Anyone watch the Junji Ito anime?

It was alright, "uhhh its not as crazy as his art" yeah we all know dude its an anime by netflix. like some I wanted moar of, some I felt are like "what the heck it ended there", and others were like :| :| :| brah what the heck -=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

Episode 1; starting with the hikizuri siblings set the stage of just "what in the sam hell is going on" pretty good

ep 2; the weird ice cream man made me just go "what the sam dickens", the tunnel was….. I wanted moar

ep 3; was hanging balloons and that was neat, I feel like the concept is only half done

ep 4; 4x4 walls… bruh wtf is this family and nail boy and why does it start with nail boy in a yellow raincoat and a wickerman tho it was never commented on. the sandmans lair is another one of those, what the heck stories.

ep 5: the intruder is one I wanted to see allot more of as It leaves the ominous cliffhanger. long hair attic was …. uh….. bad (que meme of girl showing satan the guy she did a big bad for)

ep 6: Mold,…….. …. Its understandable story, the first house all that stood was a burnt down house rounds it out. the brother not leaving instantly is what feels like a … bro this is some cartoon stuff, I don't know anyone who'd go into a house with that much mold again. I Wouldn't let my brother that's for sure.

Library vision was really interesting, a man obsessed with books. tortured by his books. a really interesting video thats kinda hard to comment on. a vod I watched on the topic was really swell

ep 7: Tomb Town …. brooooooooooooo what an episode, lets start it off with some reaaaal shiiittt （＞ｙ＜）tomb towns story is interesting It was one of my more liked episodes with a simple idea to grasp. DONT MOVE THE DEAD.

ep 8: layers of terror … is …. probably my favorite story next to library vision. the whole concept of family … the idea of ripping of the skin, i hate it …. and the moms cut at the end…. and the ending of the sister watching over them… reminds me of me.

The thing that drifted Ashore - a fish folklore that I've seen allot of in anime but to see this version with no ending…. made me want more and felt like sexual frustration as I wanted to know what the parasites where gonna do.

ep 9. Tomie - Photo: … I kinda felt disturbed when it was later on and the scene where they do the stuff in the room like burning…. damn man. and then the body getting up after the first head (2 heads) said to burn it it was like :| is she gonna eat tomie. nope tomie just moves on with her live. life is life lol.

ep 10. Unedurable labyrinth, well living in the mountains far from the citys but still reachable I'd always think there'd be something like this out here. the story was alright, It seemed like one girl was gonna join. and them being put with a girl who's looking for her brother felt like a test. it was kinda all over the place.

The Bully- I FRIGGEN hated it, I do not like these stories I dont like watching these stories. the ending was just Captin ked up.

Ep 11: Alley- A neat lil quick story that gets you hooked and wanting it to be a full episode. but it ends right when it feels like its about to get good.

Headless Statue- the japanese are just kinda weird art they. I understand it, while also not understanding any of it kinda feeling.

ep 12: Whispering Woman - I liked this story, i feel for her. the whispering woman, and the dooter. may they live a good life after.

Soichi's Beleved Pet - were back with the family from episode 4, they get a cat. and the cat goes full evil cause of nail boy or something. it ending of with a giant static shock was hilarious, suprised he lived with having metal in his mouth.

overall high mid.

#logxx #I've had near-raw steak before and that's always very good. #Other than that I like pork sometimes and chicken can be good depending on how you cook it #Duck is almost always good #Boar CAN be good if you're able to mitigate the chewiness #Venison is good esp in sausages #Ostrich is. I liked it the one time I had it but it's basically indistinguishable from steak #Veal Can be nice but honestly the flavor profile is so weak I just prefer steak at that point #As far as fish goes tho uhhh #Monkfish is really good . OK SO. as u mentioned ryley has good hearing and milo glows. basically,

ryley = good hearing

milo = glowy boy

emily = electric detection (cooler than i describe rn my vocabulary is small)

danby = like emily's but reverse. controls electromagnetic things

roman = night vision

jochi = the most superpower like one, he got quick regeneration.

