Happy New Years everyone!

Wow I can’t believe it’s already the year end and almost 2018. It’s been quite the adventure this year with both my real life and my artistic life.

I had to split many of the months because when I was able to work on things I did multiple proud pieces at once.

January through April was lot of streaming to keep me on track mixed with some contest pieces in January, a late Pokemon anniversary celebration, and some crossover work. (And a year later and I still haven’t beaten Pokemon Moon, but at least Rowlet is fully evolved.)

May through August was style experimentation with full shading to colored line-art to testing pallets. It was a nice time and I tested a lot of boundaries.

September through December held less digital work and more craft work to balance my new college schedule. There was a lot of new medium introductions from the different classes I was able to take as well as my own ambitious drive to make the dream catchers.

Overall, I’m excited for 2018. Next semester’s schedule has more open blocks so hopefully I’ll be able to successfully make time for more art. I’d also love to take more craft classes and especially expand on the beading craft.

A big goal would be to maybe develop enough work to register for a booth at one of the local conventions and have a spot. Selling enough to break even with the cost of the spot would be great but just being there would be a big step of it’s own.

I’d also like to get more time devoted to some outside, longer projects such as one of the comics I’ve put off for a long time and a personal game I’m working on with a friend, but we’ll see how the year takes.

I like the new prologue but I cannot for the life of me understand why they put the old base game prologue THERE. I'm lucky I've played a few times prior because from a new player standpoint that's just fucked up.

Idk much about Vanus but I was just exhausting dialogue and the absolute horror when you ask weird questions is funny and unfortunately if you do that around Yorick you will never know peace again.
