Heyyy so this is like my 4th time trying to make a request but tumblr keeps acting weird but anyways

I noticed your request are open so I wanted to ask if you could write something about Ellie x reader where Ellie is on her period and she’s kinda moody and stuff so she just snaps at reader and is mean but she feels guilty and the reader understands that she was in pain and she reassures Ellie that it’s fine and tries to comfort her give her cuddle take care of her you know all that fluffy stuff.

I always noticed that on most stories I’ve read it’s always the reader who’s on her period and Ellie comforts her so I wanted to change it up a bit you know wanted to read something different and also I got my period yesterday and I was being moody and mean to everyone every little thing would irritate me but it was just because I was in pain so idk you don’t have to write it if you don’t feel like writing it I’ll understand!! :)) and sorry if this is too long 😭haven’t really request it anything in a while.

Ellie Williams Headcanons: Taking care of Ellie on her period

She's such a baby~

This woman kills infected, hunts people like their animals and does all sorts of things like that.

But on her period? She's curled up in bed under the blankets with her head buried into your tummy as you play with her hair <3

She's so cuteeeee- I'm actually giggling and kicking my feet rn.

Her waking up in the morning, sleep in the corner of her eyes and she's all clingy- whining about having to get up to go on patrol

It takes you about 40 minutes to get Ellie out of bed with the promise of a warm shower together.

She ends up going on a short patrol.

In the mean while you decide to bake her favorite sweet treats.

Vanilla cupcakes with chocolate icing and rainbow sprinkles? Check. ✅

Gooey chocolate chip cookies? Check. ✅

Chocolate covered strawberries? Check. ✅

You were pretty impressed with yourself at how much you made in only three hours.

The key turning in the lock of your front door told you that Ellie had returned. "Ells!! C'mere- im in the kitchen!!!" You yelled to the woman- the sound of her converse clad feet coming towards the kitchen diner.

Her eyes widened as she looked at all the homemade goods, tears welling in her eyes due to the hormones and the sentiment.

"tada!!" You sung, giggling as she scooped you into her embrace. "You're the best baby.." she whispered kissing your forehead.

She's so whiny~

𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐃𝐎𝐍'𝐓 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐘 𝐊𝐍𝐎𝐖 𝐇𝐎𝐖 you ended up in the Sully's mauri. All you can recall is how cold Neteyam's usually warm body felt. How his blood painted not only your hands - but Lo'aks too. It was coating the armbands he crafted all for you, the hands he had held countless of times.

Your eyes shut in anguish, letting the all-consuming rage encompass every inch of your entire being. It was devastating, your mind reliving what was his last moments. He shouldn't have left this world in so much pain. Not when all he did was protect and love the people around him so fiercely.

It was too sudden, you were scrambling to try seize every single memory, experience. Everything that was left of his essence. It pained you to now realise that you were doomed from day one. You should have never challenged him that you could catch a bigger fish. You should have never fallen for him.

Your mind was stumbling on what you shouldn't have done. But what about everything you'll never get to do again?

When everyone would fall asleep, even back home - their home away from the ocean. The rainforest. It was just you, Neteyam, and the stars. The time where you'd share your deepest thoughts, whispers and quiet laughter. Afterall, your cheeks always ached from smiling so much on those nights. Oh what you would do to relive that all over again.

To hop on your Ikrans and fly away to your own little sanctuary, an oasis away from curious eyes. Where you nurtured one another, grew with one another - learnt about your feelings for eachother.

You woke up yesterday thinking that there'd be many more ecplises to come. And on those nights, he would be there. Your protector, your warrior, your Neteyam.

But now all you can see is his wistful eyes as he finally voiced out what he had been telling you in secret since the day you all left to seek further refuge.

"I want to go home." You do recall that.

You recall your fingers tucking his hair behind his ears after he had said so. The beads you gifted him, the ones you braided into his hair only a few days ago - glinting. Your reassuring smile beaming, wavering, sinking. And his eyes held pure desperation, such strong will to live.

Why didn't you live, Neteyam?

The next time you laid your head against his chest. There was nothing, you could only hear your own heartbeat drumming in your ears from anxiety. The heart that used to beat for his family, for your love, for your future - now having no rhythm.

