#And all the heroes and teachers from UA- and the League obviously

okayy, this one is a bit long so bear with me please!
imagine, in a au world where the league of villains get a redemption arc and so they get to go to u.a.; them with a gentle and kindhearted reader who is willing to befriend them while everyone else is still a little wary. im thinking, kind and empathic like tanjiro and is able to make them feel as if they really have a chance at changing.
you dont have to write all of the LOV, it can just be shigaraki, dabi, and toga! i dont want you to have to write too much.
Toga’s scenario sounds exactly like the beginning of Wednesday
Tumblr media
Tomura Shigaraki
People were definitely hesitant to give this man a second chance. He was doing his best but no one believed in him. He got a job at U.A. where he could teach the students about how destructive quirks can be and how to limit the amount of damage done to any party. This was arranged so that he could be on close watch.
There was one teacher he had taken a particular interest in. They were an up and coming Hero, as well as Aizawa’s assistant. They always greeted him with a smile and a wave, and they were also the one who showed him around U.A.
You were his first friend, proof that he turned over a new leaf and left behind a life of crime. You always made him a bento for lunch (he loves your cooking) and always tried to have at least 3 conversations with him.
After a while, he asked why you were so kind to someone like him. He wasn’t wary or anything, he was just curious. You smiled and said ‘to me, being a hero means giving people a second chance. Society turned its back on you first, so you had every right to be angry. I’m just sorry I couldn’t help you sooner.’ This made him blush a little.
Eventually, after being work friends (and just friends in general), Tomura got the courage to ask you out. He was about to go in and hug you when you said yes, but he looked at his hands in disdain. You pulled his gloves off the table and handed them to him, and once he put them on you wrapped your arms around him. You pulled back a little to place a kiss on his cheek and he stiffened but then relaxed and wrapped his arms around you as well.
Tumblr media
Dabi
People were wary of him not just because of his actions but also because of his appearance. The scars he got from his quirk obviously showed and he had staples and stitches. When he got a job at UA, he had to teach the older students about how destructive quirks can be and how not to inflict too much damage to yourself while still pushing yourself past your comfort zone.
You were assigned as his teacher’s assistant, and that caused you both to become close over time. You were the only one who actively tried to befriend him. Before class, as you both set everything up for the day ahead, you would always shake his hand and give him a warm smile before making your way to your corner desk.
He was grateful for you. You made his life that much easier, and he appreciated it a lot. You would spend your lunch breaks at his desk while discussing everything that came to mind. He’s even told you about a few of his villainous journeys.
One day, during one of these lunch breaks, he asked why you were so kind and genuine. You smiled and told him, ‘Well, it would be kind of weird to teach the next generation of heroes without reflecting the virtues a hero should have. Plus I figured that there was more to you than what most see.’
Eventually, after class on a Friday afternoon, he called out your name before you left. You turned and gave him your full attention, and that’s when he asked you out for a date at 7. You suddenly felt shy before nodding. Dabi walked you out before he pressed a kiss to your forehead and headed back to his apartment.

Himiko Toga
Since she was young enough, she was transferred mid-semester as a second-year student. After all, she had gotten nearly perfect scores on the written Entrance Exam and showed great Battle IQ in the practical Entrance Exam.
You were one of her classmates, and your teacher gave you the task of showing her around and bringing her to her dorm. Instead of looking at her in disgust as most of the other students did, you had a friendly grin and shook her hand.
You both instantly became friends. You would have study sessions that ended in laughter because you both were doing impressions of your classmates. You became assignment partners, lunch buddies, basically each other’s ride-or-die.
One day, during one of your study sessions, the conversation got serious for a second. She asked you why you were so nice to her even after learning about her actions and you held her hand in your own. You told her, ‘A hero is supposed to give everyone a second chance. That also means former villains.’
Eventually, once you were packing up after class and getting ready to head to your dorm, Toga pulled you aside and asked you out. Once you said yes, she almost tackled you to the ground in a hug while peppering kisses all over your face.

Hii idk if you are still taking stories but have you considered like a straight stalker au? Like instead of Dabi becoming a stain fan he became a Shig fan after the usj incident? Or somehow shig had seen Dabi on the streets when he was still homeless and instantly obsessed.. maybe some kidnapping or something
Dead dove elements with this one including: Stalking (obviously), obsession, possessiveness, imprisonment, domestic submission, dub-con (is it dub-con if the character is enthusiastic but clearly mentally unwell?)
So yeah, Dabi gets obsessed with Shigaraki and the League of Villains because they attacked UA and rocked All Might's shit, and put his little brother in a bad situation, so he's definitely interested, and he starts to investigate and eventually follow Shigaraki around because he wants to know more about the League. Problem is he starts to get weirdly obsessed with him because Shigaraki Tomura is a weird little freak and he does not get why AFO wants him to be his successor.
One day he breaks into the base to creep on Shig's computer and he gets caught, Shig knocks him out and then Dabi wakes up locked in the basement of the bar where Shigaraki interrogates him. He goes through Dabi's phone and things and eventually pieces together that Dabi is completely a stalker, but not a hero or a cop, which is interesting enough that he decides to keep him around-- locked up in the basement for his amusement. As far as Dabi knows, no one else knows that he's down there and he's really getting worried what's going to happen to him the next time Shigaraki comes back.
Turns out that Shig wants to see how far Dabi's obsession goes, and he starts giving him little things, his attention, verbal praise, mild physical touches as praise (patting his head, stroking his cheek, things like that), whenever Dabi does something he likes. Dabi becomes a puppy in a matter of weeks. He has no desire to leave the basement, he just wants to stay with Shigaraki at all times.
Shigaraki converts the basement to being something that looks like a 1950s household and gets Dabi acting like his wife and Dabi is so happy, he is fully in that space and doesn't even remember that he's technically a prisoner. He's just completely happy to be with Tomura. Though Dabi does start to unintentionally poke holes in Shig's programming from AFO because he asks him about 'work' and in those conversations (that AFO doesn't know Shig's having) Dabi is able to start pulling out the threads of his manipulations.
So Shigaraki steals a shit-ton of AFO's funds, tips off the heroes during one of his teacher's next surgeries, and goes to live in a safe house by the sea with Dabi where he becomes the new AFO moving around villains from the shadows and enjoying his domestic bliss with his perfect pet.

ultraviolet pt. 2 - BAKUGOU
A descendant of a legendary quirk longs to separate herself from her family name, but first she'll have to confront villains, ghosts from the past, and her growing attraction for Great Explosion Murder God Dynamight.
Pairing: Katsuki Bakugou x OP!fem!oc
Warnings: swearing
series masterlist + face claim
"What? A Quirk assessment test?" Most of the class exclaimed in unison.
"But orientation!" Uraraka whined. "We're gonna miss it!" Who cares? Sana sighed, just wanting to jump into the action already. She was dying to know the quirks of her new classmates and get a feel for her competition.
Their home room teacher obviously couldn't have cared less about missing something as trivial as orientation. "If you really wanna make the big leagues, you can't waste time on pointless ceremonies." Uraraka and others gasped at the haggard man's brutal honesty. Sana nodded her head solemnly in agreement. "Here at UA, we're not tethered to traditions. That means that I get to run my class however I see fit." A few uneasy looks were spotted in the crowd.
The unidentified pro held up a small tablet. "You've been taking standardized tests most of your lives, but you never got to use your Quirks in physical exams before. The country's still trying to pretend we're all created equal by not letting those with the most power excel. It's not rational. One day, the Ministry of Education will learn."
Not if my father has anything to say about it, she argued.
Mr. Aizawa turned towards the angry ash blonde standing not two feet away from her. "Bakugou, you managed to get the most points on the entrance exam. What was your farthest distance throw with a softball when you were in Junior High?"
"Sixty‐seven meters, I think."
So Blondie's name is Bakugou.
"Right. Try doing it with your Quirk. Anything goes, just stay in the circle." Bakugou stepped inside the designated area. Sana watched his every breath and each shift of his muscular frame in anticipation. That confidence of his is killer. His quirk must be incredibly strong.
"Go on. You're wasting our time." An impatient Aizawa stood off to the side with his hands in his pockets.
Bakugou stretched his throwing arm in preparation. "Alright, man. You asked for it." He replied nonchalantly. Then, with a crazed look in his eyes, he suddenly wound his arm back and-
"DIE!" He screeched inhumanly as he released an explosion from his hand, sending the ball rocketing through the sky.
Sana's eyes narrowed at the display of power. Just as she'd expected, Blondie had a strong and flashy quirk, but... did he really have to be so loud all of the time?
"All of you need to know your maximum capabilities," Aizawa narrated as the class silently followed the trajectory of Bakugou's pitch. The ball eventually came to a stop, making the device in Aizawa's hand beep. "It's the most rational way of figuring out your potential as a pro hero." He flipped the device around to show them Bakugou's results.
705.2 meters.
An impressive score, Sana could admit, but not an unbeatable one.
"Whoa, 705 meters, are you kidding me?" Kaminari was shocked by the results of the test, pun very much intended.
Bakugou returned to his original spot with a cocky smirk, flashing his teeth at Sana in hopes of provoking a fight. He obviously wasn't one to shy away from a challenge. Luckily, neither was she. Just you wait, pretty boy. I'll blow you straight out of the water.
After a few students made the mistake of commenting on how fun it looked, their teacher smiled sadistically before adding a punishment: whoever ranked last at the end of the eight tests would be expelled.
"You can't send one of us home! I mean, we just got here! Even if it wasn't the first day, that isn't fair!" Uraraka once again confronted their teacher.
"Oh, and you think natural disasters are?" Aizawa countered. "Or power‐hungry villains, hmm? Or catastrophic accidents that wipe out whole cities? No, the world is full of unfairness. It's a hero's job to try to combat that unfairness. If you wanna be a pro, you're gonna have to push yourself to the brink. For the next three years, UA will throw one terrible hardship after another at you. So, go beyond. Plus Ultra‐style." He bent his finger in a come here motion. "Show me it's no mistake that you're here."
Sana's fists clenched at her sides, her nails digging into the soft flesh of her palms. Her eyes cut to the dual-haired boy standing in the back of the group. So close, yet so far away. I have to prove that I'm strong enough to make it on my own.
"Now then. We're just wasting time by talking. Let the games begin."
The first part of the apprehension test was the 50-meter dash. So far, the most impressive score had come from Iida, but what else would you expect from a guy with engines poking out of his legs? Soon, it was Sana's turn to run. She was paired up against a blonde guy with a tail.
This is my time to shine.
As she'd passed by Bakugou to stand at the starting point, she'd made sure to brush his shoulder with her's. Immediately, a warmth had flowed through her body from where they'd made contact. Sana crouched low to the ground and released a deep breath.
Thank you, Bakugou...
Her glowing eyes locked with the said male's just as the starting pistol was about to go off. Her lips curved into a devious grin, making his red eyes widen slightly.
...for being my stepping stone.
There was a burst of blinding light where the girl had once been standing, causing many of the observers to turn away and shield their eyes. Before the class had time to process what had just happened, the measuring device beeped.
"0.11 seconds!" The automated voice cheered. Standing at the finish line was Sana, lightly panting as she bent to rest her hands on ber knees.
Running at the speed of light, her pastel hair cast her eyes in shadow, but did nothing to hide the proud smirk on her face. Try and top that.
"HUUUUUH?" The class exclaimed.
Mina, Kaminari, Kirishima, and a boy named Hanta Sero immediately circled the peach-haired girl once she rejoined the rest of the class. "What the heck was that?!" Mina grabbed her shoulders and shook her. "It was crazy cool!"
"What a manly score," Kirishima held out a fist, making Sana laugh as she bumped their knuckles together. Thankfully, his quirk wasn't activated, otherwise her hand would've crumbled like wet paper beneath his.
Kaminari slung an arm over her shoulder. "So that's your special move, huh? How about I show you mine tonight-"
"Oi, Flashlight!"
The lightning-haired teen was cut off by a gruff voice. The small group turned to face Bakugou, his red eyes seemingly trying to peer into her soul and learn all of her secrets. "It's Sana," she reminded him with a sigh. "Did you need something?"
"What's your quirk?"
"Does it matter?"
The ash blonde's lip curled in annoyance. "Ya think I didn't notice? You did something," he squeezed his shoulder with a frown. He quickly snapped out of his trance and thrust a finger in her face. "So tell me what the hell your quirk is!"
"I didn't do anything to you." Sana held her hands up defensively. "I just wanted to power up."
"Huh?" He yelled, just as visibly confused as the rest of her new friends.
(Present Mic announcing) "Sana Sakano, her Quirk: Light Manipulation! By absorbing heat and light into her body, she can create blasts of radiation. The more energy she takes in, the stronger her attacks are!"
"Obviously, the Sun is my main source of energy, but any kind of heat will do." Sana tried her best to explain the inner workings of her quirk. "Your quirk has to do with fire, so naturally, your body's core temperature is higher than normal." She placed a hand on Sero's and Kirishima's toned arms and felt a sliver of warmth soak into her palms. "It works with anyone, though I prefer people like you." She shrugged.
"Does your shitty quirk weaken the other person?" Bakugou pressed, his anger unwavering.
"No," Sana answered sourly. "So don't blame me when you lose."
The explosive blonde scoffed. "Whatever. I don't need other people to help me win." Her spirits fell as he turned and stalked away in his strange, grumpy-old-man way, hands shoved into his pockets. Her new friends noticed the sadness in her eyes and immediately tried to cheer her up.
"Hey, don't mind him." Sero reassured her.
"Yeah!" Mina jumped in. "We believe in you, so go out there and kick his ass!" Sana's eyes glimmered, her mouth slightly open in surprise as she stared at each of the four teens in front of her.
They're so... warm.
She didn't mean physically, but a different type of warmth altogether. They offered their attention and affection, two things that Sana had craved her entire life. She had always known coldness: a distant father who brushed her thoughts, feelings and existence aside, a broken, empty home where she spent most nights alone, eating her meals in deafening silence. A family that wasn't a family at all, but business partners. To them, Sana was nothing but an investment, her stock only rising as her power grew and developed. The second she that changed, she'd be deemed worthless and discarded.
Just like her mother.
It was why she and Shoto had gotten along so well. They'd lived such similar lives, experienced a lot of the same pain. They could relate to each other in a way most people would never understand. And that was fine, because they knew that they would always have each other.
But somewhere along the way, she'd lost him too.
He'd left, grown cold like his right side, become unapproachable like her father. The home she'd once found in him had become just as dark and deserted as the one she would return to day after day, and once again, she found herself out in the cold. But here, with these people...
U.A really is the best.
The class was tested on their grip strength, followed by the standing long jump. Bakugou had cleared the sandbox by setting off explosions to keep him airborne, which gave Sana an idea for her turn.
When her name was called, she felt her eyes light up as her quirk powered on. Leveling her palms with the ground, she pushed off with her feet and activated her quirk. Like a rocket, blasts of energy burst from her palms and sent her shooting through the air, easily clearing the sandbox.
Her landing, on the other hand, could use some improvement. She rolled across the grass a few times before finally coming to a stop. Hearing the concern in her friends' voices, she flashed them a lazy smile and a thumbs up.
Idiot. Bakugou thought to himself as he watched the girl climb to her feet, dirt now smudged along her cheek and PE uniform. A few pieces of pastel hair, which she'd tied back with a ribbon at the beginning of the assessment, had been freed during the tumble. They floated and danced around her face as she bounced up to the group of morons she called friends.
However, her smile never wavered, not since he'd confronted her about her quirk. It was seriously starting to piss him off. How could she be so happy with the way things were going? The only standout score she'd managed to get so far was the 50-meter dash, and that was because she'd used him to do it!
One of the final tests was the ball toss, where Bakugou had set a high standard. I just have to beat 705.2 meters, Sana repeated like a mantra in her head.
She'd turned away, as it was Shoto's turn to throw. She hadn't been able to look at him for too long. The distance—both physical and metaphorical—between them too great and far too painful to acknowledge. So Sana ignored it, shoving every thought of him out of her mind. Of how much stronger he'd become over the last few months, how his hair was longer, how he seemed taller than the last time she'd seen him, his muscular frame more developed-
No, bad Sana. She scolded herself for letting her mind slip. She doubted Shoto had thought such things when he'd seen her this morning, learned that they'd been placed in the same class-
Dammit! I'm doing it again!
Thankfully, Shoto was now done, Uraraka having taken his place inside the white circle. She didn't even have to throw the ball. With her gravity quirk, one touch was all it took for her to reach infinity. Midoriya was up next, then Sana.
"If Midoriya doesn't shape up soon, he's the one going home." Iida put to words what they were all thinking, worry clear in his voice.
"Huh? Of course he is. He's a Quirkless loser." the explosive blonde glared at the greenette from across the field.
"Really?" Sana exclaimed in awe.
The rest of 1-A was surprised by her genuine excitement. Ever since U.A had amended the rule about quirkless students entering the Hero Course, she'd been anticipating the day that someone without a quirk would step up and prove themselves. It wasn't power that made a hero. Endeavor was living proof of that.
"He has a Quirk." Iida insisted, his brows furrowed in confusion. "Did you not hear about what he did in the entrance exam?"
Damn, she cursed. I forgot about that.
In the circle, Midoriya readied his arm, a look of pure concentration on his face. His arm seemed to glow for a moment before he released the ball. The baseball fell to the ground seconds later, barely 40 meters away.
"Wow. That was, uh..." Sana's eyes shifted between the boy and the ball. ... extremely underwhelming, she sweat dropped. What could he have possibly done during the entrance exam to impress so many people?!
Midoriya exchanged a few words with their teacher before coming to a realization. "Ah! Those goggles. I know you! You can look at someone and cancel out their powers. The Erasure Hero. Eraser Head!"
"Eraser?" Sero scratched his head. "Who's that?"
A frog-like girl came to the rescue. "I've heard of him. I think he works on the down‐low."
Teacher and pupil spoke a little longer, none of them being able to hear exactly what the two were saying. Once Midoriya returned to his spot to try again, the class whispered amongst themselves about what they possibly might've discussed.
"I wonder if our teacher gave him some advice."
"Probably told him to start packing." The satisfaction oozing from Bakugou was troubling to say the least. It was unlikely that he enjoyed much of anything due to his prickly personality, but did he really dislike the green-haired boy so badly that he was actually rooting for him to fail?
"SMASH!" Midoriya shouted as he released the ball a second time.
The ball was launched into the air from the pressure, the speed and velocity of the ball on par with Bakugou's, though the explosive teen was too shocked by the fact that surprise—Midoriya is, in fact, not quirkless—to do anything other than gawk.
The end result? 705.3 meters.
Alright, Midoriya, Sana nodded her head in acknowledgment.
Bakugou, shaking himself out of whatever stupor he'd been in, immediately launched himself at the greenette, Aizawa being forced to restrain him with his fashionable scarf—sorry, capture weapon.
"How the hell am I supposed to follow that?" Sana muttered to herself.
"You're wasting my time now." Aizawa grumbled as the students crowded around the boy with the broken finger. "Whoever's next can step up."
That would be me, Sana sighed, stepping forward. Aizawa handed her the ball, which she reluctantly accepted. Taking her place inside the circle, Sana couldn't help but frown down at the white paint, grateful that the class—namely Bakugou—was unable see her unease. Her quirk didn't enhance any of her physical abilities besides her speed, and that stunt had burned through most of her stored energy. Thankfully, it was a bright, sunny day out, so whatever reserves she'd lost had quickly been replenished. But throwing a ball (ideally) over 705.2 meters would be a difficult task.
I don't know what to do.
She couldn't help but picture a white-and-red-haired boy in her place. Shoto would've already thrown it. Only the weak hesitate, a voice berated. But it didn't sound like her own. The voice was deeper, more masculine, like her father's telling her nothing she does will ever be good enough. Or like Enji Todoroki's, always reminding her of his son's superiority.
You're not weak, Sana grit her teeth, banishing all thoughts of her former friend. She spotted ash blonde spikes out of the corner of her eye, thought of the harsh words he'd spoken. You don't need others to help you.
"Any day now." That was her teacher's voice. Shit. How much time had she wasted already?
Sana took a deep breath in, felt the rush of her quirk flooding through her. Releasing her breath slowly, she began to run along the inner edges of the white circle, her figure a blur of pink, orange and navy blue. Gripping the softball tightly, she drew her arm back before flinging it into the air. It may not be much now, but...
Her glowing eyes followed the ball's course intently. It whistled through the air before crashing into the soft earth. The device in her teacher's hand displayed her score: 607 meters.
I'm just getting started.

