Being a "poser" has never been about dress or aesthetic
In fact, posers usually co-op the aesthetic and dress.
Being a poser means you don't fit in the sub culture and you're just trying to look "cool" or "edgy" or whatever
It literally does not matter how you dress. When I was in highschool you could be emo and dress in Hollister it didn't fucking matter.
I hate this "aesthetic culture" that tiktok has created.
