Ha,” Enid said dryly, propping herself up with her arms to lean back. Wednesday frowned, her eyebrows furrowing as if Enid was the one not making sense.

“I’m serious.” The space in between Enid’s eyebrows crinkled as she continued, “The character of a person is found on the inside, not what physical abilities they manifest. Power can be taken or given, but the true measure of character is what is in your heart.” The ravenette spoke with sincerity and conviction, resting a finger against her own chest.

“And you have the best heart.” Wednesday finished, matter-of-factly, her gaze unwaveringly holding Enid’s. As if anyone in the universe would be foolish to think otherwise. It made Enid’s heart cry.

“Willa, can I hug you?” The words left her lips before she could even think.

So today marks the one year anniversary since the fabled day when I first discovered the six fanfiction archive and stumbled upon my fic idol @letsgoravendors … and then all this somehow happened. It also marks my first day at university which is a strange way of the world as my entire build up of that event was a year of me writing fanfiction and incorrect quotes about women from the 1500’s (though not actually them be- nevermind, I’m not getting into this again).

I’m going to be studying creative writing, and for the last year I’ve placed my book series completely on hold in favour of writing six fanfiction as a writing exercise in practice for uni, however, as it’s literally technically my only job for the next three years, I will be starting to put all my attention on my book series. I will still be writing six fanfictions - I have 18 of them planned and I don’t really want to just abandon them, though it is going to be slow sailing and you may very well of left the fandom in the time it takes for me to finally finish some of my works in progress. I know I’ve updated extremely few times lately, mainly as I’ve been just staring at the wall numb preparing for uni, however doing writing full time might actually work in my favour and you get more regular updates!

Anyway, happy one year of fanfiction (though it isn’t one year of MY fanfiction until December - fun fact, the five minutes peace fanfiction is the first ever fanfic I’ve written) so I guess I’ll see you for that!

i don’t have the bestest memory in the world, so take most recalls with a grain of salt, but i remember the person used the display name “queen sparkle bling bling” or similar to that? i think it was a quote by aimie atkinson, though i could be wrong.

they were also pretty good friends with this incorrect quotes account! ravenclaw something something, a big-ish account. they got probably 500 or more notes on each of their posts? they were both really active in this group dedicated to a specific au for the queens. it was basically a reverse au where catherine 1 died, anne b got divorced, jane got beheaded, katherine 2 got divorced, anna c died, and catherine 3 got beheaded. some real angsty stuff

other then that, though, basically everything else takes, like, some serious concentration and focus to remember