hey,, what’s up friends, I bring you... a literal summary of the Yabureme story up until around war arc events. obviously this is spoilery so if you don’t want to know what happens until the relevant comic pages come out don’t expand the post! this is just for people who don’t mind spoilers. also keep in mind that this is a summary so I kind of just. word-vomited. it’s... weird? short and sweet but not in some places. a literal mess. I put 0 effort into writing good and some sections are more wordy than others because I've thought them through for longer and have them more solidified. also things are subject to CHANGE between this and the actual comic pages so read with a grain of salt. the major events are probably gonna remain the same though. things might get inserted or removed. idk. also it’s LONG I’m so sorry. enj... oy ?? ?
Aizawa has been taken. Midnight and Nezu attempt to comfort Mic; there are no leads, but the faculty have already started working schedules out to help search, which reassures him. Though he is desperate to join the search, Nezu refuses to give his blessings until he knows Mic won’t act rashly. Mic hosts the Sports Fest in an attempt to ground himself and find unity with the students.
Hidden away, Garaki has begun his work on Aizawa. The injuries are bad; though Garaki is an accomplished and varied medical professional, he can’t do what Recovery Girl can, so Aizawa is merely stabilized and the bio-engineering in later dev stages will be relied on to do the heavy lifting. Aizawa suffers 2 days and nights of infusions (one for each new quirk) and barely powers through an intense fever on the last night. The capsule is the final and longest stage to allow the quirks to take hold and the body to heal. All for One is a regular voice in the background during the entire process, though those visits stop after an incident in the capsule in which Erasure activated for a solid ten seconds and strikes everyone in the room before going inert again.
Time passes with no news. Mic is becoming frustrated and less willing to listen to reason. Classes 1-A and 1-B attend their summer camp with Vlad and various other heroes that have substituted since Aizawa’s absence. Bakugou is kidnapped by the League in an attempt to recruit. Though the topic is raised, Shigaraki refuses to do more than tease Bakugou about his missing teacher, as well as use him as a bargaining chip. We still have yet to see him since his abduction. The mission to rescue Bakugou begins.
All Might engages in combat with AFO at Kamino. His weakened form is exposed to the world and he musters up his strength for the last strike. Instead, OFA fails, and all heroes present immediately know why. Edge Shot rushes to interrupt Erasure while Endeavor attempts to reach All Might. Neither get there in time and All Might takes a blow straight through his chest. Endeavor takes over the fight against a wounded AFO and Edge Shot engages in battle with Yabureme. Edge Shot is killed and Endeavor manages to subdue AFO.
Hours after the battle ends, Kurogiri searches for Yabureme, who has not reappeared as he was meant to. He finds Yabureme badly injured and hiding after his fight with Edge Shot and warps him back to where the League has taken up to recover. Shigaraki only knew that AFO had plans for Aizawa, not that Yabureme was to be a gift for him, but Kurogiri informs him of this. Shigaraki is unimpressed considering Yabureme’s wounds after only a single fight, but he’s going through some stuff, so he has license to be a bratty child for a night. Once Kurogiri hears from Garaki, he takes Yabureme to be patched up. Later he’s returned to the League, who as a whole are unsure about what to do next now that AFO is captured.
While everyone else is appalled to hear rumors that the supposed-missing Eraser Head was present at Kamino and had a hand in assisting the villains, Mic suddenly has a new fire lit under him. He breaks away from UA and strikes out on his own, against the pleas of friends such as Midnight. He manages to track the League’s movements after much work and finally sees Yabureme for the first time… but is unable to reach or speak to him as his quirk is erased during their escape.
Class 1-A witnessed Mic depart and, with the help of other pros, manage to convince Mic to let them help in catching Yabureme. He is very resistant to putting them in danger but relents with the alliance of Midnight and Gran Torino. During a previous sighting it was noted that Yabureme’s movements slowed and stiffened the more eyes were open on his body, so a plan is hatched to surround Yabureme with as many enemy quirks as possible in order to stun him.
Yabureme is located. He’s alone, which is odd, but not wanting to miss their chance, the operation is launched. Surrounded by what he believes are hostile enemies, Yabureme opens enough eyes to erase the quirks of every student, stunning himself. A short battle ensues; Kaminari is injured but proves instrumental in the discovery of a weakness in the Nomu: that an electrical current will force all of his eyes to close and subsequentially interrupt Erasure. Mic, Gran Torino, Midnight, and Class 1-A succeed in capturing Yabureme.
Too much of a threat for any normal prison containment, Yabureme is taken to Tartarus. They learn: about the nature of his engineering, that exhaustion has nearly killed him, that unlike every other Nomu contained so far he is not a corpse, and that three quirk factors were combined to create Yabureme. Erasure and Dupli-arms (or related) are confirmed, but the third is still being investigated. Because the third quirk is still unknown, containment is at a risk and a shock collar is placed to help mitigate any attempts at escape. The students are brought in to speak to him after everyone else, including Mic and Midnight, fail to get any response out of Yabureme. Unfortunately, the students are also unable to get through to him. Their failed efforts leave them dejected. Yabureme doesn’t speak a word the entire time he is inside Tartarus.
After a few days, the third quirk is activated by an unknown trigger. Yabureme and AFO escape Tartarus with the help of Kurogiri— the timing of the pieces prove that this was orchestrated from the beginning.
In the wake of the escape, Mic is told in secrecy that Yabureme has not removed the shock collar, probably because of its failsafes. It’s been tracked, and his location is known— a new operation is underway to recapture him. Mic rushes to get there first, finding Yabureme in solitude at an abandoned building, having split ways from the League temporarily to avoid getting them tracked while he tries to find a way to remove the collar himself. Mic and Yabureme have a tender moment, or so Mic thinks… but Yabureme slyly uses Mic’s obvious obsession with him to get the hero to take the collar off. Mic falls for it and Yabureme flees.
Though it seemed to be just manipulation, this kind interaction has left the first shred of uncertainty in Yabureme. He returns to the League and resumes his role in protecting Shigaraki and the others. A long period ensues where the League and the heroes play cat and mouse, Mic returning to society in order to accept help from friends and family rather than trying to go it alone as he had before.
Day after day, Yabureme’s doubts deepen as small things burrow into his mind: things like a song on the radio, a familiar black cat, names that he’s heard before. He can’t shake the face of the hero that spoke to him gently and had something warm in his eyes. He meets Eri, but seems to be merely a moment of warmth in her life before departing. Time passes.
The League grows frustrated with Mic, considering his constant interference as troublesome and annoying. Dabi sets a trap for Mic and attempts to kill him. Without any understanding of why, Yabureme takes the worst of the trap himself. He drags an unconscious Mic away from the inferno before collapsing with horrific burns across the right side of his body. Mic wakes in time to feel Yabureme’s heart stop, and in his anguish accidentally causes it to start again with the impact of Voice against the Nomu’s chest.
Mic manages to smuggle Yabureme to a hiding spot, containing him with the only thing available: simple metal handcuffs. Recovery Girl answers his call to the secluded site warily, unhappy that she is asked to keep such a dangerous secret. She stabilizes Yabureme and begins healing some of the burns, but considering his physical deterioration and exhaustion, can’t do much in one sitting.
When the Nomu wakes, Mic and Yabureme have their first real conversation, speaking mostly about the latter and how he’s feeling, what he’s thinking, and why Dabi, his supposed ally, would harm him so badly. He also points out that Yabureme could get out of the cuffs easily, and yet, for some reason, hasn’t.
On the second day, Recovery Girl returns, but so does a second guest: All Might. He is partially wheelchair-bound, the apparent repercussions of the wounds he took at Kamino. He expresses his unhappiness with this situation: Yabureme needs to be properly contained, not hooked to a chainlink fence with fragile metal handcuffs. Mic wants his blessing but plans to keep Yabureme here at least for a short while, highlighting the fact that he’s behaving more openly now than he ever did while in Tartarus. They notice Yabureme watching them and All Might speaks to the Nomu alone. He and Recovery Girl have agreed to give Mic a few days with Yabureme until his burns have been treated, but that he will be returned to Tartarus after that— and now that the third quirk is known, escape will not be possible a second time. He shares some belief that Mic is right that there is hope for Yabureme and that if anyone deserved a path back to normal, it was Shouta Aizawa. He urges the Nomu to try his hardest to remember anything he can.
In the ensuing days, Mic spends time conversing with Yabureme. Unlike the catatonic state he was in while at Tartarus, Yabureme is nervously conversational, answering questions and asking them on his own. He admits his confusion and doubts to Mic, and Mic learns that the whole reason Yabureme was unresponsive while at Tartarus was because of the lights and the intense head pain they cause, utterly decimating his senses and thoughts. He wasn’t shutting down because of his programming or a need to be disobedient— he simply could not function in those conditions.
The morning of the intake comes. Tsukauchi and numerous officers arrive to take Yabureme into custody. Mic attempts to keep everything smooth, warning Yabureme about their arrival and making sure that there aren’t too many men appearing at once. Yabureme nearly panics anyway at the sight of firearms, but is calmed when Mic holds his hands and gives encouragement. Yabureme is taken into custody without a struggle, though he shuts down when he’s led away from Mic.
Mic apologizes to Tsukauchi for hiding Yabureme, but is forgiven considering the relative ease of the capture. The detective promises to keep Mic with Yabureme as much as possible this time around, since his presence clearly helps. He also acknowledges Mic’s request for accommodating Yabureme’s aversion to the bright lights of the prison, especially with the confidence that it might help with getting information out of the Nomu. Yabureme’s shutdown reverses some when Mic reappears in the police transport to travel with him to Tartarus.
Yabureme and Mic arrive at Tartarus and the Nomu is immediately assaulted by the lights. He’s given relief in the form of a sedative. His wounds are checked over while he’s out: it’s discovered that his right eye took far too much damage from Dabi’s flames and must be removed before the dead material causes an infection, shock, or worse. The majority of the burn scars will be permanent because of the lack of proper immediate care in a supplied burn ward. Aside from a handful of new scars and wear and tear, nothing else is noted.
Yabureme startles awake, finding himself in a Tartarus cell with Mic at his bedside. The lights are dimmed rather than blindingly bright. Mic gives him the rundown of what happened, and proudly tells him that the hardest part, getting to the start line of his recovery, was over. He is questioned for the first time the day after waking, and though he is much more responsive to interrogation compared to his last stint in Tartarus, Yabureme still shies away from answering questions that would cause the League a disadvantage… though he is clearly conflicted.
So begins Yabureme’s long road back to someone he didn’t know he used to be. Mic becomes the only foothold of stability Yabureme has, finding that his physical reassurances such as hugs and hand-holding are intensely grounding. The second time he is questioned, he holds Mic’s encouragement in his mind, and manages to talk shortly about some of the Leagues’ hideouts.
He still has doubts about all of this Shouta Aizawa stuff, but Mic works him through stories of his past gently and at a slow pace. The first bit of information that helps Yabureme see that the possibility exists of a connection between himself and this other person is a story Mic tells about Aizawa feeding cats on the street; Yabureme shyly, but excitedly, admits that he does that a lot too. After this, things begin to come more swiftly. Mic brings him his wedding ring, and Yabureme asks to hold Mic’s as well, and remembers the sensation of them clicking against one another in his hand.
With Mic’s help, and the help of a therapist that meets with him daily, more and more begins to come back. Even memories he reclaims are left blurry and dull, but once the flood gate opens, it doesn’t close, and Yabureme’s progress quickens the harder he works. When his memories begin to focus on Class 1-A, he asks to see them. Plenty is still missing, but he apologizes for the things he did to them, focusing on Kaminari and the wounds inflicted during his first capture. He wants to work for their forgiveness, but doesn’t expect it. Midoriya mentions that he seems a lot more like his old self, which fills Yabureme with a hidden relief and encouragement.
Time passes. Yabureme continues to work hard at getting back to himself, and the image of Shouta Aizawa gets more clear by the day. His old mannerisms begin returning in small amounts: rolling his eyes at stupid things Mic says, muttering about things that annoy him. When he gets a surprise visitor, both Mic and Yabureme are surprised to find Kaminari requesting advice for a hitch in his hero training. As Yabureme converses with Kaminari in an observation room, Mic and Tsukauchi watch, and both are amazed to see the clearest image of Aizawa they’ve seen since before his abduction. Mic takes the opportunity to ask about a road that leads outside of Tartarus and, though Tsukauchi doesn’t shut it down, he admits there are many concerns— specifically regarding hidden triggers that might still exist inside Yabureme’s mind. An idea is floated: bring someone in with a voice-copying quirk, and see what happens when Yabureme is faced with orders from Shigaraki or All for One.
Yabureme (Aizawa? Yabuzawa by this point?) agrees to the experiment, though he is clearly discomforted by the idea, unsure of how he mind be effected. The experiment begins. Yabuzawa is secured heavily just in case, but he is clearly determined, if nervous. The voice-copying quirk speaks in Shigaraki’s voice first, ordering him to turn his head to one side. Yabuzawa doesn’t seem to have a problem disobeying, but when the speaker doubles down and becomes hostile about his refusing to obey an order, Yabuzawa spirals and has a panic attack. All for One’s voice cuts in with an order that is obeyed immediately, and Mic is only able to snap him out of it with a slap to the face. The results are clear: Shigaraki’s orders can be ignored with enough work, but AFO’s orders seem unquestionable. Yabuzawa is frustrated by his own perceived failure in the experiment, understandably upset that despite all of the progress he’s made, they still hold some power over him.
Time passes. Yabuzawa improves with his response to Shigaraki’s voice, though still shaken after being faced with it, can do so without panicking. AFO’s orders seem unbreakable. Mic once again breaks the topic of getting him out of Tartarus, and after some debate, it’s agreed that the UA students and the hero efforts (and Yabuzawa himself) would benefit more with Aizawa back in the world. By this time the unknown of the League and AFO and the PLA have long been poisoning society’s trust in heroes; Erasure can’t be hidden away in a bunker with tensions growing by the day.
Mic is permitted to confine him to their apartment under police guard for increasingly longer periods of time, regular check-ins and evaluations, and lots of rules. Yabuzawa isn’t permitted to be alone with anyone aside from Mic, and when outside of the building must cover his neck, arms, and hands. Finally, the shock collar is back as a last resort. If you read this whole thing you’re a certified #1 Yabureme fan sorry I don’t make the rules

Dabi and Miruko Fic Idea
Ok, so I was rereading a fic (‘The poor life choices of one particular married couple’ by MarcyDarkAngel on AO3) and I had an idea where, instead of Hawks and Dabi being childhood friends, Dabi and Miruko are. So, Dabi for some reason doesn’t know Hawks is best friends with Miruko, (Hawks and Dabi are dating- but they are not childhood friends, just in love- also, they know each other’s backstories and everything now so Hawks isn’t going to betray Dabi or anything, and Hawks also now hates Endeavor) and when Hawks decides to introduce Dabi to Miruko, they have an epic reunion (you can decide how it goes down, but I want it to be awesome, hilarious, and something that represents their chaotic ass friendship; something with banter and sarcasm would be even better).
OR- they could be in the middle of a fight (Heroes- and maybe Class 1-A if you want, and the League- DabiHawks is still a thing btw) and Miruko sees Dabi (mind you, she didn’t recognize him as Touya at first because she never paid attention to him, but once she saw him in person she recognizes him immediately). Anyways, you can decide what happens once she recognizes him, I’m sure people could come up with some awesome ideas for that- but here is my idea if you want to write something similar—
Idea for plot (optional)-
so they’re on the battlefield, and Rumi sees him, and she immediately is like “Bitch. You did fucking not.” and he’s just like “What are you talking about.” Rumi’s like “Bitch. You did not fake your fucking death and never fucking text me! You could have easily texted me- and do NOT tell me that you didn’t have a phone because you could have easily fucking stolen one! And don’t you dare give me some excuse about what you look like! You think I wouldn’t be friends with a burnt chicken nugget?! I’m already friends with this bitch! He’s a cannibal so it’s not like I could do worse.” *pointing at Hawks*. Meanwhile, Hawks is standing their with his mouth hanging open. “THANK YOU! Someone finally agrees with me!” Dabi of course says because someone finally sees his side of things. “Oh don’t think you’re getting off the hook. You know what, I have the perfect idea for revenge.” “Nonononono! No-“ “Yep. I’m calling Rei.”
The End.
Alternate Idea:
Rumi spots Dabi and immediately goes “Hey, I’m lesbian!” without hesitation Dabi responds “I thought you were American!” (You can decide what happens after).