avery = telepathy!

bart = also kind of telepathy but more like future telepathy. he has future vision.

and i. never thought of one for ozzy actually and at this point i have no idea what to give them that wouldn't have been brought up prior so. u know genetics are weird! they just dont have anything ig. nobody look at me LABDKABDLABD

AND ALSO paul and marg have powers! paul got that peeper enzyme carrier thing, and marg got the very funny power of feeling others emotions. yes that includes the fish. yes this is one of the primary reasons she didnt kill paul over a decade of dealing w him. yes she hates it.

and the vesper haven't been sick long enough to develop anything! or at least thats what im going with bc i havent thought of anything for them yet 😔

first off on the list: bart! so bart.. kinda has futuristic visions?? but the things he sees are not set in the stone,, as in if he dreams about smth (a lot like ryley can!) it is possible to change those events! most of these visions/telepathy type stuff were bc of the emperor and warpers, and also al-an! once the sea emp died and the warpers all calmed down his powers kind of go away a bit. i think i wrote al-an sort of mentioning it in one chap of awa?? but its only kind of implied. so he has rlly similar powers to avery except he can't tell what others are thinking and he can only kind of tell how his closest friends r feeling. so right now bart pretty much doesn't have powers! he can communicate w the warpers and sea emps much easier than the others tho (he's the only one that can talk to warpers! im not sure he'd get along w them after being hunted down by them for like 12 years though KABDLSBRLSHD)

avery has telepathy! this is because when he first shows up he jokes about having telepathy and i was like "haha. WAIT." and then he got telepathy! i realize its a bad idea to not come up with their powers until as im writing but uhhh well. i never said i was a fantastic writer who's smart. KANROSHROSBF.

he also kind of had marg's empathy ability but wayyy dialed back. he can only tell how other humans are feeling and he can only vaguely understand it as opposed to feeling the emotions himself like marg does. so he can kind of tell how others are feeling and he can tell what theyre thinking about! unless of course for plot convince he can't. strong emotions, especially strong negative emotions (ie. fear) can overwhelm him and makes his powers stop working. and if someone is convinced they're right then he wont b able to tell they're lying/hiding something! yay plot convenience!!

roman has night vision. i have no way of making this sound cool he just straight up can see really well in the dark. like a cat. most of the powers were based off where they originally landed and what would help them in that area! and roman landed in the sparse reef, which is so dark all the time i cry thinking about it. so he has night vision! his poor eyesight is probably all kinds of fucked up now tho.

jochi has regeneration abilities! now i know this might sound a bit much but he just heals from cuts and stuff faster and like. he bones heal fast. and he's more likely to survive smth that might usually kill someone, but its like a 10% higher chance of living nothing too much. he doesn't rlly get scars as much as the others, and its healed his old ones a bit more! this is by far the most unrealistic power of them all, but ya know its alien fish planet game who cares. basically bc his life support systems failed his spine got all fucked up and he got infected faster bc he was barely alive for the first few days and spent a lot of time w bart who was looking after him. power helped fix his back, but he still has a rlly bad limp and pretty much constant pain. big mood there khasar 😔✊

emily can detect electromagnetic waves! works best underwater. kind of like ryley's, but instead of hearing noises she can only hear anything electric, like vehicles or ampeels or heartbeats. gets all fucked up during thunderstorms though sadly. she's the only other one that can kind of hear warpers and can tell when ones about to warp around but she cant actually talk back to them. pretty sick if u ask me tho.

danby has p similar powers to her bc ampeels also spawn in the bulb zone. except he can sense them at a much smaller distance, cant hear warpers, and can control the waves around him! mostly just his own tho. so like, he can quiet his heartbeat or make it stop all together. scary power that he does not know how to control. uh oh. but he can also control other creatures a bit! he's very good at hiding bc of this, which is nice bc he loves to hide from scary things. very big mood once again.

