液壓快速接頭標準

一、卡套式管快速接頭的裝配

（一）預裝①卡套式管快速接頭的預裝的最重要的環節，直接影響到密封的可靠性。一般需要專用的預器。管徑小的快速接頭可以在台鉗上進行預裝。具體做法是，用一個快速接頭作為母體，將螺母、卡套壓緊到管子上可。主要有卡套式直通管快速接頭、卡套式端直通接通頭、卡套式三通管快速接頭等型式。筆者發現，即使是同一廠家一批貨，這幾種快速接頭體上錐形孔的深度往往不相同，結果就造成了洩漏，而此問題往往被忽視。正確的做法是，管子一端用什麼樣的快速接頭體連接，對應的連接端則用相同類型的快速接頭預裝，這樣能最大限度地避免出現洩漏問題。②管子端面應平齊。管子鋸斷後應在砂輪等工具上打磨平齊，並且去除毛刺，清洗並用高壓空氣吹淨後再使用。③預裝時，應儘量保持管子與快速接頭體的同軸度，若管子偏斜過大也會造成密封失效。④預裝力不宜太大使卡套的內刃剛好嵌入管子外壁，卡套不應有明顯變形。在進行管路連接時，再按規定的擰緊力裝配。ф6-1卡套的擰緊力為64-1 15n、16фmmr　259n、ф18mm的為450n。如果在預裝時卡套變形嚴重，會失去密封作用。

（二）.禁止加入密封膠等填料。有人為了取得更好密封效果，在卡套上塗上密封膠，結果密封膠被沖入液壓系統中，造成液壓元件陰尼孔堵塞等故障。

（三）.連接管路時，應使管子有足夠的變形餘量，避免使管子受到拉伸力。

（四）.連接管路時，應避免使其受到側向力，側向力過大會造成密封不嚴。

（五）.連接管路時，應一次性好，避免多次拆卸，否則也會使密封性能變差。卡套式管快速接頭安裝

（１）按第9章要求對需要酸洗的管子應先酸洗處理；

（２）按需要長度用鋸床或專用切管機等機具切斷管子，絕對不允許用溶斷（如火焰切割）或砂輪切割；除去管端內外圓毛刺、金屬切屑及污垢；除去管快速接頭的防鏽劑及污垢；同時還要保證管子圓度；

（３）將螺母、卡套先後套入管子，卡套前端刃口（小徑端）距管子口至少3mm，然後將管子插入快速接頭體內錐孔，頂到為止；

（４）慢慢擰緊螺母，同時轉動管子直至不動時，再擰緊螺母2/3～4/3圈；

（５）拆開檢查卡套是否已切入管子，位置是否正確。卡套不允許有軸向移動，可稍有轉動；

（６）檢查合格後重新旋緊螺母。

二、管快速接頭處洩漏的預防在液壓系統中，無論是金屬管快速接頭，還是軟管快速接頭，都存在容易產生洩漏的問題。對於卡套式管快速接頭，大多因管道受到較大的外力或衝擊力，使卡套鬆動或管端面變形而造成洩漏，此時應檢查卡套是否失圓、刃口有無缺損、管端是否完好以及卡套螺母的壓緊程度等，同時還要消除管道外力。對於擴口式管快速接頭，大多因擴口過度，質量不合要求或多次拆卸，致使擴口變形或裂紋等造成洩漏，此時可將前端截去重新進行擴口。如果使用公母錐頂壓進行密封，其洩漏大多是由於兩錐面有損傷，可用研磨砂對錐面進行研磨。在一些用「о」形圈靠端面或外徑密封的場合，其洩漏原因有以下幾種：「о」形圈老化或變形而造成洩漏；「о」形圈裝配不到位，使兩平面連接時壓不平或「о」形圈被切割造成洩漏；「о」形圈未壓實，彈性變形量不足而造成洩漏；「о」形圈止口槽過深而造成洩漏。對此，需重新選擇外徑相同和截面較粗的「о」形圈，也可將帶有止口槽的密封平面進行切削或磨削加工，以減小止口槽深度，使「о」形圈有足夠的彈性變形量（壓縮量一般應在之間）。對於採用耐油膠板、羊毛氈、軟鋼紙板、組合密封墊圈或密封膠的管快速接頭處洩漏，無論是何材質，首先應檢查其密封件有無破損，變形、老化和粗糙度過大等情況，然後採取相應的措施。