It was ironic, considering how one of things you two were complimented most on was the rhythm of your day to day lives. How even when you were apart from him. When his dad would whisk him away on hunting trips. Or you had to go look for medicinal leaves, your hearts were steady. Because you knew when you'd return, you would be there for eachother.

That was your rhythm, your momentum.

And it was now all gone because of a bullet wound.

"Y/n?" There Neytiri stood, a bowl of warm water cradled in her hands - along with a cloth. You couldn't bare to maintain eye contact, because through her... all you saw was him.

She set the bowl down, as she sat infront of you. Neytiri gazed down at you, frowning. Because the caregiver in such situations for you would usually be her son.

She had adored you from the moment you graced Pandora. Your mother was her dearest friend. After losing her to the sky people when she took a bullet for her. She had to witness your father lose his grips on sanity as you were left to grow up all alone. That was when she and Jake officially took you under their wings.

While your current state was more than understandable, it worried her greatly. For Neytiri, it felt like history was repeating itself.

For once, she did not know what to say. She knew she had to tread lightly, she would push away voicing her direct concerns for the time being.

Your conversations always flowed, it didn't matter if it was as simple of a question as "how was your day?" What mattered is that she continuously rooted for you. Even more so when she witnessed you and Neteyam acting a little too similar to how her and jake had at the beginning of everything. When she realised her feelings for Jake held much more weight than she would have ever thought. But no words could soothe the grief you have submerged yourself into. She lost her first born son, and you lost your soulmate for every lifetime.

Your eyes glossed over as the damp cloth wiped away the last of what you would have of Neteyam. His blood, removed from your skin - transferred to the cloth. And you don't know why such a simple act felt like an axe dragging achingly slow across your heart. But it did.

Maybe because it was the last ever thing of his that would touch your skin. It felt too raw, too open. Your mind wanted to beat itself up, because it wasn't his hand, or his touch. It was his blood. His blood that had caked your hands for however long. Your hands were clean, and your Neteyam was dead.

Neytiri noticing your crestfallen expression, instantaneously brought you into her arms. Into her shelter, into her warmth. And the axe just dug itself deeper. Rupturing your soul, and everything you've ever known. Neytiri looked up at the ceiling, trying her damn hardest to blink away the tears that crept up onto her. Your wails, your haunting cries would keep her awake for a long time. But she knew, if anyone would understand the hollowness she currently is immersed in - it would be you. Her horrowing cries followed yours.

You could taste your own tear's through your sobs, and they were bitter. And you were angry, so angry - at what the world had taken away from you. What you are now going to have to miss, and it cut through you. You both cried harder.

No matter where the members of the Metkayina clan was in that moment, even if they were underneath water. They would have heard it all.

Each sully entered the mauri, one after the other. Tears once again edged the surface and broke. You huddled together, desperately reaching out for eachother. None of you being able to withstand the the thought of knowing your Tsahik - Ronal, was preparing Neteyam for farewell.

After awhile, you were all too exhausted. Draining yourselves until there were no more tears physically able to escape your systems. Silence followed, then soon everyone started dispersing.

Until it was just you and Lo'ak.

His throat burned, and even the action of trying to speak seemed worlds away for him. But yet, he still croaked out, "I'm so sorry, Y/n."

Shaking your head as a sigh left you, none of this felt real to either one of you yet. "I'm sorry too, Lo'ak", you whispered, that's all you could manage right now. He heard you, he knew you're trying.

His hand reached to yours, squeezing it and holding on tightly. Almost to the point where it was painful, but you didn't even mind. You'd take anything over the numbness creeping up on you. And you two needed eachother right now, more than ever before.

Both of you sat there, holding on. You knew ecplise was coming. How could you bring yourself to say goodbye if you couldn't even move? Having to see him so lifeless once more? It felt so wrong. Only the other day, he was hugging you from behind. Did he do that yesterday? Did he do that again before he left you?

How could you say goodbye to a future you barely even began? You wanted to punch something, you wanted to curse the sky people for ever even entering Pandora's atmosphere. You'd do anything to bring him back.

Neytiri and Jake entered the mauri once again, instead this time Neytiri was holding a smaller bowl - now full of paint. They had already prepped themselves for later... how?