milo is glowing powers! looks a lot like the transparency of a ghost levi or a crabsquid, although he isn't as see through as them. you can def make out like veins but not bones or organs. his powers are activated by touch, the more force behind will create more glow and more transparency! a poke = goes away within a few seconds, a slap = stays for a minute or so. instead of bruises, he just glows until the bruise would normally go away. he's basically a living glowstick. i have another joke for this but i cannot physically convince myself to type it bc its some shit emily would say to him and i cannot embarrass him like that LABDLABDKABAKD

andd ryley's super hearing! can hear basically everything within a mile radius at all times. im bad at math and i don't know the metric system but i think that's like around 1k meters. wait does the metric system use mile already. no. ONCE AGAIN NEVER SAID I WAS SMART.

OK ANYWAYS back on track! this means he can hear about half of the crater at all times. he's gotten p good at blocking out background noise and anything far away. typically only hears everything within like 300 meters of himself. so when he does get back to just hearing everything its like. u ever take out headphones in a busy place and everything kinda hurts for a few seconds bc its so much noise. yeah like that but 500x worse. he's able to concentrate on specific areas within this 1 mile field but if its far away it fucks him up good for a lil while. sorry ryley :(

and then the other two degasi! as mentioned before, paul can carry enzyme like the peepers, but he also can kind of make some himself! only small amounts and it works a bit less than the peeper enzyme does. he does not have to cough it up though thankfully it just like. idk how to describe this idea it can just kind of leave through his skin?? he has like no control over his power at all it just kind does its own thing and he deals w it. this is primarily how he and marg survive for so long w/o dying to kharra!

and finally marguerit! highly empathetic abilities that allow her to feel the emotions of anything around her! i thought it would be funny as hell to give MARGUERIT of all ppl Big Emotion Disease. this is a big reason why she has had yet to murder paul and why she's a lot less murderer like in the au. its hard to kill someone if you. you know. can feel exactly what they are. probably the reason she adopted Dog Bart/Legally Preston Emotionally Not. saw sad puppy and felt too bad to leave him. like paul, she has basically no control over it and is one of the reasons she does NOT want to go back to the survivors base and be around so many other ppl, she'd be feeling like, 13 ppl's emotions at one time. all these powers have fucked up drawbacks dont they??

once again sam, robin, jeff, maxim, and ozzy are (for now at least) not gonna have any powers! mutations are weird and ozzy just didn't get anything, and the vesper haven't been sick long enough for any yet!

I'm too old to be here but... it's happening! I made it on Tumblr Survivor mom! Determined to not be first boot!

Also I'm aligning with Jordan Pines because I love chaos and these newbies won't know what hit them

Well this is certainly something. I'm going to try out seeing who pms me without me saying anything. I'll pick up the activity tomorrow, so it doesn't really affect me, let's see if anyone takes the initiative so I don't have to. If I get dragged into a majority alliance then that's cool. I don't think that this group is great in terms of teamwork as of yet, but we'll see. There's so many tribes our chances of going to tribal are pretty slim, even if we suck. We're kindof underdogs, so sucking might not be excusable. 

First day of surviving the Survivor survivorship...survivor. These forms are going to take some time to get used to, but I'll manage. Got conversations from Beck and Sammy so far - might scope the field, see what's out there. Or, I can lay low and do what I need to do for my team until merge hits. 

i actually really like the people on my tribe and i'm excited because i have hopes for us. i've also made some nice friends so far and i'm hoping that pays off later but even if it doesn't i'm glad my first day in a skype survivor org has been positive! woo!

