I’ll answer for Acon because he’s got an interesting name with a lil bit of lore behind it, rather than most of my characters I just yeet a name at and call it a day

He goes by “Acon” because it’s shorter, but his entire name is “Aconitum Ratthorn” Aconitum being the scientific name for wolfsbane, a highly potent, toxic plant. His twin brother’s name is “Mandrake” but goes by “Mandy”, as both were named after toxic and dangerous, oft-seen in fantasy plants.

the ‘warband’ title name comes from the combination of his dads’ names, same with Mandy’s being ‘Scourgeflight’ they just shuffled them around

I honestly thought I uploaded these??? But I can’t find them anywhere in my art tag! Anyway, here’s a human tonic’d Auderen and Acon! Aud always goes by the name “Audrey” when he’s undercover in any way.. because he and I are both very creative (and that’s the name that inspired his heeheehoo) but come on man at least put on a fresh shirt you aren’t slick with the thorn-holes.. Acon always panics and defaults to ‘Henry’ for some reason when he’s asked.. they really are more alike than they both like to think huh

🍓 for Acon!

-He isn’t in fact a sylvari, he’s a mordrem born long after the death of Mordremoth! (he thankfully never had a chance to hear the call of his wouldbe master as a result, but is still a scary looking little plant beasty!)

-(Since I haven’t posted any art of him YET...) he has a thorny, prehensile tail. It *will* slap on the ground when he’s annoyed, a lot like an angry cat. He uses it when doing his daredevil things, too!

-His lower jaw is split and can unhinge to widen his bite, his saliva is very toxic and will rapidly cause decay and septic blood poisoning (he was taught not to bite very early on for this reason!)

-despite all these scary facts, he’s still very physically young (about 14 years old) and very curious and friendly, as well as mischievous! Enjoys reading and studying as a pasttime, learning about the world is exciting

-He’s a twin!
