Hi lovely anons (suddenly my inbox was full, hah!)

Sooo I think it’s fine to share it’s been over a year and honestly not too big of a thing but this is what happened to me first hand

I never ever win anything in my life when it comes to contests and shit, so I was absolutely thrilled to win AFHF tickets for 2021. I flew in a couple day early bc I hadn’t been in London in like 9 years, and the day before the festival I checked out the grounds, bc of my anxious ass I just wanted to know where to go and also wanted to ask staff if they’d accept my EU Covid pass.

So I got there and it was beautiful, and there was an opera going on that night. I asked one of the production assistants there if they accept my covid pass, and she said she has to ask the head of security - whom she got for me.

Now, you have to understand - I work with events and know how the hierarchy works. This was the head of security, the one who creates the security concepts and time plans, who gets a photo book of all the VIPs to know who needs extra security and who’s arriving when etc etc.

He was very helpful and told me the pass was perfectly fine, and if I was wanting to attend the open air opera that night, to which I responded, “oh, no, no, I’ll be back for the event tomorrow” (mind you, I didn’t look like your typical fangirl (there’s nothing wrong with that though) meaning wearing no merch and I was conducting myself like a professional young person as well) and this is where it gets fun: he said “ohhh, you’re coming to the Harry Styles concert tomorrow!” and I was like - ummm. Wait what. I acted all nonchalant though, and was like “no, it’s the Louis Tomlinson Festival. Why would you think it’s a Harry styles concert though?” And he said “I really thought it was a Harry Styles event, not Louis Tomlinson. Oh, you know, because he was here all day yesterday.”

And like, of course, maybeeee he mixed them up? But to be honest, he seemed to know who’s who, like it wasn’t as if he didn’t know who Louis was, he definitely did, but yeah. And remember, he’s the one who does the security briefings etc. It’s nothing solid, but looking at their calendars at the time it was 100% possible Harry was there with Louis to look at the festival grounds and the stage etc, supporting his love.

Just thought it was a very lovely intro to my experience there :)
