I feel like the Blacks are so completely and possessively in love. They go fucking insane when it comes to the love of their life. Family is one thing, they try to kill each other on the regular but don't you ever lay a hand on the person they love. Bellatrix, Narcissa, Andromeda, Regulus, Sirius. You so much as look at they're significant other wrong and they'll have a dagger to your throat in minutes.

I need Black sisters centric fics, I don’t want Regulus and Sirius with a side of Black sisters I want Narcissa having to deal with Andromeda being cast out and Bellatrix’s descent into insanity, I want Andromeda having to choose between the man she loves and her family. Honestly I want more Andromeda content in general because this fandom loves LOVES to gloss over her getting disowned because of Sirius. Which is insane to me because Sirius didn’t get disowned until AFTER he ran away (still love Sirius though) while Andromeda got disowned because she married Ted Tonks and then got SHUNNED by her sisters because of it. Bellatrix’s spiral into insanity would be so interesting to read about and there’s so much potential there too.

The Black sisters are so complex and this fandom makes them so one dimensional and or side characters to push Sirius or Regulus’ character development further

i would kill for a good black cousins fic where we talk about their childhoods, how they were when they were younger and all.

how Bellatrix being the oldest took care of all of them, protecting them however she could even of she was strict w them.

how Andromeda was the loving one, always kind and sweet with her younger sister/cousins.

how narcissa tried to take the role of an older sibling for regulus when sirius ran away (as he sould) because she knew what it felt like.

how sirius feels leaving his cousins and brother alone but not regretting his choice and being close to Andromeda again.

and how regulus, the youngest will bring all of them together again because they love him and would do anything for him.

them fixing their relationships with each other and becoming close again, not the same way as they were younger since this time they do not have to watch their actions in fear of enraging their parents and regulus becoming Lord Black and changing the whole house's principles, adding back Andromeda and Sirius and them being genuinely happy in their lives and relationships<3

also narcissa divorcing Lucius and raising draco in a loving environment with his cousin/s (nymphadora tonks loml) because we all know that narcissa would love being a mother🩷

Bellatrix had some difficulties adjusting to this at first but she found herself genuinely happy with her new life and learned to accept everyone surrounding her, she knows it does not excuse what she did or said in the past but she knows shes growing and learning to be a better person.

Andromeda is widely known as the kindest of the Blacks at school, but everyone always forgets that this is in comparison to her relatives; she’s the most deranged person around in every other context. Snape is the only person to never forget this, aside from her family, because Andromeda just despises him and will attack him at the drop of a hat.

Everyone: Andromeda is so nice, it’s hard to believe Bellatrix is her sister

Snape, thinking of how Andromeda hexed his legs backward two days ago and he had to hobble to the infirmary to fix it, only to learn that actually, this particular spell means the bones will have to be regrown entirely, all because he called Sirius an arrogant prick (he knows damn well she agrees with the statement, Snape has heard her call Sirius that to his face): Yeah, she’s a blessing

I would like to add that Ted never forgot either, he just finds it adorable.

"He's such an ass hole for trying to kiss my boyfriend while drunk." Regulus complains to Bellatrix, who was very focus on intense flirting twitter fight with Rita Skeeter.

Sirius: wait he said that?

Producer: do you deny that?

Sirius: I was drunk and Barty looked hot but it was mainly to make that singer Remus jealous.

Producer: ....

Sirius: did it work?

Regulus glances at her offended and grabbing a pillow, hitting her. "don't be so fucking rude"

Bellatrix - is secretly lesbian, hates boys, is really overprotective (especially her sisters) is secretly in love with gossip and lastly, she has the biggest crush on Rita Skeeter.

Narcissa- is bi, loves everyone in the family, she wouldn't let Lucius name Draco, her favorite cousin was either regulus or pandora (I head canon Lunas mom as pandora rosier) and lastly, she used to date Alice (Nevilles mother)

Andromeda- is the only straight person in her generation of the blacks, is the biggest ally you will ever meet, very under rated, was an amazing mother, not once was she ashamed for being in Slytherin, she actually had big house pride and lastly, she wouldn't let teddy anywhere near the Weasley family as she was mad molly killed her sister and she didn't care how bad she was.

Sirius- he took 10 minutes to be sorted, the only reason he stayed in the house as long as he did was for regulus, his favorite cousin was Andy, he would often say 'it's hard being your own cousin' or 'I'm my own favorite cousin', he was gay and gender fluid, has adha, and lastly, he called himself the wight sheep of the family.

Regulus- is trans ftm, gay, was a sneer and saw himself dying but couldn't tell anyone as he was alone, hates pink, was spouse to be in Gryffindor as he has a heart of a lion, never one has he disagreed with Sirus inside his own head only out loud, is autistic, secretly loves muggle books, is really good at art poetry and ice-skating, wore a lot of rigs/ jewelry, and lastly he was a black cat Animagus.

My Roman Empire is Narcissa fucking Black. That poor girl.

She was in a loveless marriage for years trying to do what she thought was her “duty”. She tried living up to her parents expectations of a “good pureblood girl”. She saw how her sister was cast out for loving a muggle born. She saw how her other sister went mad.

She saw how both of her cousins were abused (and she was also probably abused) and how one of them was disowned for not getting the mark, and how the other one was forced to join the death eaters and died for the cause (or so she thought).

And then she had to watch as the one good thing in her life, her darling son Draco, was molded into a weapon by her husband.

And it just gets worse if you’re a Nobleflower shipper. Because she has to live with the knowledge that she will never be able to be with the love of her life. And then her sister goes and tortures the love of Narcissa’s life to the point of insanity.

I will never recover from the emotional damage this fandom has done to me

Cygnus is literally very proud. He will take good care of you throughout your pregnancy. The best doctors will take care of you. You will have the best food and expensive maternity clothes. Cygnus will brag about it. I think your girls will be jealous. I think Narcissa would be the most jealous. But all three will take care of you. They never leave you alone. They have a protective attitude towards you. When Cygnus is not with you, your daughters take on their father's duties of protection, assistance and watchdog. They will go shopping with you for their siblings, and they will be with you as you walk around the garden. They take turns checking you out while you take a nap. They literally treat you like mother chicken.
