hate to bother you again, but I’m curious about the scene where the Bentley is on fire. Was it actual fire, or cgi? I’ve heard that the explosion was real, but I’ve gotten mixed responses about the actual fire, have a good day! :D
You're right about the explosion.

For the rest of the flames, the majority of them were (as you suspected) created by CGI. (The bookshop burning, however, was done in the same way as the exploding and burning Bentley, with old-fashioned flames.)

I have so many thoughts about Aziraphale and the Library of Alexandria (which, as a friend explained, should actually be translated to Alexandrea). I definitely think he was there when it burned. I also think it could’ve been the first time (one of the only times) Crowley touched him without thinking, and maybe one of the reasons he decided to run a bookshop! I am unwell. Aziraphale would’ve been devastated when that library burned.

*The Bentley wakes up to see the man who spoke to her before, @totally-a-sheep, racing to his bicycle. Down the road is a Rolls Royce with someone familiar at the wheel. Next to her is a giant wall of hellfire. 
It's a nightmare but it's real.
She begins to silently scream. 
It takes her a few minutes of trying not to look at the fire, waking up completely, and doing the windscreen-wiper anti-panic techniques she learnt from @goodomenstherapist, before she regains enough of herself to be able to move.
She takes off, and comes to a shuddering stop next to the Silver Wraith. 
In the driver's seat is Crowley. 
//(actually it’s not - it’s @samael-your-guardian-angel - but the car don’t know that!)//
But something is seriously wrong. This isn’t Crowley - this is an angel! Unless… it is Crowley? 
No this isn't Crowley, this cannot be Crowley.
Crowley has a car. It’s her. Crowley would not get a new car while she was still roadworthy… unless.. he did? 
He wouldn't.
But there was no denying that the driver of the Silver Wraith had her driver's face.
And where was Aziraphale! Why wasn’t Aziraphale there! Unless… 
The Bentley did a slow and shaky 3 point turn, and stopped again next to the other car. She idled stationary in the road as she once more faced the giant wall of fire.*

Something about a demon telling his flaming car "You are my car, I've had you from new -- you are not going to burn, don't even think of it." has me feeling some kind of way.
I was going to just post that, as is, but I realized there's quite a bit going on here. Let's talk about it!
First -- we've talked about the Bentley as a metaphor for change, right? Especially concerning Aziraphale and their relationship. It makes sense -- change is coming, and he is not in the driver's seat. He's just the passenger. He's not consulted on policy decisions, he just has to stand to the side and watch the driver (God) drown everyone who isn't on the ark.
In that way, it's also a metaphor for control. Cars were canonically a godse-- a blessi-- a windfall for Crowley, compared to horses. First, he implies he doesn't particularly get a say in what he rides. Second, they're hard on the buttocks (probably a bit difficult to maintain that saunter). Lastly, and this is my personal observation, horses are living creatures. They have their own will. Sure, you can heavily influence their behavior, but all the influence in the world does not make them 100% obedient to your whim.
The Bentley, though -- that's his. Hell hasn't kept up on the times, and besides, it's demonic enough for a demon. He is in control. He tells it where to go, how fast it needs to go to get there. He is the one driving his own change.
Perhaps that's why this scene makes me feel some kind of way. He is taking control and rejecting his damnation. He is going to avert the apocalypse, knowing that there is no turning back from that -- not that he was in Hell's bad graces to begin with anymore, but especially not after that.
But that doesn't matter. His destiny is in HIS hands now. Burning in Hell might've been God's will for him, but God's will can be damned. Not him.
You are my car.
I've had you from new.
You are not going to burn.
Don't even think of it.

I see all these posts about Crowley being sad and moping and crying and shit and just no ... That's not his character. He's going to be sad and making it Your problem. When he drunk drives by the bookshop (the Bentley took him there without direction), he's flipping off all the pedestrians and screaming at them. He can't have nice dinners anymore. Now he makes food burn when he's nearby and everyone becomes a Karen. Chaos surrounds him because the chaos is the only way he grieves. He gets halfway through helping some board of somebodies be awful in an attempt to show off his demonness and then scraps the whole thing last minute, throwing all the hard work towards evil down the drain. His plan failed and now everyone else's will too.

The Bentley Handle Easter Egg
[Author‘s note: This humble mini-meta was liked by Mr. Gaiman himself which makes me not only feel very honoured but also believe that my guess at the end could just be true, heh. Thanks, Neil!]
I‘m probably not the first one to notice this but I still feel compelled to post it because it puts a smile on my face every time I see it:

We all know that the Bentley Handle is somehow Crowley‘s instrument to stop and start time in S1E6 when the world‘s about to end. It‘s one of only two of the remains from the burning Bentley.
So, you can imagine my surprised frown when I watched the first scene of S2E1, In The Beginning, and:

… there she is again! Starting time for, well, the very first time.
It‘s definitely the exact same handle, which means that Crowley got to keep it (or secretly took it with him) post-Fall. And then probably kept it hidden/stored away in different places over the millennia, including in the Bentley.
What a neat little piece of easter egg shell! Thank you Neil!