They sat themselves before you two, Jake leaning over to give you a kiss on the forehead. You truly appreciated it, you couldn't even begin to fathom how he must be feeling right now. The man had not been able to speak a proper word to you since he carried you onto Tsireya's ilu when trying to make you guys head back to the village. You were too out of it to travel back yourself.

He didn't know where to start, where to end. Suddenly Jake was reminded of the words Lo'ak had told him about the ways of how the water held itself in the eyes of Ewya.

Before he and Neytiri followed Ronal and Tonowari to the dead tulkun the other day. Neteyam had asked for his fathers guidance, on how to properly court you, to prepare himself in the near future to have you as his mate. All the words and advice he had spoken, passed on with Neteyam to the great mother. And he couldn't endure that at the moment, he was on the brink of losing himself even further.

Both of them painted your faces, you wished it would have taken a lifetime. Because it was dark out, already - and that meant Ecplise had arrived.

"We'll meet you outside." Neytiri spoke softly, and solemnly. The pain was so evident in just those few words. It made you want to shrivel up even more. Suddenly sticking yourself to the walls of the mauri and never leaving seemed alot nicer then what was awaiting you.

You looked to Lo'ak, and he stared back at you. His hand fell into yours again, but this time you were the one that squeezed. Truth be told, none of you were prepared. Let alone, ready. None of you would ever be, as you were all under the impression that there was more time. Life is cruel that way.

Before you knew it you were both standing up, making your way out into the night. Time had crept up on you once again. Taking a deep breath you looked out into the ocean, you wish you could bring him back to his true home. But it seems this will have to do. You knew a part of his heart was with the water surrounding you when he first dove into it.

It all feels surreal, but it was inevitable. Goodbyes can be agonising if the world demands it.

"Ma Neteyam, you can rest now."

oooo he's so excited!! he's waiting outside the lab every single day just to see your avatar making in progress

both norm and max had to kick him out multiple times since he (more like his tail) kept on dropping and whacking all the necessary equipment, but he didn't mean it, he's just too tall and his tail is just too.. whippy

he's like extremely protective of you already since you are a human, small, fragile and weak, in Pandora.

so when you're in your avatar he's 100x more protective of you! since you are still getting the hang of your body

literally BEGS max to let you out for a few hours, he just wants to spend some time with you <3

(max refused multiple times)

when you not in your avatar form he's protective of you, like what i said earlier, he's always in front of you when he hears a twig snapping or the rustle of leaves.

and he STILL does that even when you're in your avatar form. you are still learning how to control your body!!

neteyam will teach you how to walk like a na'vi and show you the little small tricks that the na'vi body can do that the humans cant.

he will hold your arms and your waist when you're taking your first baby steps <33

speaking of that, he will literally be in the same room with you when you're being transferred into your avatar body. and boy is he anxious, his leg is bobbing up and down when he sits and sometimes stands up just to look over at your avatar in the tube.

neteyam is ecstatic when he sees your avatars' eye open, he has a bright and big smile on his face and absolutely nothing can wipe it off.

he will be patient and easy with you, telling you to lay down and to slowly get up. his hand is on your back as he helps you sit up, his eyes scanning your face to see any signs of discomfort and pain.

he will refuse to let you walk on your own, eat on your own, stand up on your own or do anything by yourself.

he will SIT you down when you try to get up, there's no point in arguing with him because he will always win no matter what.

(if he has the permission to) he shows and teaches you how to hunt, how to track animal footprints, how to spot the homes of animals, the weak spots, how to eat, the manners, literally everything.

neteyam is the absolute happiest when you hum in delight after eating one of the specialties during a gathering.

will fight anybody who insults you. doesn't care about his father scolding him, will just fight them straight up LMAO

like he won't take shit

most days, he will literally lay down beside you, admiring your face as you sleep peacefully on the prickly grass

since he's so used to seeing your human features, it's a bit odd seeing you as a na'vi. his favourite thing is how he can still tell that you're you, even when you're in a different body.

your bioluminescent freckles that glow brightly in the night sky, that make it look like you are blending in one with nature, or Eywas' creation, should i say make you look absolutely ethereal.

