Synopsis:

Ryo’s childhood friend and firefighter, Soma, asks her to set up a mixer every day.Falling for such a flirty man is out of the question...Or at least that was what Ryo thought, but one day, the apartment building where she was living in burned down and she started staying over at Soma’s place!

While they’re living under the same roof, Ryo decides that she will be cautious and will keep a distance...but she gets close to him when she takes a look at his injury from the time he saved her from the fire--it would be better if he stayed as her childhood friend, but as she sees the passionate gaze in his eyes for the first time, she can’t refuse him any longer--.

A few days ago, I shared some screenshots with 4 of the guys: Soma, Izumi, Miike & Kawamura. It seems that Miike and Kawamura won’t be coming out in the anime and I’M SAD. I guess they’re introduced in the later chapters that won’t be covered in the anime or something (idk I haven’t read it). 😢

Saturday Anime Compilation

Today’s my exam week, so I binge-watched last Saturday before I can study.

Akkun to Kanojo: Cute story, lovable characters, amazing voices. But there’s one catch: It only lasts for 3 mins. T_T I just repeat the scenes because it’s just too cute and too funny!

Mahou Shoujo Site: A premise with an impact, but have to endure around 10 mins of torture on the main character. I feel so sad for her, that episode truly has something to say about bullying and abuse, must-watch. I do like that concept of magical girls with dark and gory settings. As for the voice acting, credits to Yuuko Oono and Nobuhiko Okamoto for voicing their characters as real and emotional as possible. Nobu’s voice makes his character so realistic to make myself hate him (the character, of course.)

Kara no Kyoukai 1: Overlooking View: I watched it because: 1) To get over Mahou Shoujo Site as it was horrible (in a good way, because I feel so horrified at the story) and 2) I’ve been wanting to watch this ever since I played the Garden of Sinners event on Fate GO. I like the art style, the characters, the story, and the philosophical dialogue. It took me a while to understand it, but they are worth exploring, for me. I was also being kilig because of Maaya Sakamoto and Kenichi Suzumura voicing the main couple!

Amai Choubatsu: Watashi wa Kanshu Senyou Pet: This is getting R-18, I’m sorry. I watched for the lewds, the story, and the handsome do-S male lead voiced by Yoshitaka Yamaya. //slapped As with all others, the story is just full of steamy scenes. Not really something with substance.

25-sai no Joshikousei: Another R-18 anime. I’ve watched the entire anime, uncensored. Has a slightly more interesting story than others, mainly on the male lead’s past and the female lead reflecting on herself. Still not much something with substance, just went there for the lewds and partially, the characters.

I think I’m a little ruthless(?), I WILL drop anime without hesitation, no matter how “good” others think it is. I’m super picky & end up with the underrated ones most of the time haha ^^; Fall 2017 was sorta disappointing(?) I was hyped for so many, and I ended up dropping most!!! Juuni Taisen was the only one I truly enjoyed until the end.

Although, I am super excited for Spring 2018, there seems to be A LOT of anime that have caught my eye~ Well, here’s to a great anime season!🥂

How I choose my anime:

Art+Story

I look at the art. I love pretty art.

Once it catches my attention, I will read a few chs./watch a few eps. to see if I will continue it or drop it.

Continue or Drop?

Pretty art + great story. This is so my type~ Continue.

I am a sucker for pretty art~ but pretty art + suckish story. Drop.

in most cases bad art + great story. Continue.

Genre?

Any genre is fine. Nowadays, I go for the mature ones. Fantasy, Romance, Horror, Supernatural, Psychological and Mystery seem to be my main ones. I do tend to stay away from Yuri and Slice of Life because they’re not really my cup of tea. lol

Fanservice?

It doesn’t bother me, Hooray for Oppai, panties, and shirtless ikemen, but it does need to have a great story or I will drop it.

Ships?

I have both straight ships and BL ships, but tbh I mostly ship everyone with myself lmfao

Hello. I don't know if this has been asked before or not, but do you know where I can read the manga of 25-sai no Joshikousei, preferably for free. There are some sites that only has around 21 chapters, others are paid, and the one that I have read much of 25-sai has around 83 chapters but it seems like the site isn't active in updating it. Anyway, how many manga chapters available are there? Thanks in advance ~

There are currently 29 volumes or 84 episodes depending on where you read it. I believe the official English release is up to date with the Japanese one, so that’s why it seems like they’re not updating it anymore 😁😁😁

Winter Anime the Final Notes, T3

Not before time and distinctly pinched for it between multiple other commitments, here are the notes on this past season's shows before I have to start writing up this season's, finally winding up with stuff that at least didn't get dropped.

Mitsuboshi Colors did not completely fall flat on its face, but that was about as far as it got. There were a few moments of genuine hilarity in this slew of average, barely-not-creepy slice-of-life, but they were too few relative to the dumb parts or the bad running gags walked into the ground. This may have been a good idea at some point, but then Anime About Little Girls happened to it, and for the end product to turn out endurable, under those circumstances, for a whole season is probably the most you can hope for.

A.I.C.O. Incarnation delivered what I was looking for, at least, and didn't fall apart in the process: the science was howling, the characters were inconsistent, and there were holes in the plot you could drive a bus through, but at least there were alien cancer tentacles running around. This is not much of a machine grotesque revival, and the weakness of this show may hurt other attempts, but I'll take it in the absence of others.

Itou Junji: Collection did not end as poorly as it looked like it was going to midway through -- clock that circus bit for some truly impressive non-animation -- but ultimately failed in executing Itou's best material at an acceptable quality level. There were good points -- "Town of No Roads" definitely captured an impressive sort of insane dream-logic -- but far too few of them and far too little competently-executed art, let alone animation. I stuck for the writing and gore, and even I was close to chucking it a couple times.

Citrus sent itself into a severe tailspin as a result of trying to cram eight episodes' worth of material into a twelve-episode series, but despite the huge, glaring problems with its writing and narrative, managed to avoid getting dropped over the course of the run. It was not by a large margin and the last ep was so badly managed that it would have been dropped there had the series continued, but the bar here was "not bad-stupid porn" and that, at least, was cleared.

25-sai no Jyoshikousei formed a low point even among its genre of josei porn shorts, with melty art, intermittent animation, and writing that never seemed particularly interested in resolving its plotlines. It managed to stay nice and cute enough to avoid being dropped, but with barely half an hour to go wrong in over three months, this is not really an achievement.
