so mini updates on my situation under a read more!

mini updates aside- i'm going to be easing back into activity here, because hopefully, this means i'll start having energy to be online / write more (because, hoo boy, all that's been going on has been taking it out of me BIG time!) thanks for being patient ya'll! i miss being here and writing with you guys, but alas, life got chaotic for a while there /sobs i've been looking at some muses that i wanna pick up- partially as a form of comfort during all that's happened, but also because yeah, i'm trash and i love them lol

- we're waiting to hear back from my lawyer w/taking one of the roommates being evicted to court because he's being an ass / refusing to leave. either me or my mother are going to call the lawyer tomorrow since he's not open on the weekends. hopefully he filed that paperwork because i'm tired of waiting / of not being able to relax in my living room because of the roommates being evicted. (watch, he gets served with his paperwork and they get salty yet again that they're being kicked out and try to cause more bs lol because hooo boy, i do NOT want a repeat of the week before this last one because of them) - the roommate who was harassing me through messenger just up and left a week and a half ago, came back for some of her things when i was at work a few days ago but she's gone and thank goodness - i'm waiting to see if the other 2 who were evicted are going to be just as bad with moving out, but they have until the end of this month to be out, so unless they've completely stopped packing / start unpacking their stuff, we don't have much to worry about - however, i'm irritated because they're causing certain things with this house to deteriorate and?? dude i'm just so done and want them gone lmao - my mom's got a theory that one of the main people causing issues since they got kicked out is jealous, because i'm the one the landlord wants to rent to, because i have a job and coworkers who support me (as well as a department manager that's been giving me more hours) and because i'm happy being by myself / because i'm content being single, while she's said to me before she doesn't know how to be by herself / doesn't want to be lonely, while i'm okay with being by myself-- and honestly?? i can see it. i'm just so tired and the sooner they're gone, the sooner i don't have to worry about dealing with them. -- so fingers crossed they'll be out soon!

im so so sorry i haven’t been here lately!! i’ve been getting my oc blog up and started the last few weeks & also have had to deal with some irl issues and drama, while also getting ready for a trip im taking this weekend.

yesterday was my birthday and i actually had plans, so i wasn’t here. i hung out with my mom and brother, we went to the movies and had dinner- something simple but it’s really all i wanted to do.

however, today i’m feeling kind of anxious, so i’m going to lurk and work on muse info. i’m considering going through drafts and deleting things- but i’m also considering if i just want to push through with the remake, just like. quietly and then queue a reblog post about it. my confidence hasn’t been here the last few days, haha. 

but i hope the rest of ya’ll are having a good day so far!!

hi! it’s been a bit and i hope ya’ll are doing well. with the exception of my laptop kind of up and dying with me a few days ago, this week has been all over the place bc one of my best friends that i’ve grown up with is getting married on saturday- so my mom and i have been getting ready to make that trip. 

which unfortunately means that i’ll be gone all weekend. (on the bright side my roommate is gonna let me write and such on his PC? so thank u @ him even tho he won’t see this)

hopefully i’ll be able to hop on after the trip and get back to writing / working on the blog remake. i hope the rest of ya’ll are doing well! <3

SOBS BECAUSE I'M ALMOST FREE (update under the cut lol, it's been a bit since i last posted, so this is a good reason of why- both the roommate situation and other things, both will be marked lol)

so quick updates on the roommate situation i've vaguely talked about before?? in as lil as i can because uuggghhhh. it's been, quite frankly, a big pain in the ass to deal with.

- for convenience sake, i'll refer to them like roommate A, B, C, D, and E. roommate A, B, and C are in a poly relationship, roommate E is roommate A's younger sister, and roommate D has a ten year old and we were, previously, friends for well over 10 years. - roommate C, who was supposed to be out by the end of halloween was not out; so we were talking about moving forward with court proceedings. gave him an ultimatum: him + the others don't have to pay rent for this month and all of their bills as long as they and all their belongings were out by sundown on a certain day, and we'd shred the paperwork taking him to court. he didn't accept it / said he'd talk to his lawyer, have his lawyer call ours. he never responded, we're moving forward with filing court documents and taking him to court. - roommate D (not evicted in any way) got herself involved with all the drama. she decided she + her child would move out, which is fine. i'm not going to make her stay and, quite frankly, i'm tired of it all and would rather her just get out, which it seems like she did, so thank goodness. - roommate D is also the roommate (ex roommate?) who has been sending me harassing messages during the last month and a half. she may be out of the house, but i'm heavily considering getting either a no-contact order or a restraining order on her because, honestly, i'm tired of her bullshit the most of all. - who knows what roommate A and C are gonna do, all i know is they have just under 3 weeks to be out of the house or they're going to get taken to court over this as well. - roommate E (also not evicted in any way) is probably moving out with roommate A and her partners. that's entirely up to roommate E because that's her big sister and i'm not going to come between them. - i've been doing what i can to, flat out, avoid talking to and messaging all of them ever since they got served with eviction papers. and yet, they managed to drag roommate D into their drama / bullshit to the point where she was willing to almost slap me in front of her child last week. so yes, i'm long done with this bullshit and it's hopefully going to be over soon. - i haven't fully broken down yet about the situation and it's going to be hitting me off and on for the next few months if not for a while longer. please be patient with me- i've been trying to get through all of this the best that i can.

general life updates.

