This may sound like a peculiar question but it popped into my head and wont leave despite best efforts so I can only apologise as I subject you to said query. does Cat have a cat? Have they ever wanted one?

she has this charming fellow! ...sort of ( quick disclaimer/credit, art done by amber! ). this is meatloaf. he's a tortie stray with a bent tail. male torties are extremely rare and tend to be sterile if they exist, which is the case for this lad... this has made him a lazy and weird little fellow who likes to work the streets of new york city and a few caring hearts for snacks... one such being is cat! cat doesn't own him and meatloaf actually doesn't even stay with her too much. he has a couple people he follows around, a couple places he visits or checks out... but cat is one of his favorites. because she gives him ham and because he has the most fun annoying her. so they're fairly close despite it. in terms of "wanted," meatloaf was far from wanted. he showed up and wouldn't go away. but now cat can't imagine losing him. in fact, when she gets taken to safety with amy and jon and such, cat brings meatloaf with her. meatloaf does sort of tend to then move to scott as his favorite human... but he and cat remain an adorable duo. cat is ultimately indifferent to felines, really. she doesn't hate them but doesn't adore them. they're fun and cute... she just actually prefers dogs.