Can we have a headcannons of shinso,hawks, aizawa, and dabi finds out their female s/o (s/o has a really powerful quirk) was badly injured by an unknown villain and s/o were not going to able use her quirk anymore. By the time their s/o wake up, s/o Actually lost all of her Memories, please?
Shinsou, Hawks, Aizawa, and Dabi HCs
Warnings: Language, violence, mentions of stab wounds, sad bois
A/N: This was a trip to write! This was the first time I ever wrote for anyone other than Shinsou, so I hope I did okay! I changed it a little so the reader lost all/most of her memories in regards to her s/o because I didn’t want to go so far back as to take away absolutely everything including her memories on how to walk, talk, etc. because could you imagine how genuinely traumatic that would be? I would have no idea how to properly write about that. Also, the villain is similar to Ty Lee from Avatar: The Last Airbender. They’re able to block someone’s chi flow, and in doing so are able to take away a quirk and people’s memories. I hope this is to your liking, and thank you so much for requesting!!

shinsou hitoshi | mindjack
After graduating UA the two of you immediately became underground heroes
And of course who better to train under than Aizawa
But in all seriousness
You two were a force to be reckoned with
The mix of your insanely powerful quirk and his with his top notch physical combat skills really came in handy for catching and apprehending criminals
The only problem was that you two constantly tried to save each other
If anything went wrong
One of you guaranteed would sacrifice yourselves to save each other
And so far it hadn’t been anything too bad
A few broken bones
A couple of scars
Lots of reprimanding on both ends
But today was different
You and Shinsou were fighting a new villain
And his hand to hand combat rivaled Shinsou’s
And while they were fighting
You saw him about to strike Shinsou on the back of his neck
You being you
Jumped in the way
Instead getting whatever punch that villain was about to throw
You thought that was it
Until you felt the villain hit you a few more times
And you fell down on the ground
But hey that’s nothing
You can still defend yourself with your quirk
Obviously
But wait
Why isn’t your quirk working?
What is going on?
You keep trying to activate your quirk but literally nothing is happening
Which is not good
Especially considering the villain has his attention focused all on you now
“Hitoshi! He-”
You can’t even finish your sentence before the villain is hurting you
And they’re hurting you bad
Hitoshi catches him in his binding cloth as fast as he can
But not before the villain knocks you unconscious
The craziest thing Hitoshi noticed was that the villain knocked you unconscious with just one hit to the back of the neck
The one he tried to use on him earlier
Weird
Hitoshi keeps him trapped in his binding cloth
And is high-key glaring at this dude
“What did you do to her?!”
The villain just laughs
No response
And Hitoshi can’t help it
His anger overtook him
And next thing he knew
The bad guy was also unconscious on the ground
Oops
He runs over to you
Saying your name to see if your responsive
Which you aren’t
Which scares him
He notifies the hero agencies in the area about the villain
And waits until some of them show up before hurrying you to the hospital
Luckily you have a pulse
You’re just very beat up right now
And for some reason you weren’t using your quirk earlier
Hitoshi noticed that
He also noticed the fear in your voice when you screamed his name
That was uncharacteristic of you
Regardless he gets you to the hospital
And they take you back right away
The best healing quirks in the place get to work on you as soon as possible
All the while Hitoshi just waits
He’s absolutely terrified
He can’t lose you
You’ve been the best thing in his life since high school
There’s absolutely no way he can lose you and make it out okay
He’s notified that you’re in stable condition
But probably won’t wake up for a few days
And that when they did a scan of your brain to see if you had a concussion or brain damage
Something seemed wrong with it
Parts of your brain that should be working just weren’t
And of course that freaked him out
But he pretended like he understood everything
In front of the doctor at least
When he was in the room with you alone though?
Boy was sobbing
He was a mess
All he wanted was to turn back time and make sure none of this ever happened
He blames himself
Of course he does
He was there
And he still couldn’t save you
He stays by your side for the next multiple days
He will be there when you wake up
And every day you’re getting better
And eventually
You wake up
now he’s ecstatic when you wake up
Even though you look very confused
You’re awake
That’s the best thing ever
“Oh my god (Y/n) you had me so worried I thought you were never going to wake up again and I was just so freaked out and-”
“Shinsou? Why do you look, like… older…?”
Wait
What
Two things
You haven’t called him Shinsou in years
The last time you did was probably a few weeks into you two dating
Then you made the transfer to Hitoshi
Because you were his girlfriend
Granted you started dating your third year at UA
But you were friends for a year before that
And older?
What was that supposed to mean?
“Uh… what do you mean…?”
“You don’t look seventeen anymore… you look like… a little older? What’s going on?”
Seventeen
Did you think that he was seventeen?
What
He must have look confused
Because you started blushing
He always found it cute when he made you blush like that
Not making sense in front of him was something that you hated because he would turn it around and make fun of your for it later
But he didn’t like it right now
“(Y/n)… have we graduated UA yet…?”
“What? No… we’re in our second year… right…?”
Ouch
Big fucking ouch
You think you’re still in high school
And to make matters worse
It’s the year before you two started dating
You don’t remember anything you two have done together
At all
“Shinsou… are you crying?”
Shit
He didn’t even realize there were tears coming out of his eyes
“Uh… yeah. Um. We’re not in high school anymore. We graduated.”
He presses the call nurse button
And then a nurse and a doctor come in the room
You look at him with a confused expression as he just stares at the ground
The best parts of his life are gone from your memory
That’s what the doctor meant by parts of your brain weren’t working
And he was devastated
And maybe this had something to do with you not using your quirk during the fight
The only thing he could think about was going to the prison that villain was in
And he didn’t care what he had to do
He would get answers from him
He would find a way to fix this
He had to

aizawa shouta | eraser head
Workplace romances are such a cliché
But that didn’t stop you and Shouta
I mean how could it when he looked like that
Y’all had lowkey crushes on each other ever since you first met each other two years ago
But it escalated into something much more intense
Not that either of you were complaining
And yes
The kids did ship you two
And yes
The kids were scared of both of you
But they loved how strong and how protected they felt with both of you around
And they loved how strong and protected the two of you were over each other every time ether of you saw any danger
You were there to save him
And he was always there to save you from whatever was about to happen to you
He only didn’t make it in time the one moment it mattered the most
The League of Villains infiltrated the school again
And this time at night
When all the teachers were supposed to be sleeping
But fortunately for your students
You and Aizawa had been on edge and taking shift staying up all night to make sure they were safe
And you were awake the moment the League popped in
You immediately got to work
Easily taking down many of the villains
And in the commotion
Aizawa woke up
Along with many of the other pro-hero teachers
So everything should have been fine
That is until a new villain appeared
No one has seen this person before now
And they took no time in fighting you
You were the one who stopped all the others after all
And they were very agile
Very good at hand to hand combat
Aizawa saw what was happening and tried to rush over to assist you
But before he could get there the villain grabbed you
And hit you in multiple points of your body
Aizawa saw panic flash through your eyes as you fell to the ground
You held our your hand to use your quirk
But nothing happened
You tried again
But there was nothing
And that’s when the villain started mercilessly beating you!
Love it
And Aizawa couldn’t even help
Because another villain started going after Aizawa
Which meant he couldn’t get to you
All he could do was hear you getting hurt
And see it out of the corner of his eye while fighting off the villain
It didn’t take him long to capture the villain
But it took long enough
When he ran over to you
You were on the verge of being unconscious
And the villain hit you in the back of your neck
And a weird light thing emitted from their fingertips
And you were knocked out
The villain was about to attack Aizawa
But before they could they were pulled back into one of Kurogiri’s portals
And then they were gone
Aizawa picked you up
Wincing at how bloody, bruised, and broken you looked
Genuinely very panicked
He rushed to the infirmary
And Recovery Girl was woken up in the commotion
Waiting to heal a broken bone or two
She was not expecting to see what Aizawa brought to her
She went to work as soon as you got there, though
Healing most of your injuries
But she could just
Sense that something was wrong
Something was very unnatural about you right now
She let Aizawa know something was wrong
And he started panicking right away
What did she mean something is wrong?
What could that possibly even mean?
He found out that one of the things that meant
Was that you weren’t going to wake up for a few days
Recovery Girl would help heal you every day
Constantly trying to help you wake up
But that weird off feeling never left her
And then you woke up
And after talking with you for five minutes
She knew exactly what was wrong
And then she asked you to use your quirk
And she realized just how genuinely bad this situation you were in was
She went to Aizawa’s class
Calling him out to the hall
He was in the middle of lecturing 1-A
But he left without hesitation
“Did she wake up?”
“Yes… but-”
“But? There’s a but?”
Now Aizawa usually never interrupts Recovery Girl
But this was about you
And she knew that
So she didn’t sass him for once
“She doesn’t remember the past few years of her life.”
“…What?”
“She… she doesn’t know who you are, Aizawa.”
He’s quiet
You didn’t know who he was?
“And she still can’t use her quirk… I don’t know what that villain did to her, but she’s showing no signs in regaining anything. Besides, she didn’t even have a concussion or anything and I’ve never seen a quirk like hers just… get taken away like this.”
Aizawa still says nothing
He’s hearing everything
But he doesn’t really feel like doing anything right now
He just wants to zip himself up in his sleeping bag
I mean
He truthfully just wants to hold you
But now that you don’t know who he is?
That probably wouldn’t go well
And he is not taking it well
He goes back in his room
But he doesn’t resume the lecture
He just says that they’re going to study quietly for the rest of the day
He doesn’t care right now
Besides they do have exams coming up and knowing over half of these kids they could use some goddamn study time
But they can tell something is just wrong
Especially when he just curls up in his sleeping bag
He makes sure to face away from them so they don’t see his tears
Of course after around fifteen minutes of this
Present Mic comes in
He heard about what happened
So he told Aizawa he was there to take over his class
Aizawa left without a word
And beyond his better judgement
He went to the infirmary
He stood outside for a few minutes before Recovery Girl came to the door
“If you want to see her you can, I’m sure she’d love to know who she’s been intimate with for the past year and a half of her life.”
He nods
Making sure he doesn’t look too much like shit
Then walking in
Sure enough you’re awake
But when you look at him he doesn’t see the usual sparkle you get in your eye
And instead of the smile that screams ‘that’s my boyfriend!’
It’s just a polite smile
“Hi… I’m sorry, but do I know you?”
“Yes.”
His voice comes out quieter than he intended
It’s hard to hear that come from you
And he isn’t necessarily happy that it’s coming from you
“Oh… well, um… this is awkward but-”
“I know you don’t remember. And that’s okay. I just… wanted to see you.”
He doesn’t really want to come out and say ‘hey! you’re my girlfriend! we’re in love! i love you!’
But he knows he’ll have to
He could stay quiet
But that wouldn’t be fair to you
And he hates keeping things from you
“Oh? Would you mind telling me who you are?”
He takes a deep breath
Clearing his throat to fight back the tears threatening to start again
He won’t cry in front of you, though
He won’t let himself
He doesn’t want to make it worse for you
“I’m Aizawa Shouta, and we’ve been a couple for the past year and a half. I don’t know if I should have told you that, but honesty is just really important to me and well… I never lied to you or kept anything from you before and I’m not about to start doing that now.”
You stare at him without saying anything for what feels like forever
Until you finally speak again
“Could you… tell me about our relationship…? I have to admit, you’re a very attractive man, so… I’m willing to try if you are.”
Damn
Now he’s crying
And as much as he wants all of your memories to come back
He doesn’t care if they do
He doesn’t even care if you want to actually take him back
All he knows is that you’re never getting hurt again
No matter if it kills him
He’ll keep you safe now
No matter what

keigo takami | hawks
Keigo always worried about you
He couldn’t help it
It’s just the way he is
But no matter how much he worries he always knows that you’re strong and you can defend yourself
I mean, you were one of the best pro-heroes in the field
And yes
He did constantly brag about how you were amazing
He just preferred when you were amazing with him
That way he can assist in making sure you are okay
And in his worrying he may sometimes fly around where you’re patrolling just to check in
He also just misses seeing your face sometimes
Someone is whipped
But yeah he was flying around where you were on patrol today
Just looking to see you and maybe swoop down and annoy you for a bit
But for some reason he can’t??? seem???? to find you????
And now he was concerned and alert
It’s very unlike you to not be where you’re supposed to be
You’re very passionate about helping people after all
He circles keeps flying around until he spots on of your sidekicks
Who admittedly looks very stressed
He lands next to them
Scaring the shit out of them in the process
“Hey kid, any idea where (Y/n) might be? Haven’t seen her and I circled this area like seven times.”
Your sidekick doesn’t say anything for a second
Because they’re thinking of how to phrase what happened
And that extra moment of silence just proved to Keigo that something was definitely wrong
“Where is (Y/n)?”
Keigo’s fun loving demeanor everyone loves s completely gone
He looks very serious
It’s only to cover how scared he is though
Doesn’t mean your sidekick isn’t intimidated
“We were all fighting this villain who made their first appearance today and uh… they kind sorta maybe did something that may have taken away (Y’n)’s quirk and then they kinda ‘made an example of her’ and now she’s in the hospital…”
Keigo immediately takes off for the hospital
He doesn’t even say anything else to your poor sidekick who now thinks Hawks is going to hate them for not helping you
When his phone was constantly buzzing he just assumed it was the Hero Commission getting on his ass for posting that picture of you and him kissing on instagram
So he just let it buzz
He never even looked at his screen
Until now of course
And just as he expected
All the buzzing?
Actually missed calls from you
If he would have checked, then maybe you wouldn’t be hurt
He’s at the hospital in like
Five seconds flat
Don’t underestimate his already speedy self when it comes to you
He hurries in and sees another one of your sidekicks about to leave
“Where is she?”
Your other sidekick points in the direction, telling him your room
He’s about to sprint there when suddenly your other sidekick stops him
“Hawks, I just need to warn you. It’s… pretty bad. Not only did the villain beat her within an inch of her life but she wasn’t able to use her quirk at all after he did this weird hitting pattern thing. She’s probably not going to wake up for some time.”
Keigo just stares at them
And they hurry away
Which causes him to deadass RUN to your hospital room
Sure enough you’re lying there
Lots of machines hooked up to you
He expected it to be bad
But he didn’t expect it to be this bad
He hurries over to you
Grabbing a random chair and sliding it so he could be at your bedside
And he carefully grabs your hand
He doesn’t realize he’s crying until he tastes his tears
He could have prevented this
If he would have just come to see you a little bit earlier
If he would have just checked his phone
This is how he feels about the entire situation for the rest of his life
Especially for the two weeks you were unconscious in a hospital bed
Luckily, you were a graduate from UA and when Recovery Girl heard what happened she began helping your healing process
It definitely sped up your recovery a lot
And Keigo was very grateful
He just wanted to talk to you again
Maybe even hug him if he weren’t in deep shit for unintentionally ignoring your calls
So imagine how sad he got when he came to the hospital after his patrol (like he did every day) only to find out you woke up without him being there
Bird boi did a big sad
But he was anxious to finally talk to you again
At this point he would be genuinely happy if you started yelling at him
He missed you 🥺
He made his way to your room
Nervous but excited to see you again
When suddenly
A doctor stops him
“Oh, it’s okay! I’m her boyfriend, I’ve been coming here every-”
“I know. I just need to prepare you for what you’re about to see. Something that that villain did cut off her connection to the part of her brain that has the knowledge and information of her quirk, meaning she has no recollection on how to access it. Now she remembers having a quirk, and not being able or knowing how to use it has been very upsetting for her... how long have you two been together?”
“One year.”
“How long have you known her?”
“We met two and a half years ago when she first became a pro... why?”
Keigo isn’t stupid
He has an idea why the doctor is asking this
But he doesn’t want it to be true
“The villain also cut the connection of her brain that consists of her long term memory. Fortunately, it didn’t make her forget too much...”
Oh thank god, for a second Keigo though that you wouldn’t remem-
“Just the past two years... but I’m sure she’ll still be happy to see you.”
Keigo stares at the doctor with a blank face
The past two years?
That means that you’ll barely know him
Yeah you guys got along before you started dating
Obviously you were friends
Keigo doesn’t trust easily so entering a real relationship with someone he just met is a no go
But this means that so much of what you two have is just
Gone
“Uh... Hawks?”
The doctor is looking down at his arm to which Keigo follows the gaze
Somewhere in his thoughts he latched onto this man’s arm
To be fair he was doing everything in his power to have a mental break right then and there
He let go
“Sorry. I... can I still see her?”
“Yes, just try not to confuse her, please?”
Hawks nods
He walks in the room and sees you sitting up
You’re gazing out the window when you turn your head to look at him
The shock is evident in your face
“Hawks? What are you doing here?”
Two years was before you knew his real name
Ouch
“Thought you could use the company. After all, not many heroes get attacked by an unknown villain and survive.”
“Did Miruko set you up to this? Really, it’s okay, you don’t need to-“
“I’ve had my fair share of close calls, dove, but... I never had to go what you’re going through, and I need to be here to help. Helping people is what I do, after all.”
He sees a small smile break out across your face
“Thank you.”
The two of you talk for a few hours
He catches you up on everything he can
But he can’t bring himself to let you know about your relationship
Or maybe he just can’t say out-loud that you don’t remember who he really is
Maybe it would just hurt too much
Regardless, he has to leave eventually
And when he does he makes it a point to find out who this villain was that just uprooted yours and his lives
And he knows just the person to ask
Tumblr media
todoroki touya | dabi
Heroes destroy everything
That’s what Dabi has always thought
And he’s not about to change his mind any time soon
Especially after what happened to you
He normally doesn’t get attached to people
But your annoying ass somehow managed to cling to him
And after about six months he didn’t mind it
He actually really enjoyed it
Not that he’d ever tell you just how much he enjoyed it
But you were the first and only person he’s even let near the real him
So even though he’s a little shit who pretends he doesn’t care about anything
When it comes to you
It’s very obvious just how much he gives a fuck
Which is why the series of events that happened to you absolutely destroyed him
It was just a normal day like any other
He was at the hideout while you and a few others were on a mission for the League
Now was he okay with you going on this mission without him?
Not necessarily
But it turns out that’s what happened anyways
To be fair Dabi did go a little too hard on his last mission and he’s still recovering
But he was still pissed he couldn’t go
Regardless, Dabi was waiting for you and the rest of the League to come back
Casually sitting on the couch
Smoking a cigarette in solitude
When suddenly
The rest of the League burst through one of Kurogiri’s portals
And to say they were frantic was an understatement
Dabi looks over
His usual uninterested expression present on his face
Until he sees who Magne is carrying
Spoiler: it’s you
And you’re unconscious
And you lowkey look dead
And that is the reason his cigarette literally bursts into flames
He’s snatching you from Magne before any of the other villains even have the chance to start speaking
“What the fuck happened.”
He doesn’t necessarily ask
He more demands to know
Shigaraki walks past him, obviously annoyed because he’s scratching at his neck again
“There’s a new Underground Hero after us.”
“Don’t you fucking walk away from me right now, why does my girlfriend look fucking dead you fucking-“
“She threw herself at the hero because unlike you, she somewhat understands that me ending up like how she is right now would put an end to this entire thing.”
Dabi glares at Shigaraki
So the reason the only person he’s ever trusted in this world is severely injured is Shigaraki
“Why wouldn’t you-”
“She’s faster than me. Or she was. Whatever the hero did took away her quirk. That’s why she’s like that. Now leave me alone, I need to reevaluate everything now because of this little incident…”
Shigaraki starts muttering as he walks to his room
Dabi glares at the others before taking you into his room
He lays you on his bed and assesses you for injuries
He isn’t the best at treating things
But the deep cuts where it seems like you could bleed out at any second?
He can help with those
You’re probably going to kill him for the scars, though
He doesn’t really have time to think about that though considering you’re dying on him
He immediately begins cauterizing your wounds
For like the first time ever the familiar scent of burnt flesh makes him frown
But it’s only because he knows that it’s your flesh that’s burning
He carefully removes your destroyed villain costume
Placing you in one of his hoodies
Specifically the one he knows you love
Even though he barely lets you wear it because he knows you love it and he loves to piss you off
You always say it smells like him and you like it
Which he doesn’t really understand because he doesn’t wear cologne and he’s pretty sure he reeks of cigarettes, burning flesh, and alcohol
But you say there’s a comforting kind of campfire smell mixed in there too
Plus, he wears deodorant so there’s that smell too
He figures you’ll appreciate it when you wake up
If you wake up
He begins bandaging you up
He’s very careful to clean everything to ensure nothing becomes infected
Of course he’s just recalling what you do for him from memory
He’s hoping he’s doing well
After he finishes all that, he checks to see if you have any broken bones
Much to his relief, it doesn’t seem like it
Just a lot of bruises in random places
And y’know
Several severe puncture wounds
At least none of them were in lethal places
Damn heroes and their ways of not killing unless absolutely necessary
Just severely injuring
It’s obvious that that hero was trying to prove a point in hurting you like this
But how did he even manage to get you?
You’re usually so quick in fights because your quirk
Oh
Yeah
Shigaraki said something about your quirk being gone or something?
Dabi is sure it’s only for a day
Maybe two
It’s not for good...
Right...?
He sighs, getting into his bed with you
He gently pulls you against him
He wants you to know you’re safe when you wake up
As safe as you can be in a bar full of villains and with one of the most dangerous and angry ones holding you in his arms of course
He also just wants to know that you’re here
And you’re okay
Because you have to be okay
He glances at the clock in his room
And sees that it’s late
He should sleep
Key word should
But he’s a little preoccupied in his mind going through the ways he’s going to torture and kill whoever did this to you
And this goes on for a week
He doesn’t sleep
He barely eats
He spends all his time with you
Anyone who gives him shit gets a new burn mark on them
Sorry not sorry Twice
He makes sure to change your bandages and check in on your every day
Which is very unlike him
And he knows it
And honestly he hates it
But you’re special to him
And even though he’s a heartless piece of shit who loves to make fun of you and pretend like he doesn’t care
He does
He really does
So imagine how happy he feels when one day he’s holding you
Like he always does
And then you twitch
He immediately sits up, staring down at you
And sure enough, you open your eyes
He can’t hide the small smile that spreads across his face
“Looks like someone’s lazy ass decided it was time to finally wake up.”
He expects to hear one of your sarcastic quips about how you were just brutally beat and how you don’t need his snarky comments at a time like this
But you just stare at him
And you look... confused?
“What’s wrong, doll?”
His voice changes from sarcastic to concerned
Why were you being quiet?
You were never quiet with him
“I’m sorry it’s just... who are you?”
He genuinely feels like his heart stops beating
That’s not a cute thing to do to him
“Very funny, (Y/n). Can you see how amused I am? How much I’m laughing at this shitty attempt of a joke.”
“I’m being serious, asshole. Who the fuck are you, where the fuck am I, and why does everything hurt so much?”
He freezes
“You really don’t remember me...?”
“Should I?”
“Considering I’m your fucking boyfriend, yeah. You should.”
“Oh. Well, sorry. No idea who you are. Don’t even know your name and, wait boyfriend? I have a boyfriend?”
Okay this is officially not a joke now
He tries to get what happened out of you
But, as he expected, you have no idea
He clenches his fist
A flame appearing
“Woah there, hotshot, calm down. You’re still sexy as hell even if I can’t remember you, so you have a good chance with me again. Just... tell me where I am? What’s going on? Your name...? Why the eerie smell of deaht mixed with a campfire is actually very soothing to me right now?”
He tells you everything
And that campfire comment low-key made his heart swell because awwww his little crazy doll is just genuinely crazy and enjoys the smell without even knowing it’s his how sweet 🥺
But he has to ask Toga for help to explain what happened to you
And he realizes that wow
If your memory is gone then your quirk is probably definitely gone too
He leaves you with Toga so she can tell you all about how good of friends you two are
And goes to Shigaraki’s room
He doesn’t even knock before entering but before Shigaraki can scream at him Dabi asks a simple question
“Where can I find this new hero?”

