#bang dream #bandori #imai lisa #mmmh its summer its time to rotate last year's lisa summer event mental breakdown #okay here come the thoughts #the beach has been already mentionned in bs1 as somewhere lisa would go often after quitting music #and i often think its bc since she leaves literally next to yukina it was to avoid her #which makes that even in middle school she would go to the beach and not want to go home as a way to escape #then theres the summer event #where they mentionned that when she was a child when she went to the beach she didnt went to go home at the end of the day #which directly connects to her in her last summer as a high schooler where she is scared of the future #and where she basically is taken by her fears as a child (her younger self tugging on her skirt)#also its a night scene bc i often think about how yukina compared her to the sun AND the moon #and the moon to me represents that melancholic side that lisa is so extremely prone to #theres probably more i forgot to type. but u see im already deep in the trenches

She would have made a better protagonist for BaS than Liz #As much as I love Elizabeth I feel like it would have been super fun for Diane to be the protagonist #Like you play through the game and ofc you know Atlas is a fake. But throughout the campaign are some slight discrepancies that #imply that maybe this is a different universe than BS1. Maybe just maybe things can turn out right.#Maybe Atlas is real. And then in the end you die anyway. Because there is no universe where Rapture has a happy ending.

Lambda's currently sat at his desk, hunched in front of his computer, feverishly typing away.

"Who the heck does this person think they are? I can't believe someone would be this dumb.", he grumbles, mostly to himself as he was the only one in the room. (And because Skip was asleep elsewhere.)

[cybercds]: no way. bloodstorm 2: blood will rain is a TERRIBLE sequel. it was so rushed out and it sooo shows. half the maps are ugly or are so bright it hurts to look at, only 3 of the weapons actually right!

[cybercds]: and on top of that, theres the fricking rocket+ ice feet glitch combo that you have to deal with the entire game that just ruins the gameplay! its not even bad in the fun way. why would you ever wanna play it when bloodstorm 1 is right there?

[cybercds]: and don't even get me started on the story! its so bad bc of the rush to get it out and i really, REALLY hate the reveal of the vampires' creators being aliens. it literally doesnt make any sense especially since 2 is supposed to be connected to the lore of the first game and in the 1st game it was established that the vampires were made by demons! like what even????

[taps on mic] the rapture we see in burial at sea is not the same rapture we saw in bioshock 1. it is a fundamentally different realty and one elizabeth goes to because of her duty to annihilate booker dewitt / zachary comstock from all of existence.

I'm still not over how long mygo's bs1 is like I get why but jesus. For some context, pre mygo the longest band story was popipa bs0, which was 27 episodes long. Mygo bs1 is fucking 41 episodes. Like holy shit.
