Spent a long time journaling outside today, which was really satisfying.

Week 1, Day 3 of 2020 quarantine challenge : What is your favourite study snack ?

So usually, I like to eat crunchy foods (like "healthy" cheese puffs or salted almonds) and drink sour drinks or tea in my cherry blossom mug. It helps keeps me awake + going, even if I'm not hungry. But since I've been home, I get to eat warm, filling, delicious meals 3 times a day so really, it's better.

I was exhausted today so I wasn’t as efficient as I would have liked, but I do feel like I’m closing in on an idea for the third section of my thesis. Before I get my full argument clear in my head I usually just have a one or two word vibe, and for this chapter I’m thinking either “visibility” or “surface”.

i’m trying not to be on screens as much, so i am reading and learning offline as much as i can. ironic that because everything is shut down, i am learning and reading books online sometimes ... smh