lo'ak x human - avatar! reader

just like his brother he is VERY excited. he will bother you and the scientists that are helping you make your very own avatar

"when will you be able to see it?" "when can I see it?" "when will you be able to you know.. get.. into it..?"

you have to literally shush the boy millions of times cause he just won't shut up about it!! but he's just excited, that's all!

lo'ak hangs around with you in your room, joins you in watching them do whatever they're doing with your avatar, sticking a needle in your arm with your blood and what not.

his tail hits you so many times when doing this. "lo'ak! will you stop that!" "stop what?" "your tail, it keeps on hitting me!"

you may even have to grab onto it.

when you finally transfer your consciousness into your avatar, lo'ak (and maybe his siblings as well) is there to witness it and god, is he nervous.

fidgeting, constantly asking them when it'll be done and if you're okay, checks your heart monitor wayyy too much

smiles like a madman when he sees you awake in your avatar form and runs to hug you but is stopped by the scientists

literally side eyes the scientist or gives them a dirty look.

lo'ak squeezes the living life out of you, and you're just... there..

he slowly gets you out of the bed and walks with you but when your knees wobble and collapse he's quick to catch you and he's like 'damn i gotta help you now'

he's stumbling as well LOL

he can not contain his happiness like, at all.

his tail is whipping side to side and that smile is plastered on his face the entire week day

helps you walk and get use to your body, shows you every single fruit there is and tells you to eat up like bae this is my second time in my avatar form.

lo'ak will try to impress you, he already tried and did when you were still human but now that you're na'vi, it makes a slight different, like it's a new you (it is) meaning, new attempts of showing off his skills :)

although his father may not allow him to teach you their ways, he will still do it when he's not around.

"psst- y/n! come here... wanna show you how to catch some big fish >:))"

he may be a tease but he WILL help you, make sure that you're comfortable and will not hesitate to punch people in their face if they talk abt you

like when he hears someone mention your name he's on alert and eavesdrop, he wants to make sure that he's not hearing what he thinks he's hearing and if his suspicious are correct you best believe he's gonna get a real good scolding.

also!! he can now play-fight with you, without needing to think about hurting you! since you are much taller and bigger now, he won't need to worry about you being hurt <333

although he is still careful with you, lets you win sometimes if he's feeling nice.

+ you guys are the like chaotic duo and he's LIVING for it, he can finally have someone that he ACTUALLY likes (no hate to kiri/tuk) and matches his energy

kiri doesn't have the time for his 'master schemes' and tuk is just to sweet.. no way he can bring her onto adventures without being scolded.

he wouldn't be there, really, but he would be like a few feet away from where the lab is and just tries to hide himself from your view but you and the other scientists can literally see him.

he keeps an eye on your avatar from afar, trying to make sure that nothing happens and if something did then he'd know who did it or what happened (if he can make sense of it)

so many people notice him side eyeing you when you're around, mindlessly drawing shapes on the sand before frowning when the wave washes it away.

he's not there to see you transferring to your avatar sadly, but when you don't come to visit him or the sully family he gets worried and just paces back and fourth, waiting for you to come.

and what he doesn't expect is you to be in your avatar form and do you look so... well all he could say is 'nice'.

takes a BIG gulp of nothing and acts like everything's normal. and sometimes he looks down instinctively but he remembers that you aren't as small.

you're maybe a head shorter than him, but as a human you were like 2-3 heads shorter, or more.

he can't really make fun of you being small now

he will NEVER say this and will drag it with him in his graze, but he misses your human form.

ao'nung thinks your absolutely good looking in your avatar form, yes, he still misses your human form, your funny looking features that he always admires when the golden sun shines on your skin.

but he's not complaining!

omg yan!heizou is now consuming my thoughts 😭💞 he's so !!! and the way he'd have all the resources pretty much at his fingertips for whatever he has planned for darling, from kidnap to just keeping tabs on them and everything beyond and in-between ,,

do you think he'd have an internal moral struggle? like "i'm supposed to be with the law, i shouldn't be thinking/doing this; etc."?

i can also see him logic-ing his way through any actions he may take "what can i really do about this obsession? what if it gets worse and i act drastically? see this is why i should just act now and be rational about it," and spiraling downhill like that.

