I watched the first episode of Love Senior the series. It's a classic rom-com series happening in the faculty of engineering (I feel like watching Sotus but as a GL this time).

One of the main leads, Manaow, agrees to join the freshy contest to get the signature of Gyoza during the initiation activities. Manaow already briefly encountered Gyoza before this event and I think the tension between these two started right at this time.

I'm loving how Manaow is really flirting and teasing Gyoza a lot. Gyoza doesn't seem to mind because she seems to be into it. The junior flirting with her senior (Don't worry about any big age gap, they have only 4 months difference) . I like this trope. The height difference is also so cute. I know it's a bit cliché but what can I say? I like clichés especially in college rom-com. I'm expecting to see all of them. We need the ice tea drink product placement and guitar in this one too!

We are also introduced to many other characters but I mostly noticed Warang who seem to have a one-sided crush for Gyoza and Jupjip who likes Warang (they kinda have the grumpy-sunshine vibes between them). There are many other characters but we have yet to see how they will interact with each other more.

However, I was a bit shocked by the trailer for the next episode... It seems like the main leads will already experience difficulties. It felt like an 11 episode type of angst. What's going to happen? Is Warang behind this ?

It seems promising even if almost everyone seemed to have fallen in love at first sight. We'll see if it keeps being interesting on the next episode.

One of my favorite things about MAH is that the story actually takes into consideration your choices and who you flirted and spent time with on your play through. I usually fuss in multiple LIs books with canon female and male LIs because they usually have a favorite and they try to force that favorite onto you and it is always one of the m!LIs, but this wasn’t the case for MAH. The whole friend group wasn’t in love with you unless you chose the poly route, the amount of diamond scenes seemed balanced but finding the clues weren’t dependent on spending time with them and several moments in time the book automatically gave you little moments with the LI you flirted with so I didn’t feel like the f!LI was sidelined and paywalled like the older books. So thank you pb! You disappoint me a lot but not in this at least.
