what do y'all headcanon for how the choi twins deal with bugs (like spiders, cockroaches, etc.)?
i've never dealt with cockroaches but i've dealt with so many spiders and with each encounter, i feel like im growing to be more and more of a wimp ㅠㅠ
...maybe that's because they've been so HUGE lately??
I was just down in the garage to grab a cabinet thing and bring it to my room, and i was halfway to the door when i saw, on the ground, this creepy ass, spindly legs mcgee spider about the size of a quarter, probably larger, right next to where i was about to step
literally started crying without the tears
left that bitch in a hurry 😭😭😭 i'll come back for that cabinet never, thanks

And after much much much struggle, I have done it. It is done! It is completed! I have finished my Ivorycello fanart and I am not looking back! Here’s the info:

Extra info?!: I gave her freckles, because why not! And I also decided that they are on one side of her face/body. I am going to be adding freckles and moles to my designs from now on, this is my agenda, try and stop me (/j)
I also didn’t name this until after I finished it, which has lead to a lot of deliberation until I decided on Sisters of Battle, which comes from the Hollow Knight ost! It just fit to me. Originally I was going to use Left to Bloom but I decided to save that for another idea… :)

Lazy. I loved Thomas the Tank Engine as kid. I still do. I watched it nearly everyday. I had an entire Ned room set dedicated to Thomas. I HAVE AN ENTIRE DVD CASE WITH JUST THOMAS DVD’s. SAID CASE IS ALSO THOMAS THEMED.
Modern Thomas is nowhere near the pinnacle of the older model series AKA season 1-6 and some of the Hit Era episodes. Some of the CGI seasons too. People look at as a kid’s show, but it’s truly a wonderful franchise created by an equally passionate man Rev. W. Adry. The themes, the lessons, the production of the model series and sets, the MUSIC. It was beautiful.
I will always love this series and look back on it fondly till the end of my days. It holds such a special place in my heart. I haven’t read the original Railway Series books yet, but I will soon enough. Because god damn it, they’re wonderfully written and illustrated.

Thank you for the ask, Linds! And my apologies in hindsight for the rambles. I talk way too much when people ask me questions.
3: Heroes. I am never outdoing that. I believe it will forever be my best story, probably including original works, to be honest. Which is funny because I was very self-concious when I initially uploaded that! I felt like it was super cheesy but after encouragement from a couple friends (thank you so much for that one, Linds), I realized I had nothing to be ashamed about.
11: Well, Monster, but that's hardly fair considering it's a 417 page/approx 159k word novel lmao. I actually smashed that one out pretty quickly all things considered, and it sadly shows in some of the rushed writing. The one that took me the longest for what it was had to have been Tag, You're It (probably my least favourite thing I've written). I wrote a fair bit of it, and then it took me weeks I think to get around to finally just picking it up again and finishing it.
27: Oh man, it really depends. I used to always listen to something -- usually something that fits the mood or atmosphere. Something dark? Eerie ambient music or dramatic orchestras. Tragic? Some beautifully heart-wrenching piano. Kinky? Got a whole playlist. Something to just keep my mind a little occupied but not too occupied? Either some instrumental or something with mellow lyrics. Nowadays, though, I've been trying to write in quiet. Works best in the morning.
Oh, I do actually want to say, my best "music moment" in writing was probably Chapter 43 in Monster. Rok Nardin - Circus of Doom was on repeat the entire time and I am obsessed with it. But I won't say anything more because of course that is massive spoiler territory.
28: I mean, I'd have to give it to Heroes, again. But if Monster was better written in some parts it'd be a close contendor. And I think, if I write it right, World on Fire.

Jaime shot through the air, vapor clouds fading as he broke into through the cloud line. Eyes narrowed, they flicked about for any sign of movement.
“Did we lose him?” Glancing at his back, the scarab’s lights blinked up at him.
[...Uncertain.] Khaji Da admitted begrudgingly, hugging his spine a bit tighter as flurries of scans pressed at the corners of his visions.
“Uncertain?”
[The Threat has many... Unfamiliars within it.] Khaji Da clicked as Jaime assessed the area around them. [Scans Indicate the Threat is Mostly Human but with the Unfamiliars’ Interference it makes the Threat-]
It was hard to tell who was more startled when their shoulder was tapped from behind, but both let out an undignified sound. Whipping around, Jaime gaped at the psycho providence agent he had left in the streets a couple hundred feet below him.
“Miss me?” The Threat smirked, somewhat crouching before he launched himself at them.

I don’t think Khaji Da would be very compatible with Rex’s nanites- especially with the Meta-Nanites, inactive or not- making him difficult to keep track of at first.
Rex, for his part, is just trying to cure the “EVO” he thinks he found. He’s been on Jaime’s tail for a lil while now.
How was he supposed to know he just found another kid with a funky alien device fused to his body? It’s not like that happens often.

