What if it ended just as it had started? The war? Once the heroes attacked – what if Dabi simply ran to Jaku hospital where his beloved was? And he arrived in time to see Tomura on the floor unconscious. What if he ran to his love, killed the hero, and breathed life back into his precious companion? All the while the crazy nomu were conveniently buying them time against Endeavour and the other heroes.
The minute Tomura is conscious, he goes berserk and decays everyone and everything, that is until he sees Dabi and then this happens – they dance. The real “Dabi's dance.”
Cos Dabi never had a solo. It was always a duet. Fight me.
Meanwhile, over at the Meta Liberation Army base, it is a stalemate, both the heroes and villains retreat and that's when Tomura summons Machia, who carries them away – that to say only Dabi and Tomura – off into the sunset to only kami-sama knows where. XD
