Today will be a long day, but I'm quite motivated. No reason at all.

So well, this is what I have to do today:

Finish one midterm project

Continue with another midterm project

Practice piano

Plan August

Update:

I'm done with another midterm, yey! I have three midterms that are simply assignments, and I have two of them ready so that's great.

Tiring day but very fun as well.

100 Days of Fulfillment

I’ve seen a huge rise in productivity culture recently, and with that, a lot of guilt about not hustling 24/7. Personally, I’ve had some issues with that too, I find it really hard to just relax and do something for my own enjoyment without feeling like I’m wasting my time. Sometimes I feel like I’ve lost a huge part of my self because of my constant need to be working on something.

If you feel similar, or if you need something to do, let me suggest: 100 Days of Fulfillment. Similarly to 100 Days of Productivity, but this time it’s more focused on making sure you take time to make sure you’re feeling happy and fulfilled.

This can mean many different things.

Social Fulfillment:

writing a letter to a friend

calling a family member

facetiming someone to catch up

Intellectual Fulfillment:

reading a book that you’ve been wanting to read

surfing wikipedia about something you’re randomly curious about

Creative Fulfillment:

learning to play your favorite songs (however bad your playing is)

making bad art and enjoying it

writing bad music and bad poetry for the fun of it

writing stories

Physical Fulfillment:

stretching

dance party with your siblings

fancy smoothies

The point of this is not to produce. There’s no end goal in mind other than the happiness that would come with doing these things.

i got a plant for my room today! it’s a monstera and i named her octavia. i really hope i don’t get the watering wrong or sunlight wrong. but i definitely want to have something to take care of.

3/100 days of productivity. 5/10/17

I’ve been hella productive in the Ukrainian literature class and later in the Word Literature one. Also, I felt like making cute notes for ‘The Old Man and the Sea’.

I've decided that the way ‘100dof' challenge is made, isn't working for me. From the first day I'll try to be productive as I can. And we'll see how fast I can reach the point of 100 days.

11/100 days of productivity

Today I have my first midterm!! I'm not worried though because it's the drawing midterm.

What I'm more worried about is the history presentation which I thought I would have on Monday.

But anyway, these are the things I have to do today:

Practice piano

Study physics

Study math

Continue my (other) math summary

Continue my history midterm assignment

It's a lot but it should be achievable.

Update:

The midterm was quite easy (though that doesn't mean I did it correctly) and I did well in the oral presentation, so I'm happy.

Studying took me longer than expected and I got distracted a lot, so I couldn't do the other things. However, I did some math homework that I had forgotten.

Today is probably going to be as busy as yesterday (if not more). Here's my to-do list:

Practice piano

Practice for my oral

Plan August

Plan next week

Do some volunteering

Finish the poster for English

Perhaps:

Continue my math summary

Continue my history midterm assignment

I hope not to drain myself.

Update:

I didn't finish the poster but I worked on it a little bit. Overall it was a nice productive day.

Today is my brother's birthday so I won't do a lot. However, there are some things that I need to get done:

Continue with my history midterm

Finish my math summary

Do math homework

Practice piano

Plan August (!!!!)

Update:

I'm kinda surprised I did everything. I feel accomplished, because apart from these things I practiced driving and went to the cinema for the first time since the pandemic started.

i’m doing this on a bit of a whim, but who cares? not me! i’ve spent all day lounging in bed and reading the martian, which was gifted to me by my high school advisor. a round of applause to this wonderful man who has now sent me two different books during social distancing. i’m two-hundred-sixteen pages into this book (which is, according to goodreads, a heckin fifty-nine percent)! i plan to continue reading for the rest of the night until i start getting a little tired, then it’s off to bed for me.

2/100 days of fulfillment | 28 05 2020

my dungeons and dragons group is finally starting to meet regularly! we had a two-hour session today and even though some people didn’t get on discord to play, we still got a good bit done without it devolving into total chaos. yay us!

i have a mystery-solving club that’s supposed to meet at 7:30 on tuesdays and thursdays (aka right now) but there have been no updates from the organizer and no zoom link. this has happened for the past two weeks or so and i’m a little frustrated by it, but idk what to do. i’ll wait until maybe eight, but if there’s nothing, i’m gonna call it a night. my head hurts and i’m sorta sleepy.
