Eda and Lilith schooldays headcanon dump incoming!:

The "with this spell declared, let the pain be shared" spell only works between family members; you can't use it on just anyone. It always works between blood relatives but it can also be used on anyone the witch perceives to be a part of their family (i.e. spouse, adopted child, step-child, in-laws, best friend, etc.)

Lilith was always seen as an easy target in school and was bullied incessantly.

A good half of the incidents involving Eda revolved around her getting back at whoever was picking on Lily. Unsurprisingly, having her little sister beat up her bullies for her didn't improve Lilith's popularity.

[Image transcript: at 1200 hours, Edalyn Clawthorne raised an army of abominations to start a food fight in the cafeteria after her sister Lilith's lunch money was stolen. The abominations then gained sentience and revolted against Edalyn, forming into one giant abomination and taking over the school. Edalyn, Lilith, and the thief had to form an unlikely alliance to stop the giant abomination from destroying Hexside.]

Odalia was the main bully. The abomination incident happened because Odalia stole Lily's lunch money for absolutely no reason, so Eda "borrowed" Alador's abominations and started a massive food fight. He could have stopped the ensuing rampage or at least helped at any time, but he lowkey thought Odalia deserved it.

Both Eda and Lilith got picked on in school because their parents were wild witches. Eda embraced her wild side as a result while Lilith tried her damnedest to fit in.

This is basically canon, but Eda did significantly better in school than Lilith. She could have been one of the top of her class if she wasn't always in trouble for something. Lilith struggled for multiple reasons, one of which being she just didn't like potions that much, whereas Eda was always down for whatever.

Given Lilith's entrance at the Covention, she was really interested in illusions, but was afraid of being judged so she just stuck with potions.

Eda only wanted to join the Emperor's Coven because her big sis was gonna be there, and also because it's the only coven that would let her use all of her magic.

Raine was actually one of Lilith's acquaintances but immediately hit it off with Eda the second they met. They were best friends and mutual crushes since day one babey.

At first, Lilith was mad that Eda stole one of her only friends, but then she just found them insufferable together. It was mainly because they liked to recite their favorite musicals and even roleplay the best scenes. It gave her terrible second-hand embarrassment.

It was also because they were blushy, flirty messes around each other half the time but also completely oblivious to the other's affections, like "Titans! Would you two just start dating already?!"

This carried on for years. They did not start dating until they were in their 20s.

This kid was also Eda's friend. They're from the potions track and they have glasses look angry that people are throwing rocks at her or that someone cursed her in the first place. Idk the fact that we can see them while we can't see most of the rest of the audience seems significant.

this evening my brain be having Some Thoughts,,,,,, ,,, ,,,,, ,, , ,,, so oof rambling warning but this is my place where i just write without thinking so here goes babey

i didn't eat breakfast or lunch because i was at work and could easily hide it, i walked really far too and burned a decent amount of calories got home then .... i had a fruit pot of melon, my dad made stew for dinner which overall call it 700 (129 for fruit and a overestimate for the stew, i didn't eat much anyway) but then i ate cake and cake and biscuit and pastry and ice cream because it was there and felt no guilt when i was eating like what the fuck ????

during this i was thinking, i'm a fat fuck who can't stay away from cakes and biscuits etc i might as well just starve all day then eat them since i can't stop either way and at the time that made so much sense but now. oh boy i ate ~2000 calories and i- wHAT ???? the fuck ????? like i overestimate a bit because i didn't weigh anything, i can't be sure but holy fuck ???

i literally can't stop

every day this week apart from maybe two days i've restricted so well during the day and felt SO GOOD doing it then i get home have a 1500 cal snack and then only feel guilty the next day never enough to stop myself in the first place ???

i feel so out of my body for a couple hours when i eat like i'm eating normal, not having disordered habits, then i come back and it's like oh shit i fucked all my progress for what ?!??