Crowleys so cool crowleys so mysterious this and so hot that - Crowley is a hot fucking Mess.
He did not realize he felt romantic attraction towards Aziraphale for 6000 years ‼️ Crowley thanks cars when he crosses the road, his favorite tv shows are Golden Girls and The Good Place, he makes silly faces at his Angel, he doesn’t want to hurt people, he talks to his car and his plants, he’s down so bad for Aziraphale that he runs his their bookshop for a day, lets him drive his their car and follows Aziraphale around as he Does Shit and Crowley simply watches, smitten. Crowleys idea of evil is glueing coins to the ground and making a Big Road look like a sigil - how fun! He went to a Gas Station only once because he wanted James Bond Bullet Hole Stickers for the Bentley. His name and phone number are in a Call Center Database. He jumps at every opportunity to save Aziraphale. The Bastille in France? No problem let me just stop time for a few moments, Angel. A Church during WW2 because Angel wanted to do some Good but fell into the evil hands of Nazis? Sure yes let me just do a chicken dance down the the aisle because my feet burn because this is literally consecrated ground - what did you say? You don’t like my new name, Angel?☹️
Crowley is so silly and goofy, he’s a mess and most of the time definitely not suave. That Kiss with Aziraphale was most probably his first kiss ever. He’s not the sexyman seducing people throughout history you think he is

crowley doesn’t know what the fuck that even means. ok, yes, he’s familiar with the deluge of terms humans have concocted to define the complexity of their relations to each other.
side piece. sneaky link. friends with benefits. fuck buddies. situationship.
crowley knows what it means. he does. but when nina speaks the phrase to him, crowley can’t seem to recognize a single language, alive or otherwise dead, in which the words she says make sense. he briefly wonders if this is his version of aziraphale’s french.
because she’s talking about aziraphale.
aziraphale, the angel. the angel who likes his tea without sugar, but his wine with company. the angel who claims to have a distaste for “bebop,” yet crowley has caught him mouthing the words to queen’s “good old-fashioned lover boy” more than once in the bentley. the angel (bastard) who enjoys subjecting crowley to his magic act antics that under no circumstances would crowley ever admit to finding amusing or, satan forbid, endearing. the angel who popped into paris during the reign of terror because he got peckish for crepes, and even the threat of guillotine in that damp bastille cell could not deter him from baked goods in the end. the angel who still insists on dragging crowley to see productions of shakespeare, despite both being present for the original opening nights of almost every play the man wrote. the angel who is what heaven is supposed to be incarnate—pure and kind and too good for his own good, really.
and crowley is a demon.
he doesn’t think any of the typical labels apply. they’re not human, after all; it couldn’t be that simple. crowley can’t pinpoint exactly when it started or when it changed. 6,000 years is a long history to comb through. it was more than the acquiescence of two immortal beings to the familiarity of each other in a world full of temporary creations. it was more than a bloody arrangement at this point. crowley doesn’t know how it can be more than whatever it means to inhabit the other’s body and walk right into fatal danger, but they are. he’s inclined to cut his losses and say he knew—because deep down, he did know—he’s been fucked since eden and the damn wall and the damn rain he can’t help but associate with revelation.
other people’s love lives, nina had said. love lives. she’s projecting, crowley knows that. whatever’s going on with her and…lydia? linda? they say love makes you blind, but crowley would argue you see plenty of things. every passing glance between sips of champagne; every smile at the crisp sarcasm rolling off a forked tongue; every brush of fingers over the exchange of a briefcase full of books, the shaky grip on a tartan thermos, the drunken grab for another glass of wine across the table. silly things. things that aren’t there. for all the times aziraphale has implored him to read more, crowley swallows the urge to say he already reads into things more than he should.
he’s imagined it before; what it would be like to have more. a fair share of people have made assumptions about them in the past, though he’s not sure whether aziraphale has picked up on it, but that’s not why crowley suddenly feels as though armageddon is upon them once again. never has someone alluded to anything as…intimate as “hooking up.” crowley can brush away the implication that they’re together, but something screeches to a burning halt the moment nina insinuates what crowley’s only ever allowed himself to think about when he’s laudanum-level drunk and lonely because he has a greater chance of not remembering in the morning.
he remembers though. that’s usually when the guilt kicks in, when he’s hungover because he forgot to miracle the alcohol out of his system before passing out, and the headache pulses with the constant reminder that aziraphale is pure, pure, PURE. nothing he imagines on those nights is pure.
what gave him away? and if nina can see it, can aziraphale?