Bakugou Katsuki is not as bad as he seems.
Okay, fine. That's a lie. Bakugou is a loud and obnoxious asshole with little to no character development and will snap at anyone who breathes on him the wrong way.
Now that that's out of the way, let's move on to why he's like that.
You all know what PTSD is, yeah? If not, it stands for "Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder". It's something that causes panic attacks, unnecessary aggression, trust issues, nightmares, anxiety, depression, and more. People will develop it after a traumatic experience. It takes years of therapy to recover... actually, most people never recover from it.
Fun fact: Katsuki canonically has PTSD. It's confirmed, and you know what? After everything he's been through, it's not much of a surprise. He's been through one tragedy after another and never seems to get a break.
When we first met Bakugou Mitsuki (Katsuki's mother) in chapter #96, we instantly realized how aggressive she was. I mean come on! She talked smack right in front of him and his teachers- in front of All Might who she knew her son was very fond of. Katsuki may be irritable, but to have your own mother backhand you in front of your own role model is a little much.
Tumblr media
Later on in chapter #165 during the Provisual License Exams, we get a little more information that only points towards more abuse- and this time it's not so verbal.
Most people paid no real attention nor gave it a second thought in these panels, but remember when Katsuki suggested to use violence against the kids? Of course, you'd look at it and wave it off as "normal Bakugou behavior", but what he says next took me by surprise:
Tumblr media
That's right. He was raised that way.
Which means either Mitsuki or Masaru (or both) had struck him in some way multiple times as he was growing up, and I doubt it was Masaru.
"Spoiled" my ass. He might have a strong quirk, but people don't turn into little monsters just by being praised. It'll definely boost his confidence, but not dramatically. This could also explain his aggression toward Midoriya. He realized how helpless he was and had power over someone else for once. But that's just a theory.
Okay, let's fast forward a bit. He's finishing up his third year of Middle School and is preparing for the UA entrance exams. He's pushed away his childhood friend to follow his own dreams and tells him to jump off the roof.
Tumblr media
Literally.
And then he walks out the door only to regret it much, much, muuuch later in the series- y'know. The "character development" I was talking about.
Next time we see him though, he gets what he deserves.
One panel he's tramping through an alley with his friends, and the next, he's being swallowed alive by the most perverted-looking slime monster I've ever laid my eyes on.
Tumblr media
While Izuku's dreams are being crushed by his own hero, Katsuki is fighting for his life in the middle of town. He's struggling, but all he could do was look back at all the dozens of fearful eyes...
Right there. Right now. Look at him:
Tumblr media
He's terrified. He's humiliated and afraid and hurt and despite all of the heroes that were there, none of them had even attempted to save him.
And this is where it really starts. This is where it all begins. Next thing we know, Izuku's running straight for him... The boy Katsuki's bullied almost all of his life is risking his own in order to save him.
You know the story from there; All Might trains Izuku to withhold his power, they get accepted into UA, and then comes the Sports Festival.
Katsuki's already made up his mind: he's gonna win. He's willing to give everything he has to show the country what he's made of, and this may be his only chance to make up for the mishap several months ago. And Monoma, being a professional at making things worse by opening his mouth, rubs salt in the wound.
Tumblr media
It was pretty easy to predict Katsuki's reaction: pissed off and more than ready to prove him wrong. He does, but it cost him his "first place" during the Calvary Battle. But that's okay 'cuz it's not over yet!
Welcome to the next and last stage of the festival: The Battle Tournament, where all the kids get to beat the shit out of each other until only one remains.
Turns out, Katsuki does win. It was a foolproof plan: get Todoroki to go all out on him so he can make a final impression before the end of the day. But it was obvious that Shouto was still unsure of himself, so Katsuki did what he did best:
He had to piss him off.
But instead of getting angry and bursting into flames like he had planned, Shouto threw away the battle at the last second, and everything Katsuki had worked for with it.
No shit he's gonna be upset! He worked his ass off to get where he was, and the whole point was to leave himself a footprint! His entire life had been dedicated to that moment, and it faded away right in front of him.
Midnight put him to sleep and he woke up and threw a temper tantrum.
Now this is was UA did wrong:
Tumblr media
Why would you do that?! They were all aware of what happened to him only a few months ago, he obviously hasn't properly recovered from it, and they restrain him in front of thousands of people. They cover his mouth and gag him, lock his hands in a tiny metal box and expect him not to go insane. Helloooo?! Wake up! He's just a kid!
Several months go by and now it's time for camp. Katsuki is tired. They all are. It's been a long day of training and training and training, and suddenly villains come out of nowhere, and nobody is prepared. And who shows up? The League of Villains, and they're after certain students...
Tokoyami escapes safely, but Katsuki isn't so lucky.
Tumblr media
Just think about that for a second. When we see Shigaraki holding a picture of him, it's the one where UA tied him up. He knows what this child has gone through and he pities him. To be honest, I think the LoV treated him much better than anyone ever has (except maybe Kirishima). They're hesitant, but they treat him with kindness. They didn't just want him for his quirk. They saw what the heroes did to him and wanted to help him get the revenge he deserved.
But when All Might showed up (more like "burst through the wall like the Cool Aid man"), Katsuki is instantly teleported in the strangest way possible... and the most traumatizing.
He chokes out this weird slime-like substance that devours him within seconds. Thankfully it only last that long, but then again, the Sludge Incident, remember?
Yeah, bet that brings back some memories.
But what must have hurt him the most was All Might's downfall and early retirement. He said it himself:
Tumblr media
After several chapters, he finally burst. He's been holding all the pain inside of him until it bubbled over and he couldn't take it anymore. So he went to the only person he could- the person he hated and yet trusted the most.
Maybe the Class 1A concert helped him in a way. It seemed like it brought him down and maybe even relaxed him a little. And something incredible happens. Something we haven't seen from him at all until now...
(From here, I'll try to keep it short to avoid as many manga spoilers as I can. That and I'm tired...)
He began to change; started to support Izuku... in his own twisted way, of course. As chapters went by, he started to open up little by little. He admitted what he had done to Izuku in middle school to All Might, which had brought him some peace of mind. It wasn't quite the apology we had hoped for, but I guess it'll do.
And during the war, he made the greatest sacrifice, finally unlocking his quirk's full potential. Despite being unable to move, he used his quirk to throw himself in front of Izuku without thinking, taking a blow to his stomach. To his stomach.
Tumblr media
He was impaled.
Holy shit.
Last time someone had been impaled was Nighteye, and he died from his wounds.
But Katsuki somehow managed to survive... And woke up ready to beat Izuku's ass if he didn't wake up.
Anyway, that's all I have to say (so far). However, I'm excited for Season 5 of the anime series! Can't wait to see our new story animated! I mean, I've been watching the episodes as they come out, but still.

02.
everything has changed (whether we like it or not)
When did everything change?
That was an easy question to answer, really. But there was more to it.
Everything could go back to the time Bakugouu first discovered his quirk in kindergarten, he had just turned 5, during playtime, he playfully shoved you before you felt force, heat – an explosion, before faceplanting to the ground.
Little Izuku ran towards you, helping you off your feet. Meeting the panicked look in your best friend’s eyes, you turned back to the blond, staring at his palms in awe, at the little explosions emitting off his sweat.
Funny enough, whenever he sweats, it was always sweet-smelling, never foul or salty.
“Uwah, amazing quirk, Katsuk!” your teacher said, kneeling down to give your best friend an appraising look.
Carmine eyes looked up from his palm, tiny explosives going off excitedly.
“Cool! His quirk’s so cool!”
“It’s so radical, just like him!”
Beside you, Izuku’s eyes sparkled with excitement, happy for your best friend for finally manifesting his own quirk.
“Kacchan’s amazing!”
Discovering your quirk at such a young age, especially with an amazing quirk, should be exciting. However, the look in Katsuki’s carmine eyes was scaring you.
The more he was praised for his quirk, the more his explosions went off, the more the gleam in his eyes was scaring you.
Who is…? What is this?
“Ah, I see. I’m just awesome, and everyone else isn’t!”
Later that day, a small burnt mark was found at the back of your neck. A tell-tale reminder of what’s to come.
And then, Izuku found out that he was quirkless.
It was supposed to be a secret between the three of you, but somehow, everyone caught wind of it and began avoiding Izuku, lest they get caught with his ‘quirkless’ germs. Because you were with him a lot, not showing signs of quirk, kids easily assumed that the quirkless germs were true.
Was that when things changed?
After kindergarten, Katsuki found himself a new set of friends, those who weren’t quirkless like you and Izuku, friends who had cool quirks that could considerably pass up to his.
Since discovering his quirk, not only did it fuel his ego, but it also put a strain on your once impenetrable and inseparable friendship.
Now, he was more bent on being the best of the best, together with his amazing quirk that’ll surely bring him there no problem.
Everyone else were just beneath him, not worth his time, effort, or breath. Especially Deku – how you detested that nickname, so full of malice, disgust, and mockery – everything Izuku didn’t deserve, especially from his once best friend.
Since then, he’s deserted the two of you.
You didn’t care, you had Izuku.
Fuck Bakugou and his new quirk, ambition, and shittiness.
You didn’t need him anyway.
Tumblr media
From: Izuku
To: (Name)
(Nickname)! I’m doing well. Just having lunch with my classmates right now!
[image.txt]
Tapping the photo, you could see Izuku smiling at the camera with a few friends in the shot – the brown-haired girl, Uraraka Ochako, the bespectacled boy, Iida Tenya, and the quiet boy, too busy eating his soba, Todoroki Shouto. It made you smile in return, having your own lunch as of texting.
To: Izuku
From: (Name)
You better eat up, then. You hear me?
Also, stop being so reckless and take care, okay?
Right after the events at UA – the whole League of Villains intercepting the school, Izuku was, more than ever, always brought to the clinic. And you, being one of his immediate contacts (next to his mom), would rush over just to check on him, fighting a tooth and nail just to be with him. And time and time again, Izuku would give you an apologetic smile, matched with his unyielding assuring words, kind eyes, and warm hug.
The only thing you ever hated about Izuku is his recklessness, wrought by his strong sense of justice.
Having enough of everything he’s been through, it was only fair that he revealed something to you, something to explain a bit of him getting accepted at one of the most prestigious schools in Japan while bearing an almost enduring and testy quirk, a secret he knew he could only entrust to you because you were one of the few people Izuku trusted more than anything in the world – his quirk was not his, but it was passed down to him by All Might.
The revelation was shocking to you, especially because it was tied along with so many other factors you couldn’t begin to fathom. But with enough explanation, eventually, everything seemed to tie together and make better sense.
Although worried about his well-being, once again, Izuku was quick to assure you that he was working his best to make everyone – not just his idol, All Might – proud and safe. That was more than enough for you.
Still, it was such a big secret to bear. But, obviously, he trusted you, because you were his best friend.
Well, you and that other guy, for some reason.
"(Name)-san, you're going to snap that broom in half!" your co-worker called out.
Loosening your hold, you inspected the wood, glad to see that it was still intact. It was still three minutes past four, you realize, just a few minutes before dusk.
Sighing, you turned to your co-worker with an apologetic smile. "Sorry, Otoha, just got something on my mind."
Izuku did tell Bakugouu his secret in a roundabout way, the blond would at least catch on to that, being a smart asshole. You just couldn’t wrap your head at the idea of having to entrust him Izuku’s big secret.
The younger girl tilts her head to the side, in thought, as she stares at you. "Are you sure? You seem to be out of it since this morning."
"Yeah, I am. Promise."
Right after revealing his secret, Izuku had planned to have you and the famed Symbol of Peace meet – to assure both parties. But you declined, knowing how busy hero work was.
(Also, to be in his presence would be something. You couldn’t deal with that. Izuku going a mile about how amazing he was made up for it.)
However, with the newfound information given to you, it was almost too much to bear. It was amazing to hear how Izuku was adjusting to his new life, working his hardest, granted that he earned it all. Guilt gnawed your insides, realizing that you were doing him a disservice at the same time, as you had your own secret you weren't telling your best friend.
Exhaling through your nose, you walked around back, to return the cleaning supplies, missing the group of people entering the cafe, hearing only the cheery greetings from Otoha and your other co-workers.
Tumblr media
05:51 pm.
The café was in full bloom, packed with students from various schools filling all the seats. You’d spot some of your regular customers, most don’t stay long whilst stop just drop by for a coffee fix before they’re off.
From the far corner, a small group of students you could only guess were from UA, judging from their uniform, were making quite a ruckus.
Thankfully, there was enough staff that day.
Still, working was taxing!
Off to handle drinks, you kept the newbies by your side, promptly teaching them how to mix orders, which cups to use for which drinks, the amount of syrup, etcetera before they finished up for you and you were left to prepare another order. Like clockwork, they’d be back by your side for another order, and the process would start all over again.
Seeing as how well they were doing, you decided to leave them to make their own drinks as you worked on your own. Coming up to serve at the bar, readying your smile, your expression froze as you were met with the last person you wanted to see.
"The fuck-"
Not letting him finish, you forced the smile on back before practically shoving the drink into his hands, uncaring that it almost spilled over.
“Oi-“
"Enjoy your drinks, sir!"
Otoha, your young, sweet, co-worker, saw the whole thing, flinched at your gesture, warily watching you turn your back to help fix other orders without another bat towards the blond who just stared. Discreetly walking over, to fix her own order, she whispers, "(Name)-san, do you know him-"
"No."
"Are you sure-"
"Yes."
"But-"
"Otoha," turning to her with a pained smile, you reply. "I've never seen him before in my life. Okay?"
Feeling a shiver run down her spine, the younger girl slowly, nervously nodded. "O-Okay..."
“Bakugou my man, are you alright?”
“…”
“That girl looked really pissed at you, do you know her?”
"..."
“Is she an ex-girlfriend? Is that why she was so angry?”
"..."
“Yeah! And you’ve been wanting to head to this café for a while now.”
"..."
“I must admit, she’s kinda cute- “
“I will end you, dunce face.”
Tumblr media
09:08 pm
Ever since she applied, you had taken Otoha under your wing and she all but admired you after your first meeting. You both lived in the same area, so you’d take it upon yourself to walk her home, not trusting a young teen like her to walk alone, especially when evil abounded. Also, she was quirkless.
That night, you were walking along the quiet streets, hands in your pockets as Otoha hummed under her breath. You stopped, ears picking up on footsteps – two, no three people were trailing after you. Gently taking the girl by the arm, you led her to another route, to a busier area, hoping to lose them.
Otoha was too gung-ho about her surroundings to understand your predicament, which was probably for the best. Still, you could feel them behind you.
Exiting the busy lane, the two of you crossed the street, turned a corner, into an empty square. Just as you walked in, so did they – three guys in godawful flashy clothes.
Scared, the younger girl hid behind you and you took a step forward, shielding her from their lecherous gaze.
“Can we help you?”
One of them laughed, some pansy in ridiculous SUPRA outfit waltzed towards you.
“Oh no, no, no, can we help you, young misses?”
You had to roll your eyes at that.
“Well, let’s see, it’s late at night,” he drawled, flashing gold in his teeth “two girls are out walking out,” his two companions chuckled “dangerous is it not?”
Your expression remained, betraying nothing. The pansy decided to talk some more, probably on some shit about chivalry.
“And well, we gentlemen thought it would be just right to walk you girls home!” And there it was. “It’s dangerous for little girls to be out so late.”
And he was right.
“Otoha,” you whispered, as he continued to babble. “take this alleyway,” to gesture with a quick tilt of your head, something the guys didn’t notice. “go straight then turn to your first left, you’ll be safe then.”
“E-Eh? How about you?”
Smiling, you met her gaze. “I’ll be fine.”
“…So, little girls, what’s it gonna be?”
Crossing your arms, you sighed. “Well, you guys do have a point…”
They smile amongst themselves, rather smugly.
“But” taking Otoha’s hand, you tugged her towards the alleyway, pushing her with all you have onto her shoulders. “I don’t trust fuckers who look like they belong to the world’s worst dance troupe that easily!”
The younger girl took this as her cue, albeit slightly confused, but fuelled by panic to run for it.
Loosening your bag, you allow it fall off your shoulders, before it hit the ground, and just as his goons were about to touch a hide of Otoha’s hair, you were before him, eyes ablaze with a ferocious, eerily calm expression on your face, before kicking him away from the young girl.
The force of the kick sends him rolling on the dirt before he’s out cold. One down, exhaling and you fell into a stance, eyes yellow like the moon above you.
Bracing yourself for the next assault, your ears picked up something clinking – a weapon? Ah, knuckle braces which circle his entire fists. Ah, his quirk.
Beside him, his other companion put on his glasses, his godawful flashy clothes engulfing him like an armored suit.
Always gotta be ballsy.
The lights flicker above you; you didn’t move from your spot nor did you deter from their sneers.
“You’ll wish you came willingly like a good girl!” screamed armored flashy guy. Fists hammered against each other and the two were dashing towards you.
Despite being outnumbered, adrenaline rushed through your veins, reeling with excitement as you messed with them, toying at every chance you got.
Dodging a fist thrown your way, eyes caught on the armored flashy guy you easily swung low, aiming for his legs, playing a dangerous tango against two. Sweeping low, you managed to just barely block the kick thrown your way, using the awkward push back, forcing the weight unto your back before swiftly kicking him back.
Once knocked out, you focused on fists, quick to press your body flat against the ground to dodge a measly kick, before lifting your body ever so slightly to deliver a kick to the back of his head, slamming painfully to the ground. Two down.
The light above burst, glass flying everywhere as the armored flashy guy smugly laughed to himself. “Now look what you did, little girl. It’s night out~ A dangerous time for little girls like you~” putting on his shades, which were actually night vision goggles, he walked towards the unsuspecting girl. “And I have to take good care of good girls like you~”
Without turning, you grabbed the hand that reached for your head.
“Eh?”
You could hear the thump of his heart, the hitch of his breath, his muscles moving – it was satisfying to know how much he underestimated you.
“What was it you said again,” came your voice, smooth and calm. “you’d take care of a little girl like me?”
Clenching your hand in his, you heard a crack, he screamed in pain, falling to his knees with one hand in the air.
Head turning, he flinched at the sight of you – eyes once were (e/c) gleamed a dangerous yellow, maybe not like the moon, but of a creature of the moon, a dangerous smirk playing on your lips.
“You’re right, it is dangerous to be out this late at night.”
Faster than the eye can see, you elbow him in the face, hearing a satisfying crack, before tossing him away from you.
Exhaling, you felt your nerves come to a calm. Yellow eyes took in your surroundings, ensuring that they didn’t have any more accomplices.
Three bodies, down and unconscious. You were good. With the help of your heightened senses, you found that Otoha had just fled to safety and that there was an unwanted presence behind you, smelling like burnt sugar and spicy cinnamon.
“Can I help you,” without looking his way, you turned to grab your bag from the ground “Bakugou Katsuki?”
Having seen the whole thing, he was rendered speechless, voice caught in his throat. “(N-Name)…” was all he managed to say, clearly shocked at the new discovery. "Oi, oi, oi, what the fuck? Y-You…you had a quirk all along?"
Exhaling through your nose, quite angrily, you nodded. "Yes."
Even without looking his way, you could tell his expression had changed – feel his heart thump slowly, hear the hitch in his throat – completely seething that he was lied to, kept in the dark.
You barely flinched when he grabbed you by the shoulder, rather forcingly. "Then why the fuck didn't you-"
"Tell you? Oh please, don't give me that bull that you wanted to know." Pushing him away, you didn't mind the pain in your abdomen, choosing to distance from him. "It was enough knowing that you thought having a quirk made you the king of the world and those who didn't were peasants. In layman's term, it wouldn't change a damn thing."
Carmine eyes remained on you, wide, heated, for once not filled with anger, but of confusion. "What's that supposed to mean?"
"Nothing." You sighed, tiredly this time, massaging the bridge of your nose.
"No, tell me."
"What good would it do you?"
"I just want to know."
Scoffing, you shook your head, running a hand through your hair. "Your chances were used up; you have no fucking right now."
And with that, you left.