if it was a different time scale like restricting 700 each day with maybe two days i have a binge of like 1200 to keep my metabolism as SOMETHING i wouldn't mind as much but this 6 days past my net each day averages 1200~1300 because i

can't physically stop

why have a fully blown eating disorder when you could tell people you've recovered and instead engage in a plethora or normalised disordered eating habits? it's not weird that i fast 22 hours a day and one full day per week, i'm just Intermittent Fasting. That Is A Thing Normal People Do. i'm not starving myself, i'm eating 1200 calories a day, which is The Safe Amount according to An Article I Read. i don't have exercise addiction, i just compulsively do 5 hours of yoga every week and have to walk 2 hours every single day and doing 10 hours of HIIT every week and going for a 2 hour run twice a week and a spin class as well? That's Just Wellness, Babey!! having strict restrictions for what i eat? well, no meat and dairy, that's just for the environment. no grains or beans or sugar or any junk food? just healthy!! needing to eat at least 40% protein? i'm just trying to get Buff. drinking four litres of water a day, not counting coffee and tea? oh, i'm just hydrated. it's for my skin!! can't you tell i'm just Super Healthy and i have no idea why i've been losing weight again but hey!! i'm still at a normal weight so i can't have a disorder, i'm totally recovered guys!!

thoughts: what’s this? a nano update....before midnight? from me? no it can’t be! but yes. I woke up with a headache that has been resistant to advil and naps and just plain beating my head against a wall, and I still wrote 1200 words. that’s dedication babey. I also wrote a really hard scene--yesterday, I wrote a fight scene, and today I wrote the apology/making up. It was my whole word count for the day, actually. and so tomorrow I can go forth with two characters who are once again on good terms! which feels so much better than waking up with them fighting. maybe that’s why I have a headache. Anyway, I’m hoping to get to bed soon, now that I’ve got nano done. but knowing me, I’ll be up for hours and do another writing session after midnight. the headache might conk me out, though, so here’s hoping!

music history (pre-1750) and like...i’m not one for organized religion but those folks were onto something in the 1100s/1200s like....perotin? the cantigas de santa maria? that shit fucken slaps, my dudes (i also wish they had encompassed music beyond the western culture but :) we know how academia is so...we’re not surprised)

15. dream job?

honestly, anything that means i get to perform and make music with other like minded people sounds like an Absolute Dream. I’ve never held a “typical” job (this gap year i’ve been lucky enough to have consistent gigs) so i don’t really know what i would do if it weren’t music adjacent.

I’M BACK~~ sorry for the weird hiatus. Adjusting to college. My eating was abysmal. But now that classes are starting (albeit virtually, we’re still on campus tho) I feel I have more structure and control to help with my eating.

Prompt: I don’t have a workout routine. I’m gonna try to go to the gym with my bf, but when I/we workout, it’s kind of a freestyle.

Food log:

1. Brown sugar oatmeal

2. Pineapple coconut yogurt and granola

3. Buffalo chicken salad

4. Peach(?) yogurt and granola

5. Leftover bits of chicken and rice

6. One of those lil chocolate ball things

Reflections: feeling better. I think I was right (hopefully!) about getting more structure with classes starting off and that helping me get into a better eating habit. I’ve eaten less today and I’m planning to eat a soup tonight, and/or just yogurt and granola.

I think coming up with a food plan will be very helpful. I should do that every Sunday just look at the menus for the week ahead and plan what I’ll get. I might start sticking to the 5 a day rule (where I eat only 5 things in a day, but without mind to quantity assuming it’s small). That’s been a good rule of thumb for me while at college where I can’t calorie count, even if I wanted to. Feeling better. I know I’m not at the top of my game right now, but that’s okay. And honestly, whatever progress I lost, that’s okay, that’s okay, we’ll get there. Honestly, goal 1 is losing, but goal 2 is maintaining, you know? I feel a little fluffier right now ahaha oh well. But high restricting is the way anyways, you know? Just 1200 you can lose 2 lbs a week, which adds tf up. It’s longer, but that’s patience ain’t it? As opposed to perseverance that’s required for low restriction.

BREAKTHROUGH

I feel very dumb and very smart at the same time right now. But basically I will, from now on, look online at my dining halls’ menus and plan what I will eat so that when I’m there, I won’t get surprised/distracted and stay in control!!! I will try to stick to the eat 5 things a day rule, and more generally, it’ll be like: for breakfast, either potatoes and eggs OR yogurt and granola OR oatmeal. When there’s yummy soup, eat it (liquids over solids) EXCEPT when there are vegetables that I like to eat—it’s very important to eat vegetables!!

Feeling so good. Had about (now) a week of binge like activity. But that’s OKAY let’s call it a METABOLISM WEEK. Now we’re back in business babey >:)

It’s Tuesday, babey! Roll for story!

