Helloooooo! I just woke up so I’m going to eat soon I promise! But! I did ate one blueberry 🥰 thank you!!!! I hope you have a nice day ❤️and don’t forget to drink water and eat🔫 go make some cookies!!! I do this thing when I’m beating the eggs in with the sugars with butter and I keep beating it until it’s it’s kinda like it’s going to make peaks when you take the whisk out! And before you bake them put them in the fridge for 30 minutes and then pop them in the oven!

Madelines are so good man. They're like a dense sponge cake that tastes like vanilla and butter. They soak up the espresso well without getting too soggy (so you'll have to dip em a little longer than you'd dip ladyfingers) and BOY do they make a difference

I’m making cheesecake today and what your supposed to do is put both white chocolate and milk chocolate and swirl them together, but I think I wanna put all the milk chocolate on the bottom then use food dye with the white chocolate and make a rainbow cheesecake….

If the bread product you have is too hard:
Take a napkin or paper towel & get it wet (tap water is fine if you trust the quality)
Put the bread product on another napkin/paper towel, a paper plate, or a fancy (glass or plastic) plate
Put your soggy napkin thing on top of the bread that you just put on the plate thing
Put this demented sandwich into the nearest microwave
Heat for 10-15 seconds; repeat as necessary
Works on donuts, biscuits, croissants, toast, pretzels, etc., including pizza
Haven't tried it on the stove or with anything what ent straight up bread product.

Same-Day Artisan-Style White Bread

For those in a rush, I’m re-posting the basic recipe here on my Tumblr. But if you want the full picture-by-picture instructions, nutritional information, and secrets to success you can go to my website.
Here’s what you’ll need…
Ingredients
500 Grams (4 Cups + 2 1/2 Tablespoons) All-Purpose Flour*
375 Grams (1 1/2 Cup + 1 Tablespoon) Warm Water
10.5 Grams (1 3/4 Teaspoon) Fine Sea Salt
1.5 Grams (1/2 Teaspoon) Dry Active Yeast
*If you don’t have whole wheat bread flour, you can make your own with this substitute:
475 Grams (3 3/4 Cups + 3 Tablespoons) All-Purpose Flour
25 Grams (3 Tablespoons) Vital Wheat Gluten
Strong bread flour or vital wheat gluten are essential for a recipe like this one.  The extra gluten keeps your bread together and helps it keep its shape.
Additional Equipment
Kitchen Scale
Measuring Cups, Bowls, and Spoons
4 to 6 Quart Container with Lid
Bench Scraper/Dough Cutter
Banneton Basket
4 to 5 Quart Dutch Oven
High-Heat Parchment Paper
Bread Lame
Wire Cooling Rack
Oven Mitts
Instructions
10:00 AM – Mix flour and water by hand in plastic container until just incorporated. Cover and let rest for 1 hour.
11:00 AM – Add salt and yeast and mix thoroughly. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Stretch and fold the dough three times with 30 minute rests between each session.
12:30 PM to 2:30 PM – Bulk ferment the dough until it has doubled in volume.
2:30 PM to 2:45 PM – Shape and pre-shape the dough into a round.
2:45 to 3:30 PM – Transfer dough to a floured banneton basket. While the dough proofs, preheat the Dutch oven in the oven to 475° Fahrenheit (246° Celsius).
3:30 PM – 4:00 PM – Turn the dough out onto parchment paper. Score the dough, and transfer the dough to the Dutch oven. Replace lid and bake for 30 minutes.
4:00 PM – 4:15 PM – Remove lid from Dutch oven, and bake for another 15 minutes.
4:15 PM – 5:00 PM – Turn loaf out onto a wire cooling rack and allow it to cool completely.
Slice, serve, and enjoy!

Baking Tip - Overmixing and Scraping Down
This month’s tip is a two-in-one. The tips are related so I thought I might as well do them at the same time. I’ll start with the slightly more important one – overmixing.
What happens when you overmix?
It messes with the texture of your cake. It just results in a gummy, heavy cake instead of a nice, fluffy crumb. It can actually end up looking underbaked or raw on the inside. If your cake has a glossy, almost jelly-like look on the inside, you have over mixed it.
How to prevent it?
Don’t overmix duh. Ok jokes aside, you will be fine to mix to your heart’s content until you add eggs to your batter. Most cake recipes start with creaming your butter and sugar. At this point, there is nothing to worry about. Once you start adding your eggs, only mix until just combined. This applies once you start adding wet and dry ingredients – just mix until you can’t see the individual ingredients anymore.
That brings me to the second tip – scraping down. Scraping down the sides of your bowl as you go helps with combining the ingredients well without mixing longer (obviously then resulting in the gummy cake.) Use a rubber spatula to scrape down any ingredients left on the side of the bowl, so that it can be incorporated into the batter. Do this regularly throughout the mixing process.
That’s it. They’re not the most mind-blowing tips but they do make all the difference.
