Lately I've realized that certain people come in your life to teach you and help you internalize certain lessons.

From the various encounters I've had with people who are now no longer a part of my life, each one has left a scar. A reminder. And each one has taught me that no human is worth putting above Him سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى.

As humans, this is a mistake we often make. Your attachments should be healthy and not obsessive. And if you love an individual Fi sibilillah (for the sake of Allah) it gets easier to handle their loss.

Nothing in this world apart from Him سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى is permanent. He's (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى) the only constant in both worlds!

#during Ramadan mental health was in such good shape Alhamdulillah #ya3ni the heart was at so much peace and the disturbances and grievances of dunya didn't feel all consumingly depressing anymore #we were busy with a greater purpose; with the purpose we were created for #but Ramadan is over and with all the Eid and post Eid business haven't been able to adjust well after Ramadan in terms of ibadah and all #and subhanAllah I can feel my mental health begin to deteriorate... things affecting me that didn't affect me during Ramadan #and I've experienced this so many times before - every time my connection to Allah fluctuates #so does my mental health #both are correlated #I need to rekindle that ramadan connection with Allah ﷻ and find peace with Him ﷻ once more #because wallahi there's no other peace anywhere else #الا بذكر الله تطمئن القلوب