Despite being quirkless, Izuku managed to make up what he lacked with the help of keen observation that was powered by his fascination with quirks. Thus, began his ‘Hero Analysis’ notebooks, in which he’d list down hero after hero, their amazing feats, quirks, abilities, possibilities, theories – basically, a Wikipedia page. In addition, Izuku was stronger than he looked, especially because he had a heart of gold and a strong sense of justice.
You, on the other hand, could care less about quirks. They were something to behold, true, but that doesn’t change the fact that you’re still human just with an added bonus, that’s it.
For the longest time, you withheld the one secret you could never have the heart to tell your best friend – you had a quirk of your own. It wasn't an impressive quirk, but it wasn't a bad one either.
Your quirk was called ‘The Night One’ - having heightened senses, agility, and strength but only at night. Most of your abilities were likened to those of nocturnal animals. When activated, your eyes would turn golden yellow. As the quirk made you active at night, obviously, and making you a bit of an insomniac, its drawback was that it made you restless during morning time.
The Yoruichi family came from a long line of martial artists, all of which mastered every martial art known to man. Before you were 10, you'd mastered it all.
Your family was more of an anti-hero, which is why they chose to lay low and pretend they were normal quirkless folks. It was easier to hide in plain sight, after all. The family had a reputation in the underground business, especially for stealth and espionage work.
Eraserhead was a family friend, he was basically your uncle growing up. He was also your idol.
Your quirk first appeared when you got your first period, which was normal for a female in your family. Not only was it terrifying experience, but you didn’t really care much for it, especially since you just wanted to live a normal life free from the expectations of society and the weight of it.
The thought of heroes and quirks made you skeptic, to say the least. And it was thanks to a certain blond.
However, your parents were more than understanding with your views – however jaded they were, assuring you that it wasn’t all bad.
“But since you’re doing this for Izuku’s sake, I don’t see why not.” Your father had said, patting your head gently.
“He’s my best friend,” 7-year old you were quick to say, cheeks puffing.
“Yes, yes, we know. We all know who you’re really setting your eyes for.” Your grandfather said teasingly, causing your cheeks to burn, sticking your tongue out to him.
Laughter left your parents’ lips, your grandfather included. Gently, your mother took you in her arms, smiling kindly at you. “But, (Name), what you’re doing is quite noble. You may not like what I’m about to say, but what you’re doing is a mark of a hero – putting others before yourself.”
“Still, we’re going to work you to the bone in the Yoruichi fashion!”
Both your parents turned sullenly to your grandfather, clearly displeased.
“Father, please.”
“You ruined the moment, old man.”

So, when did everything change?
Was it the time Izuku and you were paired more often during class? Katsuki had plenty of friends anyway. He didn’t seem to mind, stating that it was better than being exposed to quirkless germs.
Was it when Izuku and you would still tagalong to play? In the end, Katsuki would leave you in the middle of a game with his new friends.
Or was it the time Katsuki fell off that log?
You could remember it, clear as day, you and bunch of other kids tagged along to play in the forest, Katsuki leading the charge as always, you and Izuku in the last. The lot of you found yourselves with a log that connected the two cliffs together, but Katsuki just walked on, the rest followed. Halfway through, he slipped on the mossy part of the log before falling into the water.
“KATSUKI!/KACCHAN!” both you and Izuku screamed in unison, scurrying down to help him.
While the rest of your friends called out, watching, the two of you were waddling knee-deep into the water towards your best friend.
“Kacchan,” Izuku’s small voice called. “are you okay? Can you stand?”
Yes, you remember it well. The look in his eyes when Izuku offered his hand, offered him refuge and help. You were next to Izuku, unsure of the tense situation at that single moment.
And what did Katsuki do?
He slapped Izuku’s hand away, throwing away everything you three had in the process.
That’s when everything changed.

Friday, you were working the bar, lazily keeping the counter clean, when the door opened.
“Welcome!” you cried, smile in place, it widened when you were met with green curly locks. “Izuku!”
“Hi, (Nickname)! Uwah, so this is where you work, it’s rather cozy-looking!”
Smiling cheekily, you pressed your palms against the counter, watching as he approached. “Well, it is a café.” Noticing he wasn’t alone, you smiled at the company. “And who are these lovely people?”
“A-Ah, how rude of me! Everyone,” he turned to the small group, who had been watching your interaction quietly. “this is my childhood friend, (Name) Yoruichi.”
“Yo!” you gave a two-fingered salute in greeting.
“(Nickname), these are my friends-“
“I kinda know who they are, Izuku.” You teased, cutting him off, making you laugh. “But, by all means.”
“Greetings, I’m Tenya Iida!” the tall bespectacled boy says, waving his hands robotically, almost dangerously.
“Shouto Todoroki.” The dual-haired boy nods at you, eyeing the menu behind you in interest. Idly, you handed him a menu so he can have a clearer view, he mutters his thanks.
“And I’m Ochako Uraraka!” the lone brunette female says, cheerily, grabbing both your hands in hers. “It’s so nice to finally meet you! Deku-kun talks about you a lot!”
“The pleasure is all mine, then. Thanks so much for taking care of my clumsy little broccoli.”
“(N-Nickname)!”
“Any case!” Iida chops a hand in, catching everyone’s attention. “We shouldn’t dilly dally! We must place our orders!”
“No worries,” you wave at him. “it’s pretty quiet this time of the week. But,” fixing your posture, standing a little straight, you put on your work persona. “anything you’d like to order?”
“I’ll have the chai latte,” says Todoroki, having made his decision. “cold, please.”
“Okay,” nodding, you turn to Iida, who orders a hot mocha, Uraraka orders a strawberry Frappuccino with cheesecake on the side. Uraraka turned to Iida and Todoroki, looking checking for available seats whilst waiting for Izuku – you liked them, they were a good bunch.
Turning to the green-haired boy, he was left eyeing the menu rather clinically, taking his time. Poking his forehead, he blinks at you. “Hot Matcha?”
He chuckles, rubbing the back of his neck. “You know me too well, (Nickname).”
“That I do, Izuku, that I do.”
One thing that never changed though, the one thing you hoped never would, was the friendship you have with Izuku.