Hello! Guess whose back? It me! Anyway, it’s been a fun first night. Things are going okay. I am worried a little bit about the One World mess, I don’t want to come off too social right now but at the same time I need to secure a good place. So here is the breakdown analysis of my tribe: Chris Stoner: hello ???? I didn’t know they let stoners into the Olympics, didn’t we drug test? I haven’t spoken to him much but we did play Crossroads together although not really together. Anyway, fun to see him. Don’t know if I’d work with him but I guess that’s to be determined. Karen: KARENNNNN! I wasn’t expecting to see them here but now that it’s happening I am very glad to have someone who I have worked with before around, and a solid foundation of working together. Right away I felt like I had someone who had my back and I hope I’m not misreading that, because Karen and I always seem to work together until a certain point. Hopefully we can work together longer than usual this time! Kevin: uhhh soooooo love Kevin but we don’t have the best track record? He was in Circle with me we had a little fight where I may have called him a racist for being mad at Asya anyway it SEEMS as though that’s not an issue anymore and I think we might be able to work something out. I don’t wanna have to vote Kevin out before Stoner or Tommy. Tommy: ok no offense to this man but he is so hard to talk to so far. Every conversation feels flat and even though we are talking about subjects I could go on about for a while, it feels like the convos are going nowhere. I feel like there’s a sort of slight bond between Karen, Kevin and I but then Tommy and Stoner are kind of...hopefully who they’d want to kill off first, I’m probably wildly misreading every situation rn. Outside of my tribe I’ve talked to Juls who I am going to take under my wing as my daughter and she will win this season if I don’t get to! I love her so much she reminds me of my old school Skype babies and I feel like a cool mom when I talk to her I’ve also talked to beck briefly, KING love him bc he’s dating Asya and I don’t necessarily want to bond based on that. I also know beck is a good as game player bc I’ve watched him play so......I’m gonna be nice and observant and maybe we can establish a threat/threat symbiotic relationship. I also talked to Jacob C. who I love so much and he and I have been comparing some notes. He’s already told me Sammy has an idol that he can only use for three rounds so heh heh heh. OH SPEAKING OF SAMMY I love that man he’s such a doll and I really hope we can work together if I get far. At this point I love this cast but I really feel like I am not gonna vibe with the newbies, they’re like very....quiet in the PM’s but loud in the one world chat? I find that backwards. I’m hoping the newbies I do like will be able to  get rid of the newbies I don’t like so that when we merge the newbies I do like will help me get rid of the returnees I don’t wanna work with. That’s what we are manifesting, 2020 vision yeehaw. 

Showmance, eh? I might play dumb, surprise them all later? I could play the role of disposable pawn while possibly orchestrating things behind the shadows. Could be a long, long shot, but it could work.

okay i forgot to talk about strategy lol anyways yeah I looOOOVve everyone on my tribe and that’s great but also sucks because there’s only 5 of us, it just takes 3 votes to send you out so I wish there was some oblivious cocky dick on our tribe we all could hate so we’d have an easy first vote like that guy Billy.. why is he on the respect tribe¿? anyways i love everyone but I think Will and I are becoming the closest we talked for a lil while last night yknow things got a little steamy 🥰😩 (you’ll have to pay for ts all access for that footage 😘) we bonded really well and I think for this first vote if we lose, Will and I are definitely gonna be voting together.

Alright, so here we are at the 2020 Olympics.   I came in as a last minute replacement, so I feel like I have to prove myself more than some others who applied weeks before hand and made the cut.   As well, got some past players, and past winners, which makes the competition stakes that much greater this season.   Then, to top it all off, at the One World style camp, so can talk to everyone which is definitely a nice touch.   Now, regards to my tribe, I honestly like the people on my tribe, and find that we're going to be a solid crew.   Here is my actual impressions on my tribe mates thus far though: Beck - Probably one I recognize most, just due to being in a discord org vl with her, definitely seems like a friendly gal, and when time is right, I feel she could end up being my closest ally on the tribe Ben - Probably one so far who I have talked the most too, and I feel like we're connecting alright thus far, so going to keep building up a bond with him and his route could end up being as my first ally of these Olympics. Kathy - Haven't spoken one on one with her yet, just in the tribe chat somewhat and main chat, which she definitely seems like a cool person, and hoping to get to know her a bit better, but terms of this game, hard to say if we'll be on same side or not. Bailey - Speaking with her a little, but kind of same lines as Kathy currently with her, just not sure if Bailey will end up being an ally who will be with me, or someone who will be against me. Overall, time will tell how this game goes, but hopefully it goes well for me and I come out with at least something worth while.

