i am far too obsessed with izuku midoriya please 😟

this is getting unhealthy real fast /j

but for real tho, he's literally my comfort character. his smiles and bright personality are just so appealing. i love him sm and it's most definitely weird to say you like a fictional character but how can anyone hate this ball of sunshine??

but with the current arc, im just so sad and sympathize with izuku since he's carrying a very huge burden on his shoulders, and knowing his personality, he will just bear this responsibility alone. he's such an altruistic person that he doesn't hesitate to break his limits just to save people.

this personality of his probably came from his childhood-long dream of becoming a hero. this desire that originated from his childhood days, slowly being cultivated with his intrinsic motivation to be like the two people he has always admired: All Might and Kacchan. it's kinda ironic how, even tho katsuki bullied him all throughout their childhood, he has always admired him, probably even more than all might.

so to summarize it all, this deep-rooted desire of his starting from his childhood has always been there. his desire to save people, his heroism; that is what really made me love him but at the same time, this is such a dangerous personality of his.

thus, with the current chapter which is leading to Class 1A attempting to save izuku; I wish he would see just how much his classmates are equally willing to save his life and not just the other way around. he isn't alone at all in these hard times; katsuki even asked him if he can still smile, because no, he can't smile through the exhaustion and solitude that he is currently experiencing.

i want him and his smile to return so badly, even if his classmates will use the brute way to bring him back.

he is very precious. his smile must be protected at all costs.
