What Edmund would have gotten from Father Christmas
I feel like the gifts the Pevensies got were like very symbolic of who they were and what they needed to do and become in order to lead Narnia. I also think that in a way Edmund's stay with the White Witch was kinda a gift, like it helped him realise he was being a little bitch. But I like material shit more sooooo here ya go.
A magic chess set. It wasn't made of any stone you and I could name. It seemed like marble in its texture, but it was as light as a feather. The pieces never chipped or broke. They all had different coloured veins running through them. There was only one side, but the pieces were not the usual ones. Here's a breakdown:-
The King - this was in Peter's likeness, with veins of gold running through it and little golden crown atop his head.
The Queen - this was Susan in full formal wear and her trusty quiver and bow slung over her shoulder. Dark blue veins ran through it.
The Knights - two centaurs with their swords by their sides, scarlet veins circling the figures.
The Rooks - two giants along with their clubs with slate grey veins.
The Messengers - two griffins with spread wings with hazel veins.
The Guides - two beavers with onyx veins. One of them had a needle in their hand, and the other holding up a pipe to smoke.
The Medic - this was a figure of Lucy with her dagger and cordial with amber veins running through.
The Courtier - a faun with a red muffler and light green veins.
The Trickster - a fox standing on all four feet, orange spiralling through.
The Tempter - the White Witch with bluish white veins.
The Scholar - this was Eustace with his journal with purple veins running through.
The Diplomat - this was Edmund's favourite, but he may have been a little biased, seeing that this piece was a miniature copy of him, complete with emerald green whorls.
Edmund would talk to these figures whenever he had problems, or he was trying to figure something out. He would bounce ideas off of them and tell them things he never tell someone else. And sometimes, they would talk back to him.

“I was wishing that I came of a more honorable lineage.”
“You come of the Lord Adam and the Lady Eve,” said Aslan. “And that is both honor enough to erect the head of the poorest beggar, and shame enough to bow the shoulders of the greatest emperor on earth. Be content.”
And just like that C.S. Lewis keeps slapping me in the face with quotes like this.

Mental pain is less dramatic than physical pain, but it is more common and also more hard to bear. The frequent attempt to conceal mental pain increases the burden: it is easier to say “My tooth is aching” than to say “My heart is broken.

High King Peter the Magnificent
Smol little cinnamon ro-HAHHAHAHHH no.
No no no no. This boy likes to play the victim and the long suffering older sibling but he enjoys innuendos and that's what she saids as much as his siblings. He just can't have people knowing that.
However Lucy and Edmund have made it their lives' mission to make common this knowledge. Some of their plots included having a very suggestive song sung in front of Peter about his shining manhood in the morning assembly, making a noble unknowingly ask Peter how they managed to get such a big pole to fit inside castle during a performance of acrobats at Cair Paravel, and wasn't it a tight fit.
Queen Susan the Gentle
This girl loves loves loves innuendos!!!
But she won't show it. Like not even a small smirk or something. She has the most unbreakable stone face ever!!
It drives Peter crazy cause he has to exert all his willpower to make sure he doesn't burst out laughing at something inappropriate and he still can't fully hide his expressions.
So he's made it his life's mission to make her crack.
Everytime Lucy or Ed do something he'll drag her over and be like, "Look Su, doesn't remind you of something? Doesn't this innocent statue seem like it has a deeper meaning? What do you think Su?" And this girl will be completely cool and say, "No Peter, it seems completely ordinary" with like no expression whatsoever on her face.
She can't make any tho. Like she's really really bad at it.
King Edmund the Just
So good at dirty jokes, and finding double meanings.
Anything you say he can make it sound dirty..... Lucy loves it, Susan's jealous, and Peter hates it.
Lucy's partner in crime always.
Stone face part 2. Since he can't laugh during super serious meetings with nobles and royalty, he, through a lot of practice, developed the most unshakeable poker face ever.
Peter is sooooooooo jealous. Little bit wants to stab him with evey knife in the castle every time.
I'm sorry I didn't do Lucy for this one but I really couldn't think of anything. I hope you like these tho

In your life, you meet people. Some you never think about again. Some, you wonder what happened to them. There are some that you wonder if they ever think about you. And then there are some you wish you never had to think about ever again. But you do.

In the first place, the majority never read anything twice. The sure mark of an unliterary man is that he considers 'I’ve read it already' to be a conclusive argument against reading a work. It was for them dead, like a burnt-out match, an old railway ticket, or yesterday’s paper; they had already used it. Those who read great works, on the other hand, will read the same work ten, twenty or thirty times during the course of their life.
C.S. Lewis (1898-1963) English writer and scholar
