These are the 50 books I read in the month of April 2020!

How I read this much?  I know how much pages I can read during a day.  I have the chance to live alone with my mom so I have a lot of time for myself.  I can read a book a day and during the weekend, I can even read 2 books a day since I don't work on Saturday and Sunday.  Sometimes I get Lucky and I read 3 books a day during the weekend but it dépends of a lot of things.

On April I had two weeks of day off which means a lot of time for reading books.

#154 - Give me five books, semaine 44 5 livres avec des illustrations. Bonjour, Bon dimanche à tous ceux qui ne travaillent pas et bon courage à ceux qui travaillent comme moi. Aujourd'hui, je vous partage mon Give me five books de la semaine 44 de @laurapassage qui est 5 livres avec des illustrations. Je n'ai trouvé qu'un roman dans ma bibliothèque qui correspond vraiment au thème. Il s'agit de Orgeuil et préjugés de Jane Austen, illustré par Hugh Thomson. Le deuxième roman avec une illustration est Heroes de Battista Tarantini mais elle se trouve seulement à la fin du roman. Donc, ce n'est pas vraiment un roman illustré. Le thème de la semaine prochaine sera 5 livres où la magie est représentée. Bonne journée. Meline. This is December I read 34 books!

After reading “Henri” from Ella Frank and now “Infraction”, it seems that I have a problem with the “second chance at love” troop.  Nothing about the book in itself but I have some difficulties to be involved in the story ... My other record is my reading wrap up of this month.  Last year I read only 10 books but this month I read (kinda of) 34 books!  Since January I can already see that I read each month like 4 to 7 books more than last year.  June and December were good reading months for me sinds I read 30 books in June and 34 books in December.  My record in December is also due to the fact that I had more time thanks to the holidays and that they were some books I DNF.

The fact that I planified my TBR with 6 readathons this month and that I wanted to clean my Kindle Unlimited pushed me also to read more.  I participated at those readathons: “The Bookie Junkie Trials : the winter quest”, “Merry Bookmas”, “Oh What Fun” and the French ones “Cold Winter Challenge”, “Challenge Personnel 2019″ and “Grand Challenge Romance”.

I gave 3 stars to those books:

- “Discretion” by Karina Halle - “Practice Makes Perfect” by Jay Northcote - “Raze” by Tillie Cole - “It Won’t Be Christmas Without You” by Beth Reekles - “Etiquette & Espionnage” by Gail Carriger: I DNF this book.  It seemed interesting but I didn’t understand where the author wanted to go ... - “Pay Along” by T.L. Swan - “These Monstrous Ties “ by K.V. Rose: I DNF this one aswell.  The heroine was going from one dark place where she was used to another … I didn’t understand the story and it get boring for me ... - “Magic In The Wind” by Christine Feehan: at first if was interesting but it became very fast unreal and too cheesy!