HOLY SHIT I FOUND AN ADVANTAGE OH MY GOD!!!!! I GOT AN ADVANTAGE ON DAY FUCKIN TWO OF MY FIRST SURVIVOR EVERR HOLY SHIT!!!! okay so it says i can get an extra vote IF at the next tribal i decide to NOT vote and save that vote for later so i’d have an extra vote. Now the hard part is making my first tribal an easy vote so i can save my own.. hopefully i’ll be able to do this! i’m so scared ohmygod

okay i’m in a serious predicament... so I may not vote at the next tribal meaning there’s only 4 votes. While looking at the cast reveal i discovered something.. Nik is a drag queen, Eve also does drag as well... what if they applied together from some drag community or are bonding because of that. That’s 2 votes together already on a tribe of five.. that’s dangerous especially when I’m not allied with either of them! If they vote together and i don’t vote... they’d have half the votes already and may get rid of my ally Will! I’m hoping to god they don’t know each other but if they are aligned then Will or I could be out! I want this advantage but i don’t know if i can take it.... fuuUUUUCK

I’m really enjoying my tribe and I think that the people in this game are super awesome! However with that being said, I can definitely see who could potentially be an issue down the line and I’m keeping my eyes peeled for them!

whoa. this game is a lot. I managed to message everyone on day one because I just rely on my social abilities. I tried to be as relatable as possible to everyone but literally some people were dead fish. Some newbies have asked me for advice already and they said returners are intimidating so I said "I mean only the returners that won" hahah and they were like "oh yeah so true" sorry I threw y'all under the bus. But ummm kathy is playing and we are from the same hometown so I am hoping we end up on same tribe sometime soon. I love juls too!! OH AND JACOB IS MY RIDE OR DIE. we had a tribe call and I was so uncomfortable because I felt like I had nothing to add to the conversation. my fav 2 on my tribe are Jacob and Caeleb tho! umm okay last thing I searched for the idol....AND BIH ON DA FIRST TRY I GOT ONE BLSFSI only good for next three tribals I attend tho. I told Jacob. it was in a yellow condom. okay sorry this was very choppy I just wanted to get it all out.

This tribe seems to be working fine together, while I'm still terrified of losing, I think we stand a fighting shot. This cool little band of misfits would be a cool sight. I've kept my quiet for the first day, time to ramp things up just a tad. I've talked to Landen and I feel pretty alright about him, and given this tribe is as small as my will to life after playing QWOP, we only need one more! Landen's probably talking to everyone, so I just need to seal the deal with him. I think my challenge performance will suffice for being enough to keep me around, but I need a bit of a backup just in case. If we go to tribal, there's not a "stay UTR" option. It's either I'm in an alliance and I'm calling some shots, or I'm being (in)directly blindsided. But, I picked my strong suit in flash games for a reason fellas. The one world chat has quite a bit of activity. I'm quite and that's fine, if we swap I can readjust. If we go to tribal I'm sure I'll become just a tad more popular along with the other 9 that go. tldr:I'm winning duh

Ayo, tribe energy looking DOPE AS HELL BAY BAY! We all seem to be getting along pretty well, seeing as our communication during this challenge is pretty dope! No bad personalities in sight. I gotta wonder though, how nervous do I have to be? I know for a damn fact if I start talking more to these people they gon' be fallin' as hard as underage kids seeing the hottest girl in school enter their club. Thing is though, I'm fresh meat coming into this, so any pre existing relationships in this game are like dust mites to me. Can't see em' but GOD DAMN they annoy me. Nonetheless, I gotta work my magic in case we go to Tribal. Have u written anything on how u think Regis and lambert would get along?

ahh i actually have this post (x) which is how i imagine a regis & lambert meeting would go. it basically amounts to lambert getting his ass kicked by regis in a one-on-one match bc lambert /would/ try & fight regis imo.

