Summary: Nico had wished they had never taken the job. The last thing he wanted to be doing after a major blowout with Will was spending all night with him looking for ghosts and somehow determining whether every sound was caused by the building settling or a spirit. They should be at home, working through their issues and apologizing, not at work.

summary: It was like he’d flipped a switch - in the blink of an eye, there was suddenly a fourth person in the room. He was standing just a few feet in front of Will, blocking his view of the TV screen: another teenage boy in clothes that were probably hand-me-downs, who looked like he fit in perfectly with the rest of the group.  Aside from the whisk in his hand, which was dripping some sort of chocolate batter onto the carpet.  “You have got to be kidding me,” the boy grumbled.  word count: 1,315

Will’s house, as usual, was that night’s sleepover location. Will’s mom was the only one that wasn’t weird about multi-gender sleepovers, so she was happy to host Will’s two best friends almost every weekend. (Cecil’s mom didn’t think it was appropriate for her teenage son to have a girl in his room, or vice versa, but Lou’s mom thought Will was gay, so she had no issues with shipping her daughter off to the weekly sleepover.)

Also as usual, ten o’clock found Lou lounging across Will’s bed, scrolling mindlessly through her phone, while Will and Cecil sat on the floor playing video games. “We should do something,” Lou said, dropping her phone onto her stomach and tipping her head back over the edge of the mattress, watching the TV screen upside down.

Day 6: Stim Toys

These are most of my stim toys.

My favorites have to be my little key chew thing (I have TMJ, so normal chewelry hurts my jaw a lot, so I have to use the kind geared toward weaker jaws), the collection of tiny things I have (there is a wolf pup, a tiger, an alligator, a moon, and a little round clear stone), the mesh tube with the marble inside it, and the rainbow fidget cube.

My ultimate favorite stim toy is one of those flippy bike chain things; I used to have one but I don't know where it is anymore. I need to get one.

Auctober Day 2!

I actually don't infodump too often, irl at least. I was encouraged to stop infodumping as a kid and I have a really hard time doing it now since I feel like I'm just wasting people's time. And the times I do try it REALLY HURTS to get shut down so fast. Online fandom spaces are a godsend, they're the one place I can infodump freely without anxiety of being ignored or getting too intense.

That said, if ANYONE mentions Jurassic World I WILL go on a rant about inaccurate dinosaurs and you best be prepared for a science lesson cause DINOSAUR ANATOMY IS IMPORTANT!!!! >: (
