Mothballed Beriev A-50 AWACS aircraft of the Russian Air Force.
30 or so aircraft of the type are known to be in storage around the country, with dubious claims of the fleet being able to be brought back to service in short notice.

Via Flickr:
71-1408, C.N. 20519. One of two civil 707-320Bs taken from production line, (the other was 71-1407 C.N. 20518), and modified as prototypes for AWACS. Designation later changed to E-3A. Both converted to E-3B. Photo Credit's: Unknown to me (Reprint). Taken at RAF Mildenhall while undergoing test phase. (1972-75?) Note: Air Force Systems Command and Electronic Systems Center shields were on the left side of the fuselage under the U.S. Air Force.

We got back from helping clean out my horder grandma's house. It's not finished but we made a dent. She lives near an Air Force Base in San Antonio. My grandfather was enlisted in the Air Force back during the Vietnam War period and worked in the laboratory.
Anyway, there was a Boeing E-3A Airborne Warning & Control System (AWACS) in a holding pattern over us.