Today in Serena’s adventures I’ve learnt that I should really prepare some one liners for my Vicious Mockery spell. I think that when one of my fellows said between laughs “dude, you had 6 days to think on something better!” he ment it. Now I feel guilty for not preparing enough despite the fact that I do my best not to fuck up and understand how to use roll20 dot net, to be fast and not being a burden, to remember how things work despite my lack of knowledge and experience. But I’m not an agile person when it comes to talking, words tangle in my tongue, I forget how to speak, I’m blank. But he’s partially right. If I know I’m bad at coming up with shit on the spot I have a week to get some ideas, so I’m going to look for one liners I can use instead of saying random words in primordial. I hope I can translate this stuff properly to spanish because in my own language I can’t find anything worthy, and Spanish is a good source of insults but man, nobody records that shit xD not the real good stuff that’s not calling women bitches and men faggots, which is NOT okay and will not use. SO, ANYWAY, THE ADVENTURE. We went down the corridor the duergars sent us to and explored the bare minimum until we soon found a big room with a well and lots of bodies. All long dead people. We are like, okay, whatever, these are dead-dead not undead-dead, so let’s keep moving. And we find a room, and in the room there was a girl, and the girl was like oh no the dwarves kept me here captive help meee! And we’re like: I don’t trust this woman but we can’t see where the poop is so let’s check the room out. So the girl says that she’s afraid to be left alone, that there’s a ghost outside, and the new member of our group says OH A GHOST? I’M OFF TO SEE THAT BYE, so he goes to the big room full of corpses followed by the gnome rogue and the cleric so I think they’ll be okay. WRONG. The ghost shows up and attacks, then the girl TURNS INTO A DARN SUCCUBUS?? The lizardfolk almost shoots me an arrow but we hit her hard in the end, COULDN’T KILL HER THOUGH because she ran away and swore she’d find us again. WHAT. Serena didn’t give it much credit and thought she was just saying to make them scared. Lizardfolk was freaking out though. Apparently fiends did something very bad to his kind and there are no more like him, he’s the only survivor, he said. Then he started kicking shit off and I let him be. Meanwhile the other gnome was helping from another little room where he found shit from the people the monk who died a few episodes ago was looking for. But he didn’t say shit so *shrug*. At the same time all this went down, pirate-halfelf-gnome team are facing the ghost and they kick its ass but... he curses them and they age THIRTY YEARS. For the half elf is nothing, for the gnome is a bit bad because he was already kinda getting older. But the human was 32 apparently. He turned 62 all of a sudden and he was so shocked and sad he lost all his sass in a blink. I feel bad for him, I can’t imagine losing 30 critical years of my life I mean... what happens 30 to 60 seem like really fucking important things before you die? xD Holy fuck. Anyways, we get together, we try to think on what to do and then move on. We want to find a cleric to fix this shit, we want to get out of this place asap. So we go down the next corridor and don’t open any more fucking doors xD I hear stuff behind a few doors but after I tell my companions they prefer to just go right to the big ass door at the end. We reach the big door, we go there and, to noone surprise, from the one body that is in that chapel like room, a ghost rises. There’s the tomb we needed to find to basically take everything we could from, and at its sides bones that turned into zombie ogres xd Luckily, we beat them up real quick and save our asses. I’m so proud to say that, after all this fights the only time I got hit was when I basically died xD I wasn’t touched by the succubus, the ogres or the ghosts B) My cloud of daggers is AWESOME, did 14 with it once (it’s 4d4 hohoho). Anyways, I went to the tomb and took everything from it and gave my companions what they asked: -1200 gold pieces - forge hammer - big hammer although i was told it was not a war hammer but it was for the cleric lol - really pretty axe for the pirate. We were supposed to give the hammer to the duergars as part of the deal we made but honestly... I aint killing no dragon what.the.fuck. So might as well not keep the rest of the deal xddd

Also, we got the ring we were supposed to take back for our employer! I really want to buy Serena one pretty new instrument and maybe new pretty daggers and also lots of alcohol. Lots of alcohol my dudes, she wants to throw a party to celebrate SHE’S ALIVE BABEYYY. If we can get out without the duergars noticing lol.

And so, we are in the chapel now and need to plan how to get outta this place asap. We’ll see how that goes!

And I will look for a list of that good stuff to kill people with insults!

It always fills me with a warm fuzzy feeling to know that DnP blogs still follow me because even though I don’t watch what little content they put out and I ended up having to unfollow a lot of people for my own mental health (who know following 4,000+ blogs was going to feel too cluttered) I love the phandom and even though we’ve changed a lot over the years, I like to think we’re all in a happier place than ever at least in terms of them.