三、高壓膠管快速接頭的安裝注意事項

（１）膠管在移動或靜止中，均不能過度彎曲，也不能在根部彎曲，至少要在其直徑的倍處開始彎曲；

（２）膠管移動到極端位置時不得拉得太緊，應比較鬆弛；

（３）儘量避免膠管的扭轉變形；

（４）膠管儘可能遠離熱輻射構件，必要時裝隔熱板；

（５）應避免膠管外部損傷，如使用中同構件表面的長期摩擦等；

（６）若膠管自重引起過分變形時，應有支托件。

四、管路預安裝

8．1管路簡介（１）雙線主管及支管：從潤滑泵出來一直到所有分配器的進油口，承受壓力相對較高。通常採用冷拔無縫鋼管，材料為10或15號鋼。絕不能用鏽蝕嚴重的管子；（２）給油管：從分配器出來到所有潤滑點進油口（軸承座油孔），承受壓力相對較低。通常採用拉制紫銅管，走向彎曲時便於配管。也有採用冷拔無縫鋼管或不鏽鋼管的；（３）遇到活動部位連接時採用膠管快速接頭。

8．2管路布置要求（１）管路要儘量避開高溫輻射及冷卻水噴淋等溫度太高或太低之處，特別是膠管快速接頭；（２）布管應不影響主機等設備運轉，要安全可靠，方便工作、觀察、維修；（３）布管要橫平豎直、整齊美觀。儘量少拐彎或小角度彎管，採用大圓弧，從而減少油流阻力；４）安裝發生牴觸時，應小管讓大管、低壓管讓高壓管；（５）管道在相互交叉時不能接觸，應隔開一定距離；（６）平行管道的快速接頭要錯開安裝，以免影響安裝和拆卸；（７）管道為便於拆卸清洗，應適當安裝活快速接頭，但要少用，減少洩漏的可能性。

8．3確定管子長度（１）根據條確定的定配管路徑，在現場測定管子的長度，要注意彎管半徑的大小的影響；（２）要把各類不同的管快速接頭接入管路後的影響考慮在內；（３）管子長度應逐段確定、切斷、預裝，以方便現場根據實際情況調整，如果一下子全部切斷，出現積累誤差時，配管就困難了；（４）切下的短管要儘量利用在各個需要短管的地方，必要時可用��通管快速接頭接長，但管段上快速接頭宜少不宜多。

8．4管子切斷（１）用鋸床或專用切管機等機具切斷管子，絕對不允許用溶斷（如火焰切割）或砂輪切割；（２）切口要平整，斷面平面度不大於1毫米，與管子軸線垂直度不大於1度；（３）用銼刀、刮刀等除去切屑和毛刺；（４）用乾淨的壓縮空氣或其他方法清除管內附著的雜物及浮鏽；

8．5管子彎曲（１）用彎管機冷彎，不能熱彎（大口徑管子可用直角快速接頭替代彎管），彎曲半徑要在管徑的４倍以上；（２）彎曲處的橢圓度（長短徑變化）少於管徑的10%，且不能出現折皺；（３）若彎曲處管端有快速接頭，管端應有一段直管與快速接頭相連，以避影響安裝；

8．6管子與快速接頭焊接（１）採用鎢極氬弧焊或氬弧焊封底後電弧焊充填焊。當壓力超過21mpa時，應同時在管內部通5l/min氬氣；（２）管子壁厚>2mm時，外圓應切35°坡口，並在對口處留3mm間隙；管壁厚≤2mm時，不切坡口，對口處留2mm間隙；（１）對口時管子軸線必須重合，錯邊量小於壁厚的15%，偏斜率小於1：200；

8．7管夾的安裝（１）管夾的墊板一般直接或通過角鋼等支架焊在結構件，在混凝土樓板面或牆側則支架用膨脹螺栓固定；（２）管夾安裝時要注意找平，即安裝面在同一個高度上；（３）管夾的間距：管徑≤φ10時，約～1米；管徑φ10～25時約1～米；管徑φ25～50時約～2米，但在直角拐彎處，兩邊應各用一個管夾。

8．8預安裝（１）將管快速接頭與設備、管子與管快速接頭逐段連接，直至完成全部預安裝；（２）管快速接頭的安裝方法詳見第4章；（３）同時將管夾墊板焊在結構件或支架上，不得將管子焊在管夾或支架上；（４）預安裝完畢並檢查合格後，對管路列印配合記號，一件一個編號，列成表格備用。待管路拆下清洗後，按編號復原。

8．9注意事項（１）安裝前所有鋼管可先按第9章要求酸洗處理，特別是與卡套式管快速接頭連接的鋼管應先酸洗，然後將卡套預先緊固在管端；（２）所有管快速接頭應先用煤油清洗乾淨待裝，裡面的ｏ型密封圈應暫時取出保管，待正式安裝時再放上；（３）施工中要保持泵、分配器等設備的油口，管快速接頭、管端等開口處清潔，不能讓水、灰塵等異物進入；（４）管路應在自由狀態下敷設，焊裝後的管路不得施加過大的徑向力強行固定和連接；（５）軸承座的油孔要事先檢查，內部油路是否暢通，油口螺紋是否同快速接頭相配。

