When I was going through the medical tests in preparation for traveling to the States on the Fulbrighr grant, the physician writing my report mocked me because I wrote down that I have anxiety and that I take meds to control it. He said, “So? We all have anxiety. You don’t need medication” without even knowing anything about me.
That made me angry at the beginning, but what he wrote in the report about me was actually the inspiration for this blog and my Inktober2020 project: Mild Anxiety Controlled on Medication.
Thank you, old doc. I would’ve spent weeks to find such a title.
