the fact that when the wraith poisons dean and he starts losing his mind, it manifests as pure anxiety and he gets quiet and nervous and mumbles to himself alone in a corner. opposed to sam, who gets angry and defensive and violent... that always makes me crazy. underneath it all, dean is all pent up fear and sam is all pent up anger.
