Found this recipe for Pizza on insta and decided to translate it in English. The whole thing is just 455 kcals. So you can use it as your omad.
The dough:
200g of potatoes( 220 kcals)
1tbsp of cornstarch (30 kcals)
Spices (Any you want)
1 tbsp of olive oil (50kcals)
Toppings:
20g of tomato sauce( 5 calories)
50g of tuna ( 66kcals)
30g of Mozzarella/ or any cheese you want ( 84 kcals)
Boil the potatoes until soft and mash them together with the cornstarch and spices. Take the dough, knead it into a ball and put a little bit of the oil on parchment paper before spreading the dought on it until you are satisfied with its perimeter.
Add the rest of the oil on the now flat dough and put it in the oven for 15 minutes at 350 F( Or until the top starts getting gold)
Take out the dough, put the toppings on it and put it back in the oven for a few minutes to let the cheese melt.
all i did was cook the zucchini in a pan at med heat for 10-15 minutes, then i put the sweet potato in the same pan for a ~3 minutes (it was already a bit warm), then seasoned w/ salt & pepper :)

My arm got pinched pretty hard by a door and I didn't even flinch (used to cut myself this is nothing) , my friend commented that our other friend had screamed when it happened to her then added that maybe cause I was bigger it didn't hurt as much. Don't mind me I'm just gonna go starve in my corner and never talk to anyone ever again bye I want to fucking cry
i鈥檓 ngl yall, the tuna was a bit fishy today, so i didn鈥檛 finish it. i ALSO didn鈥檛 finish the cucumbers, i ate like half of one and couldn鈥檛 eat anymore bc it hurt my stomach 馃槗 i haven鈥檛 had spicy food in a while so that鈥檚 probably why
* i have absolutely no idea how many c4l0r1es are in the cucumber salad, i just kinda guesstimated 馃槶 combined the c4ls of everything i put in it and then divided some stuff to get a basic total, then i added a few bc it felt too low.
i probably only ate like 70 c4ls in total which is cool cos i feel like ive had a lot today and i was feeling suuuuper guilty
