112 Days of Uni [30/112]

First month of classes went by so freaking fast holy shit. Not much has changed, if anything it made me realise what I truly want for my life and how much I’ve changed throughout the years but hey here’s to hoping I get my dream job and get to move to one of my dream cities in the near future! On another note, started playing Strange Horticulture again and it's so relaxing just sorting the plants and solving the puzzles.

ps. life is hectic rn so it's ok not to be ok

24th of september, 2023

1/100 days of productivity

During half of the weekdays, I was sick and had to spend two days in bed. So, I need to catch up on some work before the upcoming week begins. Today is Sunday, and I'm planning to start working on an article, although I'm not certain if I can finish it today. Also, I have to review my supervisor's ethics plan since I need to begin writing my own.

I'm gradually adapting to life in a different country, even though I don't know the language yet. Since it's still Europe, there aren't significant cultural differences, but I realize the importance of learning the language. I'm determined to motivate myself to spend my free time more productively. I've discovered a beginner's short story collection in French that I plan to start reading.

I have a lot of plans for the upcoming week, but I need to be realistic about what I can accomplish... I experience a unique sensation when I listen to classical music or when I'm surrounded by old buildings, immersed in the ambiance of an antique library, with rain pattering outside, everything cloaked in fog and darkness. I love this atmosphere so much that I feel I could work all day in such an environment. It would be amazing to discover a library or café in the city that captures this same mood.

day 21/100

i finished the first javascript project that consist in making a simple console rock-paper-scissors game that the user plays with the computer for 5 rounds and in the end it shows the final winner (the one with more points).

although it was simple, it was still a bit difficult and i struggled a lot, to be honest, but i'm glad that i finished and it's working pretty well.

i used functions, conditionals, methods to return random values, and case-insensitive inputs.

Am I on the verge of a nervous breakdown? Probably yes

I feel panic is making me procrastinate even more, if possible. Any tips on how to overcome this?

☑ Studied 2 hours in the morning

☑ Studied 2 hours together with a Friend(i love studying together with people!)

☑ Studied 30 minutes before dinner

☑ Studied 1h after dinner

Although i did not meet my study goal for today, I am still happy for being able to study today :).

My goal for tomorrow is so beat today study hours! Let’s see how it goes

| 3/100 days of productivity | Mercredi, 21, avril, 2022 |

Sooo today I missed school bc I had this essay (remember?) I had to finish. It's called Mercy or guilt? (¿Piedad o culpa?) and it's about how the woman protagonist is manipulated the whole play so, at the end, she ends up "loving" the male protagonist. For my essay I had to search a bit about the life of Torquato Trasso, the author, and he was a pisces! I am also a pisces! Which is crazy xD

I also did my syntax hw... that class makes me the happiest <3

I entered this career bc I like literature but ended up IN LOVE with linguistics I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM, they make me so happy and the analysis of our vocab make me so excited of being capable of understand it fully!

I missed crazy my friends, too. But I'll see them tomorrow.

🌒18/04/24🌔

Spent the morning at the mall today and then ran some errands after lunch. Started to work on my thesis at around 15:30 after cleaning the bun's bathroom and didn't stop till after 18:30. Also got the itch to chop off my hair again into a long-ish bob so if that happens in the next week or so don't be surprised. On another note, bought a mirror that may or may not be haunted at an inka market

I wanted to start 100 days of productivity cause I think it would be a good way to salvage what's left of the year. not my usual dumb rants or posts but I thought it would be fun. I've spent (an entire year) a long time procrastinating and wasting away and more recently, I realized that I've been neglecting a large portion of my mental health. I developed intrusive thoughts last year and so I've spent most of my time trying to cope with them and I ended up neglecting everything else that keeps me unhappy so now, I'm trying to do my best to nurture every part of my mental health so I don't fall apart all over again. I don't have much to add for today, I didn't do very well. I managed to make a smoothie bowl and take care of some small things but I fell off soon after, this was the same day I realized I seriously needed to reevaluate what I was doing so I don't feel too bad cause I know I'm going to accomplish more today.
