FROM DUSK TILL DAWN- 1996 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Gecko Brothers, Seth (George Clooney) and Richie (Quentin Tarantino) are on the run from the police after robbing a bank and going on a killing spree. They need to get across the border to Mexico to meet Carlos who will get them safe passage into "El Rey" for a cut of their loot.

They take the Fuller family hostage and use them to get across the border safely. They go to The Titty Twister bar for bikers and truckers to wait for Carlos, unaware the bar is run by bloodthirsty vampires....

One of my favourite movies.

I remember the first time i watched this. Was late on sunday night and had school the next day. Was lying in bed looking for something to doze off to and chose this. Was so blown away by the opening scene i took my covers downstairs to watch the rest on the big tv. As soon as it was finished i rewinded the tape and watched the whole thing again. It was then my favourite movie for the next few years.

A lot of people hate the vampire twist that comes completely out of nowhere but i love it. Love how its set up as a typical Tarantino style crime movie but then the switch flips and its suddenly a Rodriguez style bmovie.

Love the characters. Seth Gecko is my favourite Clooney role handsdown, he's too cool and very quotable. Tarantino's best acting role imo, he's naturally creepy so this role suits him well. Harvey Keitel is always the man.

Juliette Lewis plays Kate Fuller, another stand out character. She's very likable and has a few funny moments but really evolves into a badass that can hold her own by the end of the movie.

Always great to see Danny Trejo.

Sex Machine and Frost are both amazing. Played by cult movie legends Tom Savini and Fred Williamson respectively. I always enjoy Frosts chilling monologue about vietnam.

My favourite scene of the movie is Santanico Pandemonium's dance. Salma Hayek is incredible in this. The song "After Dark" by Tito and Tarantula fits perfectly. "Dark Night" by the Blasters is another sweet song from the film.

Love the atmosphere of the bar, its the perfect setting for the second half of the movie. Really enjoy the final shot of the camera zooming out and revealing the pyramid type design of the back and all the old cars, like its been there forever. They used a painting for that. It really adds the mystique of the titty twister and is a cool way to end the film.

The vampires in this film are quite different than in most movies. I like this version of them, it works well for an action based vampire film.

The Old Man movie (2019) I was confused, a claymation film from Estonia that's being released by Unearthed films? I have films from Unearthed films in my collection that are so questionable in taste that I question they're existence. So how are they releasing this cute lookin animated film? Well let me tell you this ain't no Wallace and Gromit yeeeeet in a way it kind of is. It had every bodily fluid , swearing, drugs,blood and murder and mayhem. Yet at the same time it is oddly sweet and endearing. Like a south park episode where you stop and think as negative, gross and violent as this is it is need down about keeping positive, being true to your self, friends and family. Sure it's about a barely understandable old fart that loves blowing into a pigs ass as he has to learn to do what he loves and be less abusive to animals. The old man gets a visit from his urban grandchildren who find out this world champion cow milker is wearing his cow out. This may be odd but it's the least weird element of the film. We meet so many weird character as we build up to an ending as insane as better episodes of Regular Show yet some how adds in a human milking machine ..yeah you read that right. Was this a family film to people in Estonia or Sweden? Or would it be like South Park and have closed minded parents up in arms there. Like how Japanese small kids shows love poop and bare butts. The Old man movie does all the gross and shocking gags but never dwells on them so it seems very natural for a dare I say cute fable about an old man, some kids and a cow..and a hippie cult ..and an insane chainsaw maniac made of milk in a wheel chair..yeah seriously.

trying to recreate one of those B-Movies scene, where the legged shark sneaks on those lovers on the beach? sounds familiar? yeah, like all cheesy first murders scene out there on monster movies, lmao

I wasnt really impressed when the original colorway was first released, hence this character is being designed by one of my fav artist, Joe Ledbetter… however back in 2008, Wonderwall announced they gonna release a limited edition version of Hammerhead, called as Black Death version… basically, they repainted everything using jet or glossy black, and give hand paint blood splatters… boi, Im sold… like, REALLY sold!!!

this limited edition of 100 worldwide version have that Joe Ledbetter’s signature Lava series, yet with a twist, where they splatter red paint all over the figure manually, thus claiming there is not similar pattern between the 100 figure ever released

Terrible movie, just real bad, Awful acting, dialogue and special effects. i just saw Adam Copeland, Denise Richards and Frasier on the cover and had to give it a shot, never really felt so bad its good for me though just bad.
