It's about 54 degrees (but humidity is at 60% woof) so I think I should take a walk today! I hate going out while it's hot (or even warm, frankly) so I feel like I gotta take advantage of the cooler weather while I have it! I did SO MUCH walking in Seattle and it just really illuminated just how out of shape I am. I feel like daily walks + daily cardio are the key to me getting into better shape and building up my endurance so ;A; time to put my new shoes to work lmaoooooooo
