wants answers

He takes her severed head and tries to figure out what’s going on

Jemma is angry when she finds out that he did it behind her back, BUT!!

He figures out that Radcliffe was behind it all!! He betrayed them!!

Jemma is immediately on Fitz’s side and they take Radcliffe down together and bring him in

EXCEPT!!!!

It’s an LMD copy of Radcliffe! 

Radcliffe has escaped!!!!

With a NEW version of AIDA!!

Fitz tries to crack LMD!Radcliffe’s code to figure out where the real Radcliffe is

He’s overridden with guilt because of his involvement

LMD!Fitz says he can never crack the code because his father always told him he wasn’t smart enough

Turns out Fitz’s dad was emotionally abusive and left when Fitz was 10

But Radcliffe is friends with his dad and hid it from Fitz

It upsets Fitz when he finds this out, but Jemma consoles him

She tells him that she fell in love with him because he was kind and open despite what his father did

With her encouragement, he discovers that Radcliffe used the Darkhold knowledge to create an android so advanced it has an actual brain made out of light

And Jemma realizes that Radcliffe made a second LMD: May

He has the real May captive while the LMD May has been with them, trying to steal the Darkhold for Radcliffe

And LMD May succeeds!!

FitzSimmons and the team try to figure out where the real May is

Meanwhile, AIDA and Radcliffe use the Darkhold to enhance the Framework, creating a virtual reality so realistic that people think it’s 

FitzSimmons figure this out and try to shut it down, but Radcliffe knows they’re coming

With the help of another bad guy, he lures the team into an abandoned building where they can be separated and switched out for LMDs

He takes Mack, the director, Coulson, AND!!!

FITZ!!

Jemma knows some people have been switched out, but she doesn’t figure out that Fitz was one of them until too late!!!

LMD Fitz, first tries to convince Jemma that SHE’S the LMD, and when that doesn’t work, he stabs her in the leg and knocks her out!!!

She wakes up, and LMD Fitz is trying to scan her brain so he can make and LMD of her, too!

She asks him why he’s doing it, because Fitz never would

LMD Fitz tells her that once she’s switched out, they can both be together in the Framework and finally get married

Fitz has never talked to Jemma about marriage, and she’s stunned!!

She kills LMD Fitz and tells him she’ll talk to the real Fitz about getting married when she sees him

She and Daisy escape in the Zephyr, since the other LMDs have taken over the base

They decide there’s only one way to save Fitz and the others: plug into the Framework in a safe environment and try to shut it down from the inside

So Jemma goes in, hoping she’ll find Fitz and get him back, but there are two things she doesn’t know about the world inside the Framework:

1. There is a gravestone with Jemma’s name on it

2. Fitz is stepping out of a fancy car in a fancy suit, and he doesn’t seem to care