Long Night in the Valley chapter 12
The scene shifted the moment Tempest woke up. They were outside, on a street in the middle of the city.  Storm clouds circled overhead.
Tempest stood in front of them, hands in her pockets, a bland expression on her face.
“So,” she drawled.  “You’re Nine’s friends.”
“Uh,” said Ochako, taken aback.  Right after Four had said she wouldn’t talk to them, this was disconcerting.   “Yes?”
“I’m his teacher,” said Aizawa, stepping forward.
“Yeah?  You think you’re doing a good job raising up little child soldiers?”
“Excuse me?” said Aizawa.
“You heard me.”  She shifted her gaze to Ochako, then to Todoroki and Iida.  “I bet Souma told you I wouldn’t be talking to you.”
“He did say something along those lines, yes,” said Iida, even as Ochako worked very hard to elbow him.
“I can follow why he’d think that,” Tempest said. “I spent most of my life fighting against the government.  Lord knows I wouldn’t have approved of him choosing a ‘pro hero’ to follow after him.”  She took her hands out of her pockets to make air quotes.  She was wearing brass knuckles.  “Whatever a pro hero is supposed to be.  Government lackeys.  Cops and war criminals with a different name.  I’m shocked he pulled a halfway decent person from the muck.”
“We’re not war criminals!” protested Iida.
“Oh, yeah?  I forgot, the Geneva convention was nixed, wasn’t it?  They had this big meeting and decided none of it applied to metahumans, and then, bam!  Everyone’s a metahuman, so it doesn’t apply at all, huh?  Neat, right?”
“What we’re doing now might not be what you’re used to,” said Ochako, “but it’s the way society works, now.”
“And we’re not killing people, like you did,” said Iida.  Ochako winced at his combative addition.
“I did what I had to, to get people out of the torture camps,” said Tempest.  “People like my little sister.  You know what they did to her?  They thought her power was just controlled by her voice.  So, they cut out her vocal cords.”
“They don’t do that anymore,” said Todoroki.
“You think a government like that is just going to stop doing things?  Without people making them?  Without being forced?”  Tempest laughed and looked up at the swirling sky.  “Maybe you do.  You’re just kids, after all.  But tell me this, do you think they didn’t know exactly what was happening to your family, Todoroki Shouto?”
Aizawa cleared his throat.  “What’s your point, here?” he asked.  “What do you want from us?”
Tempest looked back at Aizawa.  The coldness in her brown eyes made Ochako shiver.  “We could have kept you out,” she said. “That Suzuki idiot, too.  Do you know why we didn’t?”
“Enlighten us,” said Aizawa.
“Because the way we do it would cause irreparable brain damage.  We know, because we’ve done it before.  I thought it was worth it, but the others didn’t want to hurt ‘Nine’s friends.’”
“Are you implying that we aren’t Midoriya’s friends?” asked Todoroki, frowning.
Tempest huffed and wind whipped down the road, making Ochako cover her face.
“No.  To be honest, I’m not completely sold on Nine, either.  He wanted to part of the system so bad, and that’s not to mention—” she huffed again.  “At least he knows what it’s like to be on the other side of the equation.  You four, though… I’m stuck with Nine.  I don’t owe you anything and you’re causing all these problems.  What I want from you—”
Behind her, lightning snapped down from the sky.
“—is to prove to me you’re worth it.”
.
“Vlad, the police were able to find your car,” said Powerloader, holding his hand over the receiver of the staff room telephone.
“Oh, thank goodness,” said Vlad.  “I hate taking public transportation.”  He paused.  “I mean, uh, did they find Yagi?  Is he alright?”
“No, they didn’t find Yagi.”
“Great,” said Vlad.  “So, ask them when I can pick it up.  Why are you making that face?  Did Yagi total it?  I bet he did.  ‘Symbol of Peace,’ my—”
“No,” interrupted Powerloader.  “Yagi didn’t total it.  Or crash it.  It was parked in an alley near the Musutafu entertainment district.”
“Where Midoriya had that fight with Hawks,” said Vlad, putting his head in his hands.  “It got wrecked by one of them, didn’t it?”
“No,” said Powerloader.  “It was parked in an alley.  They found it on a security camera.  It isn’t there anymore.”
“They took it again?”
“The League of Villains took it.”
“You’re joking.”
“I wish I was.”
.
The bus felt empty with half the class missing. The remaining 1-A students (plus Shinso) were all huddled together at the front, mooching off of the teachers mobile hotspots.
“Did my email go through yet, kero?” asked Tsuyu, leaning over her seat to look at Denki’s computer.
“Not yet,” said Denki.  “I’ve got all the pictures you guys sent arranged, but I wish we had more video material.  Ashido was the one with the most…”  He sighed. “Ashido, gossip queen, when you wake up I will apologize for all my comments about your hobbies.”
“I have some videos of Midoriya.”
“Trust us, Mineta, no one want your videos,” said Yaoyorozu.
“Huh?  Why not?”
“Tell us this.  How many of your videos are actually of Midoriya and don’t just have him incidentally in the background while you try to film girls.”
“None of them,” said Mineta, obviously not seeing why this was wrong.  “Why would I film Midoriya?”
“Mic,” said Midnight, “please remind me to sign up the walking lawsuit for some sensitivity classes.  How did Eraser miss this?”
“Unfortunately, Shouta is about as sexual as the average rock, so…”
“Remind me to sign him up for some training, too, then.”
“Will do.”
“Walking lawsuit?” asked Mineta.
Everyone else sighed.  Then Denki’s laptop pinged.
“Huh.  I just got an email from Principal Nezu.”
The adults, including Green Light, the bus driver, blanched.  Adults were bothered by the weirdest things.  In the end, Nezu was just a guy with a quirk, right?  A hero, even!  Principal Nezu, the Education Hero!
Okay, he’d scared Denki (Mr. Terrible Grades) a lot in elementary and middle school, but really.
(Okay, the crane thing at the Final Exam had been high-key terrifying, but he was trying to get past that.)
“Huh,” repeated Denki, having read the email. “That’s interesting.”
“What is it, my electric friend?” asked Aoyama, drapping himself sideways across his seat.
“Aoyama-san,” said Midnight, “don’t put your feet on the windows.”
“Principal Nezu sent me a link to an ‘All Might adopt a kid’ fanfiction, and it’s by—”
“Midoriya writes fanfiction?” asked Shouji, evidently surprised into using his real mouth to speak.
“That’s cute, kero,” said Tsuyu.  “It must have been before he met the real All Might, though.”
“No,” said Denki, “it was last updated just a couple of weeks ago, and, well… Midoriya didn’t write it.”
“So, who did?” asked Yaoyorozu.
“Not Nezu, right?” asked Jiro, winding her earphone jack around her finger.
“There’s no way, right, Kaminari-san?” asked Present Mic, nervously.
“Uh, no, no, it’s, uh, it’s All Might. According to Nezu.”
A beat of silence.
“What?”
Denki inserted his pinky into his right ear, trying to clear it.  Man, if the Bakusquad had been here rather than the quiet half of the class…
“Yeah, it says here that this serves All Might right for working on this during school hours?”
More silence.
“Green Light, the road!”
“Oops, sorry!”
“Hey, guys, are we sure that All Might didn’t, you know, kidnap Midoriya rather than the other way around?  Guys?”
.
Gran Torino, also known as Torino Sorahiko, was an active hero.  That meant late nights and late mornings.  He was also an old man.  A very old man.  Late mornings often turned into noons and afternoons.
Sometimes, during those noons and afternoons, he liked to ignore technology and the outside world for a good long while.  Maybe read the paper a little bit.  Or one of those terrible romance novels Nana had left him in her will.
Still, he was a hero, one wrapped up in something best described as a two-hundred-year-long shadow war, so eventually he did turn on the news.
Only to see Toshinori’s boy fighting Hawks on live television.
Not to mention Toshinori hanging out in the background with a shaved head.
And the ticker said UA student Midoriya Izuku kidnaps Symbol of Peace.
(Which was the dumbest thing he had ever heard, and under other circumstances, he would have been rolling on the floor laughing.)
Gran Torino was an old man, but, luckily, he only felt like he was simultaneously having a heart attack and a stroke.  His body was more than functional enough to place a not-at-all panicked phone call to one Tsukauchi Naomasa.
.
Tsukauchi Naomasa was incredibly busy.  That busy-ness was divided mostly evenly between desperately trying to find his best friend (who had evidently decided to make a hopefully brief foray into kidnapping teenagers) and trying to figure out what the commission was taking, because it had to be illegal.  Oh, and putting together a complaint that the commission was infringing on police prerogatives.
Honestly, he wasn’t sure how much traction that last would get, since pro heroes had been steadily gaining more and more responsibilities even as the police were losing both them and the power that came with them.  Not to mention Midoriya’s stunt with Hawks… Which… Naomasa just wanted to know why?  What had the point of that been?  On either side?
(Sometimes he wished he were friends with normal people.  Like… he didn’t know… an accountant, maybe?)
(Not that he would give Toshinori up for the world. Just, some normalcy would be nice, too.)
He took a deep breath, remembered what he always told Toshinori about stress, and took a mouthful of room-temperature coffee.
In that thirty-second period, two more problems presented themselves to him.
One, his cell phone began to ring, displaying the contact information for Gran Torino.
Two, his email softly pinged, and a message from Principal Nezu asking for any images or videos Toshinori might have sent him slid into his inbox.
Briefly, Naomasa considered ignoring both of them, but that wasn’t a realistic option and was irresponsible besides.  Contrary to his character.
He picked the lesser of two evils and answered Gran Torino’s call.
.
Garaki was going to have a mental breakdown.  This was fitting because his car had broken down.  Midoriya Inko was asking him if he thought that his ‘friend’ might come pick them up, if it was safe.  If his ‘friend’ had a car.
This last had almost sent him into hysterics. Gigantomachia in a car oh-ho!
Except it wasn’t funny at all, as this was almost certainly going to result in his death at the hands of All for One.  No matter that he considered the man his very dearest of friends, he was under no illusions about what All for One would do to him over this inexcusable error.
Perhaps he should just cut his losses and get one of the remote-activated noumu to come for them.
Then, inexorably and inevitably, things managed to get even worse.
.
“Stop the car!” shouted Tomura.
“But you said not to—”
“I know what I said!  Stop the car!”
Tomura twisted to see out the rear passenger window. Everyone else turned to follow his gaze, effectively blocking his view.
“Get out of my way!” demanded Tomura.
There was some awkward, half-hearted shuffling.
“Does that look like anyone to you?” Tomura hissed.
“Yeah!  Like the doctor!” said Toga.
“I’ve never seen him standing up, though,” said Spinner, dubiously.  “It seems out of character.”
“I didn’t know he owned a car,” mused Compress, rubbing the bottom edge of his mask.
“Not him!” snapped Tomura.  “The woman!”  He pointed angrily at the rapidly approaching woman with green hair, narrowly avoiding dusting Mr. Compress’s top hat.
“Eh?  What about her?” asked Spinner.
“Doesn’t she look familiar to you?”
“To be honest, everyone without mutation quirks looks kind of the same to me.”
“Someone without face blindness.”
“Oh!  She looks like Izu-kun!  Do you think that’s his mom?”
The woman knocked on the window of the car.  Twice, unhelpfully rolled it down.
“Thank you so much for stopping, we—Oh!”  She took a step back.
She apparently recognized them.  Joy.  He was going to unpack his feelings about this woman later.
“Hey, doc,” rasped Tomura, annoyed.  “What the hell have you been doing?”
“Ahem,” said Garaki, finally stepping out from behind the car.  “I didn’t expect to see you here, Shigaraki Tomura.”
“Because you blew us off and stranded us in the middle of Musutafu?”
“No,” said Garaki, in a way that absolutely meant ‘yes.’  “I knew you were resourceful enough to safely make it out of the city.”
“Oh, yeah?  Really?  You—”
Compress chose that moment to slam his face into the back of Tomura’s head.  Tomura steadied himself automatically on one of the car’s uprights, which cracked dangerously under his hand.  He pulled back as if burned.
When he looked up, the gremlin’s mother was halfway to the tree line with – What was that in her hand?
He looked back over his shoulder.
That was Twice’s goddamn mask.
Compress, for some reason, was also missing his stupid mask (and covering his face like the dramatic weirdo he was), and Toga basically had hearts in her eyes.  Spinner was being Spinner, and therefore ninety percent useless.  He was lucky he was fun to play games with.
How to make her stop?
“Hey!” he shouted.  “We have your son!”
This was a lie, as far as he knew (unless Dabi had snatched him on his way back; it wasn’t impossible), but, he was a villain.
The green-haired woman stopped and turned back, allowing Tomura a full view of her expression.
He decided that he regretted everything.
.
“Okay,” said Izuku, multitasking by letting Two pick the lock on the League’s safe, “considering Gigantomachia’s ability to track by smell and the questionable running water, we can’t just sneak out.  He’ll find us.  So… I think our best play is getting him to attack Shigaraki, and then when they’re both distracted, we run for it.”
Toshinori nodded and sighed.  “If only we had a giant jug of perfume.  We could throw it at his face and disrupt his ability to smell us.”
“I mean, I found a whole bunch of garbage a way back.  That isn’t perfume, but it does stink.”
“No, no, your plan is superior.  We’d draw too much suspicion if we attacked him like that. Perfume could be written off.”
“Yeah, I can see that.  Because perfume is a ‘nice’ thing.”
“Indeed.”
“It isn’t actually very nice to have it all over you, though,” said Izuku.
“No,” agreed Toshinori.  “It isn’t.”
The safe popped open.
“I won’t ask if you don’t.”
“Deal.”
“But, anyway, assuming we do get away, what then? Where do we go?  And—Wow.  The League of Villains is broke.  I almost feel bad.”
“I was going to say Deika, but that’s too far, now, and we don’t know if Gigantomachia will come after us,” said Toshinori.  “Drawing him to a place full of civilians would be irresponsible.”
“Yeah,” said Izuku.  He frowned, pulling his head from the safe, and glanced out the window. “What about the Wild Wild Pussycats?”
“What about them?” asked Toshinori.
“They’re near here, aren’t they?  And they’ve got that whole complex, so, I mean…  I don’t know how they feel about us right now, but it wouldn’t be a terrible place to hide.  Would it?”
“I’d hate to bring all of this down on them as well,” said Toshinori.  “But… That being said, I don’t believe they’re actually there.  They were taking some time off because of what happened to Ragdoll.”
“That makes sense,” said Izuku.  “Should we take the risk?”
“I’m unsure if we have a choice, my boy.  We could try roughing it, but that puts us in a very vulnerable position.”
“And we can’t stay here, with the League.”
“No, we can’t.”
“Okay.”  Izuku sighed and started to thumb through the League’s collection of fake IDs, looking for something he could use.  “Wild Wild Pussycats it is.  We’ve got to convince Machia to attack Shigaraki, and… then we sneak out the back while they’re fighting.”  He shook his head.  “It sounds really unheroic when I put it that way.”
“Under these circumstances, I think heroic is the set of actions where no one dies.”
His mentor was right.  Izuku still felt weird about this, though.  (The pettiness was completely different.)
Not to mention…
He put the last of the fake IDs away and massaged his temples.  “They’re doing something weird in there,” he said.  “I’m going to check on them.  I might be out of it.”
“Don’t worry,” said Toshinori, patting Izuku on the shoulder.  “I’ll keep an eye on things out here.”
(Perhaps all of this could have gone unsaid, what with their connection, but saying things out loud made them easier to organize.)
.
“Hey!” shouted Izuku over the roaring wind. “Stop that!”
“Are you going to fight me, Nine?  All by yourself?”
“No,” said Izuku, somehow contriving to look down his nose at her despite the height difference and the fact that Tempest was floating several meters in the air.  “I won’t have to.  Because I have a secret weapon.”
Ochako could almost see Tempest roll her eyes.
“And,” shouted Izuku, “do you seriously think I just wanted to be part of the system?  Are you serious?  I wanted to help people.  People the system failed.  It isn’t like they’re responsible for the system either!”  He waved his hand to indicate Ochako, Iida, Todoroki, and Aizawa.
“I’d argue about your hobo teacher.  Is this your secret weapon?”
“No, this is, Great-Aunt Miranda.”
Tempest opened her mouth, then closed it again. The wind began to die down.  “I’m – I don’t know what the point of that was—"
“Neither do I!  What’s the point of this?”
“The point is determining whether or not you have people you can rely on, or a bunch of backstabbers who’ll hand you over to a government lab as soon as it’s convenient!”  She stabbed a finger at Ochako.  “She’s just in ‘heroics’ for the money!”  She pointed at Iida.  “He’s only here because it’s traditional for his family.”   She gestured at Todoroki with her other hand.  “He’s doing it mostly out of spite.  And who knows what your hobo teacher is doing this for!”
“There’s nothing wrong with any of that!” protested Ochako.  “You must have your own motivations, too!”
“She does!” shouted Izuku.  “Considering what they are, you have no room to be criticizing Iida!  Besides, you don’t even like me!”
“This isn’t about liking you or disliking!  You’re the—” Tempest visibly cut herself off, then took a deep breath.  She set herself down on the street.  “Knowing what we do now about certain things, a fourteen-year-old would not have been my first choice.”
“Excuse me!  We’re all sixteen!” said Iida.
“You’re sixteen now, it’s – The fact of the matter is that you’re children.  Naïve children.”
“Oh my gosh, you were younger than I was when you—”
“I was kidnapped and tortured—”
“I know, but why are you taking it out on—”
“By the government that you are trying to lick the boot of—”
“Did you see what they did to Suzuki?”
Ochako felt like she was spectating a very passionate tennis match.
“If it means anything,” said Aizawa, dragging himself out of the pile of rubble he’d been thrown into by the wind, “I’m just trying to keep my kids alive as long as possible.”
“Then expel them!  Stop them from becoming literal child soldiers!”
“I do,” said Aizawa.
“He does,” confirmed Ochako, who was well acquainted with Aizawa’s reputation.
“He really does,” seconded Todoroki.
“I used to see Tensei’s group chat, and every time he expelled someone…”  Iida shivered.
“Huh,” said Todoroki.  “Is that why you’re so… insistent about rules?”
“Of course not!  Rules are important regardless of why so many students were expelled during the first month of school!”
“So, why didn’t you expel these ones?”
“If you honestly believe the problem child wouldn’t have flung himself at the first villain he saw after that and dove straight into vigilantism, you don’t know him very well.”  He sighed, standing, and brushed dust and pebbles out of his tracksuit. “That goes for these three as well. They’re insane and it’s not my fault.”
“Isn’t saving others what heroes do?” asked Izuku, walking closer to Tempest.  Ochako wanted to run out and grab him, but this whole ordeal had just shown how useless that would be.  “No matter what?”
“Not no matter what.  This is why I…”  She shook her head, sighing.  “Not no matter what.”  She leaned forward, her hands on her hips.  “Don’t die. You do realize what will happen if you die, right?  I don’t have to spell it out for you?”
“N-no,” said Izuku.
“Besides which, I’m not a hero.”
“You saved people,” protested Izuku.
“And, as your friends pointed out, I’ve killed, too.”
“I know,” said Izuku.  “But you aren’t a bad person.”
“Lots of people kill during wars,” said Ochako, going to stand by Izuku, “and that’s what you were fighting in, wasn’t it?  I mean, I don’t know a lot about that time, but…”
“You wouldn’t.  It’s been over a hundred years.”
Izuku nodded.  “This fight isn’t doing anything, though.  None of us want them here if the vault opens.”
“The what?” asked Iida.  “The vault.”
“Hopefully,” said Izuku, “you won’t have to worry about it.”
“The fight did do something, though,” said Tempest.
“What?” asked Izuku.
“For one,” said Tempest, “it made you think. For the other…”  Her eyes flicked over Ochako and the others.  “Everyone you fight will have their own reasons. Remember that.”
.
As they walked down the street, storms still brewing overhead, Ochako kept catching glimpses of children in the alleyways and cross streets.
“Who are they?” she asked, unable to help herself.
“My sister and I,” answered Tempest, brusquely. Ochako, watching the back of the woman’s head, saw her twitch slightly towards one of the alleys.  “About the time we were taken.”
“Taken by who?” asked Todoroki.
Tempest laughed.  The sound was entirely humorless.  “That government you’re so eager to serve.  You’ve noticed, I hope, that my sister and I aren’t completely Japanese?”
“Yes?” said Todoroki.  “I’m not blind, after all.”
“Todoroki,” said Aizawa in a warning tone.
“Good for you.  Our mother was Japanese.  Dad was American.  We went back and forth to see the family.  Problem was, everyone on Mom’s side quirks.  We didn’t even realize it.  The government tracked the weather disturbances to our movements and raided our family reunion.  Never saw my parents again.  Never saw anyone, for that matter, except my sister and my aunt – Dad’s side – who tried to smuggle us out and got shot for it.  We spent four years in that hell before Ryuji rescued us.”
“You’re more open about this than I would have expected,” said Aizawa.
Tempest sneered.  “Why wouldn’t I be?  I’m a terrorist, and people only become terrorists if they want to make a statement. Which I did.  Trust me when I say this, Nine, if the hero commission took you into ‘custody,’” she spat the word like it was dirty, “you’d be in the same boat. What do you children think they do to all those high-profile criminals in Tartarus?  The ones that are held indefinitely in a private prison without even a show trial?”
“I know, Three,” said Izuku, far more calmly that Ochako would have been able to.  “That’s one of the reasons I wanted to be a hero.  It’s easier to change systems from the inside.”
“Not this system.”
“No,” said Izuku, “but then I had no idea this part of the system even existed.  They do a lot to hide it, after all.”
“Hm,” grunted Tempest, skeptically.
The buildings began to thin out, interspersed with wilderness.  The road rapidly graded narrowed into a one-lane road, then gravel.
“Is this normal?” asked Ochako.
“We have more control over our environments than the other ones.  You’ve noticed that only Eight and Nine had multiple versions of themselves running around and being confusing.”
“I didn’t do that on purpose,” said Izuku.
“Exactly.  Any of us could send an army of ourselves against you.  Only those two don’t have a choice about it.  Amateurs.”
“Shouldn’t they have had the same amount of time as—” started Ochako.  She broke off as a series of concrete walls topped with barbed wire rose up in front of them, scraping at the surrounding trees, shedding clumps of dirt.
The trees fell away, leaving a clear, baren space between the walls and the trees.  Slightly beyond the structure moonlight glinted off the surface of a lake.
“Well.  Welcome to Jinoshi Lake Camp, kids.”  Tempest turned, putting her hands on her hips.  “This is where I met Ryuji.  And…” She glanced up at the walls.  “This is as far as I go.”
“You aren’t going to show us where to find this ‘Ryuji?’” asked Aizawa.
“I promised myself I’d never go back there.” She jerked her head over her shoulder. “I’m not revisiting it for you.” She started walking away.  “Have fun.”

I don’t blame people who says Aizawa is a bad teacher or a hypocrite, but you’re an account that I am comfortable sharing this because you also love eraser head. (It’s okay if you don’t want to post it)
Even Aizawa admitted to himself that he is a terrible teacher and mostly forced to teach as based on the vigilantes manga where Nemuri recommended Shota to be a teacher, but what he did to DEKU is somehow relevant for me.
Yes it is true that during the first part he hated Izuku’s guts and regarded him as having no potential but Aizawa was also testing the kid because whichever way watchers should know, Aizawa is right on the fact that Izuku just can’t attack recklessly and impulsively after having such destructive quirk. He did not disregard Izuku’s quirk, he is merely testing the kid to find his other resolve. As for Bakugo’s case Aizawa truly had a hard time disciplining him but he is watching him closely like what Mitsuki (Bakugo’s mom) said, so when All Might took tutelage of Midoriya (and Bakugo) he had no objections because as a HOMEROOM teacher, All Might is the best training for Izuku’s quirk (which is relatively passed onto him)
He is never a hypocrite for teaching Shinso. I don’t see anything wrong about that because I really understand that some training teachers have their own prodigy and he’s a homeroom teacher all he is accountable off is the overlooking at the their hero training which he did well because he focused on the student individual’s strength in the summer camp.
Aizawa also mentioned in a chapter in manga (254) why he expelled students in the past. He knew his capability as a homeroom teacher and he himself knows that he is a terrible teacher hence, re-enrolled them to other school where they would work with a new homeroom teacher. Some may see it as escaping of “escaping duties” but I really think during that time, Aizawa was just thinking what he thinks is best for the students. Afterall, he had proven himself good in manga as someone who really cares for ALL THE STUDENTS.
Blaming Aizawa for the events in 1A is practically uncalled and irrelevant, might as well just say the entire UA should be held accountable. He just had a poor decision making most especially when the truth about Kurogiri is revealed. However, even though he is not the best teacher, I can safely say that Aizawa is a decent and good teacher.
v v v long post ahead
yes anon!!!!. not my biased self speaking... he is not as great as other teachers, but saying shouta is a terrible teacher is uncalled for. he is a decent prof for me. made some mistakes, helps his students. it’s decent.
i firmly believe aizawa and all might are better example as a pro hero than teachers.
(Gonna point some of his mistakes in my perspective as a former teacher under the cut)
he was strict for a reason but he showed his care for all the students during the fight in manga (not gonna say since its spoiler) even aizawa himself knows he is terrible at teaching but at least he is trying😂
i also heard fans saying that because momo, tenya and todoroki are from rich and well known prohero family aizawa never bothered to scold at them. AGAIN IT IS WRONG TO SAY THAT.
momo, iida and todoroki...yes rich and families are known for being heroes but they practically never did anything to trouble aizawa so why else bother them? during their test, aizawa gave advice for todoroki and momo which considerably helped them.
aizawa’s way of teaching is to give harsh critiques and let the student have their own resolve. but as a former student and teacher speaking, it is both right and wrong to have that approach.
it’s definitely okay to let them figure out their own resolve (HAPPENS A LOT IN MED SCHOOL PROFS ARE HARSH HUHU) but it is important to somehow give them base and foundation before actually figuring out their so-called own resolves. i think it’s what aizawa lacks the most AS A TEACHER. but then again his entire character build up clearly says he’s not for teaching.
he was also called a hypocrite for teaching shinso but they aren’t picking on all might for mostly focusing on deku nor endeavor only wanting to focus on shoto. it’s not wrong to have their own prodigies because at the very least aizawa helped overlook his students like what he did in the summer camp and like what all might did in student practicals.
not just aizawa but all might, endeavor, nighteye and even gran torino have personal decisions on closely training those selected kids
aizawa WAS the only teacher who called the entrance/admission test irrelevant for non-physical quirks. HE KNEW IT WAS A PROBLEM SO HE HELPED SHINSO TO BE ON HERO DEPARTMENT bc he know the kid’s opportunity to be a pro hero in the future. he experienced that himself, although his quirk is powerful it was completely non-physical that is why his and shinso’s ability are less likely to be recognized. coz i agree the quirk admission test was somehow iffy... there should have been psychological quirk test too but i understand the point where fans tell that “it’s a student’s job to take advantage of their quirk rather than complain in the disadvantages of having a non-physical quirk.”
I agree on that statement but as a former student myself, i think reconsiderations should have existed coz there are probably lots of great students in general course department (like shinsou).
—and tbh... aizawa and kakashi are often the teachers who are regarded as ‘terrible ones’ but i don’t think so.
im not gonna point out kakashi’s but im gonna say aizawa’s role as a homeroom teacher. back in highschool, ive homeschooled in japan for 2 yrs due to personal reasons and i can say that based on their culture in japan and asia countries in general have a different approach on homeroom teachers.
homeroom teachers in japan are technically the ones who overlook the students, ppl who argued that aizawa should train them is irrelevant because all might is their combat and hero training teacher. aizawa is not meant to teach, but rather supervise.
which is why aizawa (as the homeroom teacher) and all might (the hero training teacher) are the ones who had council with parents because technically, aizawa is responsible for the students safety. HOWEVER....
manga spoilers on the cut
some anti aizawa fans are totally wrong to blame everything in him for 1A always being in dangerous circumstances because after reading the on going manga, they have no damned idea AT FIRST who the league of villains is responsible of. THE ENTIRE UA SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE, not just aizawa I agree on that anon.
for aizawa and the rest it is still a puzzle in the early, i repeat early chapters of the manga what the league is really after aside from killing all might and changing the system of pro heroes.
yes. I agree he had bad decisions on the victims, mainly Kurogiri because he knew it was his friend. He regarded Kurogiri as a ‘victim’ but somehow disregarded the casualties it caused. It was irrational for aizawa to say it like that coz it was obviously a word out of his feelings in the past. can’t blame him (imo) but it was truly irrational and irrelevant for him to say it like that.
there are times aizawa as a teacher just harshly criticized them and let them have their own resolve which is in fact, pretty harsh for a bunch of 15 year olds. but i think aizawa only wants them to have their own resolve since its what aizawa has been doing since episode 5.
i think it was bad for aizawa to let iida go where his brother was attacked, he should have acted upon it as a homeroom teacher to secure iida’s safety but then again, ITS FOR THE SAKE OF PLOT😂
im going to say this again... as a former teacher speaking, it is bad for aizawa just to give the students harsh critiques and letting them figure their own resolves.
it’s not a bad teaching approach BUT that kind of approach doesn’t work ALL THE TIME. sometimes, aizawa needs to teach the basics, base and foundation so the students would have an easier time to HAVE AN ACTUAL SOLUTION
because as a student for 9 years in pre and med school, it is definitely hard to make critical decisions WITHOUT being taught the foundation and base first.
it’s like aizawa not teaching an intern general surgery but letting them have their own decisions if the intern is gonna decide whether to lead the surgery or not.
his teaching approach is not bad but it doesn’t work all the time. as a teacher, pro hero and adult he needs to imply his own experience as well which where the erasure hero lacks. But then again it’s plot and aizawa’s introvert character build up so we can’t really blame him because they need the plot to keep going.
personally, aizawa’s main mistake is not knowing what to teach for the answers to questions the students are not expected to know from teaching answers to questions the students are expected to know.
if aizawa’s gonna be that perfect teacher and all, the show would have been boring😂
though aizawa did assessed on their quirks during summer training arc but i think it was not enough for the fans.
aizawa is much more better as a pro hero alone. he does his job perfectly as pro hero.
so in conclusion, i think aizawa needs to have seminar with me 🤪 im gonna teach my man the proper and basics of teaching. HAHAHAHA KIDDING 🤪 (lowkey not kidding)