What’s ironic about yan!Heizou is that he’s probably seen cases of obsession before and he knows how terrible they can potentially turn out for both the suspect and the victim(s). He of all people should know how the human mind can get when obsession plays a role in twisting someone’s morals until they’re using all sorts of crooked logic to justify their actions. He can probably sniff out the beginnings of his admiration for you. And he’ll realize rather quickly when what he thought was a simple, textbook crush soon becomes something more and he becomes entirely dependent and devoted to you. Always wanting to see you, always wanting to be near you, always wanting to make sure you’re safe and well.

Heizou knows an obsession as strong as this one will never lead to anything good, and he worries that if it continues like this—with him following you from afar, claiming he’s only doing his routine patrols (for once) or peering through your windows late at night, hoping to catch a glimpse of you because he’s following some nonexistent evidence trail—it’ll spell trouble for him. He’s lying to himself. Heizou—a detective, the law’s most reliable ally. Or so everyone believes.

He’s seen his fair share of corruption amongst those who claim to be aligned with the law. He’s not corrupt. He knows he isn’t because he’s dedicated to hunting down criminals and making them pay for their crimes. It’s all part of his job! Maybe there’s some wiggle room when it comes to you… Heizou might struggle to come to terms with his obsession and he may even try to rid himself of it, but if he’s already past the point of no return then it’s simply impossible to shed the layers of obsession. So he’ll submit to an act. It’s easy to play the part of the carefree, friendly, and intelligent detective. No one would suspect him because why would he ever do something like that? There are no visible signs that he may harbor an earth-shattering obsession. Everything is kept behind closed doors.

He wants to look at it from a logical, rational perspective. But such a perspective is too lawful. He knows he should let you live your life. He knows he should stop stalking you, utilizing his position as a Tenryou detective to see you during his supposed patrol hours. But he really doesn’t want to quit, not after he’s seen how cruel the world can be. Heizou is addicted to you. You’re just too pure-hearted and he only wants what’s best for you. That’s what his stellar intuition tells him! You need him. Perhaps you don’t realize it yet, but you will soon. And Heizou needs you, too. Just not in the ways you think.

Heizou once read that a person is most dangerous when they’re fearless, for this lack of fear allows them to do the most perilous of things. He’s not fearless and he has everything to lose, but when he looks at you he realizes it might be worth it to put everything on the line and act. for context this is what happened to me yesterday when i went out for a simple mental health walk.

so! i wasn't feeling too good yesterday, so i decided to spend the day outside to get some fresh air and all! good plan! except it was raining (and rained on and off from 8am - 2pm, the whole time i was out) and that instantly put a damper on my mood. but yk i said hey, it's not that bad! i live a 20 minute walk away from the beach, so i went to the boardwalk to buy myself a drink to enjoy while walking along the shore. and i find that my favourite boba place moved just two days ago because their shop was vandalized 💀

they didn't move too far though, just to the next street so i said hey we can still go get that boba! so i went and found the shop, my favourite cashier has been replaced by some rude ass teenage boy but whatever! i ask for the cheesecake sundae with boba and syrup — AND THEY DONT HAVE IT. it's the only thing i order from this place it's so yummy— but they didn't have it, so i had to settle for a brownie sundae. which was in the end pretty good so no complaints there, and i also got a free fruit drink!

so i take my goods and head back to the boardwalk, get down to the beach. the entire place is deserted because of the rain, and i'm like i can live with that! empty beaches are so relaxing<3 so i'm walking down the beach, sipping on my drink and enjoying the breeze (not so much the rain but as i said, we've decided that it's not that bad) and i get the feeling i'm being followed 💀 not because of some cool sixth sense but because i can hear something behind me.

i turn around, expecting like. a person. but it's a pair of CROWS 😭 and at first i wasn't alarmed because it's just two birds, what's the worst that could happen? except i walked for about 15 minutes after that and THE CROWS KEPT FOLLOWING ME. and they even got their friends LIKE by the time those fifteen minutes passed, there were not two, not three but FOUR crows 😭

so i start walking a little faster, and these bitches start flying after me. at this point i'm so scared because i am not about to experience firsthand the violence that crows are capable of 💀 and as i said, the beach was empty and i was the only one there. so i'm like alright! i'm leaving! and i climbed back onto the boardwalk and THE CROWS FLEW AFTER ME 😭😭 I WAS LIKE Y'ALL WHY ARE YOU COMING AT ME ???