- slightly relating to my living situation, but it's safe to say that this whole situation has put me off having roommates for a while now lol. i'm tired of the bullshit and random drama and, quite frankly, i'm just going to try living on my own for a bit. my rent's not that bad and, honestly, i can use my chance right now to get my savings going again as well as budgeting. my mother + older brother have talked about helping me with things as well, so we're going to figure this out. honestly, i can also apply for state assistance and my department manager at work is going to be working at me with hours and my ride situation. - i've been looking for little things to get me excited for after this is all over. from repainting rooms in the house (with the landlord's permission of course!) to making a guest room / office combo, getting to use parts of my own bookshelf again, getting new furniture, deep cleaning the house (because yes! i'm definitely excited about that!) to just being excited to finally be able to cook in my own home again. i'm just excited for the possibilities i'm going to get. - honestly, i'm getting to hang out with some of my irl friends more because of all of this, and it's been really nice. one of the friends i've been hanging out with again lately bought me a figure of Claude from F.E:3.H the other day and?? it was really nice 😭😭😭 - i've had some writing inspo / motivation lately, and i wonder if it's because what's going on is starting to reach it's end. i'm not 100% sure, but it's really nice to know that it'll be over soon. i don't know for sure, but i'm doing what i can to keep my head up and make it through it all.

so here’s an update post bc of where i’ve been / why i haven’t been here much this month (this post got super long lmao im sorry ya’ll)

basically, at work the manager for my department (file maintenance, we do tags / signs / etc for our store) went on leave / vacation for about six weeks since he + his wife had a baby and he wanted to help out at home while she recovered. so, while he’s gone, he left the second for our department (my coworker) and the third (me) in charge.  so, while he’s gone, me + the second decided to split the weekly shifts that someone from our department needs to be there at. my cowrker will be there monday-thursday mornings, and i’ll be there friday + saturday mornings (4am-12pm friday, 4am-8am saturday) while i also work the normal tuesday overnights and occasional sunday overnights. which means i have to be in bed by about 6  thursday / friday nights so i can sleep for those shifts. my manager will be gone until like, halfway through april? so it’ll be this way for another 3-4 weeks, not counting this week.

unfortunately, this means i haven’t really been able to be online here as much as i’d like, especially since i don’t have the mobile app. i’ve been attempting to work on drafts and queue things up on my days off, but it’s been a varying amount of ‘i’m too tired / have no energy’ and ‘oh the way went way faster than i expected’  as well as a mixture of ‘i’m too tired to talk to anyone outside of the normal talking to’ and ‘oh i’m suddenly very shy and / or anxious today’  (also apparently my muses are going feral and i’ve been thinking about picking up more other than miriam and the other muse i picked up??)

i’ve been wanting to write! it’s just been hard to really focus on tumb.lr things on these days off. like i’ve gotten so many ideas i’d like to try writing- just don’t have the spoons to get on tumblr or get too shy to post about them. and that sucks because i want to be here more!  aside from all that, in my down time, i’ve been playing two otome games- and i’m highly considering adding muses from both them.

anyway; if any of you would like to chat / plot / talk about muses or w/e, you can find me more active on disc.ord- i’m constantly lurking on there. all of my mutuals are welcome to have it, just let me know!

also i may end up finally starting a multifandom positivity blog soon?? stay tuned i guess

alright so. here’s the deal / somewhat major blog update (i guess activity update too??)

tum.blr glitched my drafts (again! second time in a year! lucky me!) so it’s showing that there’s like, 50-60 more drafts there than there actually are (like it said there were 100 things in there earlier when there..... really isn’t near that amount) so i might actually. push up the blog remake to be sooner rather than later. (like, i might push myself to finally get the goo.gle doc stuff finished and organized so this can actually happen, hopefully before the end of the month, january the longest)  Like, I know I’ve been taking my time ion this remake because the last year has been a roller coaster- but now may be the time to finally do it.

meanwhile, i’ve gone through and cleaned out all of my drafts. so all replies i’m going to be replying to / keeping will be queued up to come out over the next week or so, with a few exceptions to threads i may have going with @burglarlotus​. that also means that i’m going to be adding all of those threads to my rpthrea.dtracker that i’ve recently been revamping (again, with the exceptions of threads i may have with dew since we have a lot; not all threads with dew specifically will be added to this)  i may adjust the time of the queue a few times until i settle on one i’m personally satisfied with, so you may see queued posts pop out at inconsistent times at first.

so! after i finish getting all that sorted out with replies to drafts that i’m keeping, i’ll be posting a general starter call that will be open to all mutuals for all muses, including request only. (the only stipulation / condition of this is to specify the muse you’re asking for / about; some muses are far more active than others, so fair warning if you don’t specify. other than that, if not specified, then i’ll go off of what was filled out for you in my interest checklist.) i’m going to aim this at some of my mutuals who i have yet to have a thread with, so i may queue the post up (because hey! i want to write with you guys!) and i plan to continue all of those threads on the new blog.

(honestly, i wanted to try to write on saturday, but got sick because of the heat. so now i feel loads better and i’m excited to try to get some stuff done!)