STANDING IN A GROUP on part of the schools training grounds, you turn your attention to the boy who seems to desperately trying to figure you out, “Hi, I’m ( l/n ).” you say, taking the first step.
As he obviously is not going to as he just keeps glancing at you. Like you are supposed to act like you don’t feel a set of eyes boring into the side of your face. Having his eyes connect with your, you can’t help but smile at how the bright red eyes pull you in. Such a pretty eyes. Wait, what?
“Tch.”
Blinking at the reaction, you nod, competently being snapped out of the trance. Now seeing how pissed off he looks, even though it does not seem to be at you, he still is, “Okay…” you trail off, turning back to the communal conversation.
“But orientation, we are going to miss it.” a girl calls out, “If you really want to make the big leagues you can’t waste time at pointless ceremonies.” Aizawa-sensei says bursting her bubble, “Here at UA we are not tethered to traditions.”
Which reminds you of how ( b/n ) told you how unlike many other schools U.A.’s curriculum various from homeroom- teacher to teacher. This must be Aizawa-sensei version.
“That means I get to run my class however I see fit.”
“You have been taking standardised tests most of your lives.” he starts, holding up the phone up with the various activities, “But you have never been able to use your quirks in physical exams before.” you could already guess where this was going.
Clicking the screen to black, he pockets his phone, “The county is still trying to pretend like we are all created equal by not letting those with the most power excel. It is not rational,” he denies, “One day the ministry of education will learn.”
Sighing his eyes fall on to someone in the group, it is kinda hard to tell with how his hair covers most of his eyes, “Bakugou you managed to get the most points at the entrance exam. What was your father’s distance throw with a softball when you were in junior high?”
“Sixty-seven meters,” he says fast, “I think.” he adds. Looking around himself, trying to make it sound like not a big deal, which smells like BS.
“Right, try doing it with your quirk.”
Moving into the painted circle on the floor, Aizawa hands him a ball, “Anything goes, as long as you stay in the circle.” he tells Bakugou as he motions all of us to take a step back, “Go, on. You are wasting our time.” as he just stands there.
A soft snore leaves you as you quickly slap your hand over your face to cover the sound, “Alright man you asked for it.” he says bitterly, stretching out weirdly as he gets ready to throw.
Getting ready, he let’s out a hard battle cry of ‘die’ followed by a massive explosion. Successfully making your eyes widen at the flashy quirk.
“All of you need to know your maximum capabilities. It is the most rational way of figuring out your potential as a pro-hero.” Aizawa-sensei says, holding up his phone to show how far he has thrown. Seven-hundred and five meters.
“Wow, 705 meters are you kidding me?” Kaminari voices, “I want to go, that looks like fun!” a familiar pink lady, “This is what I’m talking about, using our quirks as much as we want.” a boy you aren’t familiar with, yet, calls out happily.
The hum of your teacher at the words of your peers makes it almost clear that he is amused by our nativity, “So, this looks fun, huh?” confirming your first thought, his tone makes it seem like it will not be fun, not in the slightest, not at all.
“You have three years to become a hero. You think it is all gonna be games and playtime?” he asks, not really but hypothetically, “Idiots, today you will compete in eight physical tests to gage your potential.”
“Whoever comes in last has none.” Harsh.
“And will be expelled immediately.” Even harsher.
“Like I said; I get to decide how this class runs, if you got a problem you can head home right now.” he says, waiting for anyone to leave or say something else, “You can’t send one of us home. I mean, we just got here. Even if it wasn’t the first day that isn’t fair.” the brunette girl calls out.
She does have a point, but life isn’t really fair either.
“And you think natural disasters are?” your new teacher questions. Making a small spark come to you. Knowing you and your teacher will get along just fine.
“Or power-hungry villains? Or catastrophic accidents that wipe out whole cities?” he fires at her. Shaking his head at the young girl, “No, the world is full of unfairness. It is a heroes job to combat that. If you want to be a pro you have to push yourselves to the brink. For the next three years, U.A. will throw one terrible hardship after another at you.” Aizawa-sensei tells her and with extension all of us.
“So, go beyond plus ultra. Show me it is not an accident you are here.” he says, offering some optimism in our pessimistic society, “Now then, we are just wasting time by talking. Let the games begin.”
50 METER DASH
“( l/n ).” your teacher calls out. Letting it be known that he knows your name, most likely all of our names, “How long did the 50-meter dash take you in junior high?”
Thinking back to your last fifty-meter dash you tilt your head, “Three to four seconds give or take.” you say, getting some raised brows at the assumption you can run ten meters in less than a second.
“Stand ready,” he says, offering an arm up. Taking a couple steps closer, you glance at him for a sign to start, “when you’re ready. The sensor will take your time.”
Nodding, you shake your legs out. Taking a deep breath, your eyes start to glow for anyone in your sense of time. Looking around, you see them in slow-mo. Focusing back on the task you run down the lane, stepping over the stripe.
Letting the world run your course of speed again, yet. Turning back to your peers, the board blinks your results, “One-tenth of a second.” he announces.
Making brows raise for very different reasons now. Getting various of; “What?” , “Impossible.” , “That was so cool!” , “So fast!”
Chopping taking your attention, “How did you do that?” Iida question, pushing his glasses back. Rubbing my neck I smiled awkwardly at the surprised faces, as I make my way back to the group, “It’s my quirk, it allows me to run at supersonic speed, while staying maintaining my movements and brain processing. And obviously, it stays in an account that I won’t kill myself with the pressure.”
“Was that even a language?” Kaminari asks me confused, “I am really fast.”
Making multiple peers nod in understanding at the simplistic explanation. As Iida stops his abuse on the air, “I still have a lot to learn.” you deny, not quite as fast as you know you might be able to. Being able to go to march one while you know you can at least get to march two.
“You are just at the start of your journey, I am very confident U.A. will harness your abilities.”
“Oh, uh, thank you.” you say, rubbing your hands together, “Are you two done, or should we praise ( l/n ) some more?” Aizawa-sensei cuts through. Making you slap your cheeks at the call out.
But, obviously, it did not end there. This was just the first part, of an eight-part competition.

Parent Day at 1A- Mobsters daughter in 1A
Quick background: The oc Y/N is based off of mother was a rich person who used her wealth and status as a front to provide aid and shelter to the League of Villains because she hated to idea of heros. Y/N turned her mother in when her mother had her preform at a charity event. Y/N’s father was a sperm donor lmao. Hope Y’all enjoy.
----
Aizawa slithers out of his sleeping bag. “Students us teachers have been hiding something from you.” I suddenly perk up, he has my attention. I sit in a seat that was added in front of the front row, So I can’t see if anyone else is visibly more interested in class.
‘Come on spit is out old man.’I think feeling aggravation raise.
“To day we have a Parents day scheduled. Your parents have been notified without your knowledge to arrive today,” Aizawa blinks his dry eyes as the class erupts in cheers. Everyone is happy to see their parents. Lucky. I slide down in my seat and look up at the ceiling.
“If it were up to me, the students that failed yesterdays exam would have to continue classes normally to make up for their lack of education.” I can feel his eyes pier at me, but I know for a fact I scored better then Denki. The dude is nice but when it comes to school, he is as dumb as a brick. “Parents you may now enter.”
The door swings open as a wave of parents come in, each running to their child and hugging them.
“Oi! Don’t touch me!” Bakugo yells above the noise. A loud slap echos shortly after.
“You brat don’t tell your mother what to do!” A female voice yells.
‘Huh. So that’s were he gets that from’ I chuckle silently. Well since I don’t have parents to attend parents day, I’m going to dip. I look around to see that no one is looking at me. I past a invisible mother and to the door. I wonder what I’m going to do with a free time. Maybe I can order pizza, or maybe I can spray paint Mineta’s door.
I bump into a large hot figure. I don’t mean attractive hot. I mean that, I feel like I just opened the oven hot.
“You.” A deep voice says. I look up to lock eyes with the current No.1 hero. endeavor. He is one of the heros that were at the party that my mom was arrested in. He saw first hand me almost killing the person who birthed me out of anger,but he is one of the people who advocated for me to attend UA. That however, doesn’t mean I like him.
“Oh Hi Endeavor! I didn’t see you there. Now if you’ll excuse me I’ll be on my way.” I give him a fake smile, making sure I don’t bow or act like I’m sorry. I step past him, but her quickly puts a large hand on my shoulder.
“A apology would be nice.” He glares down at me.
“You’re right, One would be nice but , seeing that neither of us are nice, there won’t be one.”
“Where are you going?” He questions.
“Well it’s parents day. I don’t have parents. So, I have no use being here.”
“ Why Young Y/N that’s why I AM HERE.” All Might’s small body walks around Endeavor.
“Nope.” I’m having none of this. I turn around and walk straight into Lady Midnight.
“There is my pocket full of sunshine!” She yanks me into a hug and drags me into the classroom.
“Someone kill me.” I whisper.
“Young Y/N surely you don’t mean that.” All Might says. Aizawa walks back to the front of the classroom and puts a hand up to silence everyone.
“Students and...” Aizawa looks at Lady Midnight who has me still in a tight hug and then at All Might who stands next to us looking out of place. “And parents? Please walk out to the courtyard So that we can continue with today’s activities.”
Lady Midnight drags me out the door. I meet Todorki’s eyes. He obviously feels bad. Maybe I can convince him to put me out of my misery.