i thought maybe they were after my drinks and i was right! i finished up my free drink, left some boba and drink at the bottom of the cup, and set the cup down on the floor and walked away. and these bitches finally leave me alone and start fighting over the cup. i walked a safe distance away cause i still had my brownie sundae with me and I didn't need them coming after me for that, too 💀 watched them fly away with the cup and thought of going back down to the beach, but thought against it. i don't need another pack of crows hunting me down while i'm just tryna get some fresh air and fix my mental health !!

i'd walked a good hour away from my home at that point. the rain was getting heavier, so i just found some shelter and stood there to finish my brownie sundae in peace. waited about 30 mins for the rain to stop, and even had to use my phone to fight the boredom even though i'm not supposed to use my phone while out on my mental health walks, and the rain wasn't stopping 😭

if i'm out for too long my mom will get pissed with me, because you know, typical brown parent things. so i decide ykw i'll just power through the rain and walk home. and while i'm walking, this dude in a raincoat came up on a motorcycle and asked me if i needed a ride. immediate no! and he's like “you sure?? it's raining pretty bad.” i was tempted because i was getting so cold by then, but i still said no. and he just side-eyed me and drove off without question, thankfully.

the rest of the walk home was fine but when i got home? my mom was like “WHY IS THERE AN ADVANCE OF 1K ON THE CREDIT CARD?!!” i'm like WHAT THE FUCK?? cause the only thing i got was my boba and that was like 75, and then the free drink but that was FREE. and i had the receipt with me! so i pull the receipt out of my pocket, and the thing is soaked beyond recognition 💀 the transfer was to an account neither me or my mom knew so even i got a little suspicious like what is this??

but i told my mom that was not me, and she asked me why the fuck i didn't pick up her calls (she called after the 30 mins in which i used my phone, i had it in my pocket on silent and did not know 😭). she was suspecting my innocent ass so bad. and she was like girl you are coming with me to the bank RIGHT NOW. she doesn't let me change my clothes and we just get on the bus, i'm soaking wet and the driver + assistant are looking at me like :/ but i didn't have the time to give a fuck because my mom thinks i stole 1k from her — and after a 15 minute drive we get to our stop, walk to the office beside the ATM and.

and. and when we asked for the details of that transfer (my mom was yelling about bad security and hacking and scams the entire time) — it turns out that was a 1k transfer my dad sent to buy a new coffee table for my mom.

non vision holder shinichiro is a wild concept. the idea of him not having a vision at all is interesting but that's too much on my head and if im speaking logically he'd definitely probably die 😭😭

i feel like he did have one but gave it up willingly because he wasn't able to control or master it but couldn't stand for other people's visions being taken unwillingly. shin would be a skilled swordsman like one of the most respected in all of teyvat, the kind where people train for hours to figure out how he does it and was probs part of the vision hunt decree cuz of it. i feel like he wouldn't lose ambition to fight but instead lose ambition to fight for the country he served then starting the genshin equivalent of the black dragons (aka the resistance), eventually d wording, and passing the organization down by generation then the org losing sight of what they were created for.

mikey wouldve been taught to not follow in shin's footsteps but was like "lol no" and started toman (aka the resistance the remix) cuz the black dragons went wayward.

Oooo yes I love all of this so much. Shinichiro could be such an interesting case in this AU if we bring up the Genshin version of Black Dragons, cus it brings up the idea that the BD eventually sided with the vision hunt decree as time passed on, but Shin’s legacy was never forgotten (which then makes me think that maybe Genshin!Koko and Inupi could be Decree upholders but Inupi secretly wants to find a way to have the BD fight alongside Kokomi’s army again)

And omg I forgot about delusions, of course Kisaki would mainly use one. The idea of bounty hunters to Fatui is v funny tho cus it gives them a real fun backstory of these two dudes who just caused chaos and are now vital to the Fatui’s plans hehe cute