but i’m totally down to expanding upon their interaction(s) & i feel like i’ve neglected lambert in a lot of my characterization/hc posts so here we go: 

so lambert gets his ass kicked while eskel & geralt watch from the side

regis midway thru ‘gently’ throwing lambert into a thorny bush: “i detest violence, but sparring is alright in small doses.” 

lambert somehow only ends up w/ a few cuts & bruises, having to give up when regis’ claws are poised mere centimeters from his throat. 

afterwards, regis tends to lambert’s wounds even tho he could have just chugged a potion & gotten rid of ‘em that way. while bandaging the wounds, regis rambles about things he’d seen & experienced. 

surprisingly, lambert listens. regis is a good storyteller, after all, & when was lambert going to get to hear a tale from a higher vampire again? 

before he knows it, he’s been listening to regis for at least 3 hrs... which is a feat bc even when lambert was training to be a witcher he wouldn’t listen to vesemir for longer than 10 minutes (also i lowkey have a headcanon that lambert & regis have adhd, but that’s an explanation for another time). 

it does take lambert awhile to warm up to regis compared to everyone else tho... given his uhhh personality, for lack of better words. in the beginning, lambert goes out of his way to avoid regis. they’re like oil & water basically, but eventually lambert’s curiosity about higher vampires in general forces him to at least ask regis a few questions whenever they pass each other in the keep.

anyway, lambert is a lot less.... tactful compared to geralt & eskel when asking about higher vampire stuff. but regis doesn’t really mind--lambert, for as ‘prickly’ as he is, doesn’t push for more info when he notices that a question he’s brought up has made regis uncomfortable or sullen. he might be a dick, but he isn’t a monster. 

lambert isn’t really one to lounge around or read or philosophize, so if he’s looking to hang out w/ regis, it usually involves an activity. so far he’s taught regis how to fish the ‘witcher way’ (aka throwing bombs into the lake and picking up the fish that float to the surface alskjdfs), they’ve played gwent together, and they’ve also continued to spar. lambert has gotten much faster/agile in training w/ regis, something that actually saves his life the next time he heads out on the path & runs into a trio of bruxae. 

so yeah, while regis may not be as ‘close’ to lambert as the other wolf school witchers, this has more to do w/ lambert & his issues w/ letting ppl in. he still pushes ppl away/isolates himself as much as he can & his mood can turn sour at things that might seem minor to others (but that’s unfortunately what childhood trauma does). lambert genuinely sees regis as a friend after getting to know him well, but acts as if he’s fed up w/ regis’ ramblings/monologuing even tho he’s definitely not. 

if anyone were to ask lambert his opinion on regis, it’d probably be something like: “he’s the only blood-sucking freak i can stand to be around.” (unlike geralt, lambert isn’t a big fan of most monsters, as we can see in tw3 w/ the rock trolls, for instance. he’d rather just complete his contracts and get paid than worry about annoying things like his own motives or ethics.)

however, at some point during a sparring match, lambert gets in a lucky hit w/ his sword. regis appeared just as lambert drove his blade forward, impaling the vampire in the chest. despite /knowing/ from regis’ stories that something as minor as a single stab wound wouldn’t kill him, lambert promptly freaks out. a litany of “shit, shit, shit, sorry, shit, shit, shit,” echoes out as he scrambles to automatically press his hands against the wound to stem the bleeding. when regis grabs one of lambert’s wrists, promptly ready to give the man a stern talking-to (”haven’t you listened to a word i’ve said since we’ve met, lambert?”), lambert takes it as a sign that regis is, instead, desperately asking for help. he cuts off whatever regis was going to say by ridiculously trying to get regis to bite down on his exposed forearm, practically attempting to open the vampire’s jaw manually. regis, the chest wound now completely healed, pushes lambert’s arm away and sits up before launching into a full-on lecture. still, the gesture itself was appreciated tho and regis doesn’t forget it.