Amber/Momo Yaoyorozu
Color Prompt: Amber(Most of this was meant to happen in front of a fire...)
Fluff☁
Warnings: Tooth rotting fluff, cheesy confession, hiking, and my bad writing ❤
Disclaimer: I do not own bnha or any of its characters. Only the story written below.
A/N: I am SO SORRY this took so long! To make a long story short I basically dropped all of my hobbies in order to focus on the last bit of my school semester😅
It's litterly 12am rn so sorry if it seems a bit off at the end (this fic DEFINITELY did not go the way I planned😂I kina like it tho)
~~~•∆•~~~
You tried to keep up as you walked the trail, ducking and dodging branches. 'Why am I here again?' you thought starting to feel your fatigue slowly building.
It was nearing the end of class when Aizawa sensei randomly announced a surprise four day "field trip" that would take place two days later, and it wasn't an option. We ended up rushing to get our parents permission, and pack up.
You were pulled out of your thoughts as you heard Mina groaning loudly. "FINALLY!" The pink haired girl exclaimed sounding relieved. She had good reason to be, Aizawa Sensei had the entire class take a SIX HOUR hike instead of taking the bus up the very obvious road.
You dragged yourself to the clearing along with the rest of the class toward Aizawa sensei, who some how made it up before all of you. And didn't seem the least bit tired??? After giving the class a few hours to rest, thank goodness, Aizawa sensei stood up to speak.
"I'm glad to see you all made it in one piece, however I can't promise you'll leave that way" Everyone internally groaned at this. "starting today we have survival training" He said with a bored expression.
Iida stepped forward, confused by his teachers statment "With all do respect sir, why would we need that type of training? We'll most likely be working as heros in the city, correct?"
"While that may be true" The teacher said turning to him "we don't want other incidents like the USJ. We don't know the extent of their power, therefore we dont know where or how far they can teleport someone. And it was made clear how much you all are lacking in this type of environment at the training camp"
He continued "None of you are used to fighting in a closed off environment with obstacles everywhere you turn, that's what this training camps main objective is, to get you ready for anything. Today we have survival lessons and tomorrow we work on combat, we'll switch off between the days. That means you have two days to learn how to survive in a forest and two days to learn combat in a forest, good luck"
~~•∆(Timeskip by: Momo's delightful tea∆•~~
Everyone sat in silence waiting for their teachers instruction... And by silence I mean bakusqaud was quoting vines while Bakubro yells at them to shut up. (but with more✨𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠✨)
Dekusquad was thinking about random strategies they should use if they were ever ambushed (don't jinx it) while also thinking about what they would eat once they get back.
And the rest of the class are sitting in silence minus some mumbling about cold soba and a few poems.
At some point, in the middle of all this, Midoriya decides it's been long enough. "It seems like Aizawa sensei doesn't have any intention of helping us figure out what to do"
"I do believe it's time that we take charge of the situation." Said Iida "yeah but who?" Kirishima asked quizzically
"What do you mean? " Ojiro inquires
"Who should take charge?" You nodded at his answer
"He has a point" You started "It would be to chaotic if we all 'took charge' of ourselves."
"I vote Iida and Momo!" Hagakure beamed "They aren't the class president and vice president for nothing!" she exclaimed, running over to hug Momo's arm.
"Yeah that sounds good"
"I have no qualms with it"
"Yeah"
"I don't see why not"
"I can get behind that"
Mutual agreeance flowed over the crowd of teens in the form of nods and over exclaimed confirmation.
"Okay then" Momo said, sounding slightly nervous.
"ALL RIGHT THEN" exclaimed Iida unconsciously chopping the air, beginning to bark out a few plans and ideas.
×ו∆Timeskip by: Mina's killer moves∆•××
You walk through the trees, glancing around at the ground every once in awhile to make sure you're not skipping over any decently sized sticks.
"How many do you have so far?" You yelled out, not in any particular direction.
"Not enough" Momo yelled back, obviously preoccupied with finding sticks big enough for the fire you both were tasked with building. And by fire you mean bonfire, I mean, it is meant for about 22 people.
So you were kind of disappointed when you found out Momo couldn't use her quirk to make your jobs easier since sticks were considered living things.
You continued to walk forward until you came across a log with a few decent sized sticks protruding from the sides. You snapped them off the log, deciding what you had combined was enough, you both quickly started heading back the direction you came, hoping to get back before it gets dark.
Now, listen. The camp was generally pretty big. I mean, it IS meant for 21 students plus 1 teacher. That being said... why couldn't you find it?!?
You DID come from this direction... RIGHT???
Or.. Was it that way....oh no
"Whats wrong?" Momo walked a bit closer, noticing your hesitant steps.
"Oh nothin', just got a bit turned around" Your voice got higher, trying, and failing, to brush off her question
"Wait so...we're lost???"
"Hey! I never said 'lost'...but uh" You cleared your throat "Yes"
And that my friend... Is when panic set in. You'll never be able to graduate or even try to beat Bakugo and his damn near perfect grades!
"Um... Y/N"
Forget about being a hero! You can't even save YOUR SELF! FrOm TrEeS!
"Uhh"
I'll never be able tell her
That.. That is when you made the worst mistake of your life, you looked at her.
And saw Momo's confused, borderline sad face. You had been speaking out loud this whole time.
'Well, I was mumbling what are the chances she ACTUALLY understood what I was saying??? Maybe I could play it off?'
"Tell who what?"
'Dang it!'
You thought you were packing before? Ohh you haven't seen anything yet!
This is the WORST time to confess! It's not romantic AT ALL and your covered head to toe in sweat! And now, you either have to confess your undying love for the girl you and been borderline stalking for MONTHS! Or let her go on believing something that MY NOT EVEN BE TRUE!
You took in a sharp breath. "Well" She gestured for you to continue "There's this girl, she's smart, pretty, nice, well tempered, a good leader, and most likely WAY out of my league... " You had started rambling "A-and I kind of have a massive crush on her... "
With every word Momo's face slowly fell until she was completely looking at the ground
"Well, it sounds like you really like her"
"I do" You looked toward the sky dreamily
'Wait.She doesn't think. She couldn't really. Oh no.. '
You stopped dead in your tracks and turned toward your classmate.
There is NO WAY are you letting the classic: mIsuNDErsTAnDInG tRouPE get in the way of you possibly being able to get a date with the girl you've had a crush on for basically the whole school year!
"Momo Yaoyorozu!" You unintentionally shouted with sudden confidence. She jumped in surprise "You are the most amazing person I have had the pleasure of meeting and will no doubt become an even more amazing Hero"
You paused "I don't want to end this year knowing that I had the chance to have someone so beautiful in my life, possibly forever, and passed it up." You grabbed her hands and looked into her eyes, she was blushing... HARD.
You low key felt proud of yourself. "Momo, YOU are the girl I like. Would you please consider becoming my girlfriend?" You could feel her grip on your hands tighten.
"Do you really think I'm all those things?" She mumbled. "Of course" You answered without thinking, a confused look on your face.
"Strong, stubborn, creative," She spoke softly, gaining confidence with every word.
"good looking, encouraging, and always able to calm down a bad situation while still being able to bring energy into a room just by walking in"
"That's what you are to me." She was now looking you in the eyes. A bright smile on her face. "So when you ask me if I would consider being your girlfriend, the answer is, I already have. And there is nothing I want more"
Your eyes we're now glossed over with tears, but you didn't feel embarrassed because you could see that hers were too.
You both started to lean in and closed your eyes. Soon enough your lips met. It was as if time had stopped. As if the universe itself wanted to sit and appreciate the beautiful and unforgettable moment.
Even when you consider everything that happened that you didn't exactly enjoy. Even though you were still lost and BAKUGOU of all people was sent to find you. That was the most memorable and magical night you had ever experienced as a student of UA.
Toga x Uraraka - fluff/angst
Uraraka sat waiting for her secret lover in a cafe, far away from UA. Far away from the Leagues headquarters. Far away from everything that put a wedge between the star-crossed lovers. Uraraka glanced up, seeing the blonde-haired beauty. Her hair was down. She was in a baggy hoodie, sunglasses slipping down her nose, a mask over her mouth.
Toga was very committed to keeping it a secret. At first, Uraraka thought it was a selfish reason. But she found out later it was to protect her.
Uraraka smiled as Toga sat across from her, the girl glancing around worriedly. Uraraka's brown eyes were drawn to Toga's yellow ones that just barely peeked out from behind Toga's sunglasses.
"Himi~" Uraraka said softly, reaching forward to gently grab Toga's hand. She watched the blonde relax, the small girl pulling her mask down a little to show off her smile.
"Ocha~" she replied, leaning forward.
"It's okay, no one we know is gonna come here, at least take your mask off. I wanna see your face." Uraraka smiled softly, watching Toga shyly take off the mask, a blush on her cheeks.
"I can't stay long today, I have a therapy session.." Toga said sheepishly.
"That's okay!" Uraraka smiled cheerfully. "I'm glad the pros decided to give you chance.. how's it like being a spy?"
"Nerve-racking.." Toga smiles nervously.
"Eh.. I bet. I'd probably crack under the pressure.." Uraraka chuckles softly before looking past softly, watching as Bakugo and Asui walk into the mostly empty cafe. "Oh.. shit, Himiko, some of my classmates.."
"Shit, I knew this was a bad idea.." She mumbled, hurrying to put her mask on as Bakugo notices the two. He and Asui order before they walk to Uraraka.
"Eh? Uraraka? Who's this guy?" He asked, looking down at Toga who kept her head down.
"She's a close friend of mine."
"Well, why's she all covered up?" He scoffs. "What? She thinks she's too good to let people see her face?"
"No!" Uraraka frowned. Asui gave an apologetic smile before she grabbed Bakugo's arm.
"Kero.. maybe we should just leave them be."
"Hey, you." Bakugo turned his attention to Toga. "What's your name?" Toga didn't answer. "Eh!? Ignoring me?" He scoffed.
"Bakugo!" Uraraka huffs getting up. Toga stood calmly before quickly trying to walk past Bakugo the male grabbing her arm and pulling her towards him, her sunglasses slipping down, panic filling her.
"Eh..? You.. you're that league of villain bitch.." he growls, gripping her arm, Uraraka watching Asui take a step back, obviously shocked.
"Wait, wait let me explain," Uraraka said quickly, trying to pry Bakugo away from Toga. "She's working with the heroes, we wanted to keep it on the down-low so the league didn't find out.. you can ask Aizawa and All Might.. she's even been going to therapy.."
"Why wouldn't you tell us?" Asui said, her eyes locked on Toga who still didn't speak.
"I was instructed not to." Uraraka frowned. "I'm not gonna disobey my teachers."
"But.. we tell each other everything? And I especially should have known you were seeing the girl that almost killed me." Asui looked hurt, Bakugo releasing the blonde.
"How'd you two even start hanging out..?"
"She showed up at my house over the break.. she was going to rob the place.. but when she saw it was me she broke down for some reason.. I took the chance to pin her down and we ended up talking, well, she ended up talking.. when she was done.. I couldn't just.." Uraraka faltered. "She looked so broken.. so I promised to get her help.. I took her to Aizawa and he said he'd help.. after pulling strings and talking to all the pro heroes they made a deal.. She gets therapy, but she stays in the league and gives the heroes Intel.." Uraraka had moved between Bakugo and Toga, her back to Toga.
"So, what. Just because she's getting therapy means we should forgive her for all the shit she's done?" Bakugo scoffs.
"No. But I expect you to respect the wishes of the pro heroes and leave her be." Uraraka frowns, glancing back as she feels Toga wrap her arms around her, hiding her face in her back. "And respect the fact that she's my girlfriend," Uraraka adds. Asui frowned, staring at the two before she sighs and takes a step forward.
"I don't agree with all of this.. we don't even know if we can really trust her.. but I'll respect your decision and the pro's decisions. Bakugo does too."
"Eh!?"
"You know you do, don't try to act otherwise." Asui gives him a small glare. Uraraka smiles softly, her body relaxing.
"Not a word of this to the others.. okay?" Uraraka smiled softly, Asui nodding. Bakugo sighed softly and shoved his hands in his pockets.
"Not a word." He grumbled.
Meanwhile, just outside the quiet cafe.
"Yeah, boss. I'm telling the truth. Mhm. Really, just like that? She's a friend of mine. Have one of the others- I.. No.. I'm not-" Dabi growled in frustration. "Fine. It'll get done tonight. You owe me, you crusty asshat." Dabi hung up his phone, staring at the hooded Toga. "Sorry Himiko. But you shouldn't have switched sides.." he sighed to himself, turning on his heel. "Maybe in another life, I could've let you live.."
Heya! Don’t forget to follow for more! I try to post daily! If you hop into my asks and request something from one of the fandoms I’m in (masterlist on my pinned post!) I might try and get around to it!
what have I created?
idk if yall like this, but they just exist not i guess :/
ok the the first one is Royalty AU
first things first, when I say Royalty AU, I don't mean the classic shit we've all become accustomed to. Im talking about the good old Chinese royalty! And I want to emphasize that these guys will/should be dressed in century appropriate attire. As someone thats read a handful of 'marinette, princess of china' fics from the ML Fandom, I've noticed a common trend. Marinette wouldn't be in the culturally appropriate clothes, always ballgowns. Not that there's something wrong with it, its just most of if not all these fic are set in China, so I'd expect Chinese royalty to dress as THERE dress code calls for. And since this AU takes place far in the past like, it won't make sense for any of the characters to be in royal clothing that wasn't from there region. I'm not trying to white knight/gatekeeping. Im Guyanese not Chinese. But since JTTW and Monkie Kid take place in China, it's only right. In my opinion that it. You don't have to outright agree with me.
With out of the way, it's time for that good old AU crack
- Wukong is the king of the Flower Fruit kingdom(or a different one if you'd like, again I'm only familiar with what western culture has taught me, but I'll try my hardest)
- he’s single but rumor has it he used to/still is dating the Vigilante/thief The Six Eared Macaque
- *chants ShadowPeach violently*
- no one know whether it true or not
- On of his wanders around the kingdom he finds an abandoned baby in a basket.
- and no shit sherlock it's fucking baby Xiaotian
- I think we all know where this is going because i'm a simp for Monkey Dad & Monkie Son shenanigans
- Xiaotian becomes prince
Shit, ill be referring to Xiaotian as Mk from now on, I mentioned this before in a fic I wrote for lmk that Mk's a nickname for Xiaotian for some reason- wait i don't have to explain my self to you people!
- Sun loves his son
- MK is treated differently by staff and others because he's not blood related to the king
- no one mistreats MK per say, because there King loved his adopted son, but words are said behind his back
- Sometimes MK hears what’s said, and he feels as if he won't live up to his dad’s legacy.
- He meets Mei during a festival
- Mei is from a noble family, that wouldn't mind if they got a connection into the royal family.
- but it becomes hella clear to Mei’s family very fast that the two are just friends, and will always will be. but hey there daughter is bffs with the prince so that's a plus.
_
- the Demon Bull Family is rules a kingdom as well, I dont/am not creative enough to think of a name I leave that to you.
- It's a common misconception that DBK is a tyrant, when he’s not.
- most of the time...
- they have been at war with the Monkey King for some time now and settled for a peace agreement.
- that agreement being there sons to marry
- oooo original i know
- MK and Red Son are roughly the same age, Mk being 20 and RS 22
- RS is revolted/disgusted at the idea of being wed to the Monkey Kings child, even more so when he realizes MK is adopted,
- but, that all changes the second he meets MK while he meets him by accident when he gets kinda lost in the palace when he and his parents go to discuss the arrangements.
- the second he looks at MK, he's instantly in love. MK less so, he's nervous and honestly kinda bummed he's not marrying someone he loves but it's for the good of his ppl, and he'll do anything for them.
- RS isn't even aware that MK is Suns adopted son until MK walks him back to the meeting room.
"Oh There you are MK! I was about to have a servant go fetch you!" Sun Wukong says, gesturing for his boy to come sit with him.
"S-sorry for keeping you waiting I got caught up in my lessons with Mr. Tang" MK responds, sitting next to his father. Red Son looked gobsmacked. The beautiful young man he had bumped into, was the prince of this land? Damn, life truly blessed him. Or cursed him depending on how you looked at it.
- the two are left alone in a separate room for a while.
- And MK straight up tells RS why he's agreeing to this union.
"Look Red Son. I've dreamed about meeting my one true love for a while. And I would give almost anything for that dram to be real. But I wouldn't ever dare give up my people, for as there price they mean more to me. I'm doing this for them, no other reason" MK says, his back straight and hands folded neatly in his lap. The look in his eyes was a mix of sadness, but that was drowned out by loyalty and determination. It just made Red Son fall for him even harder. Clearing his throat Red spoke.
"I understand, for im doing this for the betterment of my people to. But I propose a wager"
"A wager?"
"Yes, if i can make you fall in love with me by years end, before our marriage, we can live together like in the fairy tales from far away. But if I fail, in a years time afterwards you will be permitted to find your own path in life" Red Son stated. MK took a moment to process what was happening.
"So, if you succeed in making me fall in love with you, before our marriage we can live happily ever after?" Red Son nodded in response, letting the younger continue.
"And if I shouldn't fall for you, in a years time after our union, im free to leave?" Red Son nodded once more.
"So, what do you say?"
...
"Deal"
In the end, your free to choose their fate, should Red Son win the hart of Mk? Will he fail? Or will he let him go, and let him travel the country, after all Mk's a free spirit and keeping him trapped in a big house is like keeping a cannery trapped in a cage only for its song, only for it to dul. Or will the unthinkable happen and will both boys find their freedom? together or appart? I don't know, because that's all up to you 😉
personally, I’m partial to where MK and Red Son both find freedom together. Like they straight up run away together to somewhere far away and just live out there lives together.
this could also be genderbent thing as well. MK or Red as their respective counterparts. Again it doesn't have to be, but it’s whatever bro. im just spitting out the idea.
Also, there is a main side plot that they fight the WBS throughout the year as well, along with other shenanigans you wanna throw in.
____
The second is a My Hero Academia/BNH/MHA AU
truth be told i'm not a big fan of MHA i think it to over hyped(this is also coming from the same person that’s a Fairy Tail fan lol), and the fandom i don't even know how to describe that mess, but I will admit not the whole of its toxic since every fandom has some toxic members, some even more so.
I just sometimes find myself enjoying MHA AUs like the Fullmetal Alchemist, Danny Phantom, Evil!Deuk AU and several others.
to make it clear I don't see this AU taking place the same time as the main plot of the actual Anime/Manga. This could be either like 6-10 years before or after the plot idk bro. But i’ll do this after the main story plot of MHA, so keep that in mind ya? another thing, the gang is still in China, the top hero school in the world just so happens to be in Japan, and it’s only ever mentioned by Sun wukong and other pro heros. So MK never attended AU. in short it’s only ever mention/ reference.
_
- Mk was considered Quirkless as a kid.
- he was just a late blumer, i swear
- Mai’s Quirk is called Dragon.
- it pretty much works the same way as it does in the show(duh)
- Tang’s got a knowledge Quirk,
- my man can retain information and he’s basically an archive of information drawback being his personality lol
- Piggsy is a Animal that gained a Quirk
- in cannon to my current knowledge, there are two other characters that can confirm animals can become sentient. the characters being Fumikage Tokoyami, & Nezu the principal at the school UA.
- Sandy is just Conner Kent, aka he like superman but can't fly, or shoot lasers from his eyes. And blue.
I have two scenarios for Macaque and Wukong
*- The first one is that, Sun Wukong & Macaque are brothers. twins to be exact.
- they where legit people, but have mutation quirks that made them too like monkeys.
- the added powers were just a boues.
- Sun and Mac are close growing up, like there brothers but also best friends.
- the draw back to there quirks could honestly be whatever you want bro idk, same with the others tbh. Personally I like to think Sun just has lack of motivation, and Macaque needs to draw on other people's energy.
- Sun is a hero, Monkey KIng and Mac is a villain Six Eared.
- Sun was always treated has the golden child in the family, Mac always resented that, but there shitty up bring didn’t stop the two from being good brothers to one another.
- soon tho the resentment became hatred when Sun was able to attend UA in Japan, while Mac didn't.
- Mac be angy
- so he became a villain, and joined the Chinese branch of the LOV(league of villains)
- Sun doesn't know this till he finds out during the all out war during the main story. and by that time he’s a full on hero with is own agency(The Flower Fruit agency)
- when the hero's ultimately win and Mac is arrested
- This ultimately hurts Sun a lot, his brother was in jail now, arrested for his involvement and wrong doings, he knew nothing about this! this brother, his blood. A bad guy? why? he hadn't seen his brother since he left for UA, he hadn’t seen him when he came home, and started his agency.
- this just puts Sun into a funk so he’s not as active as he used to be, and he starts thinking he might need a successor
*- The second one is that they were two separate people that had similar quirks and both attended UA but Sun ended up in the hero corse. so 1A.
- Both Macaque and Sun have similar quirks, Sun’s is obviously more light based while Macaque’s is more shadow based(this applies to the first one as well)
- Macaque was placed in class 1B, U.A.’s High's Heroics Department, I believe, you can correct me.
- In cannon Class 1A and 1B both went to the training camp. I can see the teachers pinning Sun and Macaque against each other to hone their skills.
- And because of that they become great friends
- In fact when they graduate they both co-found there hero agency together in China and are a duo.
- But due to Monkey King’s popularity and Six Eared's association with shadows(people sometimes saying he has more of a villains quirk than a heros) the public see’s Macaque as Sun’s sidekick when thats far from the truth.
- now it’s up to you whether you think that Wukong and Macaque would be in a relationship together, but knowing how cooked we all are, ShadowPeach is a thing here more than likely.
- If you do or don’t support/ like the ShadowPeach aspect, the two would be living together regardless since its more cost efficient.
- They my be heroes but living costs are expensive!
- I would imagine there would have been a huge fight/argument between the two in privet of course, at there home.(or in there shared office if you want the extra angst of the other people they work with hearing them fight)
- If the two are dating, then this would either lead to an out right breakup, or Macaque just up and leaving with Wukong thinking he’ll come back once he’s cooled off. But after a week, with no sign of his partner, or him answering texts or calls, not even coming into work. Wukong gets worried that something might have happened to him. so there wouldn't be a confirmation if they were still a thing or not.
- But Wukong remains hopeful, despite the nagging at the back of his head, and gut telling him to go find Macaque, or atleast make a public statement, or even just tell another pro hero about it.
- on the not so shippy side, Macaque and Wukong still have there argument, and much like the ShadowPeach esc side, Macaque up and leaves, and isn't seen for weeks. the only difference here is that when Wukong comes home one night to there flat, most if not all of Macaques stuff is gone.
- where as if this was the ShadowPeach side, Macaque leaves all of his possession in the flat he and wukong share. for the simple reason being, he still loves him and wants to go back, but Macaque being Macaque can’t bring himself to do it, especially after seeing just how hurt Wukong looked when he yelled at him just before he left.
- in other words, ANGST DIALED UP TO A 10 BABY
- in either case, its a news report that confirms Wukong's suspicions that he desperately didn’t want to believe, and that is Macaque turning into a villain.
- much like if the two were brothers, Wukong just can’t take it and is no longer as active as he once was, and is thinking about, either A) Retirement  B) Saying, “Fuck Society, Be Gay Do Crime” and join Macaque as a villain himself, or C) find a successor, and a way to bring Macaque back to there side, but most importantly, back to him.
- also extra points if you're after people's hearts and want to make them suffer;  - If there dating, Wukong curle’s up in the bed he and Macaque shared, holding/wearing something of great value to Macaque and just crying himself to sleep, where as Macaque is getting wasted on alcohol, as he stumbles out of the bar he’s in, he either see’s something that reminds him of Wukong or while he’s trying to put his wallet back into his pocket, a photo of them on their first date fall’s out. and Macaque just cries in a nearby alley way. And it’s there where he gets indoctrinated into the League.
       - If there just friends, macaque heads to the nearest forest and just levels it, where as Wukong just gets engrossed into his work, trying not to think about it. you could add you own spin on this, again i'm just spitballing.
- NOW BACK TO MK! :D
- Obviously MK is a huge Monkey King fan
- at Twenty MK has come to terms he's quirkless (HE’S NOT)
-for ANGST reasons MKs fokes kicked him out at this realization at 13.
- he works at Piggsy's Noodle shop, and has been since he was 14.
- don't need a quirk to drive or cook!
- the boy lives a content life with his new family, till DBK happens :D
- DBK runs a Mafia(in conjunction with TLOV) and has been in jail for like 5 years thanks to Monkey King, PIF and RS brake him out one night when MK's out making a late night delivery since Piggsy had the bright idea to go 24/7 service!
- one thing leads to another and Mk somehow manifest what looks like the Monkey King's staff, but its not, it’s MKs powers, it just so happens to be the same power the Monkey King has. And it practically goes down the same way in the pilot.
- but unlike the pilot Mk and Mei go straight to the FF Agency, after making a panicked call to Pigsy and Tang.
- one way or another Mk are lead into Wukongs office. Mei being forced to stay in the lobby.
- they have there convo, butterfly monkey squishing included.
- "And so, I want you do be my success-" BOOM 💥
- from there they rush downstairs and see that the lobby has been infiltrated by the DB fam, and you know fight.
- once the DB family seems like there down, PIF wisks them away. Much to Monkey King’s displeasure.
From there stuff kind plays out like cannon, the calabash ep is just a conjoint quirk the Demon bros have. As for EP9, ill have to script that one out myself lol. I'll get onto it as soon as my will to commit stabs me in the face. Till then have a dancing Kermit the frog.
Now if you'll excuse me, am about to Kermit a felony :D
(For legal reasons thats a joke)
Psst @writingamongther0ses its done
FAKE TITLES!! this is literally my fave ask meme alongside the playists but ANYWAY fake titles: “cry harder, fight smarter,” “mom jeans,” aaand “horchata flavored misery”
ahh yeah, its my favorite too!! this got wayyyyyyy longer than I thought it would, whoops. gonna smack them under a cut!
cry harder, fight smarter
guess who’s got mentor!mic on the brain? (it’s me)
for this, i’m going to have to go with a quirkless izuku who doesn’t even get into UA at all. Fails the entrance exam and fails hard with only five rescue points overall. His test scores are good enough to get into the top gen ed or management course if he wanted to, but what’s the point when you’ll spend the entire time resenting yourself for not getting into the hero course?
Izuku does get into another hero-focused high school, though, even if he’s in a different course than he really wants to be, BUT they have a programme where you can try for a temp license in your senior year even if you aren’t in a fast-track course - as long as you have a pro hero sign off on it and agree to show you the ropes. This is definitely what Izuku has his sights on. Only, none of the heroes who work at the school will even think about working with him. He’s quirkless, not built for hero work, end of story.
Which is, y’know, frustrating.
And that’s where Mic comes in. He’s on one of his rarer patrols after school lets out, when it’s not quite sunset yet but it’s getting there, and runs across this kid. Said kid is like, three trash towers deep into Takoba beach, with a youtube video up and trying to copy the positions in said video - the only reason Mic even knows he’s there is because he smacked into something and made a few things fall loudly enough.
And, hey! He kinda recognizes him from the entrance exam - the highest score on the written exam, even! Not that it’s a good thing, because if Izuku was aiming for the hero course and didn’t get in, that could lead to a very angry child deciding to sink into vigilantism. So he’s gotta check it out, y’know, for the good of the community.
Izuku freaks out a bit cause hello that is Presentation Michael, and kinda guiltily admits that he’s been learning how to fight by himself and has absolutely not been thinking about vigilantism, no Sir, no way. Mic eventually talks him into not doing that and learns that Izuku’s quirkless in the process, so he’s got this kid who desperately wants to be a hero, after being turned down by literally everyone and that’s either how he ends up dying young from overestimating himself as a vigilante OR a fucking villain origin story that’s gonna screw them all over.
But Mic’s good at thinking quickly and he’s got a good head on his shoulders, so he’s like, hey you think about looking into underground heroes??? And Izuku’s like, oh shit no i didn’t. He’s trying work up to a license, but nobody’s willing to sponsor him, and he’s getting so frustrated with it. The easiest solution, obviously, is to sponsor the kid himself.
Except none of the other teachers take it seriously, at both schools. Even Aizawa’s like, Yamada ur setting yourself up for heartbreak and failure, the fuck.
Which coalesces into the sheer spite both Mic and Izuku have in spades. Debating on whether things veer off from canon regarding the League here, though i’m inclined to have it actually be 1-a’s senior year that shit starts going Down. Give them a year or two of low stakes that makes them feel like they can take on the world.
But that also means Mic gets to bring along his no-name apprentice once he gets his provisional license. The hero class meets him as a professional in costume, because Mic’s drilled the work persona into him since almost the day they started, and none of them really know who the person behind the mask is. Which is really good once he realizes who’s in said hero class.
At that point, Izuku’s been mostly working with detectives and police instead of the field, but he has met a handful of other underground heroes who have nothing but good things to say about the new kid. He has not yet met Eraserhead, so when he actually does, it takes Aizawa a few seconds of staring to connect “new underground hopeful with brilliant analysis” with “mic’s quirkless hanger-on”.
But, hey, as long as he doesn’t have to sacrifice one of his own students, right?
Mom Jeans
back on my inko/midnight bullshit with this one!
They bump into each other at a clothing store, looking at the same pants (that will fit neither of them, unfortunately, but they’re cute little floral-prints) and get talking. Kayama doesn’t mention that she’s a pro hero of course, because people have funny ideas about what she should be like off-duty once they hear who she is, but Inko does mention that she has a son in high school. It’s not hard to figure out once she hears Izuku’s name, though, but his mother is charming and cute and Kayama would very much like to get to know her better even if she is related to the kid who breaks his bones for fun.
Horchata Flavored Misery
sdfhksjdfh i have not had plain horchata, but i have had rumchata and that’s what this title makes me think of, so lets give it the full a night to remember/sanguine quest treatment instead of being horribly angsty!
Aizawa wakes up after getting blackout drunk with an empty bottle of rumchata and half of mic’s hero costume and has to work his way back to the beginning with no memory of what happened.
Highlights include: literally all of 1-b cannot look him in the eyes and nobody will tell him why, a worrying text conversation from someone saved in his phone as “hot sauce” about the number two hero with several asides about what All Might’s hair looks like when it’s down, and a trail of candy hearts glued to his classroom’s ceiling and each of his student’s desks.
