Hey everyone! I have a big request to ask. I was at the Sacramento show on Sunday night (March 3rd). During 16 Candles (the first verse) I held up a sign I made for Joe. He smiled and waved at me, but my cousin wasn't filming it so I don't have a good video of it :((( if anyone has a video of 16 candles especially the first verse can you please send it to me or post it jn here and tag me or something? I'm looking all over YouTube and Twitter and Instagram and not having much luck! Here's the sign for context and the setlist. Ooooohhhh okay. So like the Dirty Dancing AU (and I guess by extension the 18 Candles fic) what made you want to do those? Are you the same as me, see something and your lizard brain immediately goes 'steddiefy it' 😅🖤

Pretty much. 😂 Honestly they were both being juggled for the Steddie BigBang because I liked the iconic imagery and wanted my artist to have something fun to draw. I ultimately landed on Dirty Dancing but I'm still working on 18 Candles. It's a Robin & Eddie friendship headed to Steddie & Ronance and I really love how Robin has developed in it. Here's a little snippet as a thank you for asking @penny00dreadful!

“She’s like, so perfect, Eddie. A goddess.” Robin groaned as she shoved her trumpet case in the back and climbed into the front seat of his van.  “Christ Buckley, I haven’t even pulled out of the parking lot yet.” Eddie laughed as he headed toward the exit.  “I’ve been waiting to talk about how beautiful and amazing Nancy Wheeler is since I realized I liked girls in fifth grade.” Robin huffed, turning the dial down on his radio, “Yikes, your music is terrible.” Slapping her hand playfully, Eddie argued, “My music is the best music, you’re just uncultured.” He took a right and headed for the A&W, “And fifth grade?! You’ve been crushing on her since fifth grade?” Robin groaned and covered her face, “I know! I’m totally pathetic!”
