You know your doing the right thing when you see all the biggest celebrities reverse their boob jobs and bbls. When you go to the store and start to only see early 90s/2000s fashion trends, low rise jeans etc. One thing I learned is that skinny will ALWAYS be in. Don’t be fat shamed again.

You can learn to love anything, I think if you need to badly enough. I trained myself to enjoy feeling hungry. If my stomach contracts, or I wake up feeling nauseated, or I'm light-headed or have a hunger headache or better yet, all of the above, it means I'm getting thinner, so it feels good. I feel strong, on top of myself, in control.

This is so disgusting and embarrassing but these are my before and after pics I got sent to a clinic for over 5 months and gained sm weight there :/ now I’ve finally lost some again but still not happy!!
Anyway at least you can see a lil difference it’s all possible if you just keep your mouth closed and have self control!!🎀
These are almost 15kg and 2 months difference it’s going to slow any tips??🐽

hello sweethearts, i'm here to ease your mind about loose skin, if i can.
i know the prospect is scary. you have a lot of weight to lose, you can already see some loose skin, and the only advice people give you to avoid it is "lose weight slower." you don't want to do that, i get it. neither do i.
let's get the scary part over with. even if you lose weight really really really slowly, there is a point where skin just won't go back to it's original shape. skin is elastic, so think of it like a rubber band. if it is stretched too far too fast, it won't shrink all the way back down (or it will break, that's kinda what a stretch mark is).
regardless here's some of my tips to minimize loose skin that aren't just 'lose weight slowly.' they really do help, but their total effectiveness will be different person to person.
hydrate!!! your skin needs water. it cannot thrive on diet coke. water helps your skin be more elastic, softer, and heal faster. stretch marks and loose skin need to heal in order to shrink.
take your vitamins. hair, skin, and nails vitamins are my go to for this. the more nutrients your body has to repair and replace old skin cells, the better.
exfoliate. exfoliation causes small abrasions and reveals new skin, repairing and replacing that old, dead, stretched out skin. don't go too hard though, you don't want to damage your skin to the point of scarring.
moisturize. lotion helps with skin hydration and elasticity. sometimes it even helps add extra nutrients to your skin so it can heal and replace itself easier. when you put on your lotion, massage gently and thoroughly into your skin. the massaging itself will help too.
give it time. if you are losing weight quickly, you are going to have some loose skin. but it will shrink if you give it time. i can't promise it will go away, but it will shrink.
