Ok so we talk about the Bentley being at least semi-sentient and adoring Aziraphale and following him and playing him classical music etc... but what if we think about the bookshop in the same way? Instead of Aziraphale deciding to paint the walls (and columns, and whatever surface wasn't covered with books) Va Va Voom yellow, what if it just kind of... happened? The cozy sofa perfect for lounging? Just showed up one day. The bookshop ships it too :)
Sorry just watched nimona and I’m still not over that there was a little girl in the monster. In this big scary beast that everyone told stories about and built walls against there was a little girl and she just wanted to be included and loved. The trans allegory is so heartbreaking and so true
Elder Scrolls lore videos are like (item not there because of a bug) (michael kirkbride’s writings) (obscure dialogue from Morrowind) (item in wrong place because of a bug) (the dwemer are involved somehow) (michael kirkbride’s writings again) (overanalyzing how the voice actor delivered one line) (cut content) (lore from Skyrim that directly contradicts everything from the previous games) (no one at Bethesda thought about this for very long) (cut content) (cut content) (cut content) (sheogorath)
König is one of the messiest lovers known to mankind. When he returns to your shared room from training, all bloody and filled with adrenaline, all he wants to do is smoother you in affection. Flexing his muscles as he has you cushioned underneath him on the bed, a kiss mixed with blood and teeth, but filled with passion. He’s got the most kissable plump lips ever, it’s impossible to not take his bottom lip in between your teeth. It’s only until he finally gets off of you does he realize the mess he’s made on you. He’s frantically looking for a shirt and apologizing that he couldn’t calm his nerves down before approaching you.
Most other SMP crossover fanfic universes: every server has portals to the server hub, players visit each other all the time, only barrier is a server whitelist, communication is easy
Post-Double-Life Team Rancher fics: they might never meet again outside the Life games, they have to break into each other’s servers to visit, they’re shocked when their soulmate appears in Hermitcraft/Empires, they defy the laws of the universe to see each other again
Something I love about the knights radiant is how they are literally made of ""broken"" people
Like most fantasy powers youll see mainly neurotypical and mentally healthy people, and those with trauma or mentall illnesses or disabillities etc will sometimes get them, but thr over all message would be "these people can have super powers and be badass despite their problems"
Stormlight does the opposite. Only people with enough emotional turmoil get to the point of saying the ideals, of forcing themselves to take action and cause change. The nahel bonds takes broken people and fills the cracks with something greater, and you can't rely fill the cracks of something not broken.