Danny Fenton/Phantom Redesign for my Rewrite
Danny Fenton:
Personality is pretty much the same, with a few more tweaks to fit more modern school takes.
When he’s nervous he info-dumps, generally about space- particularly stars.
Recovering from/ occasionally relapsing to his middle school goth phase (he was the cheery goth for the most part)
He’s not bullied so much as ignored for the most part, because nobody really recognizes him out of the goth cloths.
Honestly he’s pretty much fine with this. It’s only when Ghosts start popping up that there’s a problem because everyone is suddenly looking for Freaky Fenton whose parents are ghost hunters for answers he doesn’t have/ can’t say because he can’t explain how he knows.
He could care less about being popular
Is generally willing to use his powers if he thinks he can get away with it. Someone throws a punch at him? Face is intangible. Lancer’s looking for him? Turns invisible. Etc.
There’s a reason he’s called the Ghost kid- he supposed to look like a kid. So Danny, being the late bloomer he is, does.
His face still has the last bits of baby fat.
He’s the shortest in his grade.
His attempt to wear bigger clothes only make him look smaller
Also- the space boi likes his space clothes. Very few pieces of his clothing don’t have SOMETHING involving space on it, whether it’s home made galaxy pants or bought online space pun shirts, etc.
His pupils disappear when his ghost sense goes off. Additionally his fangs poke out slightly, though this generally is unnoticeable.
As Phantom:
We stan Blue Phantom in this house
Green mouth/tongue because his Ecto-Plasm is more prominent than his blood. Also fangs. As a treat.
His hair’s wispier than normal, but still thick enough to retain most of its original shape
His jumpsuit is bulkier and he has a hood like his parents, though he rarely uses it. The logo was there from the start because Sam was making him his own custom logo and stuck a sticker she’d made on him before he went inside. Its supposed to resemble a comic
Additionally, he has a tool belt with pocket dimensions for storage and a hammer loop for the thermos
The Goggles he doesn’t use at all because (as he later discovers) it shows alternate dimensions as opposed to the reality he’s in which makes combat a pain in the ass.

“I’m telling you babe, he’s a tiny troublemaker.” Though his tone was dry, Kevin smiled softly. Carrying Devlin gently, he adjusted him in his grip.
Nothing was going to happen to him under Kevin’s watch.

my mom's more of a "growing plants" person and im more of an "admiring plants" person fjdvdjdn but!! this one is mine and i'm a weirdo-- i named the last plant, and i'm gonna name this one, too, lololol
and in general carnivorous plants fascinate me and if i did more research i can guarantee that i would ramble about them to anyone who would listen hehe
so basically! i'm just curious as to how you think saeyoung would view/respond to his MC being the same way? not really a plant grower, but finds them pretty and useful and neat -- and is fascinated by carnivorous plants, probably has 2 or 3 different types, each with names, etc. dkfbdkdbsk

If this is SE Saeran—and I’m imagining that it is—he is puzzled and vaguely annoyed. But he does like you—more than perhaps anyone else he’s met. And he does like plants. He likes your carnivorous plants a lot, in fact: he thinks it’s fascinating to watch you feed them. He listens quietly when you talk about them. Sometimes, in fact, you’re telling Saeyoung about them—maybe sitting together in the living room—and you spot Saeran hovering in the doorway, almost out of sight. He’s not ready to join in with the conversation, necessarily...but he’s listening.
Ask Saeran about his plants, too. It’ll be the longest you’ll hear him talk. Saeyoung’s eyes will get wide—and later, when you’re alone, he’ll tell you he loves you over and over and over again.
Saeyoung will also get way too into being a plant parent. He will make elaborate name plates for them: engravings in metal, detailed and colorful. If they need a certain kind of light, he will design the BEST POSSIBLE lighting fixtures for them. He’ll make you timers and switches and dimmers.
Will he make tiny little cat ears for the plants to wear? Maybe. If you tell him no, he’ll pout (but he’ll get over it).
When anyone comes over, they will be amused and puzzled (or delighted, depending on who they are) by your plants: prominently displayed with their pretty name tags and their fancy equipment.
He will memorize everything you say—he does this anyway. He’ll start rambling about plants. He gets easily carried away: and listening to you is his favorite hobby.
Saeyoung thinks you are the most fascinating person in the universe. Your words, to him, are like magic spells. You, excited and passionate, telling him about something that’s important to you? It’s his greatest dream.

okay hi everyone! so i asked if anyone wanted a guide on fic commenting and a few people gave the idea a big thumbs up (thank you to them!) so here i am about to deep delve into fic commenting.
some disclaimers before we start (because this is the internet):
1. this is not a scientific articles, extensive research based post. this is me, an avid fic reader and consistent commenter explaining my how, what, and why of commenting.

My Super Mario LGTB+ headcannons post still gets notes from time to time, but I've actually changed some of my headcannons so I'm remaking it, and adding everyone's pronoun headcannons!

Alright selfship community, here's the little art challenge thing I came up with! (If it's not really a "challenge," I apologize)
Draw your f/os in their pride colors! (Aka, what YOU think about their gender and sexuality!)
You don't see them as anything other then cishet? That's alright, you can just draw them being an ally! (There is actually an ally flag, look it up). You can do this with f/os of any type! Romantic, platonic, familial, qp, any of em! I figured this would be fun for everyone to do!
Edit: forgot to add that moodboards and stimboards are also allowed in this! I know someone only do them instead of drawing so I'm including them :)

Am I the only one who absolutely loves imagining their f/os in different outfits? (Whether that be casual, formal, lazy wear, etc.)
It's like my favorite pastime, imagining them in a nice suit/dress to go outside where, or them in a tank top and shorts because it's hot out and they wanna relax gosh darn it. Highly recommend
