Appearing in Duracell advertisements from the 1990s, the Putterman family were plastic robots powered by batteries on their back. Many found them to have an unsettling appearance. A similar effect was used in Primus’s 1995 video for “Wynona’s Big Brown Beaver” and in 1989′s “Meet the Hollowheads.”
so i edit together videos for my biweekly movie nights that serve as bumpers and intermissions out of existing movie theater snipes, old ads, and movie trailers. and, in the process, i have found this amazing dr pepper commercial that i would like to share with you all today:
This is a commercial for Final Fantasy 6, marketed as FF3 to North American audiences. It’s so weird and jarring, has nothing to do with the actual game. I hate it. And why is precious Mog characterized this way 😭
A collection of Forever Knight commercials that aired in the 1990s. Most of these came from an old VHS tape and others were found on the web over the years. These are a fun flashback into the 90s. 😊