9、管路清洗　為確保潤滑系統的清淨，並供給機械設備軸承以潔淨的潤滑脂，必須將預安裝後的管路拆下清洗。清洗有煤油清洗和酸洗兩種。

9．1煤油清洗對象及方法（１）銅管、不鏽鋼管；（２）預安裝前已經過酸洗處理，且現在內壁無鏽蝕、氧化鐵皮的鋼管；（３）在預裝時弄髒的管快速接頭；（４）將需要清洗的管子及快速接頭拆下，管子用布（要不掉毛紗）沾煤油把管內擦淨，兩端及快速接頭浸泡在煤油中清洗，然後管內塗機油或充填滿潤滑脂，兩端密閉好待裝；（５）清洗後不得有目測可見的污染物（如��屑、纖維狀雜質、焊渣等），要特別注意焊接處的內壁焊渣必須徹底清洗乾淨。

9．2酸洗對象（１）預安裝前未經酸洗的鋼管；（２）雖已經過酸洗，但現在鏽蝕嚴重的鋼管。

9．3酸洗施工順序及處理目的（１）脫脂　採用脫脂劑，除去配管上粘附的油脂；（２）水洗　用清水清除管材上的污物；（３）除鏽　在酸洗液中除去管壁上的鏽斑、軋製鐵屑等；（４）水洗和高壓水沖洗　用清水沖洗上述作業中產生的附著物，管內部用高壓水沖洗；（５）中和　用鹼液中和管材上殘存的酸液；（６）乾燥　為了有效地進行乾燥應將管材浸在熱水裡或進行蒸汽乾燥，應使管材幹透；（７）防鏽；（８）檢查　對酸洗後的管材進行檢查，是否清洗乾淨；（９）包裝和保管　酸洗後立即用塑料或塑料帶封住管的開口部，以免異物、水份等侵入。

9．4酸洗注意事項（１）酸洗前管子的焊接作業已全部完成；（２）拆卸、運輸、酸洗時注意不要碰傷管路、螺紋及密封面，用膠帶或塑料管堵封口；（３）酸洗前應清除乾淨焊接時的焊渣、濺出物和管子上的清漆等物；（４）各螺紋部位應用塑料帶、橡膠帶等耐酸材料加以保護，或在脫脂、水洗後螺紋處塗上干油後再在酸液中除鏽，以防酸液侵蝕；（５）酸洗時注意不要使管子的配合記號消失或模糊。

9．5管路正式安裝　清洗後的管路應儘快正式安裝並充脂（１）將所有管路按列印的配合記號逐段連接；（２）按第4章方法緊固全部管快速接頭，注意要放入原先拆下的ｏ型圈；（３）所有配管的固定應牢固，不能鬆動；（４）所有給油管可留待充脂後再同分配器出油口及潤滑點連接。

What are Duplex Steel Round Bars?

As the name suggests, Duplex Steel Round Bars are made up of stainless steel round bars enriched with molybdenum and chromium. This combination provides excellent corrosion resistance and stress cracking resistance. This alloy is also exceptionally tough and strong under high temperatures.

The Super Duplex Round Bar is designed to offer better corrosion resistance, particularly chloride stress corrosion and chloride pitting corrosion, while also providing a higher degree of strength than standard austenitic stainless steels like Type 304 or 316. In the case of a 22%Cr duplex stainless steel round bar, the minimum strength is 0.2%, which is about 450N/mm2, while a super duplex steel bar has a minimum strength of 550N/mm2. There are three main groups of duplex steel round bars; they include lean duplex round bars, duplex steel hex bars with 22% Cr, super duplex round bars with 25% Cr, and even higher alloyed, hyper duplex grades that have been developed. This division is primarily based on the alloying level of the alloy, for example in terms of 'PREN' (pitting resistance equivalence number), which measures the alloy's resistance to pitting corrosion. The PREN for super duplex steel bars is derived from a simple formula: PREN = %Cr + 3.3%Mo + 16%N and an allowance for W is sometimes taken into account, which has a factor of 1.65.

It is important to note that duplex stainless steel round bars have a PREN of less than 40, super duplex hex bars have a PREN between 40 and 45 and hyper duplex round bars have a PREN above 45, whilst lean grades have lower nickel content and are therefore cheaper.

There is a moderate amount of nickel in the duplex stainless steel bar and a high amount of chrome in it. It is due to their balanced microstructure and chemical composition, which equals the volume percentage of austenite and ferrite grades, that duplexes have such properties as corrosion resistance and mechanical characteristics.

This duplex ball value suppliers' nature allows it to exhibit both austenitic and ferritic properties. In general, duplex stainless steels have a higher strength than the other two grades.

Duplex Steel Round Bars

The Super Duplex Round Bar is designed to offer superior corrosion resistance, particularly chloride stress corrosion and chloride pitting corrosion, as well as high strength and resistance to corrosion than standard austenitic stainless steels. There is a minimum proof strength of 0.2% for a 22%Cr duplex stainless steel round bar and a minimum proof strength of 550N/mm2 for a super duplex stainless steel round bar, whereas a proof strength of 0.2% for a duplex steel bar is some 450N/mm2.
