Carnage and monsterfucker for the venom asks? :)
Ahhhh thank you for the ask! 🖤 This made me delighted to get it *^.^*
Carnage: How thrilled were you to see the new trailer for Venom 2? Absolutely above and beyond surprised- also happy beyond compare. I truly needed that serotonin and seeing the domestic breakfast scene?? I'm never gonna stop talking about that. Also- seeing some new symbiotes makes me wiggle with excitement. I wonder if Sony will involve Sleeper- because I love that story so much. Just have Venom's ex show up and Sleeper is all, "New body? Mine now." Plus- pregnant Eddie is hilarious to me. Especially with imagining Tom Hardy's Eddie being all "I am????? W.H.A.T.?!?!" I also want some good ol gore and horror in this with the romcom feels. Please. I've showed so many people the trailer and also spammed so many people to let them know I would be talking about Symbrock nonstop for months until the movie comes out. And several months after that movie comes out.
Monsterfucker: Who is the bigger monsterfucker? Venom or Eddie Brock?
Venom for sure. I saw a post on tumblr that said how it was already taboo to form a companionship with your host. Just to use them and move into the next one. But Venom goes against that. Got excluded and exiled for wanting MORE. Companionship. And then fell in love with this man. But also- how humans are fucking WEIRD. Our bodies are just???? Our properties compared to symbiotes are so different and Venom just sees Eddie... Goes, "That one. That one is mine. Sweaty and filled with anxiety? Me likey." I agree with it whole heartedly and will hold this close to my heart forever. Plus in a way- humans are monstrous in many ways so. It still fits- oop.

Pairing: Evan "Buck" Buckley & Christopher Diaz & Eddie Diaz, Evan "Buck" Buckley/Eddie Diaz
Summary: Buck had to push back tears at the sight of his son dressed to the nines in a three-piece suit, his shoes shined to perfection, and his hair slicked back with copious amounts of gel. It was hard for Buck to believe that in a few short weeks, his Christopher was going to be heading off to college.
For @chrisdiazweek - day one: chris in the future
“I’m here!” Buck yelled as he entered the backyard, tripping over the lip of the sliding glass door. He fell right into Eddie’s awaiting arms but he didn’t have time to savor the moment because his husband was giving him the ‘you’re in trouble’ look that never meant anything good. “Okay, I know this seems suspicious, but I was on my way home from the florist when this car sideswiped a fire hydrant. I couldn’t just sit there and—”
“Please at least tell me you got the corsage?” Chris chimed in from where he sat at the patio table. Buck had to push back tears at the sight of his son dressed to the nines in a three-piece suit, his shoes shined to perfection, and his hair slicked back with copious amounts of gel. It was hard for Buck to believe that in a few short weeks, his Christopher was going to be heading off to college.
“Of course I got the corsage. Who do you take me for?” Buck scoffed, walking over to him and resting a hand on his shoulder. “I even got the matching boutonnière to go with it, just like your dad suggested.” Buck sent a wide grin and wink in Eddie’s direction.
“It’s miraculous,” Eddie began, sarcasm dripping from his tone, “you managed to listen to me for once.” Buck held a hand over his chest and gaped at Eddie, but any argument he might have had was cut short by a beautiful brunette stepping through the door.
“Wow,” Buck and Eddie said simultaneously. They both turned their attention over to their dumbstruck kid when a soft gasp left his mouth. Christopher was staring at Lani as if he had never seen something more precious in the universe and Buck knew why Lani was blushing so hard. Buck had been on the receiving end of that gaze before from his husband too many times to count and it knocked the breath out of him still. He wrapped his arm around Eddie’s shoulders and leaned back into the one Eddie slid securely around his waist.
“Lani, you look—”
“I wasn’t really sure what to do with my hair,” she blurted, and Buck pressed his face into Eddie’s shoulder to keep himself from laughing. They had joked many times before that Christopher had somehow found a female teenage version of Buck but he had never seen it before. Something about the way she rambled had Buck agreeing in the moment, though. “It’s too short to do some intricate updo up like all of our friends and I didn’t want it to distract from the dress that Abuela made for me cause it’s so beautiful and she put so much work into it—”
“—Perfect,” Christopher interrupted just as Lani took a breath as if he had timed it. Christopher grinned at his date and she smiled back, the blush on her cheeks only darkening when Christopher made his way over to her and stroked a stray piece of hair behind her ear. “You look perfect,” he reiterated.
“He gets that from me,” Buck whispered, leaning in to press a gentle kiss against Eddie’s cheek. He pulled away surprised when his lips came back salty from a lone tear that cascaded from his eye. Eddie wiped at it quickly, shooting a glare at Buck that clearly told him to keep his mouth shut, and clapped his hands loudly as he walked to Christopher and his date.
“Who is ready for pictures?” Eddie cheered, grabbing his phone from his pocket and immediately failing to find the camera.
No matter how many times Buck taught him how to use his electronics, he still struggled and it made Buck’s heart burst. He heard the twin groans of Christopher and Lani as they assisted Eddie with the gadget and used their distraction to take a picture of his own just as Christopher rolled his eyes at his dad. Eddie shot Buck a disapproving look that was easily decipherable as his ‘come control your kid’ look.
He snapped one more photo of his husband and his son before deciding to live in the moment with the perfect family he had made.
