Grinding Noise when cold starting on a 2005 Volkswagen Passat 2.0FSI 6MT

Hi guys, since the weather is colder now (less than 10° Celsius) my car makes a grinding/rattling noise when I start it up and leave the clutch out. If I depress the clutch again, it will go away immediately. If I drive the car for some meters the noise disappears completely, even without being in car and unpressed clutch. Do you guys have a clue what it could be? I will try to record it tomorrow.

My Car is a 2005 Volkswagen Passat Sedan with the 2.0FSI and 6 Speed Manual Gearbox. It has 210k Original Kilometers on it. Had the transmission oil replaced recently. The clutch with the bearings has been replaced 20k km ago. Original flywheel. The old transmission oil had some tiny metal bits in it.
