CT shows cystic expansion of the right lung (2nd image). This is a congenital pulmonary airway malformation (CPAM) formerly known as congenital cystic airway malformation (CCAM). CPAM is a multicystic mass with abnormal bronchial proliferation. Differential diagnosis includes pulmonary sequestration, congenital lobar overinflation, and bronchogenic cyst (usually not aerated).

I'm sorry for asking this. In TFA season 4,is it true that Jazz must give up his elite guard badge to Sentinel? I thought Sentinel trust him since he's seemly had good relationship with Jazz and if this is Ultra Magnus' command, should him backup Jazz? And the jettwins seemly dumb enough for letting Sentinel bribe Bumblebee. That's all I know😅

Ok, I legit don't understand why Sentinel would bribe Bumblebee to be in the Elite Gaurd when he doesn't remember his name most of the time and he literally the one that kicks Bumblebee off the Autobot boot ccam in the first place. Seriously It feels ooc for Sentinel to do something like that.

Did the writers forget what happen in the Autobot boot camp or what?

Out of all the things in season four this probably makes me angry the most since it is very clear that writers are trying to push Sentinel into the role of villain despite it not making sense for his character become to be a straight-up villain that wanted Ulta Mangus to be dead the whole time so he can be the leader when we will know that not truth since Sentinel clearly show despise his dislike for Ultra Mangus he still care for him and go as far as to protect him from danger along with finding out who order that attack on him .

To be honest, Jazz quitting the Elite Gaurd isn't surprising to me since he literally left his post to chill on Earth without telling the Jettwins just because he didn't like how Sentinel was handling things on Cybertron. So yeah.

Gem is, despite her humbleness, a worldwide figure, and even was before she joined the staff team of the Crystal Cliff Academy. At a young age, she dedicated most of her life to studying the magic that's inlaid upon many of the ancient artifacts collected by Mythland adventurers and traded to the Grimlands. Once she learned the basis of magic, she quickly began writing her own modern adaptions of magic, many of which have been popularized today. Now, she understands three magic-based languages and continues to create new spells and potions, but only when she isn't running the Academy. Her dedication, intelligence, and creativity have allowed for other people to use magic in new, practical ways, and the Academy is her magnum opus. She does everything she can to make sure her students are able to learn and thrive in their environment.
