Organic Ramen and Homemade Broth
The broth recipe is adopted from FullyRaw Kristina with some alterations.
I began by boiling some water.
I soaked some Lotus food millet and brown rice ramen in some water for several minutes to soften.
In a blender:
2.5 cups hot water
2 tbsp liquid aminos
1/2 cup tahini
2 tbsp white miso
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp coconut nectar
Chili flakes
Assemble bowl:
Strain the noodles and add them to bowl
Pour some broth on top
Add baby corn
Crush some seaweed chips and sprinkle on top
Add more chili flakes
Add black pepper
Enjoy!
