Nope I can't do it anymore, I started to gain weight and I just can't stand it, I'm eating until I empty my cupboards and then I go back on my diet, there's no way that I ruin everything to " recover " from a problem that people don't even see since I'm fucking fat

this morning i had 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt (~100 cal) with Love Crunch dark chocolate granola (~100 cal)
with a zero sugar strawberry monster <3 (5 cal)
The yogurt tastes even better if you add a splash of zero sugar coffee flavoring syrup! Secret hack of mine if you’re not a plain yogurt fan. This was very filling, and i needed something before i went to the gym. I almost passed out last time i fasted before going to the gym. I can’t to do afford that lol.

I have had an ed for about two years, i reached my lw last december but have gained a lot since (like a lot). I want to get back into my honeymoon era so having moots would really help!
Also I am visiting my ld boyfriend in a month and I'm super excited but i know i'll gain smmm weight so hopefully if i lose some before then it'll balance out.

Does anyone know exercises that i could do inside, without jumping or laying down on my back on the ground ?
I've been thinking of doing squats and crunchs (in my bed) but idk if it would work
(ps I can't jump because I'm on the 1st floor and can't lay down on the ground because my back is fucked up)
