Dream

J was sat at a big communal dinner table and who was next to him but Rivers!!! I was going “I can’t believe he’s there!” J unbeknownst to me had put on one of _my_ Weezer t-shirts (the Black album drip one) and was kind of doing a thumbs up, I-told-you-it-would-work expression. I was somehow unable to join, like I was watching from a different area or something. Anyway Rivers was also in a Weezer shirt! Like a red one, I think that 50s style one from the Hootenanny video, but he looked kinda Black era with the growing out hair and he was chatting casually to J and I was part incredulous like “why isn’t it me” and part proud, like at least I was only one step removed or something.

Then I was being shown somewhere for work, by possibly Simon Cowell, his private office that he’d just had built. It was a bedroom at first and I was just trying to be all professional like I’d hardly noticed there was a bed there, then luckily it opened up into an office area and who was there but Rivers!!! Casually tuning up his guitar or something like that. Except it was like some sort of male model version of him; he had a straightened mid-2000s emo fringe and some kind of high fashion, weird clothes, the sort of thing a character from the future would wear in a film. But I was pretending it didn’t matter bc “his” face was so realistic, like his current age and every detail… was he an AI clone?! Anyway I was saying “god you’re so handsome, can I shake your hand?” And he said “of course” and his hands felt so smooth and silky but kind of cold. Then I was working out if I should ask for a picture and trying to say something else and he turned into Taylor Swift wtf?! But I figured I might as well still get a pic lmfao. However I just couldn’t get anyone with half a brain to take a photo of us and I was really stressing out about it! Ugh. Basically cock-blocked at every turn!
