Unexpected Beauty

A few of the numerous pictures I took for photography class. The assignment was Unexpected Beauty. It made us focus on the technique rather than the subject of our pictures. (So, unfortunately, no flowers, as that is considered cheating ಥ_ಥ)

Although the first one is the best one, I ended up choosing the last one to hand in because I wasn't sure if my teacher would accept it. (ended up getting a passing grade on it; he wanted me to emphasise the triangle you see formed on the checkered floor more)
